    @kelly_ques @Chuckles152 Who are you with? We love Telstra but just too expensive so we’re with Voda. Never had an issue with them. Optus was rubbish. Couldn’t even get one bar of reception.

    @Optus @Telstra It’s not like it’s rural Australia or anything - it’s only 50 mins from Adelaide. Terrible service.

    Hey @Telstra can you please advise me number to call you on? My home broadband and mobile services were suspended over a payment issue - my online direct debit did not update. I need the suspension lifted ASAP.

    @MattSainsb @AlboMP Also I know some telstra free wifi spots are around some towns. But their God awful and slow. Hence why dedicated spots are needed. Also what are you doing at 10pm that needs internet?

    I wonder if @Telstra departments actually talk to each other? Moved out of a house a week ago and still cannot get NBN-Telstra disconnect through. Useless and incompetence don’t begin to describe customer service.

    @Optus Yep no outage here at oakleigh. I Thought switching from Telstra to optus would be easy. Didn't know I have to wait 2 weeks for optus to activate my NBN. Been calling 133937 whole day and no one picked up. Please call 0408940690 today or I'm switching back to Telstra tmr
