I have an exposed NBN cable in my yard, intermittent phone, and they say and I’ve reported it through my service provider. Get an email saying service provider hasn’t put in an “incident” and they’ve closed case.

I work in the remotest regions and people are more connected than my in-laws in central BNE. So it's age not region. 2. NBN does not equal internet. 3. Using FB is using internet. HN is still the worst option of all available choices.

I ordered my NBN and the modem has arrived, but no one came to instal it after few days. The bloody customer service is terrible, worst than @Optus!! I had to be in chatRoom in line, ticket number 600 and after 9 hours...

We wouldn't be in the mess if LNP didn't sell Telstra as a single entity despite being advised to split. Then they wouldn't split and participate in the nbn build similar to NZ.
