@ItsErikabYo Yep and that's a terrible alternative. Telstra is expensive, poor download caps, bad upload (bad video calls) spotty reception (not ubiquitously good right?). NBN should have been fibre for 90+% pop, pick plan speed you need, not stuck for options for geography. Transformative.

Telstra profits 1.4billion dollars. Why do Australians have to put up with this criminal charges for a basic service? Profit CAPS is the only way to keep these businesses honest. Australians are 'price takers' and have no rights to negotiate the price, it is dictated 🤑

@Telstra might want to have your sales teams revised on how to make a sale. 4 times I tried to upgrade to a new phone and they can't give me any offer on a Samsung Z Fold 3 now the new Fold 4 model has been revealed by Samsung. Surely you won't offer a customer current pricing...

@PurpleDragon55 @Telstra Hey Ash, I'm sorry you've been convinced this 5G is a bad thing. Have you heard about organised religion?

@Telstra I found out via a Facebook group that someone was digging in the neighbourhood and it looks like they cut the cable. Lots of other people in my area also lost the signal.

@Telstra Can rely on them to bill you. But cannot rely on them for service.

@Telstra Telstra has confirmed via phone that closest tower is offline. We have no internet in any form at all. Would like to know when it will be reinstated. Your website is not showing the outage.

@NBN_Australia - biggest joke of a company. They bought all the old Telstra crap years ago, it’s old and faulty and their “dial-a-digs” are always wrong. But they won’t do anything to help you because they “can’t “

@ItsErikabYo For example, in Canberra and Newcastle, I know houses and shopping areas where the reception is so poor for Optus and Telstra, 4G is completely unusable for WFH and video calls.

@marquelawyers Similar story with Telstra. It makes $27billion a year. I forget what it was sold for, but unless it was trillions, that's a poor ROI
