@Telstra ive had really bad packet loss the past 2 weeks, ive tried contacting u via the My Telstra app and just got left on delivered for hours and gave up, anyway i can contact you guys so i can get this fixed.

@DavidTruscott @Telstra I‘m dumping #Telstra after 30 years.... prices going up, customer service is down, discounts & deals only for new customers, 5G only for high end plans. Other carriers offer more for less. Telstra needs complete restructure & new board. It’s dead as it is. #KODAK

@Telstra C'mon Ivan, follow the thread. The original tweet was from Friday where the outage checker showed no interruption 4 CC, while there was an issue & the outage checker for North Star showed that mobile was out in CC. The information was erroneous and not accurate.

@JNPhillips4 I have never heard anyone worse. I was in the Telstra box for the World Cup final @wallabies v England. They paid for Kearns to be there to mingle with their clients. I tried to talk to him twice but he waved me away because he was tied in knots watching the game. Tosser

@owner @SparkNZ @vodafoneNZ that sux dude, sorry to hear. in oz u can get like 20gb for $20 on prepaid with telstra,im on a plan and have like 5gb or something never even get close to using it
