    @TelstraEnt I connected to new nbn box etc on their instructions & lost my network & emails etc cos it didn't work. Now having to wait without comuications for over 2 weeks waiting for technician. Pissed off with Telstra.

    @Telstra can you advise as to why there’s no mobile service in this area of Albury? Yet when you drive out of that area, service comes back? It’s been doing this for 3 weeks now. I’ve contacted support, nothing has been done & it’s happening to everyone on Telstra network. Thanks

    @Telstra Don’t need assistance. I never agreed to a new plan. Pretty sure what you’ve done is illegal. I’ll just reassess my options with other providers and get clarification from the Ombudsman. #telstra

    Telstra is the worst organisation to contact if you have a problem. Ring the number, give your info via keypad and they emd up hanging up on you without giving you the chance to state the reason for your call. Frustrating as all hell, @telstra
