Optus experiencing 5G mobile & wireless network issues in Sydney's Lower North Shore. Most likely transmission tower(s) related. NBN, Cable and ADSL ok.

@Optus Yes but been a problem for WEEKS! Lost count of calls & conversations away from my home! Whilst talking “we can’t hear you”,”we get cut off during calls”! With NBN that is “Fibre to the Premises” and not great either wifi calls aren’t an option! When can I get service AT ALL?

@TonyHWindsor And if this is the worst failure of public administration in Australia then his NBN is the next worse. I wonder; has a study been done into excess deaths as a result of that fail. Then let's add Robodeath. Shall I keep going? Defence purchasing, now car parks, the sport rorts...

@azzaishotstuff @Optus Mate you should try being in rural NSW. We have been out for 3 days. Optus expert says its NBNCo problem. NBN can't get to us until 15 July so no phones or intertube until then apparently Only a telstra mobile hotspot to fallback on. We are not in remote area.

@Optus My NBN is down plus mobile is as well - would appreciate a ETA if possible? We finally was able to check the outage status on their website but says “there is no outage in this area” - hmm, beg to disagree there. (NSW 2761)

@Optus Fix this sh!t up Mobile, NBN all down. Data is very intermittent. Pull your finger out. Optus 4G has been garbage since they launched 5G for almost 8 months now. Time to start complaining to consumer watchdog
