@ByrneNick On @Telstra you can't even setup your voicemail to skip the welcome message, which help spammers confirm your identity. I'm redirecting all non-contacts to voicemail (thanks, iOS!) and blocking those that are retrying multiple times a day.

Cool. So the @Telstra 5G network in Bendigo seems to gone down the toilet. Last week I was able to get up to 50Mbps with my Telstra 5G modem. This weekend? I cannot even get 5Mbps down. 5km from Bendigo town centre. Time to troubleshoot. The joys of not having #NBN

@telstra how is it even possible that our new NBN is way slower than our adsl was? Between 9-10pm it is impossible to watch Netflix. But hey at least you’re getting extra money each month now. Worst telecommunications company in Australia.

@Telstra So, if someone doesn't have a smart phone they can't cancel their service with @Telstra???! Pretty sure that's illegal. I've tried calling all hours of day and always get hung up on, and web app doesn't allow you to cancel. This seems pretty illegal to me!

Hey @Telstra: (1) no one has replied in 3 days when using the MyTelstra App! (2) I've had my order cancelled but no explanation given (3) When I try and call you send me a link to go back to (1) and then hang up Do you want my business or not?

@Telstra how do you get any support Telstra ! Have been without internet since the 15th January when Telstra disconnected my Cable internet and cannot get NBN until 30th March ! Telstra compliant case raised TIO case also , emails to Andy Penn , to Minister for communications !

Getting text messages saying it's from NBN to complete a survey. Today I had a phone call from "Telstra" about my Internet. They want to know who is my service provider. Joys of leaving phone no everywhere 😑
