Phone chasey with a Phillipine call centre, 3 times at least today, they transfer me from one area to another and then I get cut off grr

I did report that I was very happy with my previous tp-link 4G Black modem, and I did emphasised on the fact that if TPG insists on me using newly sent Cube White 4G modem we won't get anywhere.
