@roguetradar 1. Rudd massively underestimated the cost for FTTH. The reality is many people don’t want a backhoe to go through their yard to run fibre. The NBN call centres were flooded by people saying “why do I need this ****?”

  • DamirDM Damir Mitrovic (@DamirDM) reported

@VaniaHolt9 Nothing beats fibre. Unfortunate it was so terribly done. Fact that nbn is a wholesaler is a big part of the problem. Cut out the middle men, let me subsidise the people who don't need the 1Gbps connections, get quality techs. It's vital infrastructure.

  • rohan3au Rohan Anderson (@rohan3au) reported

@NBN_Australia Already have, they said they can’t send to NBN for action because a stability profile has to monitor for 5 dropouts in 24 hours, so back to square 1.

  • MeckeringBoy 🌺Michael Dowling 🌺💉💉💉#ICACNow (@MeckeringBoy) reported

I had a scheduled service call this morning for a @Telstra tech to call come & fix my slow glitchy nbn broadband… I waited. No call. No visit. No message. I messaged & rang Telstra. I find out that (without any consultation) the appointment is now Friday arvo. 🥲Must do better.

  • davetheepoch MPU_Xyfer (@davetheepoch) reported

@elonmusk please fix the NBN in Australia. I live in Sydney and there's no cell tower and the nbn keeps failing.

  • erin_tank Erin (@erin_tank) reported

While it’s obviously never a good time to get covid, I definitely don’t recommend getting it when your nbn cable has been taken out by a fallen tree.

  • fredanurks Freda Nurks (@fredanurks) reported

@NBN_Australia Nbnco, broken link, pls fix. 🙏

  • ImAussieMate Ari (@ImAussieMate) reported

@NBN_Australia Their is a fault with my service and NBN refuses to attend to replace the faulty hardware in the pit. I've called my service provider everyday to hear the same update... Waiting on nbn.

  • smoonjuice Saskia Moon (@smoonjuice) reported

After the flood here our NBN connection drowned. Was worried how I was going to keep working this week having already chewed through both of my phones' data plans, called @VodafoneAU and the nice man solved all my problems for only $8 a month extra. My child can play games again!
