I stopped reporting the issues, as it’s mainly nbn issues and it’s really frustrating. Paying $70 a month for the service you can hardly use is just outrageous. Ive been left with no alternative but to raise it with the TIO, sadly that will be Telstra’s issue not yours, but I need a date this will be resolved

Said I’d need an NBN tech visit. So instead today, naturally, I get a text from Telstra saying all is fixed.
