@craigreucassel @NBN_Australia If its the "nbn box" not the modem/router then it is not user replaceable (despite appearing to be). I dont mind them replacing it, and I dont mind the wholesale model where you cant speak to them - but 1.5months is crap.

@iinet this one looks familiar too “Despite giving fair warning of a move to a new address, it has been nothing but excuses and blame games since our move. We had to sit and wait for our service NOT to be activated 3 separate times before anyone would book an appointment with NBN

@andy_penn This is all well and good, but find out why your customers are getting "jack" of not being able to get their telecommunications/NBN issues sorted.

@iiNet What a surprise that @iinet customer relations have achieved nothing at all to help and now don’t even return calls. Having to deal with NBN direct. An appalling “service” provider.

The NBN box has broken at our place. The provider knows this. We know this and @NBN_Australia knows this. But instead of mailing out a replacement they are saying we have to wait nearly 1.5 months for one of their technicians.

(despite them getting the blame for it not working in the first place.) In this time a staff member made a promise that I would have internet within 24 hours - that was a week ago. I was finally given an appointment time with NBN that was more than 3 weeks after the initial date,
