    People in Lockhart pay the same for an @Telstra SIM as you do, but on a good day they get a phone call, maybe a slow static web page load. Fair? Wise? A not-**** government (and telco!) could do so much better, and yes it would make a difference.

They ended up awarding me a $500 credit after and long and drawn out escalated complaint, but since I’ve cancelled my internet and gone with someone else, it is proving impossible to get the $.     @dingcb @Telstra NBN HFC install hiatus due no HFC hardware. @Telstra confirmed they could install "Telstra" HFC and took my order. That was in late March. Still sitting here today in 'escalation hell' waiting for them to enable the service. Hardware has been installed for 3 weeks.
