@NBN_Australia No they don't... all that happens is you get to talk to someone who does nothing. I actually know what the problem is but no one listened. Could have been easily fixed but there is no interest in doing so... PS: I am a network Tech or was until I retired.

@andybuds23 I was thinking the same thing. 4 major outages and numerous issues. Not one before I was on NBN. The other thing that frustrates me. I pay for 4G back up and it never ever works.

@OrangeFizzer @stufromoz Hehehe dongle. The dongle was a great investment though, we have taken it so many places and just loaded credit on it. In the long term, it’s very $$$ but Telstra took pity on me and the NBN issues at the old place so I have a giant data plan (180GB for $65) on my phone.

@Optus 4hrs of chat ping pong to migrate from cable to nbn.Migration team says service is suspended & speak to collections,collections says not suspended & puts me back to migration...still going as I write..I could go online and switch to another provider is 15min!

Well **** I was finally actually enjoying gambit and was having so much fun only to get disconnected and baboon error right as we were about to summon the primeval like **** Australian internet and **** the Government for cheaping out on installing NBN
