@Telstra And this is why people get pissed off with Telstra. It was originally listed as a problem with a fix time then it said no problem on the site. If you would just put on the site there’s a problem and we’re fixing it people wouldn’t be as pissed

@Robert6420 @TelstraEnt How can Telstra fix customer service, they don’t have any. I need to cancel my service altogether next month, for personal reasons I won’t need it. Despite trying to do it well in advance I was told to ring back on the day which i can’t!!
