    Incidentally does anyone actually know how to get a Telstra service disconnected? They tell us it is disconnected, but it is just suspended, so he keeps getting bills. Only in Australia. @Telstra_news

    @maximumcuddles @realDeanCool Nah, but you see it was like good right, but then like the LNP changed it and made it bad. It’s not our fault we set up the framework that allowed for this to happen in the first place, like Robodebt, or the NDIS, or privatising CSL, Commbank, Qantas, Telstra

    Oh great thanks @Telstra we are now on the very very very slow internet...cheers for that after USA had to fix our tv ...FM !you are very disappointing...but it will be a while ,if at all ,you’ll get this

    @Telstra must have pretty great service if you can't even do a password reset. It's been years and you still suck at this. How is a company so bad and still alive?

    @Egrange2080 @Telstra Not that I know of . It has been an absolute joke how long @telstra has taken to fix this problem. Try to lodge a fault and the phone cuts out 🤬 WTF. Anyway hopefully someone is half competent and sorts it .

    @Telstra No. I turned things on and off and it seems to be working better. But it was such a drastic halt to service. Why do these things happen? I was in the middle of transferring large files to the cloud and that was interrupted.

    @Telstra Nothing. It was on the bill. No explanation. Also my parents and sister had similar changes. Then I tried to ring and it bumped me right out to “find my answer on the website”. I will never allow direct debit so when I get around to it changing carrier.
