  Trying to get a satisfactory resolution from @TPG_Telecom is impossible. My @NBN_Australia is not working AGAIN, they follow a script and have no idea how to resolve the problem! Customer service is somewhat missing!!!

  @TPG_Telecom having way too many problems with you at the moment. My 82 year old mother doesn't have a phone that is working. Using the call back service. Call dropped out and there's has been no call back. Not happy.

  @TPG_Telecom Thank you. Couldn’t reach tech support on the phone and our connection has been unstable / pretty much unusable over the past 24 hours. Dropouts and reconnections every 5 mins or so. Thank you for your help. Much appreciated.

  @TPG_Telecom on hold with a customer service agent who doesnt really want to help me after I mentioned my account is handled by complaints dept. still on hold, wont talk to me

  @TPG_Telecom Hi team. My elderly mother has been waiting 4 days for a engineer to call her to connect her landline that’s still not working from her new connection in Dec 2021. Can someone please sort this out. 35 days without a landline for a lady who would have 3 calls a day.

  @TPG_Telecom wow! except they say they can't because they all work from home. Trust me, not my first rodeo with TPG stuff ups. Have been a loyal cust. for years. Service has gone down IMO
