    @TelstraEnt I connected to new nbn box etc on their instructions & lost my network & emails etc cos it didn't work. Now having to wait without comuications for over 2 weeks waiting for technician. Pissed off with Telstra.

    @Telstra No. The trouble started as soon as I hooked up the new router & nbn box & I rang a number as instructed in the direction booklet. Offered a techno for next week 17 Mar. Texted not coming until 26. Rang 3 support numbers & told 3 difference things. Gave up.

    @Telstra Just wanting to knew if there is any cost to cancel my contract OR change plans with Telstra. The app says $0 for both but just want a confirmation. I got a reply setting the expectations of what messenger is at 9:20am yesterday. I’ve heard nothing since.

    @millymae @Telstra Totally! absolutely BS. even if you do persist for 10 minutes connecting to it then out to the internet, it kicks you off the incredibly slow connection before you can do anything. complete waste of time. That's why i negotiated more data.

    @MPAVictoria Question... Foxtel cost me $9.95/mon, bundle,Telstra NBN package, (not that bad despite copper ), some bonuses whilst in lockdowns, then price hike to about $30/month. Sure, extra channels. Want to watch Tenet. 1: Pay 2:Persist with bootleg movie websites. 3:Wait.
