@Telstra My issue is still not fixed. I am onto my twenty something online person who will no read what I have already said. We have had so many remote restarts. I turn it off and then after a wait restart. I have now done 7 hard restarts. I am sick of being told we need to wait 24 hour.

Anyone else with telstra having internet issues today or do I just have bad luck?

  • amelizajane Eliza Spencer (@amelizajane) reported

@LeftyScumbag @Telstra @kristin8X can we pls stop firing customer service people over tweets. really really hoping it's a well intentioned thought gone terribly wrong but even if not, not worth being fired in the middle of a recession for

  • sarahlthomson Sarah Howitt (@sarahlthomson) reported

@Telstra Honestly the worst customer service!! Why do I have to wait on hold for over 45 min to then be cut off. I am now back on hold for 30 min with NO contact with a human. #notgoodenough

  • kristin8X kristin (she/her) (@kristin8X) reported

👋 @Telstra, I'm the spokesperson for @AusUnemployment and I can't seem to find a phone number for your media contact? Help me out?

  • kristin8X kristin (she/her) (@kristin8X) reported

@beef_skeleton @Telstra just think, @Telstra could have avoided ppl pointing out the bad / total lack of sensitivity training they provide their customer service staff if they simply listed a media contact on their website like you'd expect them to

  • Magpies035 Loui (@Magpies035) reported

@Telstra is there a problem with support

  • WoodLeonie Leonie Wood (@WoodLeonie) reported

@Telstra I have spoken to 'support' teams several times over the past week: no explanation for variable speeds, no explanation for slow speeds, no explanation for 12MBps on 'troubleshooting' site. Your system suggests I upgrade my plan- when I am already on highest available plan. Useless

  • iamclare Clare Rigden (@iamclare) reported

In short, I urge everyone to actively NOT use Telstra for home internet. Honestly - they are the absolute WORST! By comparison, we signed up with Dodo, and they have been fantastic. Unlimited internet for $70 a month! Zero hassles.

@Telstra The fact watching AFL/NRL now use up data and customers have to pay extra on top their plan sounds like a bad deal for consumers. But be interesting to see how much Telstra shareholders benefit considering Telstra co owner of Foxtel isn’t competing against itself anymore.
