    @TPG_Telecom nbn has been down for about 5 days now due to damage to the cables on your end? Called 3 times and been patient about it but it's been out for too long now. I haven't even been given an estimated time on when this could be solved?

    @Aussie_BB continue to say it is not their problem and that there is nothing they can do. At no point do they even bother sending anybody out to look. I tell them I'm cancelling going with another provider. As an experiment, I go with the worst ISP I can think of: @TPG_Telecom

    @TPG_Telecom just noticed my email client (thunderbird) isn't downloading new messages from the server. Seems to have stopped around the 24th of last month. I can't figure out why. Any known issues?

    Hey @TPG_Telecom my nbn connection is working, but my home phone has an engaged tone. Only noticed this yesterday but there is not reported issues for my area. Any idea what's happening?
