@Telstra It is not only stupid it is insulting to tell me I have to dispute your account for not renewing. There is no account for not renewing you simply do not bill.

@Telstra Honestly, the problem isn't me, it's you. The service works fine during quiet times, but it's utterly **** when I need it. Your network is obviously inadequate.

  • prattyau_ Pratty (@prattyau_) reported

telstra is top tier dog **** and you cannot change my mind

  • EnEmonkey PRC90Voice (@EnEmonkey) reported

@PeterCronau ".. buys location data from apps". That would not happen without the intent of the original service provider (eg., Verizon in the US or Telstra here) to package and sell it to them.

@NomessTess @4bruce7 2G network 3000-series Nokia. O' the memories. Fun fact: The 2G networks shutdown in Australia progressively 2016 (Telstra), 2017 (Optus) and 2018 (Vodafone).

  • CallieBuddy Digby’s mum (@CallieBuddy) reported

@SandyHorne61 There’s an osprey nest just down the road from our place (Lee Pt, of Gouldian fame), high up on a Telstra tower. It’s huge! Pair of cockies were checking it out when I was there the other day. Not sure if/when the ospreys will return.

Yo @Telstra are your online support channels dead? None of the online chat options work.

  • RoadknightThe TheRoadknight (@RoadknightThe) reported

@gilestbaldwin When my second bf died, because we were unable to marry back then, I had no legal rights and couldn't cancel his Telstra contract without a death certificate which goes to next of kin, not a bf. In the end, a Telstra employee, in tears, whose son had just come out, helped.
