    @Telstra It runs slowly and drops out but seemingly only during daytime hours. Overnight I’m able to do things like tether and game using the 4G. Happens throughout the entire house but apparently I have full bars of reception. My partners phone with another carrier has no issues.

    @WakeAustralia I think its started. Also experiencing dropping Telstra service and 4 small communities in 100km radius have had off- grid solar and generator issues in last few days, solar winds ? Magnetic fields? Cyber attacks

    @craigreucassel @deniseshrivell ....said in a hushed voice ‘I used to work for Telstra’ when Visionstream was the thing. When I was retrenched (there is a goddess) I vowed never to have a direct service from Telstra. I chose a little startup fm WA, iiNet been with them 15+yrs, superb service, made them #2 here.

    @Telstra They have now after some unpleasantries. Case Number #0527 83 - -. Hopefully this matter can be resolved sooner than later via private channels. I’m amazed that this is not a trivial request. Thankyou for your help. Any support finding a resolution would be appreciated.

    @Telstra unbelievable the whole town experiencing outage for mobile, nbn and phone. 2nd time in less than 2 weeks. Online chat help desk is useless. Time to use Australians in call centres #outage #outrage

    @MD00042 I’ve had good luck with Belong. You email, they call back. Sent a block out on the 31st of Dec, internet was only down for two days. The Telstra contractor turned up, finished and then the NBN guy turned up half hour later. I was a little blown away.
