    @GT_AUS @TPG_Telecom TPG, iiNet and Internode (amongst others) are all the same company now... iiNet has 24x7 customer support.. however does not have 24x7 business support.. as if businesses don’t work 24x7 anymore...!

Nbn isn’t worth the paper that flyer is printed on, yet you still try force it down everyone’s throat. Instead putting pressure on govt to fix the infrastructure

    @TPG_Telecom I submitted my cancellation request THREE TIMES 3 weeks ago via your website & you told me you never received it. Am i to be penalised for your faulty website? Do I now have to pay an extra month because of that?
