    @ellymelly Yes it is. My regional medical centre I have had the same doctor at for 30 years has been sold about a year ago. It’s now run by an offshore call centre in India and is now full of Indian doctors and I use that term loosely. I will never go to an immigrant doctor. Also in my small regional town , the Telstra shop all Indian staff, two of the 3 Pizza shops are Indian run, women walking around in Saris, all delivery drivers Indian. It’s an invasion!

    @CC68891975 @SistaRuthDOPD those of us who live where the threat is real now face summer without even basic telecommunications 4G's terrible Telstra contractor trying to fix landlines, out for more than a month, agreed VicEmergency requires data on just for alerts no nbn no wifi hope the new system works

    @JohnOSullivan36 @MichaelWestBiz @MichaelPascoe01 I was hacked this week by a Telstra scam. Thankfully my Bank locked my Acs but I have used the entire week changing drivers licence, Medicare ,etc. 2 x200 k trips to Phone Dr for cleaning. I knew I should hang up but they had every base covered. It has knocked my confidence.

    @BrowntownBrew @Batman2242 We gave up on Telstra years ago Were one of the first in our area to take up starlink. It’s now quite slow because everyone else has done the same

    It is time the Federal Gov stopped Telstra and others charging $3.30 for customers who want to secure there private details particularly bank details by using Bill Pay . These companies fail in protecting customers and yet they rob customers. I control my bank details not Telstra

    @Telstra offered to upgrade my Internet. Apparently 5x the speed. Same cost. Same plan. Sounded like a good deal so I said yes. After about 5 pointless and painful discussions I shut down the process. I’m going to @Starlink with my 5G phones service for back up. They make it easy.

    Why are you fuckwits so dim? @eddys199 Australia was NOT debt-free in 2006. The Commonwealth had NET debt after selling our gold and major assets like Telstra. Australia still had significant state debt. The trouble with you morons is you read a headline, dive into a rabbit hole that even rabbits won't go in and come out all covered in old mouldy ****. Major contributors included: →Selling public assets (privatisations), most notably the government's remaining stake in Telstra, which raised tens of billions of dollars. →Strong economic growth during the mining boom, which boosted tax revenues. →A long period without major recessions or global crises until the GFC. Pauline Hanson is looking for a house 'friend' - you should apply.
