    @BeerRabbi @Telstra So update, even though Mum still had to wait 10 days, Ollie at Telstra was pretty awesome and spent an hour walking through way arounds. As mum said, the best of a **** situation. Thanks for your great customer service Ollie 🙏

    @Telstra New period of drop outs = new complaint = warranted TIO charges to @Telstra for not providing a service as promised as well as failing to respond to their own complaints process. That's why the TIO exists, to incentify (by penalty fine) a response after the lack of.
