    when i worked @VodafoneAU an enormous errfort went into fixing complaint processes & reducing TIO complaints. I've just spent 45 mins on a call with @Internode. Shocked at how bad customer service and complaint management was. ignored TCP code obligations. :( @TPG_Telecom

    @TPG_Telecom I submitted my cancellation request THREE TIMES 3 weeks ago via your website & you told me you never received it. Am i to be penalised for your faulty website? Do I now have to pay an extra month because of that?

    @TPG_Telecom can’t send or receive texts guys. Any word on ETA when this will be rectified? I understand it’s a Vodaphone issue.

    @CallofDuty_ANZ do you guys know some ISPs in Australia are giving customers a indirect route to local servers? In my case it's jumped my ping from 30-150 has been for weeks. Not shadow banned not a hardware issue and it's only on call of duty servers. The ISP is @TPG_Telecom
