The @NBN tech came. The carrier signal strength is - 15dB. Max is - 10dB. So it's too weak to work. But it's raining, and their test equipment isn't waterproof. So they couldn't check the connection box at the side of the house. So, day off work for zip. @Telstra

@Borgus17 rectify speed issues or advise your nbn connection has been ‘hacked’ or is not secure. Unless you have spoken specifically to your service provider recently regarding any speed or performance-related issues you shouldn't be receiving these calls. 2/3

I had NBN come out today to fix my connection, they literally said ‘the line has been disconnected at the node and I can’t get it right now so I’ll come back some other time’. 5 minutes later they email me saying it’ll be a WEEK. WHAT ********

@JonesHowdareyou @TonyThefathippy You're lucky we have FTTN and the node is over 1 km away, somewhere along the old phone line path water gets in when it rains and we get nothing till it dries out, complained so many times but there us no problem according to NBN.
