@Telstra Hi, I'm located in 2017 postcode area. This is a @ALDIMobileAU service, which uses the Telstra network. As far as I can tell, Telstra (retail) services are unaffected because of VoLTE and VoWiFi support. 4G to 3G handover and 3G for calling is completely broken

@jxeeno Telstra wholesale (ALDI & other resellers) also don’t support Wi-Fi calling (only for “real” Telstra plans). This is reason I transferred all my mobile & broadband to AussieBroadband (who use Optus & support Wi-Fi calling). Coverage is good too (better than in years gone by).

@aureq @Telstra ha, this isn’t a Telstra (retail) issue per se so i haven’t been tagging them in this. been trying to do the good deeds behind the scenes to get this fixed but we’re really not making much progress
