@TPG_Telecom Thanks, support called me back. There is a ticket now and engineers are looking at it

  • sammyjarrett Sam Marley-Jarrett (@sammyjarrett) reported

@iinet how is it that you have more updated info on @TPG_Telecom's fttb outage in vic than they do? Also, any indication why the exchange has no power, but the suburb etc has no power issues reported by energy providers?

  • JJoshaaye Joshaaye (@JJoshaaye) reported

@isaacmcintyre @Aussie_BB @TPG_Telecom Unfortunately from my understanding, in cases like this, it doesn't matter which ISP you're with. You either have a ****** area or ****** lines which falls directly on NBN, and completely out of the control of ISP's. I can't speak highly enough of AussieBB & their service.

  • DariushSALEHI6 Dariush SALEHI (@DariushSALEHI6) reported

@TPG_Telecom My Dear Sir, I have never turned down an assistance from TPG to fix the problem. I did report that I was very happy with my previous tp-link 4G Black modem, and I did emphasised on the fact that if TPG insists on me using newly sent Cube White 4G modem we won't get anywhere.

  • MarkyMark_005 Mark Sweeney (@MarkyMark_005) reported

@TPG_Telecom my internet has dropped out for the last hour and the wait time to speak to someone is over 1 hour. There is no outage from your website. Is there a problem?

@WorkBuyDie @TPG_Telecom St Kilda Rd FTTB: “Due to an unplanned outage, some customers in St. Kilda, VIC may experience Phone and Internet connection difficulties. TPG apologises for any inconvenience.” 7pm expected restoration.

  • isaacmcintyre Isaac McIntyre (@isaacmcintyre) reported

Okay what internet providers have pretty low dropout rates? Have been with @Aussie_BB and much love them and appreciate their attempts to fix issues, but outages only getting worse without resolution and I need connection for work. Was w/ @TPG_Telecom before & will never go back.

  • DariushSALEHI6 Dariush SALEHI (@DariushSALEHI6) reported

@TPG_Telecom Well...finally I have been told by TPG this morning that euther I 'd have to live with my incompetent 4G Wireless Connection or cancel my plan and leave. What a customer service?! I have been a customer of TPG and its previously associated companies since the year 2000. Thanks
