Okay what internet providers have pretty low dropout rates? Have been with @Aussie_BB and much love them and appreciate their attempts to fix issues, but outages only getting worse without resolution and I need connection for work. Was w/ @TPG_Telecom before & will never go back.

@TPG_Telecom Well...finally I have been told by TPG this morning that euther I 'd have to live with my incompetent 4G Wireless Connection or cancel my plan and leave. What a customer service?! I have been a customer of TPG and its previously associated companies since the year 2000. Thanks

@David_J_Harley @NBN_Australia @TPG_Telecom Ok I now get an understanding of the issues. It does sound like a TIO issue now. What type of NBN technology are you connected on ?

  • AlesVasenda Ales Vasenda (@AlesVasenda) reported

@TPG_Telecom what’s going on with your customer service - absolutely terrible. Had international roaming from Dec-March and still can not get refund of the prepaid amount (that should have been automated process). Struggling to get your team to respond. Customer for past 7yrs

  • sammyjarrett Sam Marley-Jarrett (@sammyjarrett) reported

@iinet how is it that you have more updated info on @TPG_Telecom's fttb outage in vic than they do? Also, any indication why the exchange has no power, but the suburb etc has no power issues reported by energy providers?

  • wallysaurus Grant Wallace (@wallysaurus) reported

@TPG_Telecom Hi, is there an update on the outage in Thornbury 3071??? No resolution time on NBN website, being directed to TPG for further info. Outage is getting close to 24hrs.

  • DariushSALEHI6 Dariush SALEHI (@DariushSALEHI6) reported

@TPG_Telecom Dear Sir/Madam; another werk 's gone by and nothing tangible has been put forward by TPG to resolve my reported issue for close two months now. I have been told over and over that something will happen next week, or in 24 hours, but all baseless and bogus statements. Cheers

  • Darren___Fox Darren Fox (@Darren___Fox) reported

@TPG_Telecom yet another outage in Canning Vale, Perth. What is going on with your network, this is a daily issue now never mind the fact that I’m only getting approx 60% the bandwidth that I was quoted when the service is up and running. Not good enough!
