I got $200 credit after paying closer to 2k for 3years with a vandalized line I made another report about faulty line nearly a month ago And still no call to arrange repair Despite nearly 30year history of line damage in hallway,not in my unit 🤦

@Telstra Hi Jay, you’re also discussing the same issue with @ranto_the , so I don’t want to duplicate the work issue for you. I do think that this address and coverage issue, should have been checked ahead of sale by the @telstra staff member, as it was offered as a poss product /2

@Telstra This can be resolved very simply Jay (and @NicQuilting and I appreciate your help) — send a courier to our place to pick up the modem so we don’t have to pfaff about at the post office and iron-clad guarantee that we will NOT have our existing nbn service cancelled.

@Telstra Jay, I’m looking for someone from @Telstra to admit that this service doesn’t yet exist in this geographic location, and that there are different levels on coverage for the same post code area in a regional location. Thanks.
