NBN and home internet has been offline due to network outage for over 12 hours... Still no updates on ISPs website. Worse still, I contacted them and they had the gall to say it was resolved, despite me confirming to them it wasn't.

The problem is that as a whole NBN (Northern-bred *****) I can’t really deal with the way they deal with snow in these other areas.

@laurenmartyn @Aussie_BB @iiNet To be fair to ii, if it's a technical fault with the line, they might not be able to do much other than escalate it to the NBN. But: Aussie's signup and service so far have been stellar if you do decide to move.

the nbn and foxtel go are the most useless things in my house. im not very well so spend a fair bit of time in bed,trying to watch anything on foxtel go is impossible as it buffers non stop. never had that problem with adsl
