    @Telstra We have tried. @Telstra referred us to our provider, TPG, who in turn have referred us to the NBN. It’s been 5 days as we still have no service.

    @Telstra Understood. However, as @telstra disconnected our service instead of our vacating neighbours, I would hope they could assist in rectifying the issue and reconnecting us.

    @Telstra Tried that for over a year - waste of time. Ended up in a dispute and I was forced to accept a paltry amount. I’m a small business so didn’t have the appetite to employ a lawyer to fight. I’ll never ever recommend Telstra ever to anyone. It was an absolutely horrible experience.

    @KeenoPaul Thanks heaps Paul. Very weird. I can access on laptop via phone (Telstra) hotspot, but not on laptop using @Optus NBN. There's 3 sites I can't see via Optus - all hosted by @WebCentralAU. Not finding other sites a prob. But yes, sites slow when viewable. Investigation continues!

    @Telstra how about NO!! as iv spent the past 3 hours on the live chat with idiots that don't know anything about the services u offer and just cancel **** and resign me up to the same thing they cancelled without my consent really good job on your part GG

    @Telstra how do I find out if our tp-link is compatible then? The first person I spoke to confidently said there should be no issue. The second informed me that I could ONLY use a Telstra booster (he was so rude we thought we'd been scammed, and he wasn't actually an employee.)

    After 20+ years with @telstra I just experienced the worst customer services from multiple streams, even after calling in the TIO for mediation. This trillion dollar company does not give a **** about the little people. It's a company of revenue & compliance or cancellation.

    @Telstra I appreciate you responding to my ranting post Ash. From what I can see from the Help section of the Telstra site, I can't switch to a prepaid plan due to the device repayment cost. It's roughly $600 right now and I can't afford that as a one off payment. Having no option (1/2)
