    @Telstra ridiculous that 10 days after I reported an issue with your One Number service and 3 layers of terrible support, the best you can come up with is ‘there is a fault’. A quick internet search shows people have had the same issue since at least 2020! Can you fix this?

    @Telstra I complained about a very rude member of staff several hours ago. Nothing has been done. Is being rude to customers and fobbing them off now @Telstra policy?

    @Telstra Plus I’ve now got back in touch with the chat facility and they can’t access any previous details as the case is closed, so I’m having to go through the whole rigmarole again. Awful. Time for the TIO I think.

    @Telstra I have mate. It’s not all the time but it’s definitely stretched for mobile internet service with the current population increase.

    @Telstra Hi Anto. Not recently, no. It’s always been terrible here. I may have complained in the past, but it seems to fall on deaf ears. How do I raise it with those teams?

    @Telstra No Your website never shows outages, everything has been restated, multiple modems have been tried, what's the issue in the area. I have full download when it connects and no upload

    @Telstra Your technical staff are very rude and seem unable to understand plain English. I'm considering changing providers, outrageously awful service. #DoBetter

    @Telstra I have no idea if I have a case in progress; the last tech I spoke to advised there was a fault and no estimated time to resolution. They then asked if they could close the case! 🤨 For all I know, they may have done.
