■■PAUL■■ (@PaulRaidersGuy) reported from Brisbane, Queensland@Telstra Your online chat service stinks...staff taking ages to reply. We have our NBN modem already. Its taken hours to get help and after being customer for years...want to change to NBN.its 10.38 & and want this done now..have to be up early for work!
-
Steve Putt (@EthicalAdviser) reported from Brisbane, QueenslandAfter telling the optus chat line that my house had burned down and that I had tried repeatedly to get the nbn cancelled (which I am still paying for), she asked me, and I kid you not, if I had tried turning it off and turning it back on again. I…I don’t know how to answer.

Damien Buckley (@damienpbuckley) reported from Brisbane, Queensland@JimRHoughton *******. It’s like the 70’s all over again. The only reason they’re putting nuclear forward as an option is because it will buy the coal industry another 10-15 years while they build a reactor. Then they’ll have to go renewables anyway. It’s the friggin NBN redux

-
Tokyo (@adibvun) reported from Brisbane, Queensland@NBN_Australia damn man, thought u were suppose to be stable and fast. Cost more but poor connection 😕
-
Greg McGarvie (@GregMcgarvie) reported from Brisbane, Queensland@SRC10127084 @SatPaper Morrisons LNP, neglected so much and with the rest like Barnaby created long term damage to government systems and services! Medicare, Infrastrucure , Vehicle, Renewables, Communications eg NBN Mobile networks, defence, what else?
-
Rua Uilliam (💉💉💉 Pagan Prole Sewer Rat) (@RuaBrithem) reported from Brisbane, Queensland.@NBN_Australia has to be the worst company in Australia. I have an exposed NBN cable in my yard, intermittent phone, and they say and I’ve reported it through my service provider. Get an email saying service provider hasn’t put in an “incident” and they’ve closed case.
-
caskings (@caskings) reported from Brisbane, QueenslandHey @NBN_Australia how does one get your support team to take the wet weather into account for FTTN faults instead of just waiting a day or two for the joint to dry out and close the ticket?
-
James Cridland (@JamesCridland) reported from Brisbane, Queensland@TheVinsomniac @NBN_Australia Good work! NBN was only down for half an hour, which was nice. But it sounds as if everything’s broken at your place. Sorry to hear it.
-
Paul (@ardmorelad) reported from Brisbane, QueenslandI repeat. Why is @NBN_Australia constantly cutting out in postcode #4152. What is the problem. @Telstra @andy_penn #nbnfail
-
Scotty McDonald (@Scotty_McDonald) reported from Brisbane, QueenslandHey @Aussie_BB, any update on an outage in 4151? Nothing reported on your site or @NBN_Australia
-
Shaun McCambridge (@SJMcCambridge) reported from Brisbane, QueenslandCurrently experiencing the single worst customer experience of my life with @TPG_Telecom NBN connection. Wouldn’t recommend, 2 weeks in and still no closer to a solution
-
Lissy (@lissyvz67) reported from Brisbane, QueenslandIs it an #optus tactic to make getting something fixed so difficult that customers just give up? I've had no nbn since 16th February and no one at #optus seems to care or want to help her the nbn working again. My son works from home. This is just not acceptable.
-
Graham Smith (@GrahamSmith111) reported from Brisbane, QueenslandI am no fan of the NBN but the further investment of $3.5 billion defies logic. 5G is coming with very quick download speeds and cable infrastructure. It’s pouring good money after bad. You can’t make a silk purse out of a sow’s ear.
-
Shaun Dorney (@shaun_dorney) reported from Brisbane, Queensland@iallikat @Patrick51112869 @MorpheusBeing Their crap NBN is already halfway there 😂😂
-
Benny Ling (@bdyling) reported from Brisbane, QueenslandThe good news is, the apartment I purchased off the plan has FTTP. The bad news is, it’s not NBN FTTP, it’s some “LBN Co” FTTP, whom I have never heard of before.
-
D (@etredoo) reported from Brisbane, Queensland@Telstra have been trying to speak to a human for over a month to get NBN installed and wow 1000 messages “like texting a friend” what a joke! 1 month of circles! This is the worst customer service experience EVER!! #whereismynbn
-
Chook Pen (aka moot button)🐓🐓🐓🐓 (@cheerscobberta) reported from Brisbane, Queensland@MrKRudd Imagine how much good could of been done with 40 billion write down from the NBN you sold us. Lot of hospitals, schools and work opportunities for first nations there. Still got the napkins?
-
Rubens Camejo (@PagewoodCoach) reported from Brisbane, Queensland@NickRossTech The market for this? Movies! 3d films has been done but, imagine.. One such movie streamed in all cinemas showing it from a central location. 2 way coms? Not before 2040 and 9G internet. Bandwidth is the issue to overcome with this tech. 1m chats would sink our NBN G5 for movies
-
ema (@25MMCC) reported from Brisbane, Queensland@MadFckingWitch We’re the country who believe the GFC never happened, that the ALP stimulus package was worthy of an austerity plan for the last decade and that the ALP NBN was a huge waste of money! Yep- saving lives and eliminating the CV is definitely a leftist ananda.

