@Telstra Is there any reason as to why I'm getting throttled? I'm paying 110$ a month for this "improved" NBN which is 70/10, which was upgraded from 50/25. But since this upgrade I've been getting 30/5 and I'm not sure why. Don't wanna pay for a service I'm not getting.

@Telstra has at least had the decency to gaslight us, but @NBN_Australia is more of an absence of light and hope that presses against the walls of the human mind. I'd flip ******** out but these demonic forces feed on suffering, so I will cling to sanity in protest.

@Telstra Someone better god damn talk to me! You use the pandemic to give crap service and never answer calls! Talk or I will go outside, lift the NBN cap and start cutting random cables!! I suggest ALL Telstra customers finding Telstra is not delivering service to go and do the same! 🤬

@NBN_Australia Thanks Darren. That page is helpful for some I’m sure, however they don’t change the maximum speed of the line. I have no issue with my wifi (or wired connection for that matter), my question relates to finding out why my FTTC connection can only hit those max speeds.
