@TPG_Telecom why is the cost for termination of service during 30 day period more than what i pay monthly? What costs so much? I was told by a retentikn specilist i would have no cost to terminate service but that is pretty mych a flat out lie.

@TPG_Telecom I have no problem paying for the service, i hhave a problem with that payment being more than what i pay monthly for tog’s service. Explain to me how that works?

@KrystalAmber_x @Frank_Pip @TPG_Telecom What a nightmare ughh ...If you're looking at changing providers IINETT are great, been with them for 6 years, never had an issue besides occasionally restarting the router...$70 unlimited access and fetch per month and we run up to 8 devices and never have buffering or dropouts

@TPG_Telecom Thanx 4 the reply. I didn't think to reboot modem, as I had no internet connection from first thing this morning. Just rebooted, waiting on service to kick in.

@Jaryobtw @TPG_Telecom @Telstra aussie broadband, the support is good, the ping isnt, they have some sort of fibre optic that is odd add my apartment and at my cousins the its 14 ms to brisbane servers when my apartments is 2kms from the cbd and my cousins are 4.9kms from the cbd when im 6km in northern suburbs
