@Telstra No. I turned things on and off and it seems to be working better. But it was such a drastic halt to service. Why do these things happen? I was in the middle of transferring large files to the cloud and that was interrupted.

@VodafoneAU yes that's right. australia is a supposed to be a 1st world country but vodafone's outage makes it seems like a 3rd world country. couldnt even do work or contact people the outage was for a whole day. all my friends on telstra didnt even face this issue. stop slumping

@Telstra I wanted to pay you more ... I went in to change to a more expensive plan. Told without direct debit details I couldn’t change anything. Stuck with a terrible plan that is costing me more!

@NBN_Australia Did you even read my tweet? It has nothing to do with Telstra or their service and everything to do with you guys giving rural australia no upgrades to the infastructure. My node is 1km away and it's on old copper wire. Nothing they can do about it.

@Telstra Yes only Foxtel. I got a message yesterday that said the issue was resolved but it's still unresolved. Foxtel have assigned a case manager, haven't heard anything else yet

@Telstra If I have to go to all this trouble I will research every company. I spoke in store and was told there are only 4 exceptions to no direct debit (have print out) - for domestic violence you have to provide proof. Proof. A victim is not going to do that.
