@Telstra Are you joking? Everything refers you to live chat. They are the most incompetent workers ever for such a simple service. You can’t expect live chat to sort out all problems they can’t even fix one. All they do is exit conversations and lie to me. I’m done with Telstra!

@Telstra @andy_penn Just got a bill for BOTH ADSL2 (disconnected service) and NBN for the same period of time. 2 bundles…really? We get disconnected without notice, now we are charged twice. How can we get charged for something that not longer exists???????

@andy_penn #Eynesbury internet out AGAIN until 23/7. 2nd week on a row of mass outage. Kids and families trying to work from home in shutdown. With no internet, TV etc. @Telstra Many faults lodged.

@Telstra Total lies. "Unlimited data on 4G when there isn't NBN available" i don't have NBN here and yet there is 4G in town but nope! Telstra says "nah, we mean you need to use NBN before you can use our 4G service" but get what, there is actually ADSL with other companies still. Idiots
