@isaacmcintyre @Aussie_BB @TPG_Telecom Unfortunately from my understanding, in cases like this, it doesn't matter which ISP you're with. You either have a ****** area or ****** lines which falls directly on NBN, and completely out of the control of ISP's. I can't speak highly enough of AussieBB & their service.

@TPG_Telecom hi … it’s been 3 days in a row now; WiFi just cuts out … Several hours without WiFi each day is having a very negative impact on wfh. When will you be able to offer a reliable service again or do we need to switch to another isp?

@TPG_Telecom I have used Skype to call the family landline back in Australia for 15 yrs. I now get an automated TPG recording that I’m not authorized to make that call (TPG is blocking inbound call). No settings, have been changed on either end. This is a TPG problem (not Skype)

@TPG_Telecom customers out there may have received an email purporting to be from TPG, but it ain't. Wants you to click on hyperlinks to sort out a supposed bank-denied credit card payment. Thanks to TPG support staff for their assistance tonight. Reported to @Scamwatch_gov
