My favourite part about Telstra is that they have a paid ad on Google when you are Googling how to make a complaint with the Telecommunications ombudsman. It’s like they know their service is problematic.

@NickAfterHack @martha_pleva @DavidShoebridge Uh, okay? Firstly, thanks for the pleasant reply. If your details were revealed by Telstra despite paying for an unlisted number, you should make a complaint to OAIC. It's a pretty flagrant violation of privacy, so you're likely entitled to compensation.
