@digtoolsonline It’s not my day! @GeelongCats app doesn’t respond, so deleted it and am now trying to download from App Store. Of course, it won’t download (and it’s not an internet issue - I’m putting the blame on @Telstra - they’ve never really got this app business).

Trying to talk to Telstra about paying our phone account and jumping through hoops to prove my identity. Like seriously. Who would call Telstra, pretending to be me...to pay my bill. **** sake.

I’ve adopted a new approach with @Telstra. When they stuff up a request I will cancel or downgrade something. After 4 chat sessions I was still getting stuffed around with a plan change. I cancelled the service. That’s $100p/mth not going to @andy_penn. Not paying for bad service

@ChrisBathTV your story tonight on @theprojecttv was great! My mum lives in an area where mobile reception is scant & was threatened by fires for 8 weeks. Telstra was the first thing to go down the first time round anyway. It’s an issue!!

On another note, your service to recycle Telstra modems is very much appreciated. You should advertise this more. 👍

i decided a while ago that @telstra was no longer worth their high price and terrible customer service. during a lengthy call i told them i was ceasing the use of their services from that date. now, i have a(nother) incorrect bill from them. 1/2
