@Telstra Yeah, I will. It’s a real shame that this service is the norm. There’s a lot cheaper options out there, and you’d think service would be amazing from Telstra, but nope.

@Telstra your live chat is a total shitshow. I wasted 20 minutes there with an issue and got non coherent answers from a team leader. I’m so sick of you and your shitty service, and your inability to send me a paper bill on time, or in this case at all.

Dear @Telstra after 10+ years as customer and proud Telstra alumni, I still can't believe that in 2022 a multi-billion dollar company can't change my billing cycle to a date that is suitable for my monthly budget. My insurance company does it. Everybody does it. Unbelievable.

Is @Telstra recharging down? I can’t use #100# or the app. The former says error and the latter I give up on as it’s obvious it will time out. I’m also currently out of data so it’s about the worst time for it. Any ideas? Thanks!

Being a long-term customer at @Telstra is actually worse than being a new one. All that stuff they advertise, I can’t have it. Impossible to spend money with them. Stuck in their old Siebel system, nobody knows when it’s my turn to migrate. This is how they treat loyal customers.

@ameriewadiaa @Telstra Telstra is a disgusting company & I'll never go back now. Would highly recommend people don't touch them. After 15+ years & persisting with sub par internet I went elsewhere & within 2 weeks of receiving my final bill they already had collector harassing me. Disgraceful company!
