@ClareOReilly7 @craigreucassel @NBN_Australia I second this! Business NBN line is absolute **** compared to the Optus and they're in the same friggin house 🤬

  • Pauly_Riordan Pauly (@Pauly_Riordan) reported

@craigreucassel @NBN_Australia Can I DM you? I’m pretty sure I can help pretty quick. Need to send you an email address that I don’t want out in the open. Cheers

  • deniseshrivell Denise Shrivell - North Sydney #independentsday (@deniseshrivell) reported

@craigreucassel Depends what kind of NBN you’re on. I’ve HFC which is ok. Awful for those on FTTN - & in the regions.

  • ilandmtv 🌻🌻🌻 (@ilandmtv) reported

damn why is the nbn so shitty

  • TheRealPembo Michael Pemberton (@TheRealPembo) reported

@craigreucassel You are not alone. But the problem extends to dodgy developers (who don't bother running the required cabling in new developments) and Telstra (who gave up maintaining the copper network when they found out NBN would pay for it regardless of what state of disrepair it was in).

  • sTV_P Stevie (@sTV_P) reported

@markhumphries @craigreucassel Isn't that what NBN stands for? Neighbours Borrowed Network?

  • Rhys_Needham Rhys Needham (@Rhys_Needham) reported

@markhumphries @craigreucassel Ours' had us having ISP and NBN on speed-dial and the technicians up and down the power pole more often than your average exotic dancer.

  • MD00042 M D (@MD00042) reported

So, finding it hard to believe I'm stuck with no NBN for god knows how long. Suspect spintel are just a **** RSP. Looking at applying again with Superloop or AussieBB

  • ClareOReilly7 💧ClareOR (@ClareOReilly7) reported

@craigreucassel @NBN_Australia Try the wireless home broadband options - I have the Optus modem. I just plugged the modem in and have an excellent broadband service. Can even take it on holidays with me. 👍

  • sacarlin48 🔥 Anne Carlin (@sacarlin48) reported

@craigreucassel @NBN_Australia My service provider is @Aussie_BB . I haven't had the issues you have but as a provider they are pretty great.
