    @TPG_Telecom Tpg Telecom disconnected my home Nbn yesterday for no apparent reason & promised to reconnect immediately. 24 hours since more than 10 calls.. Running pillar to posts.. Support staff is absolutely clueless and just passing the buck. Worst possible service ever.

    @TPG_Telecom I have made a complaint on 10/01/2023 And I'm waiting for the outcome reference number 2023/01/02177. WHAT'S going on TPG is that the way to handle customer service. I lost my exam due to Your internet service and now you are denied to compensate.

    @TPG_Telecom Sent you in DM. The issue is still not fixed. It's almost one week now. Your team ordered a replacement WiFi router but now they are saying it's NBN issue.

    @TPG_Telecom I submitted my cancellation request THREE TIMES 3 weeks ago via your website & you told me you never received it. Am i to be penalised for your faulty website? Do I now have to pay an extra month because of that?
