    @TPG_Telecom @sachi_sam The TPG service status page had up an outage alert for the Rockdale area. This vanished because the estimated restoration time was exceeded. The issue is still unresolved and no update has been given even 4 days later.

    @TPG_Telecom are you currently having mass outages because my NBN in Penrith has completely dropped out. NBN says there are no problems on their end. What is going on???

    @TPG_Telecom Hi, I've experienced an issue with the supplied router and NBN connection box not turning on after the thunderstorm yesterday evening. I believe it is a hardware issue as these don't turn on when plugged into other outlets where other devices work fine.

    Hey @TPG_Telecom and @NBN_Australia you're both saying there's no outage in my area, but I don't have any internet and my FTTC connection device is flashing red lights no matter how many times I reconnect or reboot it.

    @TPG_Telecom my internet suddenly stopped working at 8:00pm and we are unable to get in contact with your support team. Is there an outage? If so, when can we expect this to be resolved ?

    @TPG_Telecom Thanks. I did check that and it says no outage. Cannot get to the support line waiting is 51 mins.
