Any chance someone will get the investigation done soon. With downloads of 3.14mbps and uploads at 0.44mbps I can’t do anything currently

Spent the last hour on the providers help text… the backup 4G SIM WiFi Connection isn’t working either… the technician is coming later this week … The flat is more cluttered and I should have left it like it was… That filled the day anyway. And says you tell them work is ongoing but that no estimate is available for when this will be fixed!!! Thanks for the runaround
