@mikeaubrey2 @renshaw_gary how good would economy be if money went to unsupported people and real industry creation to bring jobs back from china and other nations paying slave wages? Clearly when it goes to big biz and anti-clean energy its a rort handout. My nbn sucks but Telstra got what +$6bl? BS💩

@Telstra It’s a mobile plan and it’s been like this for a while. Why not start caring about people in the country areas for once instead of pushing this 5G crap

Oh goody, Optus appears to still be charging me for the old broadband service I had before the NBN I might've discovered this last month, but there was the whole issue with Telstra pissing about to distract me.

[3/4] @Telstra ...I had done this. Then I was a few days late in paying the first bill due to a genuine mistake where I thought I had signed up for direct debit, but hadn't. I paid and immediately signed up for direct debit so it will never happen again. And then...

@Telstra it’s taken 35 minutes of back and forth to disconnect a mobile service that I haven’t used in 3 years. It takes 4 minutes or less to process a disconnect order in Siebel. #telstrafeedback #poorcustomerservice #bringjobsbackonshore

[1/4] @Telstra I recently spent nearly 5 weeks trying to get ADSL installed, including over 15 hours wasted on installers that didn't show up and about 15 support calls. Hugely frustrating experience with no proactive communication from Telstra - I had to continually call to...

[4/4] @Telstra ...I was charged $15 late fee!!! Can't believe the level of service in this day and age. I thought the 1st month free would be appropriate. Can't wait to find an alternative.
