    comical customer service with @TPG_Telecom today. Had to explain to 3 people over 15+ mins on the phone, 3 verification codes and multiple levels of ID verification to close an account. (This was my 2nd attempt, the person I called yday said they can't close accounts after 7PM.

    @jojo1171952 @NBN_Australia Just be honest with what the issue is and what is being done to resolve it. It’s now Friday, my service provider lady who’s been very helpful (thanks @TPG_Telecom ) says it’s likely you won’t be working on the weekend

    Don’t even use NBN - have 5G wireless but internet has been down all day. Can’t even contact @TPG_Telecom support. Ughhhhh

    @TPG_Telecom Porting from Telstra. Put in new sim. try to log in to TPG acct. Was sent a code to login. How will I receive a code on a mobile that is ported out already. Holy cow. What a dumb system.

    @TPG_Telecom I submitted my cancellation request THREE TIMES 3 weeks ago via your website & you told me you never received it. Am i to be penalised for your faulty website? Do I now have to pay an extra month because of that?
