Still the address was incorrect and absolutely nothing had been done by Telstra to fix it. Just fake promises. Baseline - i have 672+1344+fake credits stuck with Telstra

@Telstra Yes tried resetting network settings multiple times. Doesn’t correct the issue, goes either sos, no signal, full bars of 3G (with no connection) or 1 bar of 4g (with no connection). Or drops out after 2mins connected

@Neroli_Meadows @Telstra need to be doing a better job or protecting us (well is Telstra customers) on this, they seem to be doing nothing about and leaving it for us to block all the numbers. Come on @Telstra get off your asses and fix this. It’s scam after scam after scam text

@Telstra trying to get an answer for days on an outage in dulwich hill on the 4g network. It says rectified & every ticket I’ve raised has been closed w/out contact. no coverage in my suburb, walk up the street to next suburb & works. Please advise on fix date

Which is diabolical It's why Turnbull said we'd probably find better coverage through the mobile towers before we fix this crap. Pouring bad money after good Or everyone's Netflixing

@Telstra I Seriously doubt the level of fake commitments and promises. Order# I21021379446331 on 02/09/2021 Shipped on 17/09/2021 but not delivered. Reason - incorrct address from Telstra. Cases 19092897,19102101, Incident INC000097626692 raised to resolve. No result or refund
