    @jagungal1 @NBN_Australia My parents had this problem - the last few metres of overhead cable from the pole to the house gets chewed by the cockies. Enough barneys with Telstra and it got replaced and lasted a while (till the cockies got back into it).

    @surlestombes @MikeCarlton01 This highlights the great rip off of the NBN. No one is trained to actually understand what the thing does and how it works. Everyone follows a script with the erroneous belief that talking will fix everything. And the people you ring are all in other countries. NOT Australia

    Settling in to watch something for Christmas evening, but the rain has knocked out our glacially slow, third-rate @NBN_Australia connection. Happens every time it rains. What a joke of a service.

    @NBN_Australia Yes…Balgowlah Hts and Clontarf NSW had power outage which cut NBN from 10.15pm on Fri 24/12/21 to 12.30am on Xmas morning,,,we were half at through a paid movie ….Ok now but not last night..we understand but need better Comms when “**** happens”

    @Optus is there any nbn problems happening in the wingham area? My modem keeps trying to connect to the 4g back up and going back to nbn