kane (@kanethesaint) reported@eevblog Where is the NBN outage?
-
Loftwah (@loftwah) reported@QdenisT @AshPolitik Or the fact that what Abbott and Turnbull did with the NBN crippled the future of our entire generation at the most critical time to the point they should be thrown behind bars. That will and should never ever be forgotten or forgiven ever.
-
Ross (@Ross98329500) reported@motorcymick everything this guy touched, still trying to fix the NBN, false prophet
-
Marko Matvikov (@MarkoMatvikov) reported@Sarah59321051 I've just got my home internet with them and dealing with them has always been great in terms of tech support, new setups, liaising with NBN, network outages, price rise communication, etc.

loksta!🗣 ❤️. . (@locky82903378) reported@ScreamyB0I @TheIshikawaRin Totally ridiculous to think they all be taking phones that don’t work no signal cell towers in space , no nbn internet cable for a router to plug into , no wi fi on board , the weight of the phones chargers cables etc x 4 is stoopid when every gram counts . Total sci fi nonsense
-
Orstraya (@orstraya) reported@eevblog How can an organisation like NBN not have its own HDD crews or a contractor on standby? Why does it need council permits to carry out emergency works when federal law lets telcos basically do what they want?
-
Toe-knee (@yourmama717) reported@NBN_Australia That’s understandable however there were basically no updates from nbn over long periods (12+ hours) throughout the outage. What the hell are nbn doing? How is the network so poorly designed that an outage for an entire suburb lasts 26 hours???!!???!
-
Lucas | 🇦🇺 (@TheBlackWallaby) reported@australian Even Tesla is made in China, so what is the actual issue here? This was sent from my Mac Mini, made in China, sitting on a desk made in China, connected to the NBN through a Wi-Fi gateway made in China, typed from my Logitech keyboard, made in China, while I sit in an office chair made in China, looking at a Samsung monitor made in, checks notes, Vietnam. At some point the argument has to get more precise than “China bad.” If the concern is connected vehicles, telemetry, firmware access, data storage, or fleet security for MPs, then make that argument properly and apply it consistently across all networked devices. But pretending Chinese EVs are uniquely suspicious while half the modern office supply chain is already Chinese-made is not analysis. My iPhone (made in China) is connected to my Apple Auto - driving me around tracking me on a GPS map, with a microphone that works, and the Head Unit (made in China) Where does it end?

Box of Rocks (@frankbcdn) reportedNever forgive these mealy-mouthed figure fudgers and their second rate outcomes. The #NBN 🤬

Ezzeddine | عزالدين (@ezzh_) reported@m1nhaxo That’s garbage in a family household lol nbn is so terrible
