  @Becko275 @Asher_Wolf @Telstra Yup, horrible. If I hadn't gotten involved mum would have been forced to pay $900 for an outstanding debt for a service she never used, billed to the wrong address. She was only just discharged from psych. At this point, I'm about ready to believe in 'the conspiracy' 🙄
