Hi @Telstra, Have tried multiple times to call 132200 today regarding dropouts withy business NBN since Telstra did work on the line 3 days ago. To no avail. They either hang-up or pick-up and I can hear the back office chatter yet no operator. That’s one way to game call stats!

  • asanga Asanga KS (@asanga) reported

@beourmate @beourmate we have a total NBN outage since 9am. I understand that there could be technical issues from time to time, but it's a very poor experience for the customers when there is little information in the status page, and no way to get in touch with customer service too.

  • Cruedevil Sir Dave 'Cruedevil' (@Cruedevil) reported from Adelaide, State of South Australia

@JackJaeger7 @Optus Maybe get ya cable in the roof replaced. Some houses have old copper caballing that is crappy for NBN. As soon as I replaced mine with Cat6 not a problem. Cost about $250 installed from Mr Telco!

Hey @Optus is it true that ALL NBN customers of yours are experiencing outages? I was just advised this via online chat yet when I check on your website there is nothing listed as an issue. What do we have to do to get internet at our new premises????

  • BiancaSteman Bianca (@BiancaSteman) reported

@sortius My NBN doesn’t stay up for more than an hour at a time. Rarely get through an episode of anything without it dropping the connection or buffering every few until the plot line is unfollowable. I wish I’d never gone from adsl to honest.

@NBN_Australia "Our purpose is to lift the digital capability of Australia." You are designed to fail. Two weeks, two outages. And both times you lied and said you hadn't failed. Tony is proud of you!@

@sycolution @PaladinAmber @shoe0nhead It’s crazy as well because tech should be our long term target for a market but instead we’re doing **** like fudging nbn rollouts and this ****

@DavidDren Hi David, we are sorry to hear you're having issues with your service. You've done the right thing to proactively report any issues directly to your provider as they have the tools to do further tests. If the issue is with nbn, they'll let us know by logging an Incident 1/3
