    Love it when @Telstra waste my time I had this problem with them a few years ago and here I am, once again, going to contact the Telecommunications Ombudsman for the same issues

    @externallylaws I had heavily restricted mobile reception here during the outage. Telstra ran a banner on phone saying emergency/000 calls only.
