@Leel06Lee I guess people stick with Qantas for the same reason people stick with Telstra and the Commonwealth bank . Think it is better to stick with something vaguely connected with Australia and they have memories of good and reliable service .

Urgh thanks a lot @telstra home isolating with Covid on a long weekend and there’s been an NBN/Telstra outage since at least 6am Can’t stream anything which really sucks when I’ve got nothing better to do when sick 😷🤧🦠 #telstrasucks #telstraoutage give me back cable #nbn sucks

@telstra you are a joke. I don’t recommend your services to anyone! Outage since 630am yesterday morning and will “possibly” be restored tomorrow evening. What a joke. Can’t stream or WFH when I have Covid 🤬🤬🤬

Telstra can jack up your bill just by sending you a letter. You want to change to a cheaper plan they expect you to provide as much info as a new customer. They really enjoy screwing customers don't they.

Watching the Seven News report and story about Indian scammers,it’s amazing how one bloke can jam and pin point hackers, yet Telstra, Optus with all their technology and resources can’t look after their customers,maybe a law suit might help stir some action!
