    @TPG_Telecom what’s the estimated fix date for the outage? I require internet for my work and need to know an estimation so I can work out some temporary solutions.

  • InKaraNation Karan Harpalani (@InKaraNation) reported

    @TPG_Telecom - extremely poor service to get a 5G home broadband up and running even after 2 days of follow ups and spending hours on your helpline. Your competition is providing 5G router readily and enabling services in 15 mins. You need to up your game. I am extremely unhappy.

  • natbetterman Nathan (@natbetterman) reported

    @TPG_Telecom nets down and customer support claims 3 hour wait to get through yet all your services seem to be working ?

  • geraldinequinn Geraldine Quinn (@geraldinequinn) reported

    Hey @TPG_Telecom I don’t need 10-15 identical messages in a day to tell me there is yet another internet outage coming up in my area. Are you trying to rub it in? I get it. You’re making tomorrow a pain in the arse for me. No need to labour the point.

    @TPG_Telecom Worst service by TPG

    Almost 20 days @TPG_Telecom could not deliver a modem..confusion,promises, no update, silence and frustration. Absolutely customer unfriendly organisation with fake processes being in place.. shall I go to @Optus or @Telstra now..who can help me?

  • spo0kyxspice SpookyxSpice (@spo0kyxspice) reported

    Love getting ripped off by @TPG_Telecom Internet outage lasted for more than 4 days, no fault determined by useless technician, told it was an outage by "online specialists." Told I was going to get lost days credited off next bill, surprise surprise it never did. #tpg

    @stuv1k @TPG_Telecom Had same experience late last year. Ended up cancelling the service, tired of hearing, we’ll or we’ve already escalate your situation blah. Giving me diff reasons is another thing. Btw, requesting to get their service cancelled is another nightmare tbh.

  • stuv1k Will (@stuv1k) reported

    @TPG_Telecom Hi, you've already had a technician come and investigate previously. At this time all I can do is grin and bare these dropouts. The service status often says they're "unscheduled maintenance". Perhaps you need to give discounts whenever the "always on" service is offline?
