@Telstra We have tried. @Telstra referred us to our provider, TPG, who in turn have referred us to the NBN. It’s been 5 days as we still have no service.

@Telstra Understood. However, as @telstra disconnected our service instead of our vacating neighbours, I would hope they could assist in rectifying the issue and reconnecting us.

@sniff86793391 Ohh, I had blue screen of death and thought it was my puter that was dead and it turned out to be a firmware update on certain Telstra modems that had turned on a particular setting by default that was incompatible with the latest version of windows 10. Easy 30 second fix

@Telstra when I call, I am asked to go to app, on app asked to message, when trying messaging to specific issue asked to message generic, when spending generic asked to put reference… seems not ready to take any complaints

@Telstra #NBN EXTREMELY poor reliability over the last few days in south west Brisbane - people need to work from home here, what’s doing?!

Nathan Walker (@ANZinAsia) reported
@Telstra our neighbour needs your help. Her Telstra NBN internet has been down for over 1 1/2 weeks and her children cannot do their school homework. The Telstra technician has not shown up for the scheduled appointment 3 times now! Incredible. Please help her ASAP.

@randlight That's what happens with privatisation. Look at toll roads, people can't afford or just won't use them. Telstra should never have been privatised. Look at the fiasco it's turned out to be with an LNP government, let alone privatisation

@Telstra Thanks so far I really doubt that @Telstra is much help. Support team don't know the difference between a modem and an Ethernet gateway or router. The service only really improved after I reset the cable modem with the reset button which no one at Telstra asked me to do anyway.

@abhishrekkk ah you have much to learn. The connection speeds aren’t the issue since Australia has decent internet & Telstra has the widest coverage but they are the most inefficient service provider her. The WORST.
