Always good to remember that @TPG_Telecom support don’t actually bother reading emails… not sure why I bother.

Hey @TPG_Telecom I am not your customer anymore, stop sending me notifications. Update your customers details when they leave! Part of the reason I actually left!

@TPG_Telecom Nobody should use this company. They have been charging me for a service I have not used for 15 months. I have cancelled my service on numerous occasions but they keep charging me. I don't even live in Australia anymore. Thieves!

@TPG_Telecom I don't understand why the person I called didn't want to help me then, instead said she'd send the other caller an email. @ACCAN_AU

@TPG_Telecom Wasn’t a service difficulty, was in relation to your recent decision to use a sub-par SMS-based MFA implementation, despite all industry concerns with it. My email was completely un-read, and I have zero confidence my concerns will actually be forwarded on to appropriate people.

@TPG_Telecom How can a customer auto forward their TPG email to another email address? Your "post office" doesn't have an option for this.

@lizzaiii @TPG_Telecom Actually your TPG connection has been garbage. TPG buys bandwidth off nbn to provide you a service. The sooner service providers (TPG,TLS) take ownership of this & stop blaming nbn the better.
