    @TPG_Telecom - 10 days that I have placed an order for modem.. no update.. not delivered the product yet. When you call customer care they are clueless too. How long will this continue TPG.. can anyone help me with an update?

    Almost 20 days @TPG_Telecom could not deliver a modem..confusion,promises, no update, silence and frustration. Absolutely customer unfriendly organisation with fake processes being in place.. shall I go to @Optus or @Telstra now..who can help me?

    Day 5 with no internet. Of course @TPG_Telecom disappeared so I tried to use @VodafoneAU as a back up. Well voda speed is at 4mbps so I can even download a pic. Shame on BOTH!!! What a disaster are these 2 scam companies. @NSW_FairTrading can u help?

    @TPG_Telecom And I will keep my promise. Spread the word about how bad you guys are. In detail. Non reliable, bad customer service, expensive, slow etc etc.

    It is such a pain to deal with TPG telecom.first they do not deliver promised product then they just don't bother to commit on delivery timeline, further more the wait state to customer care is 40 mins ..always. TPG can only improve from here.. @TPG_Telecom

    Day 6 with no internet. Kid sick, have to stay at home. Cant work. Tks to @TPG_Telecom & @VodafoneAU!!! One day customers will win the battle vs corporations that don't service for what we pay. F#CK YOU!

    @TPG_Telecom Except we had 40 upload which you changed without my permission and will be putting me back on after 3 TPG staff couldn’t help and 1.5hrs of phone call later I finally got onto an incredible retention officer who is fixing the problem. But thank you.

    @TPG_Telecom 10 days and counting for modem delivery... unacceptable by any standard and more so pathetic customer support ..they too are lost..no resolution yet.. no firm date of delivery..

    @TPG_Telecom hi … it’s been 3 days in a row now; WiFi just cuts out … Several hours without WiFi each day is having a very negative impact on wfh. When will you be able to offer a reliable service again or do we need to switch to another isp?

    Hey @TPG_Telecom, I’ve been a customer for almost 10 years but I am seriously reconsidering my loyalty now. I scheduled moving the service way in advance exactly to avoid being left without the Internet and still you managed to cut me off the service a week in advance!

    @TPG_Telecom What appalling service, I am constantly disappointed by TPG. Time for a new provider I think. House fire, modem damaged, TPG promise to send a new one, doesn’t arrive, call TPG, whoops forgot to process it! Promise to courier one the next day.

    @TPG_Telecom asking for a friend! I’ve been waiting for you to activate my service since Tuesday but it’s seems to be a finger pointing exercise between you and the NBN? I’m unable to work from home properly and this is costing me a lot of $$$ from having to stream mobile data

    @TPG_Telecom @TasoKatsionis I bet this would be somewhat frustrating but remember planned maintenance is way better than an unplanned outage. It’s controlled and has a set time (usually). Unplanned outage, well the name says it all.
