    @RandallMcmurph9 I am new to telstra. Good customer support and app. Such a pain to resolve issues though via overseas call centre. Was with tpg which were ok before i moved house. Was not a straight forward plug and play transfer.

    @Telstra dropouts have stopped after the outage was fixed last night, however still having issues with packet loss randomly throughout the day causing discord to go robotic and games to completely lag out until it clears up, have multiple ping plotter results from monitoring it

    @Telstra Exactly 1 year since I reported this fault. I doubt the problem still exists, but one of the biggest problems with splitting up our telecoms is the constant buck passing of problems. No ONE is responsible.

    @Telstra Hilarious. You put out a news story about how amazing telstra is to help the internet access of australians, and yet the comments are flooded with examples of this not happening with all previous services offered. A constant reminder that telstra is not here to help, just want $$

    @Telstra Furthermore, people who have applied for satellite phones due to serious illness/emergency have not had the phones delivered, with excuse courier couldn't get through. I can get my Subaru Forester thru, what's the problem? We have been abandoned. Tell the boss.
