    @NBN_Australia It's not about speed at the moment, it's about some form of reliability. My ISP have shaped the line down to 12.49 Mbps to try and get some stability, but no. All was working fine until NBN started screwing with lines in the area late January... Been like a yo-yo ever since

    @NBN_Australia As far as my business is concerned, I have zero reliability with Australian NBN because ISPs have no standards for supplying a reliable service. I’m with Dodo and on my 3rd ISP-supplied modem and it’s just failed. My boss is on her 2nd modem, Dodo as well. $80/mo for nothing. 🇦🇺

    @LisaMCrosbie Lots of folks are on very low bandwidth connections due to our poor National Broadband Network (NBN) or are working out of their bedrooms (although virtual backgrounds have helped with the latter).

    @Telstra Thanks For checking in - it is back now & seemingly faster........ both NBN & mobile backup went out yesterday. Mobile backup came back on mid-day maybe - NBN was out till sometime last night late. Yesterday there was no statement on the Telstra website of a system outage? 1/2
