@Telstra He’s terrible at backing a Ute out the drive and across the road, where the post is situated,... I mean, we don’t care if it goes out,.. but I’m sure that’s not true for hundreds of others in the area.

@Telstra I feel like I have an impossible dream - and that is to communicate with a phone company on the ..... phone. Website says call to add my extra service - call it says use the App and hangs up - setup & use the app it says call but there's no point as no one will answer..

13 years with @VodafoneAU and thinking of transferring to Optus or Telstra- spoke with two technical support teams past 4 days as @VodafoneAU prepaid customers are unable to send nor receive any OTP texts to/from 32665 (Facebook‘s shortcode); despite this working back in 2013.

@Telstra provide excuses to you @TomElliott3AW on air today. I have had several messages trying to solve issues via messaging and sometimes it takes day to resolve. What doesn’t a company who has survived on phone calls actually take calls to solve problems.

@NRL @Telstra So let’s get this right! We thought golden point was boring because of al the drop goal attempts, so now for ‘more entertainment’ we introduce a long range drop goal for 2 pts! Ffs stop rewarding the poor teams who can’t score!! This game is going the same way as rugby!

@Telstra worst service ever. Placed order for new internet on 23/11. But modem not delivered. Rang Tues and Wed and guaranteed delivery by 11/12. Still no modem. After 90min call told only solution is to go to shop and pay $216. @Optus solved issue for free in 10min - awesome
