But because I’m with @Aussie_BB I could easily diagnose connection states, NTD statuses, and perform a port reset on both 1600km away to get them working again without getting out of bed.

Of all the idiotic decisions @TurnbullMalcom took, screwing up the deployment of Australia’s internet was one of the biggest. Truly awful

I have an exposed NBN cable in my yard, intermittent phone, and they say and I’ve reported it through my service provider. Get an email saying service provider hasn’t put in an “incident” and they’ve closed case.

I stopped reporting the issues, as it’s mainly nbn issues and it’s really frustrating. Paying $70 a month for the service you can hardly use is just outrageous. Kevin07 may have saved us, even if he didn't know it at the time.

Aldis Ozols 🇦🇺 Official Source (@ozols_aldis) reported@Hector_Herrick @Antiwoke7777 @OMGTheMess We had problems with our fibre-to-the curb NBN. their tech discovered that our old copper line was still connected to the exchange, and that was interfering with the copper line from the fibre to the house. Disconnected the old exchange line, and all was well.
