    @Telstra Jo I’m finally getting a technician on Friday, the level of service and ability to concentrate on my matter has been appalling tonight. However my substantive question remains why is my @Telstra app reporting a strong Wi-Fi connection when I don’t have a connection?

    @Telstra Seriously? I have been through about 7 people on chat for the last 2 weeks for nothing. Even was promised call backs twice, nothing. How about a local aust. Contact to sort this easy problem.

    When David Thodey was CEO @Telstra the customer was always the most important aspect of Telstra, however, under this new thing, CEO Brady customer service has gone downhill rapidly.

    @vrachelv9 @Telstra Yes. After being quoted in newspaper article about Mallacoota’s Telstra phone problems, I received call from a support person who wanted too talk to me only about phone support access times - not actual service problem. He had definitely been drinking the Telstra Kool Aid.

    @Telstra I am trying to chase down a receipt that last week I was told would be emailed to me (after at least 30 minutes on the chat with customer service). It truly can't be that hard.

    With Telstra, it’s not an “outage”. It’s a “network upgrade”. That starts days in advance. And continues intermittently.

    @Telstra Harvey, you’re absolutely right about it being no good! But there’s no point in talking about @Telstra support wait times with Telstra staff - because Telstra talks about it and never improves it. So infuriating!
