@Telstra Yes Ash you can answer a simple question. Why I'd it take Telstra 6 days to respond to Alan's complaint, but the father of an AFL footballer makes a Twitter comment using exactly the same method, and Telstra replied within a couple of hours. Now why would that be?🤔

@Telstra This was about 8 years ago. It ended up being paid off but more was paid on top of the Sim plan AFAIK. It's a non issue now but was sort of at the time.

@baoyusi @beer_nun @Telstra Aldi mobile. They use the best network...Telstra. But, you don't have the hassle of dealing with idiots...and at a fraction of the cost.

@Telstra What the hell is happening to your network on the Gold Coast? For three days it's been consistently dropping out, running so slow and unreliably that online devices like Google and Amazon's Alexa are constantly flashing "Check your internet connection" on their screens.
