    Credit where it’s due to @NBN_Australia got a tech out first thing who was super switched on and got right to the root of the problem - a waterlogged pit in the street. Now speeds are blazing πŸš€ #nbn @TPG_Telecom

    Had NBN outage and @TPG_Telecom helped reschedule after 2 appt no shows. Came on the third appt issue all fixed after 12 days. @NBN_Australia you are affecting daily lives now!

    @TPG_Telecom any known issues in 2017 with FTTB? Having service drop outs. Nothing on your service status page, though it has only just started occuring. Have tried the old off and back on trick.

    Our internet connection has been down for 29 days and counting... 8 techs have been out and no resolution. @NBN_Australia and @TPG_Telecom , sort this out. This is ridiculous.

    @TPG_Telecom First day of lockdown in Melbourne and my kids can’t get online to see school work because there is no network? Also no Foxtel or gaming!! When are we likely to have internet again?
