    @TPG_Telecom what’s the complaint process? After multiple calls customer service is not able to provide any clear answers or fix internet/phone service. Asking to raise complaint but that also is not happening. How do we get the service back up again?

    @TPG_Telecom I can't stream at 180p. Thats an issue, it's not 2008 anymore, internet shouldn't have issues with that.

    @tpg_telecom @nbnco what’s with my internet? Now without for 3 days and neither of you can be bothered to help or update. #tpg sends me to #nbn and vice versa. Get your act together.

    @TPG_Telecom Thank you for your reply Mel. You must undertand that this is not the first time this has happenned. Have your internet down for such long periods of time should be totally unacceptable. Peoples livelyhoods are online. Please do your best to notify the right people asap

    @TPG_Telecom Well your tests are wrong. It dropped out twice yesterday. 3 times Saturday. And twice Friday. I recommend tpg give better customer service and actually FIX line issues! Please let me know when the technician will be out to fix the connection permanently.

    Don’t move house with @TPG_Telecom, everytime some issue, been waiting for service activation since Thurs at new house, now told I have to wait 2 weeks for NBNco tech as they can’t activate HFC , despite previous tenant having working service on same HFC device

    @TPG_Telecom 2 telephone customer support staff have already copped my wraith today. Do you really want to be another? After finding this out, I will not be using the phone service for the 6 months that I will have NBN with TPG_Telecom. Don't touch my account and all will be fine.
