    @Telstra I'm not resetting jack s**t. Sort your tower problems, maybe upgrade the power sources. Stop pretending that the issues are with those of us paying for your crap service. Overpaid execs, underpaid techs and not enough invested in infrastrucure and maintenance.

    @Telstra Well interestingly, now I am still being charged, but I'm completely unable to access any of that service. And it took 3.5 hours to get accurate info...

    @alexkidman @smyth_gj @AmyRemeikis the downside of the FttN-to-FttP upgrade is that NBN might use it as an excuse not to fix FttN issues, like Telstra did with copper and HFC beforing selling it to NBN
