**** useless NBN installer couldn't even keep a 4 hour appointment window and then cancelled the install, making us wait another 9 days before they get their **** together and just ******* connect the service I've paid for. #NBN

@Freddy717263 Of course I knew the power was dead - but only for the NBN. Everything else in the house was working - hence my call. PS - I'm not an electrician, but at least I solved my own problem in the end but wasted 1 hour on the phone to 'tech support'.

@NBN_Australia Hello. I have a fault listed with a new NBN Box not talking to a router. Telstra reps have twice lodged an on site visit request. NBN do a remote test and deem device is working, then cancel on site visit. The NBN connection fault restarts…

NBN News If the Greek food truck guy cannot afford an extra $100 per week for fuel & has to increase the menu prices then he must be running a lousy business. He should wear the hit & keep his loyal customers, there won’t always be a fuel problem

@Mark_Graph Goodness. A long and extremely expensive list. Re NBN, just threw out my NBN router and got a 5G router instead. NBN is awful not just faults but the fact that you can’t deal with them direct to fix those faults. Disconnect between Telcos and NBN is a structural flaw.
