Hey @Optus - NBN modem issue, flashing red light and clicking, used ‘Message Us’ in app and for booted told to call 133937, but recorded message there saying to use app! What am I supposed to do to get tech support?? No internet, no home phone!!

  • onebg Glenn Sargood (@onebg) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

It's wonderful that @Telstra keeps acknowledging that there is a problem with my NBN service and fix it. I have reminisced what the old dial up services were like for long enough I am ready for the 21st century again.

  • vikrammann76 Vikram Singh Mann (@vikrammann76) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

@NBN_Australia @AustralianOpen You guys are the worst to deal with no way you should be involved in any national events

  • JohnLutge John Lutge (@JohnLutge) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

The @NBN tech came. The carrier signal strength is - 15dB. Max is - 10dB. So it's too weak to work. But it's raining, and their test equipment isn't waterproof. So they couldn't check the connection box at the side of the house. So, day off work for zip. @Telstra

  • sacharules Sacha Fernandez (@sacharules) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

@TPG_Telecom around 4:30pm my #NBN connection is not working at all! Twice this week we have lost connectivity. New year same issues of downtime….no fix today today and it’s a new provider on monday not good enough especially now that we’re predominantly wfh

@adamajacoby @davejeffress82 Me2....what has he got to do to wake Australians up.....rorts, cheats, lies, hides, bullshits, announces, robodeaths 2200, NDIS totally stuffed up, NBN, Sub stuffup, $4+bn payment to France.....the list is endless....and still people "support" his band of crooks & misfits

  • saysroscoe Roscoe (@saysroscoe) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

@edwardatport Were very safe here. While NBN doesnt work. Thats why HMAS Adelaide is still broken down. Can't read their smoke signals.

  • mikeaubrey2 🇦🇺mikeaubrey🏳️‍🌈 (@mikeaubrey2) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

Morrison has stuffed the NBN......no service in flooded areas.....from day 1......when they promised to fix it.......WATFU

  • fictillius Sagittarius A* (@fictillius) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

@ScottRhodie It’s so stupid that developers are even allowed to do this. They should be required to install the fibre and provide the hand off to NBN. Same for embedded energy networks too.

  • JohnLutge John Lutge (@JohnLutge) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

Hi @Telstra. My internet has been down for 3 weeks. The @NBN tech was a no show for the first appointment. Just had an SMS scheduling another appt for tomorrow. The @Telstra faults operater in Australia just hung up on me. If I ran my med practice that way, I would be in jail.

  • mikeaubrey2 🇦🇺mikeaubrey🏳️‍🌈 (@mikeaubrey2) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

When it wasn't broken, whilst in Labors hands.....now it's a FD, so, overpriced & just a patchwork quilt.......how much has LNP actually spent, include the $2bn loan NBN did by themself 😡😡😠😠

  • yueh Steven Yu (@yueh) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

    @iinet @NBN_Australia down in Maroubra...

  • JohnLutge John Lutge (@JohnLutge) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

@Telstra The @Telstra faults person hung up on me when I insisted she contact @NBN to find out what was going on. Is the fault at my premisis, or in the area as I was previously told? As far as DMs go. I've wasted hours down that rabbit hole before, for absolutely no gain.

  • JohnLutge John Lutge (@JohnLutge) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

The technician came and my internet is still broken. There is an open fault ticket for the @nbn network team to fix the network tap in the pit at the front of the house. According to @Telstra, there is no ETA on the fix.

  • 28061914mary Allan (@28061914mary) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

@smh @zoesam93 I’m with OPTUS. My mobile phone drops out to regularly and the NBN is so slow at times I have to tether the phone to my computer. Get to work on these mayters Gladys. You are now actually working for Singapore.

  • Phil98529731 Phil (@Phil98529731) reported

Just had 10 days in New Zealand staying with our daughter. Her internet connection is FTTP. 100mbps down and 25mbps up for about the same cost as our ****** NBN Wireless. Australia is 3rd world when it comes to internet connections. NBN IS ****.

  • james_tew James Tew (@james_tew) reported

Anyone in #PERTH having issues with @Optus NBN tonight? Upload is absolute crap tonight!

  • VWHawkesbury I live in the Hawkesbury (@VWHawkesbury) reported

@joshgnosis @denniallen There's more down now, no NBN again at some houses in Bowen Mountain.

  • PaulDav17392250 OK Boomer (@PaulDav17392250) reported

@dan_hendo @mariewalsh18 @philmupp1 Imho, Truffles' lies and support of Abbott's order to destroy the NBN was shameful, as PM a spineless sock puppet. That 'bonk ban' presser was comedic cowardice, his govt by then so corrupted and venal that he couldn't throw those spivs Porter and Tudge to the wolves.

  • Stuckin1au stuckin (@Stuckin1au) reported

@NBN_Australia There isn’t a thing you can do to fix it, Cooper is obsolete and once starlink gets up and running I’ll dump NBN

  • Stuckin1au stuckin (@Stuckin1au) reported

@NBN_Australia No faults no issue in my home it’s straight out copper is obsolete tech and anyone with any tech sense knows this.

  • gohawks03 Jane French (@gohawks03) reported

@Telstra hi guys been trying to sort out connection for over a week. Keep getting told a different story every time I call. NBN tech attended saying it’s an issue in the street, but no outages are registers so what’s going on?

  • TateDale2 Tate Dale (@TateDale2) reported

@NBN_Australia Cancelling an appointment is when you notify the customer who took a day off waiting for you to attend. Not showing up is not cancelling an appointment fyi #stillwaiting

  • marschoc Mario De Ionno (@marschoc) reported

@LaborIsTrash I bet you hsve the NBN with fibre not copper old crap

  • reynardvi Reynard Foxx (@reynardvi) reported

@jennifermacey It's the NBN all over again. They didn't want to install the infrastructure because it would damage the business model of Murdoch. Now, with EVs, they don't want to fund the infrastructure to defend the fossil fuel companies. It also applies to renewables v coal and gas.
