    @TPG_Telecom what is the go with the Internet in Southbank VIC? We are paying for the highest speed but signal is so bad we can’t even run a speed test??

    For 5 days straight we have tried to cancel our account and been thrown from department to department. Been with @TPG_Telecom for over 3 years.. and never missed a bill. Extremely poor example of customer relations. Is there anyone there that can do their job?

    I’m so sorry guys but until TPG can fix this issue I’m going to have to temporarily stop streaming. Thanks for denying me of my full time job @TPG_Telecom . Been 4 days and I’ve had nothing but “situation has been escalated” and “seems to be working normally” :)

    @TPG_Telecom I think something has severed the fiber optic cable to my NBN box, maybe a rat or something, can you make an appointment with a technician to come to my house to fix it? I sent a private message already.

    Day 5 with no internet. Of course @TPG_Telecom disappeared so I tried to use @VodafoneAU as a back up. Well voda speed is at 4mbps so I can even download a pic. Shame on BOTH!!! What a disaster are these 2 scam companies. @NSW_FairTrading can u help?

    @TPG_Telecom my internet is not working been a month and no one is answering at customer service. Poor service #TPG

    @TPG_Telecom do you really know what is customer service? When I call your customer care number, my call transferred atleast 3 - 4 times and each time I had to repeat the situation. When call was disconnected, not bothered to call back

    @TPG_Telecom It’s now day 6 and no internet and have incurred additional costs of data on my phone to work. Until this is fixed I would like to know what you can do to compensate me for these costs I’ve incurred while paying for your service which hasn’t been provided.

    @TPG_Telecom Still no contact from your engineering team. Ample time to address issues for a service that I am paying for and not receiving is ridiculous. I need the internet working, it’s now been 4 days with no reliable service. When will this be fixed and addressed?
