@aabalmain Unfortunately this is a common issue with nbn HFC & affects all providers. We know it doesn't make much sense & seems so simple. To give you a bit of detail, for this type of connection the NTD needs to be plugged in & connected before a service provider can "activate" a service

@TPG_Telecom @NBN_Australia I'm on the border of Preston & Thornbury in Melbourne & the internet has been up & down (worse than usual) for over 24 hours. I've checked and there are no reports of maintenance or anything. Is something going on? Or is this as good as it gets?

I’m having an internet connection nightmare. Have been trying 7 days to connect to @NBN_Australia - first with @TPG_Telecom whose customer service was atrocious. Switched to @beourmate who claim to have Australia’s most satisfied customers. I am very dissatisfied. 1/3

@aabalmain If this occurs, then it requires an NBN technician to go out and install a new NTD. In many cases, this can be on an NTD that may had an active, working service just days previously.

Four weeks now? Maybe? I've honestly lost count. FFS. Get you **** together @NBN_Australia. I sick of paying for extra phone data. If this isn't done within the next few days I'm just changing to Starlink. Less cost for more speed and stability. What a garbage network the NBN is

OK INTERNET HAS COMPLETELY DIED TO A POINT WE NEED AN NBN TECHNICIAN OUT TO FIX IT WHICH WILL HAPPEN MONDAY. ILL DO SOME TESTS AND SEE HOW MOBILE DATA HOLDS UP FOR STREAMING TONIGHT AND TOMORROW
