@TPG_Telecom Evidently you like your colleagues are not listening. This 3rd party router works, just needed someone who was willing to help, unlike your staff

  • the_anarchy753 anarchy753 (@the_anarchy753) reported

@TPG_Telecom I legitimately cannot wait to end my contract with TPG NBN. It is downright the worst experience I've ever had with internet. It's down MINIMUM once every 2 days, and tonight it's crashed at least once an hour for the last 6 hours.

  • Tetrisnet Tetrisnet (@Tetrisnet) reported

@TPG_Telecom - Post Code 2250 : We Lost your Services at Midnight 28 Jan 2021, including your own website. Internet access was Returned approx 12.20am 29 Jan 2021. Aussie Down-detector shows big spike in NBN gone off at midnight. No mention on NBN Outages or TPG Service page ?

  • Skymasterfunk Alex Thornton (@Skymasterfunk) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

@TPG_Telecom do you know how long the current planned outage in NSW Newtown area will last?

  • guseyk guseyk (@guseyk) reported

@TPG_Telecom guys, I think I'll need to cancel. I need to speak to Telstra first but can you please tell me what would be involved?

  • kaffando Completely over it. (@kaffando) reported

@TPG_Telecom I was without internet for a full 8 hours (1.30pm to 9.30pm). @TPG_Telecom I called the number provided in the text I was sent & the person hung up on me when I requested compensation for the lack of service. I expect this to be addressed. @NBN_Australia aren't interested

  • andyyapwh Andy Yap (@andyyapwh) reported

@TPG_Telecom The escalation to the NBN management only occurred after a heated conversation with your engineering support. This should already been done on day two rather than waiting for 6 days later. Given the efficiency level of NBN, escalation should be done sooner rather than later.

@NBN_Australia @TPG_Telecom within the last 3 weeks I have lost internet 4 to 5 times, it has affected my work and also my mobile phone data is over due to this. And for some reason there is never an nbn technician on the weekends. I shouldn’t be paying this months bill.

  • peterly48047001 peter lynch (@peterly48047001) reported

@TPG_Telecom Words are a cover for doing nothing ?as a customer TPG needs to withdraw from overseas call centres and return to Australia. Dealing with present arrangement is sheer HELL

  • MalcolmHamilto Malcolm Hamilton (@MalcolmHamilto) reported

@TPG_Telecom @tpg I am super frustrated that our NBN WiFi in East StKilda Melbourne is down yet again! Constant drop outs since connecting to the #NBN despite a 30% price hike from my ADSL #TPG. @TIO #TIO
