@TPG_Telecom I already received a call. You guys offered me a "discount". I told the girl that called me to call my boss and explain him why I can't work until wed. Again, you are a JOKE. I expect someone tomorrow 8am to be at my home to fix the issue.

@TheyCallMeObZen @TPG_Telecom I had an issue like that last year. It's most likely an issue in the pit or powerline. Normally caused by bad wiring or water damage.
