    @delmaclifton That poor man Greg Hes bloody lucky it was me I might be a little loose after work,and yes,I've played up in life, but,....i am very straight forward with others privacy... Its the rules. Respect people's privacy , Especially their home address etc Shame on telstra💯

    @delmaclifton If this is mobile, I switched to Aldi mobile which uses the Telstra network. Tip from the farmer next door during and over the fence chat, as we can’t access Optus-based service in our area. Your story was my life. Haven’t looked back.

    @Telstra Still having trouble page loading. It is somewhat better but if I open two or three tabs the pages wont load.

    @Telstra Your get help app says there is no service disruptions in my area. 36 people on my local community FB page having the same issues would beg to differ. Location is Newborough Vic 3825. Calls either failing or dropping out after connecting.

    @Telstra Hi, shame you guys couldn't help. Still no calls in or out, still no call from telstra to my alternate number... While I'm glad you could pass a message to your 'level 2 team', no actual movement.

    @Optus you said service would be resumed in Paddington 4064. Once again it’s down. 3 weeks without internet and you’re expecting me to pay the bill. Go with Telstra, customers. Optus don’t even listen. I’ve texted and called them and im ignored

    @TonyHWindsor @gabriellechan what's your suggestion for phone coverage in rural areas (not telstra)? I do solo road trips so signal is nb for safety, but telstra suggested I try another company as I only get 1 bar signal at home (capital city) & they can't find fault.

    @delmaclifton I had the same issue with boost prepaid (also Telstra). Put out a new app, download app, go to use it, we put out a new app, download it. For three bloody months. Just ended up going straight to telstrafor recharging. Now the f*cking app works. Bastards incorporated.
