@Telstra yes my nbn connection was back online after a week offline but it is so slow it is unusable!!

  • WesleyWatkinson Wesley Watkinson (@WesleyWatkinson) reported

@Optus I’m absolutely at a loss for words. I moved house and called to have the NBN service moved. You got the destination address wrong and I have been ‘chatting’ with your team members for 4 days… now you have canceled my account and I still have no internet…

  • Stuntwoman09 Macca_Alex (@Stuntwoman09) reported

@Telstra NBN outage in Peach Tree Lane, Kirrawee since last Wednesday, 9 March, no ETA for repair. What’s going on? #nothappyjan

  • TPG_Telecom TPG (@TPG_Telecom) reported

@underthingy Hi Steven, We’re working through the final details with NBN on this and will have more information on how impacted customers can access relief support in the coming days. -Jhoey

@telstra my Telstra NBN in Orana Road Ocean Shores NSW 2483 has been so slow it is completely unusable. I understand this may be due to the extreme weather... just so you know it is basically like there is a complete outage! Dial up speeds!!

  • Large_Infant Large Infant (@Large_Infant) reported

@CapHoudini I’m with Aussie Broadband. They are the only ISP in my area and haven’t really been helpful in trying to resolve the issue with the NBN provider. Unfortunately the choice is limited around here. (Btw I’d give my left arm for a consistent 50 mps so your connection is unreal)

  • CraigMcGowan Craig (@CraigMcGowan) reported

@NBN_Australia Hi, can I find out what the ETA is for my service? Has been down since 5am and provider says that it is an NBN issue with cabling or something..

  • misterjoshua76 Mr. Joshua (@misterjoshua76) reported

@TPG_Telecom Can I please get an update on the progress of this ticket? Your customer service is disgraceful and we are spending a small fortune on mobile data while we wait over a week with no NBN.

  • voltzfnt hi (@voltzfnt) reported

Bro wtf is this I’m paying nbn people to fix the internet and they make it worse like these ppl are lazy ***** who can’t even do their job properly And waste ******* money

  • Ripjaws12 Ripjaws (@Ripjaws12) reported

@jenary__ This can be a long process because NBN will do everything they can to refuse admitting the problem is on their end. Their aim will be to make you replace litterally everything that might be the problem before they actually send someone to your house to look at it.
