@Telstra your customer service is an absolute debacle. I have been trying to resolve my Internet issues since Monday and now when I ring the 1800 number as advised I receive a msg that takes me to a link for the My Telstra app that I have already attempted with no success!!!

@Qldaah @Telstra David, if have nbn connection then Telstra only service provider. nbn co own & maintain network. Telstra technical support can investigate but if underlying issue is network, nbn co responsible. If nbn co state 'no fault found', then service provider no power coerce nbn action

@Telstra I have an incident number INC13781033. The issue requires a visit from one of your technicians apparently. Your colleagues on the message service said they’d booked one today (16th March). I asked them to confirm twice. They did. Took half a day off work. No technician.

I moved into #Telstra 7 days ago and I promise you their nbn is the worst. Speeds of 7 mbps is just unheard of. Piece of advice to anyone planning to join Telstra DON’T

@Telstra Yes but I'm not getting anywhere. We have gone through numerous troubleshooting with no success. I have requested a Technician and was offered a few Timeslots, I chose one earlier today but it now looks as though it has not been reserved for me. I just want the issue fixed.

@Telstra I'm absolutely at my wits end. I have contacted Telstra back in December to cancel my home phone as we have moved and STILL I'm being billed for it. No way 2 cancel!! It's disgraceful & a scam! I want this sorted out! I will not sit on another 1.5 hour call to sort it.

@DuhigLisa @NBN_Australia @Telstra I actually love having the business run from hone. Been doing it for years and have a dedicated office. Constant issues with the NBN though really hurt and you are powerless to do anything. Into day 2 of no work, about to head to Telstra.

@Telstra No customer service. Near impossible to contact. I have tried now on multiple occasions to cancel our home line as we moved. I've eventually spoke to someone who assured me it was finally sorted. Only 2 get ANOTHER bill for the home line. Pathetic!

My phone is down , no signal its telstra malicious game. This prep work is vital , no reason for the phone to be down , i did all standard checks took battery out cleaned sim,the phone is fine, there is "none or 1 signal bar out of 5" , at this time YEAH RIGHT F...... PATHETIC !

If Ethan cannot help &you can't escalate a complaint further then raise it with the Telecommunications Industry Ombudsman but hope Ethan can help

@ScaryDropbearAu Having had many many many internet problems in the past, I feel ya mate. Depending on budget, it *might* be worth looking into a Telstra 4GX modem as a sort of backup? It’s not the most stable but I find it’s more consistent than when my NBN is having a bad day.

@DopedByMurdoch And just think, Telstra got to unload that rotting and totally amortised copper network - a valueless liability - for your taxpayer dollars. NBN takes total responsibility for it from now on. This was the utter corruption of the MTM, which is much worse than most people think.
