@pony_node Hey there, we'd be keen to find out why we aren't able to provide you with an nbn service. If you could give us a buzz on 1300 801 122, we'll be able to look into it.

@Scottludlam Oh god it’s terrible. We r on satellite NBN. Only 60 minutes to the Gold Coast and this is all we can get. Keeps dropping out. 700 ping means we r always talking over people. So bad.

@Scottludlam I felt the connection pain with you Scott. We have now missed what would have been a great contribution from you. Another NBN fail..

@Aitch_El @Scottludlam You lucky to get 1 bar 4g. SA.e problem here with NBN SkyMuster. Friends using Starlink very impressed with it at present, much much faster and cheaper.

@Scottludlam Didn't even bother trying to connect to the NBN. The copper on my line was so terrible, it was unusable even for voice. Not VOIP, just talking on it, analogue-style. I'm 10-15 mins from the CBD. Looked at giving the NBN a go recently, but the monthly fees were utterly criminal.

Hey @Telstra. Got an email saying my NBN plan is going up $5 a month and my speed is being halved. Not feeling like a valued customer. Gotta wonder what your marketing guys are thinking, especially when I can get much better value elsewhere.
