@Telstra @LeithMarshall Mine is and the wife's phone also. Hope it might help others having similar issues

  • HDRDean Dean from Oz (@HDRDean) reported

@Telstra I have spent the last 2 days in a PM with you and you STILL cannot provide us with any information on the outage or plan to fix the 4G. Even your own on site tech in March April reported the 4G issue. And no one has done anything.

3/3 service to their customer base. If only that were true. Not, mind you, are the other Telco’s any better. It is a Monty, that they will be watching the consumer reaction to the price hike and will follow suit once the dust settles. Telstra, you have done it again! @Telstra

  • darrenwlea Darren Lea (@darrenwlea) reported

@Telstra_news I suggest all users check their Telstra ID accounts as mine has been merged with other customers and compromised. Spent 4 hours trying to fix online, only to be told I need to visit store for resolution. Very concerning attitude @Telstra, irreparable damage caused.

  • Bushpatriot Kenneth Briggs (@Bushpatriot) reported

@Telstra @7NewsMelbourne It’s almost impossible to call a local Telstra store, and you get anybody in the call centre line most times they either don’t understand your problem or put you back to somebody that knows less, now the costs are going up but the service hasn’t improved that’s it!

  • HDRDean Dean from Oz (@HDRDean) reported

@Telstra Last nights 7pm deadline for resumption of service (internet) as usual came and went, still no internet. And i bet my complaints manager will call Monday to say it will be done by Friday 7pm

  • sweetaxident victoriacarter (@sweetaxident) reported

@Telstra @Praveen79447438 Retaliation from the staff is happening and is unacceptable. Yet another incident yesterday. When will this be stopped? Centre management complaint being lodged about poor behaviours by the manager. This is very upsetting indeed.

Wowsers, glad I’ve never signed up to @Telstra, shocking rate rise, what a crock. #Telstra

  • HDRDean Dean from Oz (@HDRDean) reported

@telstra (1of 2) Day 26 no internet and spent over four hours trying to get some information on what the issue is via PM, then messenger...

  • StuartMediaNews Australian_6 🇦🇺 (@StuartMediaNews) reported

Poor Telstra, they obviously aren’t making enough profit from their already overinflated prices. What to do? At a time when most Aussie household budgets are stretched to breaking point. They decide to add to the pain by increasing their prices. The increases will return them 1/3
