@chrismurphys @Telstra Same countless phone calls and hours spent not being able to speak to anyone just being moved around pressing different numbers finally gave up and went with Aussie broad band great service speak to someone straight away call centre’s in Australia connected in 24hrs 👍🏻👍🏻

@Telstra Hi Greg, tbey just told me it is Telstra, providing the game pass, so I am not sure and I have been trying to gen ananswer from chat in telstra app and o feel like noone at Telstra knows about game pass in xbox all access. I guess the only option i get is to cancel it

@LindaAHardy My mobile cuts out as I turn off Pialba Burrum Heads Road. Then works part-way down neighbouring street. I sometimes get two bars and 4G in some rooms at my place. But normally one bar & 3G or SOS only. I make all calls using FaceTime audio (wifi) normally. Am with @Telstra

@Telstra After all the bullying, harassment and extortion, reading the 99% negative comments to telstras daily social media adverts is the highlight of my day now. Why you would even be on social media as the countries most hated company I will never know.

@NBN_Australia Hi there, thank you. I have contacted Telstra and they are sending out a technician tomorrow. However, the root cause is never resolved. The pit dries and the issue resolves itself until next time and round and round we go. I have my neighbours also logging service requests.

@JaneenJericho1 @Telstra Yep done that, the best bit of this is phones work fine at minnipa but when I get home nothing. Apparently the problem is the Minnipa tower 🤷
