@Telstra any chance we can have an @NBN_Australia service that works and is reliable?? So sick of not having internet but still paying an overpriced fee for a service that is more unreliable than @GeelongCats

  • TheRiffJet Riff Jet (@TheRiffJet) reported

Pss poor effort @NBN_Australia send out sub contractors, who haven’t been given a briefing on what they are to do on premises. You guys are useless. Back to morse code.

Question. We have a 'landline' via Optus NBN that comes off the modem/wi-fi box. But our cordless phone doesn't have range to reach back of house with good reception. Is there a solution via wi-fi, or suggestions on a cordless that will do 20-25metres through house clearly?

  • SEdwards0108 Scott Edwards 💉💉💉 (@SEdwards0108) reported

JFC stayed home all morning so @Telstra NBN tech could rectify our home iternet issue. Now being advised to stay home for the rest of the day that the tech might make it.

  • cutevideogamer (◠‿◠✿) emi ;w; (@cutevideogamer) reported

@884253_Blu L the actual service provided actually has nothing to do with the ISP, they're basically just reselling NBN - i used to be on telstra and actually found that aussie broadband customer support is way better

  • fluffylucy yehuda harmor (@fluffylucy) reported

@midge_thomas @Ballyurra Not a question of irony but luck of the draw. Depending on your location and the kind of nbn technology used, your service may or may not be vulnerable to weather caused stoppages. A result of 21st century technology being sabotaged by Abbott's 19th century thinking.

  • CraigCollie5 Craig Collie (@CraigCollie5) reported

@iiNet this rain in brisbane seems to be affecting our FTTC internet service. We’ve had unreliable service the past few days, can anything be done to fix this? Is this an NBN issue with the pit out the front flooding? Thanks!

  • Richard68486556 Richard aka Farmer (@Richard68486556) reported

@Middleton_Says @NBN_Australia Nbn blames telstra. Telstra blames nbn. Round about we go. Good I pay the same as everyone with a good signal. They should also pay my TV subscriptions I can't use regularly

  • ImnotaRunr imnotaRUNR (@ImnotaRunr) reported

@Telstra Been down that road - The NBN connection for my small business ended up with me having no service for 3 weeks and countless headaches over the last 3 years. I complained and you denied it was your fault . #smallbusiness

  • BritishBugs Tristan Bantock (@BritishBugs) reported

@rockwolf74 Wonder if it could be Eurysella brunnea? Never seen it, but a recent arrival apparently. The only records on NBN are from Shropshire! Put it on iRecord and see what Alan thinks
