So far I’ve spent 1 hour 40 mins chatting to Vodafone staff (it’s impossible to call them during the pandemic). It was all agreed today. Tonight I get a bill indicating the service is not cancelled. WTF!!

The next tech who came out says it's likely the first tech installed an attenuator to get the activation, then removed it (because apparently the techs are too cheap to leave the attenuator)

One such movie streamed in all cinemas showing it from a central location. 2 way coms? Not before 2040 and 9G internet. I work in the remotest regions and people are more connected than my in-laws in central BNE. So it's age not region. 2. NBN does not equal internet. 3. Using FB is using internet. HN is still the worst option of all available choices.

If @Optus had of kept the maintence of the cable up to standard before selling to the NBN then it wouldn't have been an issue.That being said I don't get why the NBN didn't just fix the issues.

After asking AI (both Grok and ChatGPT) I ended up with a huge list of potentials with some real good deals. Comparison sites are ****.

The slightest change in the weather or HAARP signals - Chem Trails, all affect the signal which drops out as a result. It also drops out at 6.15pm EST most evenings. I run another NBN service in tandem as I run an internet based business from home.

I did ask for a refund for the days I have no service. So they promised to fix it within 24 hours. I also made notes, and responded to their feedback email, and summarised my notes.
