@BelongAU My NBN seems to be down for past couple of days now. Speed looks healthy but none of the content seems to load. I also checked and there are no outages in 3122.

  • josephsconnell Joe Connell (@josephsconnell) reported from Melbourne, State of Victoria

@WillTaylorNZ @NBN_Australia @iiNet Yea that’s not a good term. It’s basically mobile broadband caught by a modem and turned into a wifi signal

  • PaulLenkic Paul Lenkic (@PaulLenkic) reported from Melbourne, State of Victoria

Intermittent @Telstra NBN and @Foxtel issues all of a sudden! The worst timing ever! 🤬

  • benleo_econ Ben Grodeck (@benleo_econ) reported from Melbourne, State of Victoria

@yannikyriacos Due to the below par NBN network we have, that extra fast internet will come in handy.

  • DavidMo70005810 David Moore (@DavidMo70005810) reported from Melbourne, State of Victoria

@Telstra You just put my nbn bill up. I can’t cancel within contract without a penalty but you can put prices up. When the contract expires you will lose a 20 year customer. Mobile and internet. So long. Never to return

  • PaulLenkic Paul Lenkic (@PaulLenkic) reported from Melbourne, State of Victoria

Anybody else in the Moorabbin or Melbourne South East area having internet issues with their @Telstra nbn connection?

  • llament 💧💧 Llewellyn Griffiths (@llament) reported from Melbourne, State of Victoria

@Optus I am an Optus customer. The caller didn't claim to be from Optus. Since I recently received a couple of text messages from Optus regarding NBN maintenance in my area it seemed unlikely that they would be followed by a threat to terminate my connection

  • bthomps22 Bruce T (@bthomps22) reported from Melbourne, State of Victoria

@NBN_Australia So can I regard this maintenance as essential or is it non-essential but not limited? Optus says it is to get more customers into the network. And you can’t do it overnight or at the weekend?

  • s2zart s2art (@s2zart) reported from Melbourne, State of Victoria

Using my iPhone 12 Pro to access the internet as my NBN Cable modem is down, since 07:30 @Optus

  • stirlospace 𝚜𝚝𝚒𝚛𝚕𝚘.𝚜𝚙𝚊𝚌𝚎 @𝚠𝚘𝚛𝚍𝚙𝚛𝚎𝚜𝚜.𝗰𝗼𝗺 (@stirlospace) reported from Melbourne, State of Victoria

@ClayFeetWander Within last hour yes but NBN no that's still down

  • mektronik mektronik (@mektronik) reported from Melbourne, State of Victoria

@ChristineEwing7 ETS was as terrible as the mining tax nothingburgers, NBN was gutted, NDIS is getting privatised. I'm sorry but none of that stuck because they kept bending over to get it done.

  • percivalsmum Karen is double jabbed 💉 💉 (@percivalsmum) reported from Melbourne, State of Victoria

Ok geeks help a dinosaur. I need to choose NBN for home and am considering taking up a streaming service for tv/movies. I’ve narrowed it down to Telstra and Aussie. Can anyone help me make a decision? #NBN

  • blokedesign Ben Loke (@blokedesign) reported from Melbourne, State of Victoria

1st day of Lockdown 5.0 and home-schooling withe kids and internet goes down. @Aussie_BB are you having issues with @NBN_Australia ? #Lockdown5 #melbournelockdown

  • Melissa_Moyle Melissa (@Melissa_Moyle) reported from Melbourne, State of Victoria

Found a whole lot of my meeting note books from when I was at NBN and yeah, I am pretty sure I was nowhere near as stupid as a lot of the people there tried to make me think I was.

  • rotbart Tal Rotbart (@rotbart) reported from Melbourne, State of Victoria

Hey Sydney! Is your internet frustratingly slow during lockdown? You can thank the LNP for their ****** version of NBN #LNPdisgrace

  • BenSorensen1 Ben Sorensen (@BenSorensen1) reported from Melbourne, State of Victoria

NBN Issues Reports

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:
  • Gorgonzola1R Gorgonzola (@Gorgonzola1R) reported

@NBN_Australia How about before doing any research you start fixing existing faults in your awful network, constant drop outs every single day for months on end with no sign of it being fixed. Bloody disgraceful.

  • Aussietranstara Tara #SaveSense8 #doublevaxxed 20/9/21 (@Aussietranstara) reported

So we route the call from our mobile over our wifi, down the NBN line and eventually it makes its way back onto the Telstra phone network to be passed off to where ever the call is terminated.

  • raidahgod raidah (@raidahgod) reported

@TPG_Telecom my internet speeds are very slow, please help. it should be running at 5x the speed and i have nbn :(

  • oldm8onthaloose oldmate (@oldm8onthaloose) reported

@Sunsplashsun @Senator_Patrick @ScottMorrisonMP this bunch of criminal amateurs have stuffed this country..they have squandered decades of surpluses, record gas, coal and iron ore incomes on tax cuts for their mates, stuffed the environment, bungled NDIS, scuttled GONSKI, gutted NBN, war games where we should never have been.

  • Tweetn2You Blue»Tweety«Bird (@Tweetn2You) reported

@BarrySteeleTNL @NBN_Australia I wouldn't call it #Fraudband, due to #NBN catering for multiple technologies, as existing Hybrid Fibre Coaxial (HFC) cabling can support symmetrical throughput speeds of up to 10Gbps using DOCSIS 4.0 QAM & number one country listed on global speed index only averages 262Mbps etc

  • BarrySteeleTNL 💧Barry Steele (@BarrySteeleTNL) reported

@NBN_Australia When do you expect we can be in the top 5? What investment would be necessary? Imagine the national benefits. We need #FTTP not #Fraudband Copper is incompatible with a 21st century national communications network. Wireless won't cut it. We need direct fibre to everyone. Please

  • NBN_Australia nbn™ Australia (@NBN_Australia) reported

@emmettdepalmer We're sorry to hear this, Emmett. nbn may deliver a one-time charge of $300 to the phone and internet providers that place an order for an nbn broadband network. It's up to the service provider whether they pass this on to the customer. 1/2

  • packeteer packeteer (@packeteer) reported

@NBN_Australia north Annandale (Sydney) area. regular brownouts, or full connection drop, VERY slow uploads. I've ordered a 5G service to augment as it's unusable for work

  • emmettdepalmer _____________ (@emmettdepalmer) reported

I hate the NBN @NBN_Australia have to pay $300 new development fee before I can move my service to new rental address. Are landlords suppose to pay this or reimburse you. Don’t want to ask for $300 before I’ve even signed the lease. I cannot afford that right now

  • loftwah Loftwah The Beatsmiff (@loftwah) reported

The @NBN_Australia network is just awful. I feel bad for them because there is nothing they can do about it. I can't even get my work done, sigh.
