    so telstra just informed me by email my nbn service is rising in price by 40% apparently by them saving confusion by limiting their plans.

    @NBN_Australia Yes I have been looking at your page which has said the same thing for 9 days. Doesn’t provide and ETA or any useful information, to plan or work around the issue!! TPG have not had an ETR for 4 days and the ticket has been followed up 10+ times. COME ON!

    @btckr I know all about the copper crap. My internet service was via ADSL1 and continually failed. The NBN became available via a wireless connection and I switched over and have never looked back. That's just one of the many failures by this LNP government

    @TPG_Telecom So, 2 days since @TPG_Telecom promised to escalate the issue and provide an ETA/R after poor communication and no resolution. TPG called today suggesting that NBN had done some work and it should be ‘better’. It’s actually worse, 1k ping & constant dropouts. 8 days and counting..

    @NationalFarmers @afsnsw Hey, @NationalFarmers you guys opposed the #NBN & backed Tony Abbott & Malcom Turnbull all the way in their efforts to wreck it. Fibre, satellites, you didn’t want any of it! Too late to whinge now. Crap internet is NFF legacy to to the bush.

    @NBN_Australia I already tried messaging you privately and you came back with a generic response saying that you couldn’t do anything to escalate my issue and that my provider would continue to give me updates. Waiting from 23 Feb to now is not acceptable so I am now using 4G until 5G available

    @NBN_Australia unusable NBN in Castle Hill for 9 days now. TPG tells us that it’s an NBN problem and they are waiting for an update from NBN. The last ETA/R was 4 days ago. This is ridiculous, please fix the problem or at the very least, tell the retailers an ETR! Ridiculous!
