    Day 6 without internet! @NBN_Australia screwed up and cut us off by mistake. Who'd have thought a 15 min fix could take a week to organise. @TPG_Telecom seem to have zero influence in expediting the process.

    @NBN_Australia IV been told delays numerous times and all @TPG_Telecom say is, we will contact you when orders are being taken again. You can understand why I have 0 faith in that date or what NBN or tpg say. And if you call the #tio then it's a complaint against them and not the nbn

    @TPG_Telecom we been having internet issues for 2 months with no solution despite contacting TPG multiple times. My partner and I both work from home and it’s making life incredibly difficult. We’ll have to switch to another provider if this isn’t resolved properly soon.

    @TPG_Telecom definitely total loss of connectivity here... there was an outage just couple days ago.. that lasts for 48 hrs.. how long is this one going to be? I need this for work please...

    @TPG_Telecom Hi, getting really slow speeds in Canberra. Started yesterday and has continued to today. Have reset modem with no luck. Any info is appreciated.

    @TPG_Telecom internet is currently down. I am in McKinnon. NBN box is showing all lights but the router says no internet connection. Was working fine an hour ago.

    @TPG_Telecom my connection dropped put while playing online, and the router setup is giving error 8180. No planned maintenance or reported issues for my area. Any ideas?
