@Optus I have demolished and rebuilt a house, and there is no nbn connection infrastructure yet. I’ve spent a week calling your overseas call centres who barely speak English, who keep telling me 24 - 48 more hours but it never gets done. Surely it’s not that hard!

Hey @NBN_Australia Ten medical practices at 100 Victoria Parade East Melbourne have had no phone or internet access for 2 days. Patients can’t contact doctors. It’s potentially life threatening. Why are you refusing to fix the problem? Stop arguing with the service providers!

Just tried to cancel my NBN plan with Internode (house being demolished, service was fine). SIX ID checks to TALK to them. Bureaucracy gone mad. It's an internet connection, not my bank. Won't be back. @Internode

@kentparktweet @VodafoneAU NBN “upgraded” our street for fiber coming soon, and completely screwed our copper. Just our house. 2 weeks of complaints to the authority to try and get them to fix it finally got it resolved. Daughter was working from home at the time couldn’t do diddly squat.

Bastard at the Apple store deleted all the settings on my phone unnecessarily to fix a minor problem then walked away. I’ve had to re login to everything and was on mobile data for 3 days before I realized he logged me out of my NBN provider as well.
