@crumpetscalling With only Telstra we can use the internet via our phones and such no other network works but that has been like this for many years since i came here for mining in 2005

@Telstra I'm so tired of having these fights with your staff. if the girl, for one minute, stopped talking over me she would know what i was trying to say. i have a whole email chain talking about my issue and she wouldn't listen or let me talk to a supervisor. 12274684

Hey @Telstra why are we forced to use the MyTelstra app for support when staff have been instructed not to act on requests for support? The complaint I made on 18 May was never acted on despite daily contacts via the app. Even after I had a case number - no action was initiated.

@D_LittleproudMP @The_Nationals @Telstra Try and cancel a land line. I'm still paying for a phone that doesn't work. I've tried to cancel it but that seems impossible too.
