@Telstra Just having a few issues with my account. Keep getting told to wait 24 hours or I’ll get a call back, even though I get a call I’m then told to wait again.. would love for someone more senior to get in touch with me to organise this and get it sorted.

Her phone line gets disconnected in October, she doesn’t use a mobile or the internet. I’m in lockdown, beyond a closed border. a thousand km away. It’s been inconvenient and frustrating before, this will mean my mother has no phone service due to @telstra incompetence unless I

Honestly, just stuff this. You know what I don't need after Dad having a stroke, Mum having emergency surgery, and 8hrs of my life spent resolving this issue already? More of @Telstra's incompetence.

Is it normal to hit blue screen whenever I connect to my Telstra Velocity network? #telstra

@tomsteinfort It depends where you live. If you are in an apartment complex, ask your neighbours. If there are enough subscribers to one retailer in the complex, they might install a node in your building. Otherwise Telstra or TPG. They own a network, so no third parties involved.

@Telstra Still no call Sean. Your primary mission was to fix the problem, not offer gratuitous advice.
