    @GT_AUS @TPG_Telecom TPG, iiNet and Internode (amongst others) are all the same company now... iiNet has 24x7 customer support.. however does not have 24x7 business support.. as if businesses don’t work 24x7 anymore...!

    @TPG_Telecom I submitted my cancellation request THREE TIMES 3 weeks ago via your website & you told me you never received it. Am i to be penalised for your faulty website? Do I now have to pay an extra month because of that?

    @TPG_Telecom tpg has got to be the worst isp I have ever had the displeasure of using. At the rate that you're services go down I'd be better off spending my money elsewhere. Absolute garbage internet service provider
