    @TPG_Telecom service still dropping in and out in Killara and yet you're website lies and still says everything is fine. Will be switching providers if this is not resolved or at the bare minimum acknowledged. Unacceptable.

    @TPG_Telecom I have used Skype to call the family landline back in Australia for 15 yrs. I now get an automated TPG recording that I’m not authorized to make that call (TPG is blocking inbound call). No settings, have been changed on either end. This is a TPG problem (not Skype)

    Hi @TPG_Telecom, I’m trying to close my NBN account and move to another telco after a month of poor customer service. I can’t get through on phone (line has dropped twice) or via app message. Could you please help?

    @TPG_Telecom Fix our area Goldcoast 4218 & 4217. The internet consistently drops out, the next door neighbours are having the same problems also with tpg. Dont send me a message with whats your customer id or whatever, just get your lazy asses out here and check out the exchange.

By combining the majority (not all) of TPG's spectrum allocation in the specified zone, call and data capacity will be increased, alleviating the current and potential future congestion of the Telstra network in these areas
