    @goforgold80s Agreed. Sadly, it didn’t work. I’d have simply repeated LNP doubled the debt and buggered the NBN. We will fix what they ruined.

Currently am using NBN Telstra am paying for 100, but getting max 43.....not good, just shifted & now have blinking green lights & nothing...🤔😠😠

    @Huw_Merlin @LNPvoterfail @deniseshrivell NBN don't call it a modem anymore...they call it a NTD, it's an brand ARRIS . Took them 47days last time to get here & less than 8mins to fix 2 off them....totally incompetent deal Telstra blames NBN blames Telstra, problem is, you dont have a contract with NBN, must use provider

    The nbn and internet situation in Australia is bad enough, but this whole situation has seriously stopped me ever, ever signing up with @Telstra again, and will adamantly be advising friends and family of the same. Never have I experienced such a lack of basic caring from staff.

I think it’s likely that this would be “exempt development” as it may be under Telecommunications Act - which really sucks, we’re sick of boxes like this cluttering busy public spaces - I’ll check and get back to you.

    I heard back from @Optus technical support and they’ve booked a technician to swap the @Foxtel IQ standard set top box around. The appointment is at 12pm tomorrow until it’s cut off by NBN

    @TPG_Telecom can someone please resolve the issues with my NBN. It has been almost a week this time. I have had numoutous conversations and visits from your technicians without the issue being fixed. Unfortunately this is the 5th time this year we’ve had a material outage.

    Anyone had any experience with 5G home internet? Just bought a new phone plan and this is the standard upsell. But if I'm honest, it's not much more $ than I'm paying for NBN and the value/service seems pretty reasonable to marginally better.

    Our service provider is currently experiencing degradation issues which may cause performance latency for NBN services [HFC customers only] in Parramatta–NSW. We apologize for any inconvenience caused, our engineers are investigating the issue and aim to have this resolved asap.

    Dealing with Optus/NBN over the last 4-6 weeks would have to be the worst experience I’ve had with any company(s) in my life. Not sure which is more culpable (I suspect NBN) but it’s hard to imagine any company providing worse CS than this. Whole operation a complete shambles.

    The NBN has to be one of the worst bits of infrastructure built ever. It drops out all the time, buffers and is just generally terrible. You then ring up your ISP to complain and they say it is an NBN issue we have to monitor for 24 hrs before we can report it to them.

    Internet problems continue and just now i had a phone call to my mobile from someone purporting to be from nbn acknowledging my problem & asking me to check my internt speed. @NBN_Australia can you explain what this is about?
