    @Telstra Portable Telstra wifi device and phone data - it's just how it is rights now! There's also a zone to the west of town where the wifi will just cut out, but phone data won't. No idea why

    @TonyHWindsor Go back to bed grandpa TELSTRA offered an Australia wide internet network for $4 billion This was rejected and you, Conroy, Rudd + Gillard!!! And then you created the NBN, at a cost to the tax payer for $50 billion. And now it’s a white elephant, as 5G, is superior to it!

    @Telstra please confirm here the only way one can pay is beforehand & not bpay after a statement. Your staff use Netflix as a comparison but a phone & data service is completely unlike an entertainment subscription. It’s a false equivalent that is designed to deceive. #cxfail

    @FlashNewsAU your customer service (a term I use loosely) is giving me nonsensical responses about refund of a monthly fee. I didn’t sign up beyond the free trial period offered via @Telstra. Feels like a scam. Refund the fee, please. @acccgovau

    @Telstra Hi Tori, it's 2337 (Scone), it slows down every day between 5pm and 8pm to the point that even loading Twitter can be difficult 🤷 they did works a few weeks ago that frankly made it worse
