    @Telstra Internet after today’s issue is cutting out. I’ve turned it off for 10 mins, turned it back on, I’ve hit the reset button, it starts to work for a bit and goes off again, I had a similar problem a week ago. Is there a problem in my area? Fairy meadow 2519 NSW

    @Telstra relocation are still ongoing. Our ‘Connection Manager’ Ankita last contacted me on Thursday to say on Friday our old phone numbers were being cut across from our old address and there would be minimal disruption.Our case ref with her is 2-26877336684. No inward calls since. Help!

    @LesStonehouse Faithful to Telstra for 40 years despite our blind loyalty not being reciprocated in quality of service or pricing. Switched to Optus at NBN connection time some years back. Could not be happier with Optus!! Stuff Telstra "and all who ro(r)t in her!!"

    @Telstra I’m a patient person. However when my very elderly parents in Kiama are left without a land line for over 20 days & I discover that someone in @telstra or @nbn didn’t create a ‘Task ID’ for the third time in 3 weeks I reach a state of total frustration. Pls help.

    Telstra. Waiting to have the account activated. Takes up to 4 hours. So far, 2 days. Message from them " There unfortunately is a delay in the activation" No shit Sherlock. Call to complain. " want to lodge a complaint" Sorry, wrong dept, this is billing" transfers me to billing

    @LesStonehouse @Telstra @Optus Oh He's. It does seem older folk were totally neglected in all of this. No NBN no phone. Cutoffs before they were ready. Expectations they'd understand it all. Neighbour is nearly 90 and it's been awful trying to keep him connected. All on his own.

    @LoneVaultWander Being in one of the housing estates ruined by @Telstra due to their pair gain nightmare...I never even had proper internet...never had a squad. There is so much of the 2000s people took for granted I never had!

    It's official! Telstra has managed to construct an app and contact phone network that makes it near on impossible to speak to a real person or get an actual answer to a simple problem. Convoluted, over complicated and frustrating! Well Done! Time to move.

    @johnmenadue You can now no longer call a Telstra call centre. Some used to complain they were offshore. I bet they wish them back now. To resolve a bill of her parents my wife had to enter a complaint online; finally to get a call back from a human.

    @Telstra our nbn has been dropping in and out for a week. An outage was confirmed & apparently fixed, It it's still not working. When I go online, it keeps routing me back to 132200... Then they send me a text to go online and the loop starts all over again. Help please.
