the nbn isn't connected my new place yet and it has terrible reception so bought a specifically 5G mobile plan before realising I didn't buy the 5G version of my phone...

@NBN_Australia Technically the problem is not an 'outage' but it is so slow it may as well be an outage. The web page you recommended could be much better and more accurate. Covering 'roadworks' etc. This would save everyone's time - please pass to management!

Why Why Why, can we not get a decent internet connection. With Telstra, about 4-6 Mbps on average, sometimes less. We have a local supplier but can't get them due to line of sight issues. Can't get NBN as we are a rural property. 500 metres from housing development !!

@tmcmahon21 @Bowenchris Seems you have no idea of what a "Communist" is. #Labor's Fibre #NBN plan was great, we should have had it years earlier but we are a backwards country as for your stupid claim of cost, kindly tweet facts not BS, lies and spin ! #LNP spent billions and gave us "****" NBN !

@NBN_Australia Hi @NBN_Australia Its the 8th of August - any NBN outage issues in the 2089 postcode? Optical fibre is down and backup wireless which is super slow - no reports anywhere but it seems to be our reality! Thanks in advance for your attention!

@NBN_Australia I have spent 90 mins or more trying to solve a problem that was not mine. This happened because NBN/Telstra are not placing this information on the website. At the moment the NBN link you recommend tells me there are no outages - true - its mega-slow! Poor info provision.

@danielbowen I can't afford to not answer my phone. I seem to have lots of issues with my computer that the helpful Telstra/NBN help desks need to help me with by remotely accessing my bank account.
