  • dianainoz2 Diana (@dianainoz2) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

@simonahac @NBN_Australia @Telstra Take screenshots of your speeds. You’ll need them as proof when you end up with slower speeds..We ended up with 1/2 the speed overnight. They pushed more through.Never got back to our original 110kbps download, but ended up with 90 down/30 up, which is good result now we’re WFH

@drpete00 Libs biting their bums now #NBN Never forgive Malcolm behind Abbott’s bum ditching Labor’s gold standard internet for everybody as if we’d never need fast internet #auspol

  • JaneCaro Jane Caro (@JaneCaro) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

Dear @NBN_Australia our IT support guy has fixed it. Apparently it was simply the technician who did (in Jason’s words) half a job. But thanks for getting back to me.

  • vacant3rdman Anthony Horton (@vacant3rdman) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

The issue being that recent firmware versions are (supposedly) FTTC NBN compatible, but the original version isn't. So I had to download the firmware update to phone via 4G, & am now transfering it to laptop over Bluetooth so can then upload to the router via WiFi...

  • mikeaubrey2 🇦🇺mikeaubrey🏳️‍🌈 (@mikeaubrey2) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

@DaveIrving99 @snapipup @zdnetaustralia It's a total failure since LNP Government got involved, it's overpriced, outdated, way too slow & Australian taxpayers are being double hit 💸💸💸 & recently Parliament passed a monthly increase to give NBN additional 💸💸 for what......to assist Murdoch 👎🏾👎🏽👎🏿💩🤡

  • tbutson Tyron Butson (@tbutson) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

@gabriellecj Same. Seven years of perfectly adequate internet. Switched to NBN and now experience almost weekly outages. Had an electrician look at it who said it’s a Telstra problem

  • FrankChoy1 Franck (@FrankChoy1) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

@TooheyMatthew @AlexanderDowner @QandA Government ministers would be better prepared if they actually did useful things for the people of Australia. Fletcher the guru of telecoms brought us nbn. No wonder they obfuscate with generalities and spin. Horrible to watch people squirm even if deserved.

  • DebHoggoz Deb Hogg 📚🐨🦉🏝🌺🙏😝 (@DebHoggoz) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

@Telstra @stoobii Problems in Sydney too. Outage page can’t be reached. Using Optus 4G because Telstra NBN home service is stuffed in postcode 2222. Not good enough! Got work to do and 4G is not how I want to access secure sites.

  • jonp67 JP_2204 (@jonp67) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

    @trevorlong @Telstra 2204 NBN FTTB is down

  • cdbe59ad3514488 Qaisar Khan (@cdbe59ad3514488) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

@NBN_Australia Could I please someone from support to call me

  • anniepanannie Anna Josephine (@anniepanannie) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

@NBN_Australia hi NBN. How do you organise an assessment of your NBN service? Aware of the fee, can not find how to initiate request!

  • cdbe59ad3514488 Qaisar Khan (@cdbe59ad3514488) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

@NBN_Australia I have and there is no way to contact them. 20 minutes on the phone now and send several messages via Telstra App. No one is responding. I could not believe Telstra will become so bad. Could you please kindly advise how can I speak to someone in Telstra.

  • SElizaP 💧 leftwinglunatic Susan B.A. (@SElizaP) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

@Loulaloulaa @BrettMasonNews @PatsKarvelas @TurnbullMalcolm Possibly Turnbull is speaking out about #robodebt because he knows Morrison was the responsible minister. Whereas he won't admit #nbn failure because that was all down to him. Not really so authentic & admirable .

  • cdbe59ad3514488 Qaisar Khan (@cdbe59ad3514488) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

@NBN_Australia There is no planned outage in this area. The internet stopped working at 10pm last night and despite of sending several messages on Telstra App, no one has responded back. I m currently over the phone with Telstra for last 15 minutes and still in the waiting queue 😡

  • ThatPascoeWoman 💦Jaqi Pascoe (@ThatPascoeWoman) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

I’m praying. Of all the wretched, spineless, turncoat, appeasing gestures Turnbull made to the pseudo-religious fascists in his party while in office, that amendment takes the bloody cake. It’s more damaging to democracy than even an inferior NBN - but fortunately simpler to fix.

  • manaz_d Robert Hudson (@manaz_d) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

@Aussie_BB Oh, the issue isn't you guys, it's the wholesale residential service options that NBN gives you to sell with poor uplink speed options...

@LenoriDude @KKeneally ICAC, net zero, community batteries, fix ndis, fix nbn, just for starters… they’ve got lots of reasons to vote for them..( not a rusted on, but totally over the lnp )

  • toe_Cutter4 Paul M (@toe_Cutter4) reported

@TonyHWindsor @peters_malcolm Abbott thought the NBN was for downloading movies.. I bet he never even knew how to send an e-mail at the time..

  • garigalAnj 💉 💉 🌏💧Anj of Garigal (@garigalAnj) reported

@phlogga @TheBigShip I had a Telehealth appointment a few days ago that had to be abandoned because of poor internet service. Rescheduled for a few weeks away, first available appointment. Abbott had no intelligence, no ethics, no vision. Turnbull knew better but went along with it #NBN #abc730

  • ireneis68700941 Irene Isabel (@ireneis68700941) reported

@PaulFletcherMP My NBN is service is less reliable than the service I had had for the previous 15 years. Slightly faster uploads is all I have gotten for the extra $, multiple equipment faults and multiple outages.

  • studentmum36 bs2009 (@studentmum36) reported

@abcnews We can’t even get terrible fixed wireless & we literally moved around the corner where we had fibre to the premises. Only option now is satellite which is unreliable & $1 GB as is 5G. Yet we are still paying for the LNP’s NBN forever.

  • PaJoett Josh (@PaJoett) reported

@SenatorWong Sorry to be blunt, but NBN cable tech is BOOMER tech. We dont need new fibre, its old tech! We need upgraded nationwide 5G rollout. NBN is so bad in some areas ppl use 4g towers anyway.

  • Go_pies2013 C (@Go_pies2013) reported

@PaulFletcherMP @ComeFromAwayAU How about you focus on fixing the poor nbn co service and responding to complaints. Time to come out of hiding

  • aamuzukashii Aamuzukashii (@aamuzukashii) reported

@emptycab @AlboMP Wasn't Fletcher at Optus? Presided over their HFC network that was in such bad shape, NBN had to write it off. Goose.

  • richardbone Richard Bone (@richardbone) reported

@JohnLavis1 @send2mc @AlboMP No it doesn't. I get 160Mbps, unlimited data for $80/month on 5G. That's way cheaper than any similar NBN service.

  • Go_pies2013 C (@Go_pies2013) reported

@NBN_Australia Finally your shocking service is being highlighted in the media. Maybe it will force you to actually respond to customer complaints
