    @Telstra I can buy a phone from an online retailer in less than 3 minutes… so far 2 hours via chat and still haven’t finished. How would you describe this service? Did the genius that designed this service actually plan for it to take this long? Is this by design?

    @Telstra You can see from your systems what wifi is down so sort it yourselves. It's expensive using these devices.

    @Telstra No. Your colleague’s referred me to tech support and the My Telstra App has been spinning. (And I have been closing the app and retrying) ie No Silver Support

    @Omnicentrist @AussieCH64 Yep. You don’t even need to go outback for the other providers to be awful, just live outside the main population centres. Even Telstra isn’t that reliable in really remote locations, as you say.

    @brettg1974 @Optus @Telstra I know the tech support is trying to help. But I bet you're paying full 2022 price for 1990 speeds of Internet. And they offer no financial compensation, because they know you've got no choice. 'Turn it off and on again'. Gee, thanks.
