Everyone that uses @Telstra, check your bill. I just discovered mine has gone up $5 per month for absolutely NO reason. This is disgusting. Way to kick people when they're down, Telstra.

@Telstra Service has now been restored and a new modem delivered, thankfully. Now the process of re-registering all my devices begins and I can get back to work and study. For what Telstra charge, very ordinary service. 30Mbs download is hardly market leading. Not happy!!

@DerekRobinson2 @chrismurphys @Telstra I’ve never had a good run with Telstra. It’s ok until you have a tech issue or a billing problem and then it’s hell trying to get things fixed.

@lalycia @NetballScoop @SMHsport The Telstra app has always been a dud. Telstra has no sense of service since becoming privatised. It is now about the bottom line only. Netball Australia should seek an alternative online service that is less costly & able to be streamed to a computer or tv. #telstra #netball
