    @Telstra spoke to a technician. Apparently a problem with the line. #NBN involved ( God help us). Appointment now booked for (Drum roll....) 14th April Seriously? I suppose the NBN technical support can't be faster than the #NBN.

    @Telstra No customer service. Near impossible to contact. I have tried now on multiple occasions to cancel our home line as we moved. I've eventually spoke to someone who assured me it was finally sorted. Only 2 get ANOTHER bill for the home line. Pathetic!

    @Telstra I have an incident number INC13781033. The issue requires a visit from one of your technicians apparently. Your colleagues on the message service said they’d booked one today (16th March). I asked them to confirm twice. They did. Took half a day off work. No technician.

    @Telstra I'm absolutely at my wits end. I have contacted Telstra back in December to cancel my home phone as we have moved and STILL I'm being billed for it. No way 2 cancel!! It's disgraceful & a scam! I want this sorted out! I will not sit on another 1.5 hour call to sort it.

    @andy_penn Pity you failed with customer service. I found it easier to move to Optus then deal with the **** you employ now. Have complained to the Ombudsman twice. It's actually easier to get things done but still Telstra ***** it up. Do better. You really failed

    Pretty furious with @Telstra breaking all of my 2FA. Why? Because Telstra themselves recommended me and upgraded mobile service, instead they broke my mobile service, and now 1 week later they've informed me just now they're unable to resolve the issue or restore my service!

    @Ash4804 @ChrisMinnsMP I think everyone believes that. Telstra would provide better service, and be far cheaper. Commbank would be far cheaper and wouldn't be so corrupt and have gotten caught up in stealing so much as proven by the banking royal commission.

    @BreakfastNews Could we please get adequate mobile coverage in the bush. Even with a 1000$ @Telstra booster I don’t have service between home and Dubbo a major regional hub. Lithgow to Mudgee also terrible too.

    Hey @Telstra thanks a lot for cancelling international roaming for pre-paid customers. Been with you guys for 1+ years and now can’t access banking that needs sms code sent. Your online support is hopeless too
