    @TPG_Telecom Terrible internet connection and on top of that horrible customer support..Have been waiting since an hour and I can only hear amazing useless tips on IVR..If I don't get a call back i will switch to #Origin @originenergy #NBN

    If anyone is looking for competent Internet service provider then stay away from @TPG_Telecom the worst trained, customer service and all around incompetent

    @TPG_Telecom Trying to link another new service to an existing account. In the end I've signed up for two seperate accounts which is a bit annoying. I've also tried to use the Linked Accounts function on the website to link the two accounts but that fails at the verify identity part.

    @TPG_Telecom Hey guys. Is it a coincidence that within 10 minutes of me speaking with your accounts dept about changing NBN providers down the track that my internet is now not working?? Am in St Albans VIC... 🤔🤦
