    @Telstra I don't know why staff needs to write tweets that they know are incorrect? As I reported several damaged pits and covers in #Brisbane and all Telstra done months later was to dumped a yellow lid on the damage no proper repairs.

    @Telstra Still haven’t heard from them and currently been on hold @Telstra for 64 mins, also went in store Telstra in pacific fair, they did nothing, I bet @andy_penn CEO doesn’t have Telstra or NBN issues

    @Telstra @JayStephens Solutions for damaged pits especially covers is to ignore the damage and when they finally cough cough fix it is to put a yellow lid on the damage pit and cover and ignore it again.

    @DougCameron51 @Telstra @TheIPA And while you're at it Telstra, what about fixing the landlines brought down in the Gembrook area? Still lying on roads and tracks! In fact some have been strung up in a number of spots by locals for a number of years with no sign of maintenance by you!
