bitterboy (@twistedandbitte) reported@Telstra What a bloody disgrace you are Telstra. Heard back from the person the complaint went to. Their response was instead of discussing the issue bluntly told us that given they have called us the case is now closed. Never discussed anything refused to discuss anything.

Kevin Chen (@Defiantclient2) reported@TheodorusAtheos @Telstra @Starlink Have you seen anything that indicates signal strength for AST? I imagine it's in the range of -90 to -100 dBm, or better.
-
bitterboy (@twistedandbitte) reported@Telstra Will now take this up with the Ombudsman, asking them to note it is resolved in favour of the customer and the delay in responding is your deliberate attempt to delay compensation. Stick that where it fits, or where the sun don’t shine.

Bighead1883 @henrykklemens.bsky.social (@Biggy1883again) reported@Telstra Hi Ivan, people are not always home, hence why we ALL have mobile phones. Check Telstra history re Laverton. We do have an ongoing problem that gets patched numerous time per year. I do not get town slowness if I`m at/near a mine-site which has better internet speeds.

Brett Cousins (@BrettWCousins) reported@Telstra Thanks for following up . I’m surprised this is news to Telstra. It’s well-known that Telstra just doesn’t just service Elwood. Most cafes offer wifi because everyone knows how poor telstra is. Been that way for a decade.

Big Dazz (@DBureges) reported@AFL @Telstra Did they just breed another Heeney wtf

ROBOFÈLLA (@AlexNz79) reported@BrentHodgson @TISM_Root Telstra offered an alternative 5G network to replace the aging copper network that mirrors system used overseas, with much higher speeds and reliability and the government decided to build there own assets, using leased Telstra floorspace & Paid Telstra to upgrade its exchanges.

Paddy (@Dabatsau) reported@cookyourgarden @valuetainment They dont have lowband spectrum in Australia (nor in the US) without doing a deal with existing providers (Telstra & Optus) so dont get your hopes up. The spectrum they do have is mid band and would require phone manufacturers to support it, also needs a clear path to the sky to work.
