We've escalated the case with our Engineering team for further investigation and updates will be given within 24 to 48 hours. -Basil

Maree Slatter (@MMareeslatter) reported@belindasmilne @pauldutton1968 @iiNet We had a young man out to fix the landline this week and he admitted Telstra will not ever fix it properly because they are waiting for Broadband. They've been out at least 6 times this year. I do not believe NBN will ever get here.

Peter (@psg_au) reported@Telstra What is wrong with your NBN Links? I'm lucky to be getting 5Mbps today.. My modem says it's MAX speed is 35Mbps, yet the contract I signed with you says: Estimated typical busy period speeds between 7-11pm (not available to most FTTN customers): 50Mbps down 17Mbps up
