    Hey @Telstra 17 dropouts of the NBN in 24 days since connected. Seems to go out for 2 hours at a time. Usually middayish. Not great when trying to work. This is not a service, it’s just a pain.

    @iiNet thanks (not) for calling me at 12.00 (as promised) to do this, so called, easy switch to NBN. Your complete lack of reliability and inability is overwhelming! Oh yeah, & I appreciate the wasted hours of my life on the phone with your techs so far. Time I’ll never get back!

    @iiNet @NBN_Australia broadband in Yarraville 3013 hasn’t worked for about 6 hours now. Tried resetting the modem but no luck. I can understand if the heat was impacting the network though.

    @GarthGodsman @TPG_Telecom @NBN_Australia Dont blame you. We pay $70 a month with NBN and this is proving to be rubbish now. We had Vivid Wireless paying $90 a month but never had issues once!!

    @NBN_Australia Apparently, I have upstream and downstream sync, but the online light never settles and then the modern starts over after 30 seconds or so.

    @Loud_Lass I got a letter gave 12 month notice, got on to it straight away, still took 4months to get a working NBN connection up and running. I wiuld advise Don't leave it to later or it might no be installed when old network cut off.

    I'm really desparately sorry for them. Could be better though if they had gone into receivership.. Looks like the crap NBN cunning plan isn't working for them. 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣

    Another day, another #nbn outage courtesy of @Optus . If #nbn was a legitimate business it would be investigated by the @acccgovau for its complete mishandling of the entire infrastructure and customers.

    @NickRossTech @NBN_Australia I had installers come out 3 times now 1. Put the box on crooked 2. Came back next day to connect cabling to the pit across road 3. Third guy came and inspected pit in front of house, then left Next day my “ready for service” is not ready, needs “more work” but they won’t say what

    Hey @Telstra not at all happy that our internet is down due to NBN works (we’re not on the NBN) and you’re now refusing to come through with the previously offered compensatory data bc my billing address is my postal not residential address! I’m a 10yr customer & 3yr shareholder

    Finally, we have our internet back after six days. Long story, but it wasn't @Telstra's fault and I've been pleased with its efforts to get NBN to resolve the problem. Helps to get in touch via Twitter in the first instance.

    @NBN_Australia Yes make my nbn service usable ! Try moving it to area where I can get connection! But apparently nbn just connect in the cheapest easiest place .. no thought for how will it be accessed . Over 5,yrs pathetic!

    @NBN_Australia I've had 3 NBN technicians attend this month!!! My connection is disconnecting more than 10 times a day. Have spent hours troubleshooting with my ISP and no improvment in service. I've logged a ticket with the TIO. Stop wasting my time, money and fix the service!

    Seriously @NBN_Australia How can it takes several days for a phone line to work??! Considering the internet already works. You know the most dangerous issue? When you might require an ambulance for heart attack patient or fire service for a bushfire/house fire.

    @AdeleKThomas I have a UniFi router and wifi but it's just for NBN. Superloop don't do home phone services :( so you're out of luck with them. I've heard others have had good experiences with Aussie Broadband who do provide home phone service
