@NBN_Australia @NBN_Australia 12th day and still no updates and progress. Is it really so difficult to rectify ntd miss-match / data integrity issue that nobody has even a resolution date. And I am in touch with my provider and they don’t even have any new progress/update since last mid week.

Nothing says that @NBN_Australia’s FW network is not fit for purpose as well as their Fair Use Policy which allows users 400GB/m before it will throttle users downloads. I really feel sorry for those unfortunate enough to be stuck on FW.

@NBN_Australia I have been waiting for a technician to attend my home today (8am-12pm) and nothing. Weeks of internet issues without resolution. Businesses in the next suburb are having the exact same problems. Why do you keep avoiding the problems here?! #fail #nocare

This is a regular occurrence these days: "NBN has let us know that they are doing emergency network maintenance between Tue 20th September 2022 13:20 AEST and Tue 20th September 2022 18:00 AEST, for 180 min." Not sure 'maintenance' qualifies as an 'emergency'?
