@mrgnarchr When they can build 5G, sell ‘unlimited’ at the same price as over NBN, but difference is they keep all the $$$ (and don’t have to pay a stupid cut to NBN), why wouldn’t to push it as an alternative that they actually make money from. NBN really ****** things

Update. Only partially installed. Seems NBN didn’t connect from outside our development into the development. Delayed until March. Dreadful service and shoddy Project Mgt. Also had to pay additional $16000 for cabling!!. @NBN_Australia #nbn

@jendudley @Telstra I am a mega geek too. I generally notice bad network performance. I really hate buffering in particular. My wife complained about the NBN being slow the other day, then realised she wasn't on Wi-Fi and it was actually the Telstra 4G service having issues.

@NBN_Australia currently can’t connect to the internet for no ****** reason except that there are random ****** outages in Sydney. Internet will connect for few minutes and then off it goes again. Thanks @NBN_Australia you worthless piece of shit.

I am super surprised to experience the quality of broadband in (or around) Sydney -- it still gets disconnected at least 5 times a week. @NBN_Australia and @TPG_Telecom, I'd highly recommend you both to get a better management because it sucks and it really does.

@NBN_Australia Is working from home considered an essential service? Because it is to me. My employer expects me to be online during business hours and yet I am dealing with NBN issues when there is severe weather. I have 4G failover for a reason and that is because we cannot rely on the NBN.

@NBN_Australia It was a Telstra technician but on a side note we’d just organised for Mum’s copper line to switch to nbn (in mid January) when the copper line started becoming a problem. The same technician thought he’d seen that happen before.

@NBN_Australia Does NBN not have a record of past tickets logged from our addresses? I have logged multiple tickets, my neighbour has logged multiple tickets. Do the technicians leave notes? This is a recurring issue for us that is never fully diagnosed.
