    @CranmoreFarming @Telstra I heard a story a few years ago that the signal can pass over when towers are too close to you.

    @RaptorShadow @Wyld Then clients would call us and say "I never requested this? It says to just plug the modem in if I want to switch to NBN" implying there's a choice, but the modem they did - it would activate the billing with Telstra. Often spurred by preliminary discussions about conversion--

    @Telstra Point Cook (3030) velocity has known outage - issue is Smart Modem gen 2 4G backup connections are hitting usage limits and being shaped to <1Mbps from 25Mbps. outage fix eta is currently @ 30th March. data limits shouldn't apply to affected customers during this

    @ArnoldRimmer1 @jendudley @Telstra It still is, but it's Telstra wholesale (same as Woolies mobile and a few others) 3G and 4G only for now. Also misses some tiny parts of the whole Telstra network (typically very remote Australia) according to the wholesale map.

    @TelstraEnt What a disgusting Company. My service is akin to B/W TV in the '50s. When you had to climb up n play with aerial. Telstra sells and BILLS (dont 4get that, they wont) for an Incomplete system that hardly works outside Capitals. Absolute rudeness of their 13 number. Disgusting
