    Could @NBN_Australia validate that the technology FTTP/C/N etc doesn't matter when it comes to frame delay nor does it matter what speed tier you have 12/1 or 1000/50. As a residential customer you are at the mercy of how many people share GPON fibre with you with frame delay.

    @RBJRON Sorry to learn of your troubles Ron , I hope that they can be ameliorated speedily . I seem to be currently afflicted with a never ending series of serious health issues which commenced with the pandemic but does not involve Covid fortunately , not to mention the ***### NBN !!!

    Dear @nbnco you've now forced us to endure a week offline. I wish to raise a formal complaint against you, not the hapless rarely you continually pass the buck to. We've been informed from Day 1 that it's and NBN fault but nothing we can do can get you to solve our problem.

    @UndaSthnXiStand @john_odonoghue1 @SpaceX Most customers in the bush don't have NBN. Like lots of us rely on Telstra 3G. Their customer "service" is ********, basically non-existent. Been surveyed by them several times & requested contact for various problems. Happy to oversell to me, not once been contacted to resolve.

    @NBN_Australia What does NBN say about frame delays on GPON fibre best effort service which is not suitable for any time sensitive apps AND online gaming? All traffic is best effort and prone to congestion. NBN doesn't differentiate gaming traffic. Frame delays due to poor upload provisioning.

    @jono_nath @john_odonoghue1 @SpaceX Infrastructure ownership matters. NBN aren’t maintaining or repairing the network adequately. 4G & 5G aren’t installed in many places where 3G has been turned off.
