@Anarkii_ @TheOrville @StarTrek Caveat, you need Telstra between towns if you have problems because they have some "phonecall only" 3g that can make calls in slot of places. Still, I have a metre high cb antenna which has crazy range when the ground is flat.

@russellmahoney @Telstra Best use the chat function. It’s less frustrating than a phone call but you’ll go from speaking to someone using broken English to someone texting you in broken English! [Note, it’s not their fault. They’re paid peanuts]. Thankfully @andy_penn is bringing call centres onshore.

@DarkViperAU @Telstra I have also just realised that you are on a 4G network whereas I'm on a 5G one, therefore invalidating my previous comment.

  • Rynaldo78 Ryan (@Rynaldo78) reported

@Telstra They have and I am also on a call now to see if we can identify the problem.

@andy_penn #Eynesbury Vic- 40 mins West of Melb. 5th week of internet and tv outages (Velocity). Massive issues. Standard answers. No progress. Ombudsman involved. Dates keep moving. What the heck is going on out here!? Please help! @Telstra #telstra

  • Only185797372 Onlyif (@Only185797372) reported

@ItsImogenGreene Telstra is updating to 5G so it’s causing a few problems to all networks , might be the cause

  • mrsamstweets mrsam (@mrsamstweets) reported

@Telstra Hi Glenn- so what service can you offer to replace no tv for 5 weeks and no antennas allowed in the estate? I’m intrigued.

  • Planet_arlia PlanetArlia (@Planet_arlia) reported

@Markyffekt Yeah I just changed from Telstra to Aussie broadband which is an optus network and it is ratshit

  • ForbesCass0001 Cassie forbes (@ForbesCass0001) reported

It is funny that @telstra increase data plans but this month my mobile isn’t using my WiFi at home and within one week I have used 56gig of data. When my limit before this month was 80gig per month. And I only ever reached that within the last three months. I see an issue here.

@theRealShooKon3 hey mate! I took a trip out to Inskip Peninsula and my old Telstra 4gx modem couldn't get a constant signal for streams. What do you use to get decent signal on Fraser?
