    @FreezeSPreston @TPG_Telecom I thought nothing could be worse than the **** I've dealt with at Telstra and Optus, and at least the actually internet was incredibly reliable, but ******* the customer service is bad

    @TPG_Telecom thanks for escalating my case to @NBN_Australia. #FTTN over the past 12 months has been great most days 50+ downstream and then you get stability issues. It will take days to get my connection restored. It has gradually deteriorated to the point of no connection

    Hi @TPG_Telecom your customer service is terrible! Our NBN hasn’t been working since Thursday & every time we reach out, we’re given the complete run around. We’ve been told that you are unable to book an appt with an NBN @NBN_Australia technician, so what are we supposed to do!?
