    Well that was a lovely two full weeks with working internet 😔 months of none #NBN fixed node, checked home line, bought another modem. Aaand it's out again. Apparently our line is broken now. No tech for two weeks!!! 😤 Life in rural NSW. 🤦

    @NBN_Australia Every month the internet goes off, it’s terrible service have continuously lost internet every month… there is a connection outside that keeps getting affected,this is a regular occurrence please fix actual issue and not just send a tech to restart/ plug in and out etc.

    @NBN_Australia you really need to fix the ongoing issues at my block of units everyone complains and we are working from home and we have monthly issues… this is worse then adsl2!! I have demanding deadlines due tomorrow

    @kopke_eva @MicheleScheffl1 Hi Eva, we get 2 different women (recorded messages)threatening to cut off our NBN. Nicole is one but I cant remember the the other fake name. We've had every stupid scam known to man, including the pommie guy yelling into the phone about the CDPP having an arrest warrant for me.

    @Russputin2 @MicheleScheffl1 I had a similar one from an 03 number telling me they were going to disconnect my NBN I admit with some blushes I said a rude word folled by "off" 🙀🙀🙀🙀

    @Russputin2 @MicheleScheffl1 I had some woman call, poor English, fake name, heavy accent - the usual, call to say my nbn phone was about to be disconnected. I said it was no b****y good anyway. She said, oh, OK, and rang off. Phone is still working.

    It's like the nbn. We could have had something really good, but now we're stuck with something that's only just barely better than what it replaced, which was awful.
