@dippizuka It literally says there's a 4G SIM card in the modem when the NBN is down 🙄

  • ppossej Michael Jessopp (@ppossej) reported

@NBN_Australia Thanks Nat - we're still waiting on the pole owner to replace the pole, so that we can get our nbn connection, currently held together with tape, up and running to full speed. Or we get FTTC/FTTP. Whichever comes first. FTTN is awful.

@dippizuka As an @Aussie_BB customer on their Gigabit plan and previously a Telstra NBN and Broadband customer FOR YEARS, the difference is night and day. Aussie is a million light years ahead in service and customer support. With Telstra, if you have problem, you’re screwed.

  • EylesDonald Donald eyles (@EylesDonald) reported

Got hacked last week, scammers said they were from NBN CYBER SECURITY, said to b looking for insiders in NAB who were in league with hackers in Melbourne Uni. I fell for it and it's cost me lots. So don't let your guard down everybody.

  • newcastleboyy Fearless Friend (@newcastleboyy) reported

Contacted my NBN Internet provider’s support line for the first time in almost three years. The SONOS ARC lost its connection last night. I will press on and try to find a solution after lunch. I was told my speeds are phenomenal over wi-fi.

  • trentontheradio Trent (@trentontheradio) reported

@DavidTipping2 @ACurrentAffair9 nbn experiences this problem with fixed wireless towers too, the residents complain no one will help them but some of them are objecting the potential placement of towers.

@AllThatKazz @NBN_Australia Hi there, We are sorry to hear you were not happy with this resolution. Could you please message us privately so we can discuss this further. - Matt.

  • rwtpe Robin **** (@rwtpe) reported

@TPG_Telecom The NBN is down in Concord NSW since 11am this morning, can you please tell me when the service will be restored?

  • bencourtice Ben Courtice (@bencourtice) reported

Partner went to parent's house to use internet for teaching a class as our NBN is usually too slow. Today, theirs was slow and ours is OK. Returned shaking fist growling "a bit of rain and the whole country's transport and communications infrastructure goes down grrr".

  • domnixon1984 Dominic💧🌱💚 (@domnixon1984) reported

@NBN_Australia you’re absolutely useless. Your phone line goes no where, your email is unmonitored. Your technicians don’t have watches or know how to use their equipment and when they do turn up at the right time, they give me the business card of the cabling business. WTF!
