  @NBN_Australia internet outage since yesterday and still not resolved. Internet provider has no clue what the issue is nor when it will be fixed. Never received any notifications from nbn. You guys waited until Friday to ruined people's weekend? Good job guys.

  @BanderaBeau @BikoKonstantin1 @AlboMP It doesn’t work because each government is interested in keeping power that the next government wouldn’t implement the next step. Massive changes like this can only get over the line if the solution is obvious & unanimous. Even then one single government can **** things up eg NBN

  @ruicharadrius Getting my NBN done and paying $99 a month for 62mb internet, just to have one of my overseas mates talk about his internet of 150mb being slow so he switched to gigabit. Absolute ****** travesty, shameful is what it is.

  This is the argument for the #NBN few predicted: 1) Spend lots of money to build a national broadband network. 2) Spend even more money to make it Fibre to the Premises (FTTP) by default. 3) Private competitor pops up and offers comparable service, in more geographies, with zero Australian govt money. ....But where some are now (4a) Private competitor drives out public investment (4b) Private competitor CEO becomes hyper-partisan & divisive AND THEN (4c) They decide to use almost-monopoly power to hold citizens hostage with price increases. Kevin07 may have saved us, even if he didn't know it at the time.

  @Sauronlordking If there is one thing I didn't mind from the ALP that would be the NBN in its original form. Then this idiot came around and mutilated it into his own little mixed up mess. That now has to be unraveled at even more expense!!!

  Not that I've heard anything of course. But surely, a NBN News presenter or two that WIN are likely to see as being "surplus to requirements" under their new format for local news would make for far better Super Radio Network hosts? Not to mention, have wider name recognition...

  My home internet cut out. It must be raining somewhere in Sydney. This NBN Internet is a joke. Everytime it rains even slightly you lose connection.

  @Carlsie555 Depends if it is a provider or NBN hardware issue. We’ve found Aussie Broadband to be good to deal with and reliable. I can’t remember who the kids are with. I’d have to check.

  resorting to personal hotspotting on my mac and iPad cause apparently nbn speeds in suburban melbourne are just that slow atm
