Contacted tech support 132999 and got a link for text support. No one can help. Not even to set up a call forwarding.

You’ll need them as proof when you end up with slower speeds..We ended up with 1/2 the speed overnight. They pushed more through.Never got back to our original 110kbps download, but ended up with 90 down/30 up, which is good result now we’re WFH
