    @Telstra I have an incident number INC13781033. The issue requires a visit from one of your technicians apparently. Your colleagues on the message service said they’d booked one today (16th March). I asked them to confirm twice. They did. Took half a day off work. No technician.

    @Telstra I'm absolutely at my wits end. I have contacted Telstra back in December to cancel my home phone as we have moved and STILL I'm being billed for it. No way 2 cancel!! It's disgraceful & a scam! I want this sorted out! I will not sit on another 1.5 hour call to sort it.

    @Telstra your customer service is an absolute debacle. I have been trying to resolve my Internet issues since Monday and now when I ring the 1800 number as advised I receive a msg that takes me to a link for the My Telstra app that I have already attempted with no success!!!

    @Simonvw Just visited different Telstra store. Excellent customer service. Chalk and cheese. I learnt that one is a franchise the other is a company owned store. Explains everything.

    @Telstra Yes but I'm not getting anywhere. We have gone through numerous troubleshooting with no success. I have requested a Technician and was offered a few Timeslots, I chose one earlier today but it now looks as though it has not been reserved for me. I just want the issue fixed.

    @Telstra spoke to a technician. Apparently a problem with the line. #NBN involved ( God help us). Appointment now booked for (Drum roll....) 14th April Seriously? I suppose the NBN technical support can't be faster than the #NBN.

    @Telstra No customer service. Near impossible to contact. I have tried now on multiple occasions to cancel our home line as we moved. I've eventually spoke to someone who assured me it was finally sorted. Only 2 get ANOTHER bill for the home line. Pathetic!

    I hate @ALDIMobileAU ridiculously convoluted recharge process if you elect not to store creditcard details with them. It is, by far, the worst system compared to Telstra, Vodafone & Optus. It's so bad that I've decided it is not worth it any longer. They never respond to tweets.

    So @Telstra has sent me 3 concurrent bills for the same ph line, which they've also arbitrarily disconnected + ofc getting thru to customer support is imposs, they hang up on you while waiting! How is their communication so bad? Why are they even so expensive? 🤔🙄

    - try to contact Telstra bc I've had no contact yet about my acc problem. - get routed through their automated bs - 'to make it easy, follow the link I've texted you' Problem. My phone has been unlinked from my acc. No text and I can't use the online system bc they broke my acc.
