@Higgo74 @Telstra I went in their store for help only to be told we can’t help you unless you have an appointment and I needed to go online or into the app and make a booking

  • pasavito Tony West (@pasavito) reported

@Telstra Thanks Febey. It was odd; really blatantly obvious stuff. Including Telstra Support telling me my MacAffee license had expired. Liked how they spelled McAfee 3 different ways.

  • Shaun_R Shaun Ruigrok @Shaun_R@aus.social (@Shaun_R) reported

@bandit_hat_ @AzureSupport Same issue in our M365 Tenant here too. Seems to be isolated to @Telstra NBN IP addresses, which earlier today were geolocating to Melbourne Australia and now suddenly geolocating to Tashkent, UZ (Uzbekistan).

  • Shaun_R Shaun Ruigrok @Shaun_R@aus.social (@Shaun_R) reported

Hey @Telstra and @MSFT365Status have you broken something? Telstra NBN users IP addresses in Melbourne, Australia are suddenly geolocating to Tashkent, Uzbekistan according to Microsoft 365!

  • Shaun_R Shaun Ruigrok @Shaun_R@aus.social (@Shaun_R) reported

@AzureSupport Multiple users in our Tenant who are being incorrectly geolocated to Tashkent, Uzbekistan - same IP addresses were geolocating to Melbourne, Australia earlier today. Seem like you or @Telstra have broken something.

  • franmolloy @franmolloy (@franmolloy) reported

Ahhh @Telstra - every time I log onto your terrible, clunky payments system I am transported back to the 1980s Mainframe Days ... so retro. (ICYM the sarcasm, this is a bad thing, Telstra, your billing system is a monumentally terrible user experience)

  • hurley1_marie Anne-Marie Hurley (@hurley1_marie) reported

@johnsy123aus In a Telstra store now, they couldn't change address details on an old account so they called Telstra support on my phone. Still sitting in the store waiting for them to answer! FFS

  • faruque_ju Trust (@faruque_ju) reported

@Telstra Hello, I am not talking about slow. I am talking about no data at all. Kindly check with your tech team, why they have stopped data from 3G!

  • JamesBruce2202 James Bruce (@JamesBruce2202) reported

Waited 8 days for @NBN_Australia to come, only to find out after the fact that there was no appointment. @Telstra never thought to tell me. So I’ll wait another week for (probably) the same thing again. Anyone looking for internet AVOID @Telstra!!

  • Shaun_R Shaun Ruigrok @Shaun_R@aus.social (@Shaun_R) reported

@Telstra Cam, I’m not sure you quite understand. This is bigger than just a modem issue; this is something your Level 3 network engineers should be looking at - not Level 1 tech support. The issue isn’t client-side; it’s something between you and Microsoft.
