.@Telstra Given you have advised FTTP NBN cannot be connected to my address despite your smart modem being connected and visible as a WiFi network, it is time to bid you farewell. Adios #FibretotheNO #NBNfail #ThisisNOThowweconnect

The growing digital divide is a concern, and it's a source of inequality. If people can't afford to access the NBN, then they miss out on so much. Children need it to learn. The pandemic has shown us that things need fixing. Let's fix them.

@Optus #HorribleService Optus NBN is the worst. Been on back to back calls with customer support for hours since morning. Didn’t help at all. Each you call you have explain from start. You have to ask for ticket number. All the call back assurances are false. $79 a month

@samanthamaiden Considering the NBN in this country it wouldn’t surprise me if there wasn’t a secured network available in Sydney. Maybe he needed a break from the family?

Nothing like an 'emergency' @NBN_Australia outage when you're in the middle of a teleconf working from home.

Hey @Telstra I’ve tried to play nice, but I have spent over an hour communicating with a bot about NBN connection -it does not understand & is frankly wasting my time. I’ve even private msged your socials crew & they sent me to the same bot. Your service is a shambles @andy_penn

@martyk40 @Raf_Epstein @Telstra We had this problem - is it NBN? When we insisted (through Telstra) that someone from NBN attended the property, it turned out that it had not been connected properly.
