@Aussie_BB @NBN_Australia Three of your customer staff gave us contradicting updates and your engineer turned up an hour after the slot with no apology or explanation. Internet is restored but is now currently tracking 25mb on a 100mb contract

  • hitinman Just Davo (@hitinman) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

Seems the NBN runs like a party line. When other people are on you have fat chance of streaming anything. Another LNP fail. And they want to be ready elected. Please people don't be so stupid.

  • EICostheta Reg Boyle (@EICostheta) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

@katticus28 We just had a two day outage as well. I keep a tiny OPTUS wireless modem since the big FULL month downer. $99 +data.I was about to stoke it up when the NBN staggered back to some continuity.

  • bennie919 Trevor Romer (@bennie919) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

What the hell is going on with @optus NBN. I'm paying for 100mbps and getting from 29kbps up to a "massive" 940kbps. This sucks!

  • ccprincess_syd Carissa (@ccprincess_syd) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

@Telstra Hi Jessica, no reference numbers were given to me as it was on my file and I was assured someone would contact me within 24hrs. This problem with the nbn seems to be happening across Sydney

  • buszwack jg (@buszwack) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

@TurnbullMalcolm @ScottMorrisonMP @billshortenmp sorry Big Mal no money left after we spend $20Billion to fix your polished **** of a NBN 💩

  • EICostheta Reg Boyle (@EICostheta) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

@weupshitcreekoz Apparently the tower was affected by the NBN loss during blackout. Not obvious at home because of the power loss. Three days later when power returned the modem had no input for a full month. The phone to tower had severely limited service. Driving to another cell was a temp fix

  • LeanneCocolea73 Leanne Blake (@LeanneCocolea73) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

@Optus @NBN_Australia @ScottMorrisonMP A Bit Sick of This Crap. Sylvania Waters, Sylvania. No Internet or LANDLINE , MY PARENTS ARE 70 plus They Like Landlines! Considering Are Self Funded Retirees. Not good enough Plus my Mum is Unwell.

@smh At least they will get 5G. NBN is a bad joke on all of us.

  • Elias_Hallaj Elias Hallaj (@Elias_Hallaj) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

Which is why the copper-based #fraudband which the ATM LNP govt negligently imposed on Australia will hold it back for years. Labor will fix the ATM LNP #NBN mess but it will take a while & we may miss out on job/education/health/research opportunities #AusVotes #AusPol

  • brod Tony Broderick 🙃 (@brod) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

@Aussie_BB @NBN_Australia He's now got through after a 55 minute wait and he's getting different information from what you've told him over DM and no resolution. They don't seem to know what is going on.

  • jarro56 Veritas (@jarro56) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

After the #NBN #Census Social Service #Robocalls #Watertheft never ever let the #LNP get their hands on #nuclear power.

  • DianaMinglis Diana M (@DianaMinglis) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

@simonahac @GChristensenMP @Barnaby_Joyce @theprojecttv @hamishNews I suppose the Philippines have better coverage than our NBN, though to be fair, most of the world has better service than the NBN

  • mikeaubrey2 🇦🇺mikeaubrey🏳️‍🌈 (@mikeaubrey2) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

@MochaNSlice @khtagh @TonyAbbottMHR Never have been convinced of anything Abbott has done or said....lok @ what he did to the NBN

  • ACCAN_AU ACCAN (@ACCAN_AU) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

All medical alarm users should also register their medical alarm with the nbn as it will help to minimise any break in service during the transition. Registration is free, and can be done online or by calling 1800 687 626.

  • jarro56 💧Veritas (@jarro56) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

@TaodeHaas @SenatorFifield Further to @SenatorFifield reply to the #LNP adulteration of the #NBN was that 'it was purpose built to suit the needs'.. meaning to justify to absolute ruination of a major communications infrastructure to third world unreliable slow speeds is that Australians only download porn

Just discovered what the folks are paying for a home phone through #Telstra . $50 per month with a $10 discount for concession card. For a freaking home phone via Fixed Wireless NBN that will go down when there is a fire or weather event anyway. @Telstra @NBNCo

  • AnnaH5067 AnnaH (@AnnaH5067) reported

@urbanmel They prefer our landline to be provided through NBN if we can receive the signal. Or, we can keep our landline as is but pay $50 a month for just that.

  • nsinghal85 Nitin Singhal (@nsinghal85) reported

@Aussie_BB Dear Team, I am following up for last two days with multiple call for internet issue and getting only one response that nbn has cancelled your request . As I mentioned same issue I faced earlier and nbn resolved they always add customer to free port which might not

@Aussie_BB Dear Team, I am following up for last two days with multiple call for internet issue and getting only one response that nbn has cancelled your request . As I mentioned same issue I faced earlier and nbn resolved. they always assign free port which might not

  • AnnaH5067 AnnaH (@AnnaH5067) reported

So annoyed that Telstra is switching off our ADSL & copper wire internet. It’s perfect for us. They say we can get NBN but 10 years ago trees prevented us receiving signal. I want nothing to do with the alternative they are serving us which is Starlink.

  • PoliBard PoliBard (@PoliBard) reported

@__BreadMaker__ @telesynth_hot I mentioned to the tech who got our NBN going when we first connected it that I thought the latency was a bit rubbish, cos I previously had around 25-30 on my wireless broadband, and my phone reports much the same, but he said 50 wasn't bad for FW NBN.....

  • urbanmel Melissa Challenor (@urbanmel) reported

@AnnaH5067 I hope that works for you. The NBN seem to be more responsive than Telstra and Optus, so maybe you’ll get a decent service. I hope you do.
