Any Australian streamers stream on an FTTC NBN connection? new place we're moving to is FTTC and i'm worried it's going to be bad/unusuable for streaming. No the place is not eligible to be swapped to FTTN/P yet.

@izzie_kathryn @CotySJ1 @No7Sammy Oh hey, must be where they got the idea to burn down my telecommunications system here in Australia (privatised Telstra then because the now-private Telstra kicked up a stink during the NBN upgrade had to nerf the upgrade and rent the lines to companies instead of to the user)

  • the_tanman Nicholas Tan (@the_tanman) reported

@Optus Users on your NBN service can’t seem to resolve to certain websites. One I can’t access is hosted by Webflow and has Fastly as the CDN. Is there a known DNS issue impacting NBN subscribers? Confirmed with multiple other subscribers.

@NBN_Australia @buzie16 4th day straight without service. Is that "as soon as possible"?

  • challinor_dave DaveChallinor (@challinor_dave) reported

@keshaXose @SpaceX Nbn is ****. Strayas biggest white elephant. Lol

  • ReplayTheMaster ReplayTheMaster (@ReplayTheMaster) reported

Hey @Telstra and @NBN_Australia, can you fix the internet at my place? Speeds of less than 1Mb/s for 3 months with dropouts so constant that it can't be used anyway, after a year of less 8Mb/s on a 50Mb/s line. We are being ignored while continuing to pay for our service

  • BethTurnbu8778 Beth Turnbull (@BethTurnbu8778) reported

NBN internet still down in Ashfield 2131. It’s been 4 days now. I’ve lost 2 days income. It’s just not good enough. @Optus @NBN_Australia

  • ReplayTheMaster ReplayTheMaster (@ReplayTheMaster) reported

We also don't have stable mobile data, running at less than 0.5Mb/s from @Telstra, who have confirmed that a tower was removed, and there is no intention to replace it. Meanwhile @NBN_Australia technicians confirmed that we are too far from our node to get good service

@rowandean are you aware of the glitch in posting of The Spectator? I rang the 1800 number, as we have received our copy for 3 weeks, & apparently there is a pile that was returned from the P.O. - I'm suspicious....🤔 Oh, & the NBN just happens to be down too.

@ScomoCchio The kit is literally the antenna, stand, WiFi router and cable. Anything else you buy separately. I got the ethernet adapter as most of my network is wired, and the poke adapter to replace the NBN dish on the roof.
