Tony Thefathippy (@TonyThefathippy) reported from Sydney, New South WalesHey, @NBN_Australia, your customer service is appalling. Perhaps you should contact customers *before* cancelling home visits. Don't leave it to the ISP. Rather than telling the ISP there's nothing wrong with a service that has never run properly and that we start again.../cont

BDubAus (@bwrigley) reported from Sydney, New South WalesHey Telstra, what’s going on with the NBN services in Sydney Inner west? It’s been down for quite some time?? @Telstra #NBN
-
Josh Maddison (@eljosho1102) reported from Sydney, New South Wales@PipThomas @PressStartAU Similar thoughts from me, I’m impressed with how well it does run on my 10 MB/sec FTTC NBN connection and given it is a beta service I can definitely agree the input lag is something that will need to be accepted for now until it is tweaked a bit to run better on the NBN

Pat Devery (@patdevery125) reported from Sydney, New South WalesLNP: planned MurrayDarling - FAIL, planned NBN - FAIL, planned quarantine - FAIL, planned vaccine acquisition - FAIL, dragged kicking and screaming to JobKeeper. Trust them on climate change? #kickthismobout

Maureen ✳️✳️ (@fromthewonni) reported from Sydney, New South Wales@PaulFletcherMP I have NBN I live about 30ks from the city of Sydney My modem since the day it was installed tells me there’s no signal I was unable to work from home during the lockdown because the Internet dropped in and out all day making work impossible to complete efficiently or effectively
-
Ali (@alipage6) reported from Sydney, New South Wales@NBN_Australia @belongau do you have a contact number for constant outages with no wifi service outside of your ‘working hours’? Where’s the compensation for fees with no service?
-
James Fridley (@fridley) reported from Sydney, New South Wales@Telstra still as useless as ever. Been trying to connect to the NBN since 2019 in a Sydney CBD office, and they cancel any new NBN order without even bothering to contact us.... O_o
-
LachlanB_ 🌏✈️🏈🏏 (@LachlanB_) reported from Sydney, New South WalesHelp needed from the tech nerds please! If I change my NBN provider due to a better deal, do I need a new modem? Are they "locked" similar to mobile phones? First NBN company included a modem as part of the deal. Can I use it if I change providers? TIA. 🙏

Roscoe (@saysroscoe) reported from Sydney, New South Wales@edwardatport Were very safe here. While NBN doesnt work. Thats why HMAS Adelaide is still broken down. Can't read their smoke signals.
-
Dhawal Damania (@dhawaldamania) reported from Sydney, New South WalesExtremely unacceptable practice by @VodafoneAU cancelled my NBN when I specially asked them not to, not once but 3 times #fail #switchtotelstra .. customer service is helpless
-
Thomas Rice (@thomasrice_au) reported from Sydney, New South WalesVery few errors, and they were mainly names or technical terms. For example, "The R proof for off net MBN services" should be "The ARPU for off-net NBN services" "Mark Marie Derrmann" should be "Mart-Marie Derman" Seems plausible to easily transcribe everything with this.

🌱 Diana Ryall AM 🌏🌈🇳🇿🇷🇼💧 (@DianaRyall) reported from Sydney, New South WalesWe are a decade behind with fast internet. Do you trust the #LNP to fix the #nbn? If not, #PutLNPLast
-
Peter Bell (@PeterBell7) reported from Sydney, New South Wales@JJKALE2 I love PK .. reflects how tired we are of comparing our **** show with another country This cruddy government NEVER compares us to OECD when languishing at the bottom social reforms, pensions NBN etc
-
LachlanB_ 🌏✈️🏈🏏 (@LachlanB_) reported from Sydney, New South Wales@Lachlan_Mc That's my issue. Signed up to NBN contract when it (finally) arrived in my area, but now 5G is available it's actually way faster than my broadband. 🙄 Not sure how or who offers a big enough data package to allow streaming on the 5G mobile network. 🤷
-
Evan (@fictillius) reported from Sydney, New South Wales@geoffrey_payne @vision_iii Margins of the providers have been eaten up by wholesale costs. It’s worse now than it was when Telstra owned the fixed line network. Telcos avoiding the NBN makes the NBN business worse and more of a loss for taxpayers
-
Derek Bell (He/Him) (@derek_bell) reported from Sydney, New South WalesCheck out my Speedtest results! 27.3 Mbps down and 0.2 Mbps up. How do your speeds compare? #Telstra #Nbn I think North Korea is better than this. Any suggestions?
-
Glenn Sargood (@onebg) reported from Sydney, New South WalesI must say whilst I am very frustrated with my NBN problems with @Telstra I am very happy with the Twitter support. I am hoping the local upgrades fix the issue very soon #veryslow #frustrating
-
John Skinner (@johncskinner1) reported from Sydney, New South Wales@NBN_Australia The main problem is some providers take days to “diagnose” the issue when it’s v. clear what the problem is. This wastes time & resources. In areas of high failure @NBN_Australia should have some technicians based in the community to maintain this infrastructure! @stemplemanmp

