@NBN_Australia I am currently in the process of doing that. And have been for the last 2hrs. Doesn’t help the fact that Kazakstan has faster and more consistent speeds than us, and we spent Billions on this Outdated system.

@JetterOCE We built our own backhaul from each nbn PoI to better control your end user experience. We also have direct connections to Asia servers and twitch AND we have the lowest latency nbn. We don't have 24/7 support but we do have a local team in Adelaide who know their stuff, 7 days.

@NBN_Australia Nothing has changed in our house in the past 6 months yet the internet connection is now choppy. I have followed the basic fix it suggestions but we still have a choppy connection. Do I need to try to get @Optus involved ?

@gorgeousdunny1 @Adelaide_FC Same here - in Sydney. I also follow Norwood so became a member & get SANFL Digital pass to watch games. Will watch the replay of the SANFL Crows- Port Game later today. Watched the game last night but NBN was slow and it was freezing a lot - more frustrating than the loss.

@Aussie_BB internet down since 01:10. Spoke to Aussie support at 08:00, they made an appointment for NBN for tomorrow pm. Canceled my appointments. Now just got a text from NBN cancelling their appointment.
