I stopped reporting the issues, as it’s mainly nbn issues and it’s really frustrating. Paying $70 a month for the service you can hardly use is just outrageous. The next tech who came out says it's likely the first tech installed an attenuator to get the activation, then removed it (because apparently the techs are too cheap to leave the attenuator)

Idk about peak speed being any different as I've never not gotten max speed out of my fiber nbn connections (minus overheads) so about 950mbps+ at all hours of the day or night.
