@VodafoneAU I just wanted to cancel my Vodafone NBN service 😰😰. So far I’ve spent 1 hour 40 mins chatting to Vodafone staff (it’s impossible to call them during the pandemic). It was all agreed today. Tonight I get a bill indicating the service is not cancelled. WTF!!

@MadFckingWitch We’re the country who believe the GFC never happened, that the ALP stimulus package was worthy of an austerity plan for the last decade and that the ALP NBN was a huge waste of money! Yep- saving lives and eliminating the CV is definitely a leftist ananda.

@JimRHoughton *******. It’s like the 70’s all over again. The only reason they’re putting nuclear forward as an option is because it will buy the coal industry another 10-15 years while they build a reactor. Then they’ll have to go renewables anyway. It’s the friggin NBN redux

@jdaalder I’ve been seeing this weirdness too. Slow or no loading on wifi - so Telstra over NBN HFC. Turn off wifi - kick to Telstra 4G, all good…

A friend of mine who teaches at Griffith has been told her NBN is down for 2 days. Teaching and research up the spout. Of all the idiotic decisions @TurnbullMalcom took, screwing up the deployment of Australia’s internet was one of the biggest. Truly awful

@Optus is the a known issue with Fetch streaming? I’m on Optus NBN and have no issues with any other internet/streaming services. Streamed channels not reliable, on demand (e.g. BBC catch-up) not working at all. Done soft reset, still broken.

@NBN_Australia We have discussed this with the provider. We currently have two open faults. They only agreed to a line test after my husband strongly insisted. The line tests failed. We are still waiting for advice as to what the problem is. We currently have. Speed of 5mbps.

@dobes I bailed the NBN, Optus 4G at 150mbs-2300mhz ($70 arial pointed right at the tower). $70 for 500gb per month, works flawlessly. Huawei B818 Router. Never had an outage or a problem, speed is constant and free upgrade to 5G on deployment.
