Telstra Issues Reports Near Mont Colah, State of New South Wales

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in Mont Colah and nearby locations:

  • _MaxPhillips Max Phillips (@_MaxPhillips) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

So @Telstra, you took $340 of my wife’s money, but cut off her phone claiming she does not have an account for the new phone you sent her. You disconnected her while our daughter has Covid & we are in lockdown. Now she’s stuck in an infinite loop of complaint handling. Hopeless!

  • bldfvr Keira (@bldfvr) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

Ordered a major xmas gift on **11 Oct** with @Telstra. Still dont have it. Have been lied to re delivery date every week for a month now. Help operators are useless. No answer to basic qs. Thought I’d use some reward pts since they were just sitting there. Never again.

  • ColinJPettitt 𝗖𝗼𝗹𝗶𝗻 𝗣𝗲𝘁𝘁𝗶𝘁𝘁 (@ColinJPettitt) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

@NBN_Australia @Telstra Any chance if getting the internet issues in Neutral Bay sorted!!! 😡🤬

  • StallionDuckx3 Blair / Mrs Wayne 🐨❤🇦🇺 (@StallionDuckx3) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

LOL fully forgot I had unread DMs from Telstra and NBN on here. So glad that part of my new life is fckn over. That suuuuucked so bad.

  • fictillius Evan (@fictillius) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

@geoffrey_payne @vision_iii Margins of the providers have been eaten up by wholesale costs. It’s worse now than it was when Telstra owned the fixed line network. Telcos avoiding the NBN makes the NBN business worse and more of a loss for taxpayers

  • usaussie01 David Brown (@usaussie01) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

@MikeCarlton01 Yep utter Bullshit Mr Fletcher. When Turnbull announced the fibre to the node approach, every Professional IT person in the country cringed. We knew that the old Telstra network was way past its use by date and would create nothing but trouble trying to handle NBN transmission👎🏽

  • monsonflossy Jane Threlfall (@monsonflossy) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

@christianharrup @cityofsydney @CloverMoore I’m all for good planning and well-designed phone boxes too, but don’t think blame rests on Telstra here. Those phone boxes, ugly or not, are an essential service to those w/out phones. Telstra are not designers. Good design management would consider that.

  • vas_prime Vasanta Iyer (@vas_prime) reported from Central Coast, State of New South Wales

Yooooooooo @Telstra where you at? My parents have been waiting for 20 hours for your ‘priority service’!

  • midii Ken Moore (@midii) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

@Telstra As if I can be bothered helping you guys fix a fault for somewhere I am parked for 10 minutes. Telstra is poor coverage in general now and reporting it doesn’t help I’ve tried at home for 6 months.

  • FionnaYvette Fionna Collantes (@FionnaYvette) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

@Telstra Drops out randomly without warning.... then a few days later I get email from you guys saying an outage but everything is fine on my end....

  • onebg Glenn Sargood (@onebg) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

It's wonderful that @Telstra keeps acknowledging that there is a problem with my NBN service and fix it. I have reminisced what the old dial up services were like for long enough I am ready for the 21st century again.

  • BradleyWDeacon Bradley Deacon 🇦🇺 (@BradleyWDeacon) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

@Optus How about warning network when this is happening, it’s called customer service @VodafoneAU and @Telstra are all over me to switch. Maybe a credit for customers for lack of contract performance? Or do we switch?

  • s3_gunzel Ben Cousins (@s3_gunzel) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

If you ever have a bad day just remember I read Telstra as Toyota today and wondered why I was being called about a fault with a car.

  • onebg Glenn Sargood (@onebg) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

I must say whilst I am very frustrated with my NBN problems with @Telstra I am very happy with the Twitter support. I am hoping the local upgrades fix the issue very soon #veryslow #frustrating

  • midii Ken Moore (@midii) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

Good job @Telstra At milsons point and no signal. Great network you guys have these days.

  • jrbrown48_brown Raymond Brown (@jrbrown48_brown) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

@NBN_Australia I have taken this up with Telstra on 3 occasions. It's the old Foxtel cable. It apparently needs an upgrade. Not prepared to help

  • FionnaYvette Fionna Collantes (@FionnaYvette) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

@Telstra Lol that was a late post.... was resolved already!! But Cecil Hills really has bad signal with Telstra so please fix that....

  • monsonflossy Jane Threlfall (@monsonflossy) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

@christianharrup And maybe Telstra should employ landscape architects if not already? I am guessing, that for the engineer, they’d see the phone hooked up quickly and working for the public as a high level of service to the council.

  • MartinAnne139 Annie Martin AM (@MartinAnne139) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

@Telstra Happy to say that I rang the First Nations Hotline @Telstra and the customer service was exceptional. After several weeks of trying to get this sorted I found someone that took time to listen and sort the issue out. Thank you Sanisha you deserve a medal 🥇

  • julietrell Julie Trell 🌈 (@julietrell) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

Hey @Telstra I’m struggling w an answer abt unlocking my phone. MyTelstra support giving me mixed answers. Please confirm if it says “no SIM restrictions” it means my phone unlocked and I don’t need to go back to a shop & pay $80 or $25 to unlock. Then I can put new SIM in

Telstra Issues Reports

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • JudyBar22340202 Judy Barr (@JudyBar22340202) reported

@Telstra I reckon telstra should compensate there customers for this mornings outage cause sorry it cost me a shift at work cause no 1 could ring me nor could I ring out

  • xiandani1 xiandani (@xiandani1) reported

@tammygauld @Telstra @newscomauHQ yeah it sucks as its important to communicate when so far away

  • Serendipidude MarkusBiggus (@Serendipidude) reported

@lukerhn @Telstra Never found a Telstra portal that is actually usable. At their Vantage conference a few weeks ago they’re gaslighting senior managers how great their online services are. I’m thinking no one else here is an actual customer that has to use their online services, often nightmare UX

  • rippleali Ali (@rippleali) reported

@Telstra I've already spoken to your complaints department, they have zero interest in resolving it. it's with the ombudsman now. Complaint number 2022/10/04925. have tried to resolve this amicably but your company is not interested. Sick of being lied to

  • DeanaTanner0 Deana tanner (@DeanaTanner0) reported

@Myles22125519 @Telstra I reached out to the SUPPORT several times yet nothing was done. johnmac_hackk on Instagram he works with META POLICY RECOVERY TEAM the FBI, and he helped me RETRIEVED MY ACCOUNT HE IS ALSO RESET PASSWORD I think you should message him now or text him on +1(781) 688-0083

  • FunkleberryTwit Funkleberry (@FunkleberryTwit) reported

@Telstra Yep done that, but no real sign that any significant resources are being applied. If all my calls are pouring through calls prefixed by 02 7259 if you were watching what was going on on your network AI should be able to filter these calls out!

  • GJa2o22 Glenn James (@GJa2o22) reported

@Telstra My texts and messaging are not fine. Issues are not resolved...I'm about to walk ... Not good enough

  • fuzzylim Kelvin Lim (@fuzzylim) reported

@Telstra About a week ago I was told there was something wrong with my account and that someone would contact me in 3-5 days. When nothing happened I reached back out. And was told to go through the same trouble shooting steps again.

  • rippleali Ali (@rippleali) reported

I hate Telstra @Telstra can't wait to ditch all my services with you. Decades of being a customer. Shifting everything from you. You lie, you deceive, you have no interest in resolving disputes amicably.

  • richardnoau Richard Noau (@richardnoau) reported

@Telstra The Internet is damn slow
