Not sure if Aussie Broadband or NBN don’t understand what scheduled means, but my definition is that 10 minutes after an outage begins is definitely too late to call it scheduled.

@NewtonMark @NBN_Australia I got a response from the complaints team today, re-sending me the email claiming it was fixed. NO SHIT SHERLOCK - TAKE A LOOK AT THE FSCKING PHOTOS AND TELL ME IF IT LOOKS FIXED AS YOUR EMAIL CLAIMS. Sorry for that, but the lack of giving-a-fsck from your end is astonishing.

@royfrancisbrown @ssharwood @NBN_Australia @Telstra I thought they acquired it, then realised what a steaming pile of crap it was, and decided not to bother using it. Optus and Telstra cable largely shadowed each other anyway. No point having both for the majority of locations.

What gets me about the #NBN is they are totally unaccountable for any problems. Always the service provider. And if you get a Tech to call they are incompetent and do nothing. I will go to the node, and are never seen again. Well done LNP you have done well in screwing the place.

@NewtonMark @Rhys_Needham @maximum_sincere this is correct. NBN delivers a L2 tunnel between the customer and the RSP. your IP address(es) are from the RDP. some use CGNAT, some don't. some give IPv4 and v6, some only v4.

@Anome Yes, they're pretty good but there's a bit of a hole where they aren't allowed to escalate to NBN unless the problem is easily repeatable. They always encourage me to waste my time reporting similar transient outages in the future.

@telstra Now on hold for over two hours, somewhat longer than the promised 20 minutes. Our internet speed is woefully slow, our NBN connection slated in April is STILL not organised. Utterly disgraceful
