Having given Telstra a spray earlier I should acknowledge that they got onto the issue and had it sorted by mid afternoon.. which was awesome.. Not so awesome that I had to go via Twitter.. but squeaky wheels I guess

@andy_penn Just letting you know that our internet is down and we’ve gone without customer service all day today. This is despite using the message app, multiple phone calls and Twitter DMs. The problem remains and @Telstra is totally unreachable. It’s not right.

This customer service from @Telstra is DISGUSTING! I have started multiple message threads today and they have disappeared from all of them without a solution. Multiple phone calls have been disconnected. Please advise me on what I should do? @acccgovau

@OiDatsMyLeg @Telstra The good part of dealing with Telstra is the magical incantation "I would like to register a formal complaint with the ACCC". Telstra are obliged to handle the complaints themself, as a first step to remediation, but with the above magical power, the ACCC is sent a copy.
