    @JaneCaro Jane, you are warranted to be so pissed off. If the NBN and ISPs had better controls, this would not be an issue. Australia's internet metadata & data management issues are substantial & definitely play into the security issues we've seen in media.

    @rave811crypto @AlboMP Because starlink is there for remote and regional areas. It's not designed for densely populated areas where 90% of the people reside. Also the NBN sucks because the LNP screwed it up wasting $30B and 10 years trying to make old tech slightly faster.

    @Optus your NBN connection is down from this morning and all your customer service bot is telling me is to restart the modem and “experts I am trying to reach is not available today “. Such a poor customer experience.

    @NBN_Australia Seriously NBN what the hell? My fibre is down since 2pm and apparently Aussie is showing you have resolved issue. Why in the world would you do such a stupid maintenance on a friday? when everyone wants to watch tv shows and relax??? I checked the fibre lead and theres no light!

    hi @NBN_Australia ! you were meant to fix the internet at my house between 8am and 12pm today. it is now 3pm. i need a stable connection for work. please at least get back to me on when i can expect help.
