@TPG_Telecom The issue has been there for 7 days, yet only be onsite today or tomorrow? Have they even exercise any sense of urgency for customer? Most people are WFH and relying on the internet to work. NBN has been complacent with their monopoly status. 5G will be a great threat to NBN #NBN

@guseyk @TPG_Telecom @NBN_Australia I had to switch to NBN a few months ago because the copper network was due to be killed off - I'm now paying $15 a month extra for something slightly faster but less reliable.

@thehistoriann @TPG_Telecom Alas, this is has been my experience too. I had an excellent NBN provider with top-notch customer service. Then it was bought up by TPG. Six weeks after I first notified them I'm still waiting for them to acknowledge a DNS problem, or offer any advice beyond 'reboot the modem'.

******* @TPG_Telecom's cancellation process is bullshit. How is anyone possibly meant to be able to give 30 days notice of a cancellation when changing service provider?

  • SJMcCambridge Shaun McCambridge (@SJMcCambridge) reported from Brisbane, State of Queensland

@TPG_Telecom I feel for you nice staff overseas that have to put up with people like me waiting for a solution, I know a number of other TPG customers with the same issue! I’ve also heard that you continue to bill whilst this isn’t resolved. It’s the worst #CustomerExpereince I have ever exp

@TPG_Telecom @tpg I am super frustrated that our NBN WiFi in East StKilda Melbourne is down yet again! Constant drop outs since connecting to the #NBN despite a 30% price hike from my ADSL #TPG. @TIO #TIO
