Have been trying all day to get thru to technical support and that line has been "closed" all day and message is hasn't been helpful. She also has a falls monitor which should be connected but it's not

(work on the street, weatherproof boxes on the house, etc.). The overall process must have cost NBN more than $300.

Work from here with international clients and rely on consistent internet access. Almost like a third world country. We have to do better. Imagine the productivity losses!

Router sends PPPoE PADI but gets no PADO, so this is failing before login/auth. Please stop looping basic Wi-Fi scripts and escalate to NBN
