@Telstra...you sent me a text message offering me a great deal on a new phone. I spent time and effort uploading all details and applying. The phone never arrived. I have chased today. Apparently you cancelled the order. I have to be a Telstra customer for 6 months to get a phone

@elonmusk @teslaownersSV This system would be much appreciated in Australia especially rural. We get royally screwed for Internet here and pay ridiculous costs. My friend in W.A pays 99 bucks a month and all Telstra can give them is barely 1mb down and 400kbs up

@Telstra Hey our internet is very slow and barely loading pages since before we woke up this morning. There are no reported outages for our address and we have payed our bill, but we haven't had access all day! We don't know the account details attached to our service as itcont.

I could write a book about the secrets I’ve learnt about @Telstra “customer service” in the last 12 months - at what points they purposefully cut you off after waiting in the queue etc. ATM on hour two of trying to sort an issue and could have that book written by now.
