    @TPG_Telecom I have been using Tpg since Oct 2014 and I feel disappointed with the quality of service for such a simple matter.

    comical customer service with @TPG_Telecom today. Had to explain to 3 people over 15+ mins on the phone, 3 verification codes and multiple levels of ID verification to close an account. (This was my 2nd attempt, the person I called yday said they can't close accounts after 7PM.

    @TPG_Telecom you had a planned outage for my area on the 17th, it's the 19th today. NBN website indicates no outage. Please explain. Yes, I've rebooted the modem and reset the NBN.
