    @Telstra My Foxtel service from @telstra has been restored after I waited on the phone for 75 minutes for that to happen. The decision to disconnect me last night, made without authorisation or valid reason, has not led, as far as I know, to any change in policy to prevent a repeat.

    I recently updated my NBN through @Telstra to FTTP which meant my Foxtel pacakage had to be unbundled. Instead of moving it to a stand alone account they have tonight completely cut off my service and there is nobody at Telstra tonight to restore it and correct their mistake.

    @Telstra I've moved oversea and want to cancel my plan. You staff told me before I left I could cancel easily through the app, but when I tried to do that, your bot told me I had to call, and when I tried to call I was told I didn't have service to that number. Just cancel it.
