@TelstraEnt I connected to new nbn box etc on their instructions & lost my network & emails etc cos it didn't work. Now having to wait without comuications for over 2 weeks waiting for technician. Pissed off with Telstra.

@Telstra Why is this so hard for a so called Tech Giant. All I want to do is upgrade my Post Pay Mobile Broadband Service plan to an Upfront Plan where for $10 extra I get double the data. Without incurring any penalties fees. Spent 9 hrs already chatting to a consultant

@Optus @NBN_Australia another day another saga. Internet down again. It’s such a pathetic service that it has to go down every three days. Tired of putting complaints. I seriously have to go to 5G wireless Telstra as nbn is pathetic. Truly shocking now

@Telstra Things Telstra can do: 1. Customers can automatically Block unverified numbers 2. Customers via sms can setup a whole country block 3. Unverified callers go to spam voicemail service or 4. Telstra call back services with sms to request identity 5. Stop spoofing of local numbers

@PaulBongiorno @HonTonyAbbott My Telstra wiring is broken, they can't be bothered coming out to Public Housing to fix it. I am the only one who has complained of dropping out,from 80 flats. Will have to cancel my NBN contract. Terrific government innovation🙄

What sort of a business model is doing everything possible to avoid speaking with your customers? Been trying to get an internet connection fixed by @Telstra for a week! Nothing but useless online chats and no real customer service!

@Telstra Sharing my conversations would require me to have received a response previously, which I haven’t. All I have are text messages telling me I have a connection issue (I know!), and then 2 timed out chat sessions because no one responded. So all I have is this reference:INC15371790
