    @NBN_Australia Again they didn’t show. Fifth appointment they didn’t attend. It’s beggars belief that they are competent. Our provider is having issues with NBN not communicating and committing to their appointments. We concede defeat and won’t have NBN. It’s disgusting service.

    @itaintfacebook Hi Dean, the Speed Boost is given to eligible NBN HFC & FTTP customers to uplift their speed to Superfast or Ultrafast speeds. We will inform the customer by email & SMS when their speed gift begins and again when it ends. -Ahra

    @TheSweatersOz @charlesfirth @chaser Personally I am not wedded to the idea of having FttH. I am tech agnostic,tho I do like both fibre and RF. Whatever is the most pragmatic solution that works well is fine for me. I would rather have a balance of Gov expenditure than an over capitalised NBN.

    Of course my initial reaction was “battery – WTF?”, but after doing my own research it seems there is indeed a battery, but it only only backs up the NBN service in case of a power outage, (2/3)

    @martincedes @NBN_Australia Telstra is useless and take weeks or months to fix issues... maybe. My record is 2 months with no service with Telstra. Change providers yesterday! @Aussie_BB is the way to go; fantastic service. And, uh, use a referral code 4961579 for $50 credit.

    @Telstra I’ve been trying to resolve an issue with my NBN box timing out for over a week. I’ve had to explain my problem to 10 different people over your support messaging service and it take hours to get a reply. This is ‘gold member support’. Is there a better way to get help?
