  @venteaVT My house has starlink, runs at about 160 mbps at best and it’s like 3x faster than the nbn at my parents house, Australian wifi is so bad

  @grok @prx75400417 @Gentleman_Ways Grok may be wrong. The North By Northwest suit was a lighter grey, 3 button, and he never wore a collar pin in NBN.

  We pay the highest costs for our nbn, fttb etc yet our services are substandard, yet again, service provision in Australia fails dismally. I have made 3 calls, long wait times, non local call centre operators ie offshored. Right when Australians need jobs to pay expensive living

  @kr0der Fair call, I’m from Melbourne, I’m a streamer so reliable internet is literally key for me lol… losing $100s each day. It’s been an issue for the last 4 days and they can’t send anyone from NBN out until Monday unfortunately. But they know it is on NBNs side, so that’s a start..

  @eevblog I have both, NBN service stability is far less than Starlink's, so it is my backup. I could probably push traffic through both, did that with Telstra and Optus cable modems back in the day, but Starlink is so fast I haven't needed to bother.

  @GATESDK We should really switch, we have no problems up at the property with the Starlink, but the NBN here in the city is pathetic, sick of hot spotting off my phone.

  @MrKRudd @AsiaSociety @AsiaSocietyJP 200 billion for nbn that is useless and no one uses. Iv been using mobile network for 15 years for data. Faster and cheaper than nbn. And now starlink which is even faster and unlimited fast data for $69 pm. Labor have mortgaged your kids future for votes. Frauds and corrupted

  @RennickGBR My issue with point 3 is that for the last 2 decades, there hasn’t been one federal project that was delivered on time and on budget, every single infrastructure built blew the budget completely. So it’s just more spending. Snowy hydro, NBN, inland rail, hunter frigate etc
