@NBN_Australia Oh they kept me updated. Your updates were the poor ones. Outage notification at 3:20pm and “we are working on it” then nothing till it magically started working at 8:30pm. No communication is poor in a technical era

@NBN_Australia " We need your provider to raise a fault ticket". You cannot possibly imagine how many times we have gone through this process. Your management ought to review a system that is obviously not working as our aging infrastructure is collapsing around our ears.

What is going on with Vodafone today in Perth? No NBN/Vodafone coverage and even 4G is terrible. So computer, phone and iPad all reset but not working and Vodafone modem NBN all showing green after resetting twice. Can't get through to Vodafone - help!

Afternoon @NBN_Australia – Can you please start working on a voicemail service which listens to the start of any call and if they say "Hi this is Robert from NBN and I'm calling you about your internet security"... and it just blocks the caller for me :)

@sallymcmanus @NBN_Australia , surely, nbn is the biggest failure. Qantas planes still fly but NBN fails to provide good service comparable to other nations.

@AGLEnergy nbn outage again in Sunbury VIC. I've had several since joining you, none with Telstra in the 3years before that. If you're going to sell the product- get it right. 30min on hold to tech support, got hung up on. Still not working!!!!

@NBN_Australia I am raising it with you now. This has been going on for years. It's also been raised with the service provider. It's not an experience that I want either, unable to even log into the system because of slow speeds. 3155 is a geographic area that is affected incl businesses.
