    @optus HUGE MASSIVE THANK YOU for being the provider that got our NBN installed in less than 2 weeks. No text messages back and forth for 6 weeks just amazing service! @Telstra you need to take a leaf out of their book 6 weeks of bullshit vs 2 weeks and NBN installed #yesoptus

    How frigging stupid is this, I actually work from home full time and now can’t due to the poor service by @NBN_Australia and @Telstra So good lucky anyone thinking of working from home due to the virus and using NBN - 8 days so far and no resolution and no ETA on a fix

    @max_au @simone_au That's the problem hey. The NBN tech installed the NBN modem, got it to pass, and left. The next tech who came out says it's likely the first tech installed an attenuator to get the activation, then removed it (because apparently the techs are too cheap to leave the attenuator)

    @NBN_Australia There has been a ticket raised for 7 days and still you are not able to supply an ETR, this is unacceptable and very poor service. Ive been left with no alternative but to raise it with the TIO, sadly that will be Telstra’s issue not yours, but I need a date this will be resolved

    @VodafoneAU I just wanted to cancel my Vodafone NBN service 😰😰. So far I’ve spent 1 hour 40 mins chatting to Vodafone staff (it’s impossible to call them during the pandemic). It was all agreed today. Tonight I get a bill indicating the service is not cancelled. WTF!!

    @Telstra your customer service team is highly incapable, get rid of them. My new NBN order has been revised 4 times already without my input. And now the technician’s visit date has been changed without any notice. Are you guys interested in signing up new customers at all?

    Yeah I give up - my neighbour had nbn as of 3 weeks ago and apparently I can't get it installed until April 2021 despite being in the same building as her? That's complete bullshit. Guess I have to stick with my wireless 4GX network until then...

    @MissEmmG @alivicwil @annaspargoryan 1. Not funny. Truth. I work in the remotest regions and people are more connected than my in-laws in central BNE. So it's age not region. 2. NBN does not equal internet. 3. Using FB is using internet. HN is still the worst option of all available choices.

    @VodafoneAU poor form guys. Office modem you supplied faulty - 2 weeks of back and forth, 2 hours on hold yesterday, no solution on how to pickup new modem. First day w/ @Telstra NBN today. You lost a loyal customer of 8 years. 7 mobile + NBN connections @VodafoneAU

    @NBN_Australia has been non existent today. Internet drops every 15 minutes or so and sometimes stays down for 10 minutes. Infuriating to say the least

    @AGLEnergy internet has been down for 14+ hours. HFC NBN, hard-wired setup, two known-working routers tested, cables changed, NBN box reset. Router sends PPPoE PADI but gets no PADO, so this is failing before login/auth. Please stop looping basic Wi-Fi scripts and escalate to NBN

    When I went into the carport, the light was on, the power point was turned off and the ethernet cable ripped out and the port was broken. He had taken the cover off the NBN box and that's what woke me up- when he was putting it back on. Pretty sure he was looking for a spare key

    @GamewithDave The only network connected devices I own are my Windows desktop PC, my HMD Pulse+ Android phone, my ISP-provided TP-Link router and my ISP-provided NBN FTTC NCD modem. I refuse to buy any of the "smart" crap.

    Was there an issue with the 4G/5G network in Melbourne, Victoria today?? It seems as I got out of the CBD the network improved but within the metropolitan areas there was issues?? @Starlink at home seems to be operating fine - anyone have NBN issues?
