    @Petitioner007 @Telstra 🎯 Had an NBN outage recently, had 20 minutes of fruitless & mind-numbing chat on line (using 4G on phone) with someone from a Telstra call centre, eventually gave up and found the solution on YouTube.

    @iiNet So what you’re saying is you provide no way for me to be proactively informed about a planned outage, on an essential service you provide? I understand @NBN_Australia not having a notification system, but c’mon, @iiNet, you’re a retail services provider.

    @ImAussieMate I have a neighbour(s)that tells me he is constantly on the phone to Telstra/NBN at least 6 times p/mth for his copper wire broadband to be fixed.His plan 50Mbps down, he gets at best 8Mbps if he’s lucky! I’ve had 3 outs in 5 years HFC 1985 designed cable.

    Scammers trying to take full advantage of the #OptusDataBreach. Had a call from "@NBN_Australia Cyber Security" (who would never call people) to say my connection was unsecure and they were going to secure it for me. They hung up quickly when I called them out.

    Signed up for the free @NBN_Australia FTTP upgrade. Great initiative. Unless. They decide that's also a good time to cancel your existing FTTC, even though your upgrade is 3 weeks away. Also sucks that providers like @Aussie_BB have no way to resolve it for paying customers.

    @NBN_Australia Hey @iiNet, just want to clarify whether you track these outage notifications in your system? Your system shows no outage for last night, but @NBN_Australia’s showed a scheduled maintenance outage.

    @cpdm_twt No, this is the first time I've watched it. And I'm only watching it because ever since we switched to nbn, I can't watch netflix while my son is gaming . Something to do with the ping. So much for better service. ☹
