@bouta_nt Several years ago an elderly man in town an old bushie, rang Telstra because his internet dongle wasn't working. 15 months later looked at his account & discovered they'd sold him an additional service that he didn't know about, & of course had never used. I got him $1500 refund.

OK @Telstra this is getting really annoying. I am being charged $10 a month more than I should be. Every month I call and someone is going fix it. Last month they said they'd applied a credit but this month I get the same inflated invoice which should be zero if in credit. Grrrhh

@TheNakedFarmers @MichaelAckland3 They will prioritize sending a technician out if you have a person living there with health issues. Also, ring the ombudsman for telecommunications, lodge a complaint. Telstra has to respond to them within a certain time frame.

yesterday I spent from 10am until 1pm trying to get telstra to activate a sim.. never speaking to a human...just that bloody voice telling me politely to **** off. even their chat times out after 5 mins and yes I tried to do it on line.😠

@andy_penn You asked for it. Karma init. 5g is more important than customer service i guess. Telstra only cares about govt, corporate and enterprise customers. We are treated as dogsh#te and low class. Andy u call 132200 and try speak to someone. THERE IS NO CUSTOMER SERVICE!!
