Why does it have to be so bleedin hard to talk to a human being in big corporations, it's almost like they don't want to know. @telstra I can login on a PC to my Telstra Plus account, but not to my MyTelstra. I just get a blank page, I need to communicate with a human being.

Hi @Aussie_BB ... I'm an ex @Telstra customer. Just switched and you gotta ease up. Doing my head in So far Connected me 2 hours after signup I made a payment and it SHOWED UP INSTANTLY in my account Ordered a Fetch yesterday and it was delivered just now. I'm not used to this

@maggieatlas Just a comment on Telstra Shops: In my local town we had an electrician who became a Telstra agent. He had several people working for him, offering personal friendly service, "sit down, have a coffee" going out of their way to help Telstra customers. Now we have a Telstra Shop.

@Telstra I have been trying to a a delivery problem resolved between you and @startrack. Feels like I’m on a Möbius strip. Customer service placates me with business platitudes. @startrack pass me back to you. It’s appalling service really.
