    Honest to god the only good support I've ever had from Telstra was with a chatbot that definitely wasn't actually named Jason at 1 in the morning, and even then they barely solved half the issue. I'm fairly sure the only reason they give away a Telstra TV with every internet

    @telstra I have a Smart Modem 3 that is constantly hard locking up on occasion. Seems to coincide with modem going to 4G backup - Blue light on front when locked up. Not responding to anything until power cycled. Is this a known issue & if so when will it be fixed?

    @vernon_withers @Telstra But it’s usually only a hundred or so dollars more than rrp. That’s $100 for the service of paying it off over 2 years. That’s a pretty good service for people with no cash flow who can’t afford the phone, isn’t it?

    Tip for people on Telstra who are having flaky internet connections: try disabling 5G on your phone and connecting to 4G network only. Seems to be much more reliable

    @Frank61pc @WhistleOut_AU I can get Telstra signal, but speeds of 0.02 Mbps every evening after 5pm til after midnight. It was just adequate til Christmas, then it just died. The technician said it's working fine. Offered me NBN lol when Telstra doesn't sell Sky Muster.

    @Telstra Do you get off on making everything difficult? Honestly, who's a guy gotta kiss to log into my Telstra Box Box Office? You give me a login code with numbers in, then I enter the login code and it tells me that the login code shouldn't have any numbers. I'm going to fart.
