@elder_peter @GeorgeMonbiot I had POT over my mother's financial affairs due to a TELSTRA problem. That didn't help much in my case. The Ombudsman eventually rescued us.

  • expectproblems Elissa (@expectproblems) reported

@rohan_p I admit my only reticence is that I get 5G with my current Telstra plan but… damn, I just never really noticed the difference? But part of my tech gadget nerd self wants to know it’s there for NO reason.

  • rohan_p Rohan Pearce (@rohan_p) reported

@expectproblems This can be the issue with most Telstra resellers: "All Telstra Mobile Virtual Network Operators (MVNOs) run on the Telstra wholesale network with the exception of Boost Mobile. While Telstra’s full network reaches 99.5% of the population the wholesale version covers 98.8%."

  • davebutts1983 David JB (@davebutts1983) reported

@DougCameron51 Come on Doug, Labor decided to sell Qantas. I’m not sure service could be anything other than poor when crucial infrastructure is transferred to the private sector. See electricity, Telstra and so on for further examples.

@Telstra @andy_penn Yes but that is not the issue the watch was ordered 6 weeks before and was in stock at the time last week they said 2 weeks yesterday we are canceling your order Not very good customer service

@7NewsPerth Please open the market to Singapore Airlines. Give these clowns a run for their money. Things will shape up with competition. Telstra was a good example of poor performance. They are now forced to step up and compete.

  • stuartf11218108 goofy foot. (@stuartf11218108) reported

@worst_pm @lynlinking Telstra, Please cancel my account, as of 14/7/22 have a new cheaper carrier.

  • expectproblems Elissa (@expectproblems) reported

Well damn seemingly nobody but the big providers does support for eSim wearables so… guess that kinda sticks me with Telstra for now.

  • phillipwmoore49 Phillip Moore (@phillipwmoore49) reported

@SandyHorne61 @Qantas @Qantas is succeeding in its quest to make Telstra customer service look good in comparison.

  • lozemmahunter Lauren Hunter (@lozemmahunter) reported

@Telstra appauled at your customer service. 6 attempts (!!!) to cancel an NBN order, each time assured it was done and yet it still showed up on the door step of my old home. NO ONE able to actually help/solve the issue. Useless service.
