Love it when @Telstra waste my time I had this problem with them a few years ago and here I am, once again, going to contact the Telecommunications Ombudsman for the same issues

Day 2 of no working phone. I wish the Optus/Telstra apps would just show me the actual error message. Generic error messages are great if you can actually get meaningful support.

OK another new poxy trend - social media posts spruiking 'invitation only' events. Eg drones in the EU, @Telstra Vantage, and now a flood design workshop. Are we entering a new era of exclusivity, or just bad manners (telling people about parties they're not allowed to attend)?
