@Telstra Apparently backup not working. Have changed Wi-Fi name & p/w. Mobile phone working. Landline dead. No emails. Server not accepting email address. 1 address gone. Internet extra slow. Network of 3 devices not operating. Can get Google news only on mobile phone.

@TelstraEnt I connected to new nbn box etc on their instructions & lost my network & emails etc cos it didn't work. Now having to wait without comuications for over 2 weeks waiting for technician. Pissed off with Telstra.

@Telstra No. The trouble started as soon as I hooked up the new router & nbn box & I rang a number as instructed in the direction booklet. Offered a techno for next week 17 Mar. Texted not coming until 26. Rang 3 support numbers & told 3 difference things. Gave up.

@Telstra I have been using that so many god dam times over the past 2 weeks, I either get no reply’s, 1 reply then no reply’s a person telling me they’ll see what they can do and never hearing from them again or a person telling me it’s fine when it’s clearly ******* not. It’s piss poor.

@BVDGRRL You should take a look at Australia, the biggest ISP here that owns nearly all of the fiber, cable, and telephone lines owns our countries only cable network which is owned by Rupert Murdoch and Telstra. Oh and if we go over our overpriced mobile data it's $10 dollariedoos (7usd)

@garydlum No actually great news now! Telstra modem arrived today & works a treat. So now gotta go back to office works and take the other one that's not working back - fingers crossed I'll get a refund. Pity it didn't come earlier so I didn't up my phone plan! Oh well. I need CFS alerts!

Seriously, every ******* interaction I have ever had with @Telstra has involved waiting for an absurd amount of time on the phone (often more than once) for **** that should just be easy. Stop being incompetent, stop funneling your billions to investors instead of support.

@Telstra honestly, how did you **** up so bad that when I scheduled to move my internet you tried to disconnect my parents internet when we're on completely separate accounts!?! Then hours after I cancelled that job you called my parents about the move??

@Telstra After what my wife has been through with dealing with trauma clients day in and day out, in the worst situations ou only hear about on the news, to be told that by one of your customer services team, we will be going a legal route.
