@NBN_Australia i moved in my new house a month ago,i could not find the nbn box ,so i call nbn ,then a gentlemen told me theres a box in my house ,i said there is not ,"it is there"the gentlemen insisted. it has been 5 weeks ,i can not find the box ,and no internet ,what a company,wtf...

@Kantankers Hi Katharine, This outage is now reported as resolved by the carrier. If you are still experiencing issues, we would recommend power cycling your nbn router/modem. Unplug the power cable from the back of your modem/router, leave it out for 30 seconds, then plug it back in.

Telcos can put new businesses at risk through poor service, and there is little to no restitution available through the ombudsman. Telcos only held accountable for mistakes related to established businesses. 32mth wait for me for NBN, I see a link here.

@NBN_Australia I still have no internet and I've been on the page since it went down. I've had no internet for almost 9 days and I haven't received a reason for degradation. My service provider has provided me with 2 ETA's, both of which have passed. This is by far the worst service

I need that @NBN_Australia tech choice program upgrade in my area soon please @Aussie_BB. $11,400 to convert to fibre is just a little steep for me to cover the costs myself at the moment. For the record FTTN is **** and never should have been an option
