@kendickens4 @tjtjgeol @OMGTheMess @JWSpry I don't mind the heat, but the humidity sucks. I used to work as a Telstra as a line worker in a country area. Low humidity meant I could work in jeans and long sleeves with no problem at 45+. When I went near Newcastle with the humidity I struggled!

@Telstra AN ELECTROCUTION RISK was reported YESTERDAY MORNING. IT IS STILL THERE. I've rung Telstra COUNTLESS TIMES & recorded the calls. This is the 3rd or 4th time in 6 MONTHS THAT WIRE HAS BEEN DOWN. Now customer service was RUDE & DISGUSTING. He said to wait ANOTHER 24 hours!
@Telstra I have been writing down all the disconnect times and giving this feedback. Whoever is “fixing” is ignoring everything I’m saying. I’m so pissed off with this shit. It’s been a week and nothing has improved.

@Telstra It's an unfixable problem until Telstra acknowledge their Gen2 modems are faulty and bring out a new model
@Telstra Well nowhere. I've been promised a new modem which may fix the problem but the level 2 people admitted that it may have the same problems as the other two modems. It's a dodgy product. So there is no resolution. I feel after decades I will have to say goodbye telstra. :(
