Can you check to see if there’s somewhere in your records that may not be updated? Invoices & other emails have gone to the right spot, just this outage notice is misdirected.

Mark Leveson (@MarkLeveson) reported from Sydney, New South WalesMorning @2GB, you’ve got app issues again. It keeps cutting out and and one stage we heard Ben ask the Astro guy the same question four times. Now nothing. Our download is 108Mbs and upload 32Mbs, ping 13Ms. Our NBN’s working fine.

Signed up to NBN contract when it (finally) arrived in my area, but now 5G is available it's actually way faster than my broadband. 🙄 Not sure how or who offers a big enough data package to allow streaming on the 5G mobile network. 🤷

Any chance someone will get the investigation done soon. With downloads of 3.14mbps and uploads at 0.44mbps I can’t do anything currently

New year same issues of downtime….no fix today today and it’s a new provider on monday not good enough especially now that we’re predominantly wfh

For the past 2 months it was working at woeful speeds. I was initially told it was a problem at my end 3 times but it seems the complaining from my end caused action for them to investigate and fix.

Dave Jones (@eevblog) reportedNBN Update: "Cable works are progressing. The fibre cable was installed between the two manholes early this morning and the site has been made safe. Due to traffic control requirements, work has temporarily paused and will recommence under day Road Occupancy Licences between 10:00am and 2:00pm. Cable preparation works began earlier at 3:30am, with splicing scheduled to commence this afternoon. Customer restoration is expected to be completed later today. NBN will continue to monitor progress and provide further updates as they become available."
