In the past, things became normal again after a few days, and the services started to work normally again. Therefore @Telstra, I am asking you to please relay this information to your network support staff to have a look at it. (4/7)
I’ve had these issues in the past and have done all the troubleshooting necessary on my part (again). This MUST be connected to the @Telstra service. It happens reproducibly every time when there is a power outage. My setup has not changed. (3/7)
Dear @Telstra, there was a short power outage in Doncaster East VIC 3109 on Sat 3 Dec. Since then, our internet seems to behave weirdly again, as it always seems to do after a power outage. Let me explain (again).👇 (1/7) @NBN_Australia
@Telstra It's always been bad. Can only get any kind of data speed if outside, but even then, it's slow as. Backup mode 4G in the home router connects, but cannot download anything due to poor signal. There are several towers in the area, none of them seem to be Telstra.
@Telstra Nearly 2 hours. Check Twitter, many Canberrans having issues. Looks like your DHCP is not connecting/running.