Rayyan Ahmed (@ruhejanaa) reported@Teh_Jkr @Optus @Optus I have 5 services with Optus and have been a customer for 12 years. My NBN internet has been really poor, yet I’m charged full price with no real offer. As soon as I get time from my busy life, I’ll be switching all my services.
-
💜𝕏 CharmsVic 𝕏 💜 (@CharmsYahoo) reported@scottjla @johannesmkx Uk hasn’t got as many isolated farms etc as Australia or US but I understand from friends there is similar higher speed internet access as Australia suffered with slow install of NBN and minimal systems Back in 2021/2 when Starlink was not providing many services in UK - govt removing authorisation would not have caused major outcry but the number of services today would cause huge outcry if authorisation were removed. Also mobile Starlink is very common now. The acceptance of authorisation is part of SPCX now and impact investors - technically I suspect uk govt can’t do anything other than order removal and whether the company has offices in uk will be relevant to service provision and funding for infringements Elon is VERY protective of children’s rights so expect him to express views on how this needs implementing. His stance against Starmer goes back to when he ed public prosecutor and didn’t protect children and girls against gangs.

♡Dama♡ (@damatically) reportedIm liking league of dreamers books oh man...this is bad. I hope they do more free option event tbh but then again their choices is relatively cheaper but still. Law of the Beast is having a free play event and im loving it! I only downloaded LOD for NBN but now hhhh
-
𝑫𝒂𝒏𝒊𝒆𝒍 𝑺𝒄𝒐𝒕𝒕 𝑴𝒂𝒕𝒕𝒉𝒆𝒘𝒔 🇦🇺 (@DanielSMatthews) reported@eevblog I have both, NBN service stability is far less than Starlink's, so it is my backup. I could probably push traffic through both, did that with Telstra and Optus cable modems back in the day, but Starlink is so fast I haven't needed to bother.
-
lin 🍸 (@heesbeesknees) reportedIM CRYING 'THEN WHY IS IT SO SLOW' YOU TELL EM ENHA CALL THE NBN
-
SydneyCityTV (@SydneyCityTV) reportedNot that I've heard anything of course. But surely, a NBN News presenter or two that WIN are likely to see as being "surplus to requirements" under their new format for local news would make for far better Super Radio Network hosts? Not to mention, have wider name recognition...
-
robert sherwood (@Cranky_ole_man) reportedWIN NEWS WHICH REPLACED NBN NEWCASTLE IS A **** SHOW,NO LOCAL SPORT NO LOCAL NEWS ,WILL WATCH CH 7
-
AnekoNya~ 🌸🏳️⚧️ (@nya_aneko) reported@venteaVT My house has starlink, runs at about 160 mbps at best and it’s like 3x faster than the nbn at my parents house, Australian wifi is so bad
-
Kayeos (@Kayeos3) reported@Davemcl70700812 @lesstenny You didn't listen during her speach or read any policies. Clearly stated that the country wouldn't be affected. Other systems can easily be put in place. Besides, majority of farmers have satellite internet because they didn't receive broadband or the NBN. **** you lie a lot.
-
Mr Happy (@JohnSmi63567221) reported@MrKRudd Like Rudds NBN $60,000,000,000 and counting cost to tax payers plus 70-90 monthly cost to use. Starlink ZERO cost to tax payers, get it anywhere, pay between 40 and 70 a month. No one wants to hear your ideas. **** off
