    @Telstra Like in December when @telstra said I had to upgrade my service or it would be disconnected, so hours on the phone later the service was to be upgraded and a booking made for the tech. Everything should have been Rosie.... But you guessed it it is @telstra.

    @MelanieTait Mel switch to ALDI mobile. They use the Telstra network. Check online plan best suits you. Constantly voted best provider

    Can a telco be stupid @andy_penn ? You bet it can. Technician arrives to connect NBN, says I can't do it until the line is connected. Call Telstra, ok, we'll send a technician. Technician arrivrs to connect NBN, etc etc etc. Dumb as dogshit company.

    @Telstra is the worst company. We cancelled our internet last week and were told we were credited but they are still taking money out of account. Cannot speak to someone because their stupid phone line sends you a text to follow and ‘text’ concerns!!!

    @Telstra Yesterday I get a message saying you were disconnecting my internet because I hadn’t upgraded it. Waiting for support then 4 hours of going through the upgrade stuff for a third time, to be then told my service couldn’t be upgraded so it was all a giant waste of time.

    I’ve been with @Telstra for over 15 years and not had any issues. That is till my internet started having issues and now I’ve had nothing but problems and can’t get a resolution because I’m Never contacted like they arrange. Hopefully someone does call me as arranged

    @MelanieTait Try Aldi. Telstra reseller so you’re on Telstra network for about half the price. But it’s data/calls only no phone so you need youre own handset. I pay $30 for 25 gb a month
