@noplaceforsheep Don’t go there! -as part of a never ending & unresolved issue with Telstra I had a useless 40+ /3 day online message exchange (I have screen shots for the Telecomms Ombudsman 😠) +3 shop visits, a formal complaint, several phone calls, back of house ‘tickets’ & still waiting..

Very frustrating to be back at work in the Melbourne CBD and find the @Telstra network still has blackspots in the city loop with no data at all. This is after getting a new phone with 5g which isn't cheap.

@farms_sanderson @Telstra Hey mate we had pretty crap service for a few months. Not ideal with a newborn. Misses got onto our local nationals member and they have a team for just dealing with Telstra. We now have full service back again.

@developerjack My phone has 5G And Telstra's network performance is a lot worse than 4G. To the extent I'm considering finding out how to turn it off. I don't want an eternity of unreliable networking.

@Telstra Probably about 1 year old. It’s the smart modem with backup 4G but I’ve never gotten the 4G during a dropout

Hey @MFWitches can you give this elderly lady a hand with @telstra? see my timeline. They disconnected her service 10 weeks ago and gave her NBN and phone line to another customer. She cares for a disabled person and runs the community theatre. telstra has been very bad.
