    @TelstraEnt I connected to new nbn box etc on their instructions & lost my network & emails etc cos it didn't work. Now having to wait without comuications for over 2 weeks waiting for technician. Pissed off with Telstra.

    @Telstra Apparently backup not working. Have changed Wi-Fi name & p/w. Mobile phone working. Landline dead. No emails. Server not accepting email address. 1 address gone. Internet extra slow. Network of 3 devices not operating. Can get Google news only on mobile phone.

    @Telstra No. The trouble started as soon as I hooked up the new router & nbn box & I rang a number as instructed in the direction booklet. Offered a techno for next week 17 Mar. Texted not coming until 26. Rang 3 support numbers & told 3 difference things. Gave up.

    Here we go again. NBN drops out at least twice an hour making Zoom useless. Telstra in Bondi Junction has 1 bar of service signal. This is life with accountants running businesses. #telstra #nbn #noservice so how ******** am I meant to work from home?

    Absolutely pointless trying to get any work done online tonight because Telstra NBN won't let me upload even the smallest images! Really quite appalling lack of service!

    @Telstra And @Telstra Jo, Please have all the facts before you respond, Ivan advised the issue, The CEO’s office came up with a plan, The disconnect of my DOT service ONLY that was supposed to happen at 2:30 and a reconnect on an exchange level for my main number has not happened!!

    Holy ****. I’ve spent weeks trying to change to a @Telstra plan and every time they **** it up. I’ve spent over 20hours trying to sort it out and got no where. Luckily ombudsman will sort it quick for me 😡 Maybe because they had too many people sign up to a decent deal?! 🙄

    @andy_penn I’m about to go thermo nuclear. I have been dealing with your CEO EXPERT TEAM at @Telstra. INDIA where to disconnect my dot service at 2:30pm aest they are not responding to your Ceo experts, For them to reconnect my business number on an exchange level. WTF!!

    @Telstra your customer service has been absolutely appalling. If you don’t allow me to talk to one of your human staff soon, I will be switching my home internet over to Optus.
