Offered a techno for next week 17 Mar. Texted not coming until 26. Rang 3 support numbers & told 3 difference things. Gave up.

Remember when Telstra provided a book with the emergency and help numbers clearly displayed inside the cover? You didn't have to look for where to look for the numbers.

Grumpy 😠 (@MichaelDimond10) reported@AmyRemeikis When he wrote to Andy Penn, he should have asked why most of the work is being done off-shore (India & the Philippines). Telstra maintains little Customer Service staff here. The level of service is directly related to this. They are paid peanuts and their care factor is zero.

Matt (@matt_aus) reported@Telstra why is your DNS blocking Apple’s hide my email feature on NBN/broadband but works fine on mobile internet? Can we sort out this issue? The only workaround is to change DNS on each device connected to Wi-Fi.
