@NBN_Australia Imagine taking support inquiries on Twitter to prevent venting from being publicly surfaced. Just imagine.

@khingy @NBN_Australia @beourmate Then guaranteed 4-6 week backlog on new boxes. No compensation or immediate remediation because I don’t deal directly with NBN and ISP can say it’s not their problem. Perfect finger pointing nightmare for end user. Times like these make me want to go all in on a 4G dongle.

@NBN_Australia This is an ongoing problem that has 1 cause. The degraded FTTN connection is 1.3km from my home (despite there being many closer). If you are truly sorry, than simply fix your infrastructure issue (ie move the FTTN connection or change to FTTC/FTTH). This is your fault (not ISP).

@rajeevramani think they've had a total network failure - nbn flaky, website down, not accepting calls

@jriewolod @Telstra Why anyone continues to sign up to Telstra NBN and home phone is beyond me. There's no option to opt out of a modem many don't need, the mesh wifi booster is overpriced, the service is the worst, oh did I mention there's no discount once you've bought the modem? Thieves.

@kellysaysthat Dead set. My NBN hasn't worked properly since this current lockdown started. Anytime I want to stream stuff that isn't YouTube it constantly pauses or just switches between HD and SD. I know it's first world problems, but trying to watch football in SD is a nightmare

@CJPomfret @Telstra Yes, exactly. I think they do when they want you off old plans they no longer want you to have anymore. My NBN provider rang me after I signed up, as I had chosen a speed that my line would never achieve (50/20) downgraded free of charge.

Thanks to the helpful @NBN_Australia tech at the neighbourhood pit today after the third emergency #NBNoutage in four working days. NBN outage page unhelpful for systemic issue. Now the wait for permanent fix #WFH
