    @TelstraEnt I connected to new nbn box etc on their instructions & lost my network & emails etc cos it didn't work. Now having to wait without comuications for over 2 weeks waiting for technician. Pissed off with Telstra.

    @Telstra @ipaddockapps Hey Vicky I know not you buy telstra always ask for message but then nothing changes after the messaging happens and info taken. Unfortunately telstra mobile service seems to get worse every day lucky 5g has come when we can't make call on 3g yet. @Telstra nothing changes

    The removal of superflious equipment (boxes, cables, etc) should have been part of the project @NBN_Australia ran. I spent over an hour in an online chat with @Optus to get someone there to understand the issue and book me a tech. And now i'll need to do the same with @Telstra

    @Telstra how can I run a business in @KanivaAu without mobile data service, 3rd day of intermittent service eftpos won't work efficiently, can't report due to lack of service!!

    @Telstra is there any reason why your coverage in regional NSW is declining? Can you please also reduce the amount you charge for your service in line with your poor coverage?
