    @nearsupah @notbunjil @Telstra Replaced it with fibre to "nodes", with the degraded copper network used to deliver the "last mile" of service - the copper network that had been deliberately neglected because it was SUPPOSED to be replaced shortly. My internet goes out EVERYTIME it rains, for example

    @Telstra in investigating mobile booster options for my parents (which cost $2000) with Telstra WOM Dept, they advised the Telstra map showed their area had excellent service. I can promise you they have 1 bar inside and 2 outside. Can you investigate Gleneagle 4285 please

    So with the publicity of #RobodebtRC can we maybe get some attention on the horrible actions of debt collection agencies? I had #telstra hound me about a debt they owed my mother. And lismore council extort money from me over a disputed bill i still have never seen. #auspoll
