    @NBN_Australia Any updates on the service outage in Illawong NSW? Days of dropouts followed by a blanket outage with our only feedback to date being “We are investigating network degradation in your area”

    @VodafoneAU there is very bad connectivity on nbn at my home network. As it’s not showing any network outage, I am really struggling on how to fix it as your chat portal is not very helpful

    @VodafoneAU Any issues with your NBN DNS server ? seems to get lots of DNS related slowdown for last few days, specially with Google domains.

    I’ve dealt with @Optus for over 9 years but today they hit a new low. They gave me a Fetch TV box with a mobile plan over 2 years ago for free. I cancelled my NBN today and they asked if I wanted to cancel fetch too seeing as I don’t use it.I agreed and now they’re making me pay

    @karendumas Well as Real reporters, not just stenographers-we need to be REAL to The People we serve so we must only tell them the truth-that's our service & sometimes we even wake a few up to truths right in front of them not readily seen - which your team at NBN seem do better than most👍

    @NBN_Australia Registered for updates for fttp access on GWH Warrimoo. Do I have a login and password to view and edit my registration? Seems a difficult system to navigate. Can you advise process? Regards, Ben joliffe.

    One road in/out & praying the NBN didn’t fail leaving us with no communication should we be cut off by fire. So again this crappy Govt we’re stuck with has screwed coalition regional electorates. Remember: It’s only pork barrelling when it’s the LNP #auspol #LaborHypocrites

    @NBN_Australia I’ve been w/o internet in Maroubra area bc of an outage for 21 days now and I’m relying on my mobile data on my phone to use for studying which is costing me a lot. @Optus said the fault is on your side so I’d like to know when do you plan to fix this problem??! 😡
