@Telstra U asked for report. After a month of Upgrade work, 4G Reception in Bowral now down to 1 or 2bars at best, when it was 2 occasionally 3 bars. So after all the upgrades for 5G, it turns out, 4G is worse. -. You did not tell us that this was 5G work. And 4G is worse! Wow!

@Telstra Apple Watch unable to connect to cell network since I upgraded iPhone. Apple confirms it’s network issue. Multiple contacts w Telstra support, they say they’re working on it but I’ve heard nothing for about 2 weeks. Happy to share case ref by DM.
