    @TPG_Telecom How do I report our company website as being SAFE to Optus? We had an issue a few wks ago and all problems have been resolved. It is now 100% clean as indicated by Google & 90+ Virus Security Site checkers. It's still being blocked by Optus / Costing us $10K a week!

    @TPG_Telecom I have made a complaint on 10/01/2023 And I'm waiting for the outcome reference number 2023/01/02177. WHAT'S going on TPG is that the way to handle customer service. I lost my exam due to Your internet service and now you are denied to compensate.

    @TPG_Telecom I submitted my cancellation request THREE TIMES 3 weeks ago via your website & you told me you never received it. Am i to be penalised for your faulty website? Do I now have to pay an extra month because of that?
