    @TPG_Telecom In the email I suggested it was something at street level as white ants ate through the power lines a couple of times causing SA Power & SA Water to repeatedly dig up the street out front. Everyone in our street has issues regardless of who they’re with. We had power outages too.

    @Telstra Apparently you (Telstra) are having ‘technical issues’ and aren’t giving TPG any indication as to when the issue will be resolved or when I will be connected.. 2 and a half weeks without internet and counting. Dismal service

    Hey @TPG_Telecom I'm absolutely loving the lack of 24/7 customer support 🥰 i love when my internet dies when i have important stuff to do at 10pm, love that there is no support, super great, anyway catch me looking at iinet plans, ******* joke 🙄

    So @TPG_Telecom support opened at 9AM. I called at 9AM for interruption to business service. And after 20 min delay, was diverted to the accounts team who sent me back to tech support, who said the hold time was over an hour. How is that possible if you call the minute they open?

    Sayeth @NBN_Australia and @TPG_Telecom : "We can't detect an issue with your connection" Also NBN: "We're conducting maintenance in your area twice in two weeks" Really screams quality service.

    It's illegal to manipulate a customer into paying for something by denying them a credit on the account for the service they paid for @TPG_Telecom I paid for internet. I didnt have internet for 3 weeks. You dnt then get to trick me to pay for a modem I said I wouldnt pay for.

    I can't stress this enough to every single person i know. Never, EVER, go with @TPG_Telecom for your internet.
