Our @Telstra home internet has been down for 15 days, with visits from 3 different NBN techs who all said we need a new @Telstra modem. @Telstra customer 'service' continually starts our conversation from scratch and refuses to do anything except book another NBN tech

@katieqs @Telstra Crap service 4 NC NSW normally yet visiting South Island NZ -on Fox Glacier & took a call from a client! we have struggled to get phone & internet service & are only 10 km from coffs.Telstra regional services are deficient at best of times -in a crisis that’s serious

@JMaxMelb @Optus @Telstra Stopped using Optus a couple of years ago. No better when you get someone on the phone either. Very hard to have a conversation with someone in Mumbai about issues in Perth. Cannot remember one issue being solved
