    @TelstraEnt I connected to new nbn box etc on their instructions & lost my network & emails etc cos it didn't work. Now having to wait without comuications for over 2 weeks waiting for technician. Pissed off with Telstra.

    @njbtweet @btckr @RoyanWg I have had Telstra fix my copper 3 times in the last 12 months, and i have got both Telstra and NBN fibres running, literally, along my driveway. Telstra says i can't patch into theirs and NBN says it will cost $17000 to patch into theirs. $17000 for 2 meters onto the house.

    @kenbewdymate @NRL @Telstra Agreed. Ironic he’s been left out despite posing a real threat with,or around the ball. Can’t help but wonder how much he’d develop if given rest of season in 1. We already know what Dufty delivers; 1 or 2 sparks of brilliance, 5 line dropouts & numerous missed tackles per game.

    @Telstra it's been 18 months and I still can't get a refund on my account credit. It's horrible how your customer service is basically nonexistent during these tough times! I have over $500 you stole out of my account sitting as credit. Why won't you give it back??? @acccgovau

    @Telstra 4034. Internet has been atrocious all day, days after you decided to increase the cost of our bill for increased bandwidth we didn't ask for. You are a disgrace of a company. No outages listed but that's clearly rubbish. Pull your finger out. Restore my bloody service.

    @Telstra very disappointing after over 1/2hr on phone to advise cannot be identified and that I need to attend a Telstra Shop (during Lockdown) A real joke for a Telco to require a customer to go into a Store during a COVID Lockdown, which I refuse to do
