    @TPG_Telecom @NBN_Australia once again problems with NBN connection. 3rd time within a month. Not surprised my neighbours (x3) had same problems and the technician repairs theirs yesterday and leaves ours not functioning. Cmon do better.

    @TPG_Telecom I submitted my cancellation request THREE TIMES 3 weeks ago via your website & you told me you never received it. Am i to be penalised for your faulty website? Do I now have to pay an extra month because of that?

    Just had the worst customer experience with @TPG_Telecom They suggested I replace my router without even troubleshooting the issue, then charged me for it. After further investigation, they found the problem was not with the router. #badcustomerservice #neverusingTPGagain
