    @TurnbullMalcolm @theanthonyhayes @rhysam Even at the best of times, my NBN is not much better than ADSL was, because it's still delivered over the same broken copper. Sure the peak speeds are higher, but it's still flaky. Not reliable for videoconferencing.

    @iiNet The interaction with iinet staff was fine, no complaints at all. NBN technician comes out Monday morning. That will play havoc with online schooling and me working from home. Hopefully this recurring problem will be fixed on nbn tech visit #3.

    @NBN_Australia Unfortunately ISPs give information to NBN which is ignored. Both treat consumers as idiots, so the hapless consumer is left with nowhere to turn. Four weeks of providing the same information every couple of days to NBN via ISP; four weeks of inaction.

    @BelongAU why does it take 2 days instead of “within two hours” to hear back from you guys? Without nbn activation in a new house and I have to work and study remotely... there doesn’t seem to be any issues in Victoria with connection.
