@VodafoneAU I just wanted to cancel my Vodafone NBN service 😰😰. So far I’ve spent 1 hour 40 mins chatting to Vodafone staff (it’s impossible to call them during the pandemic). It was all agreed today. Tonight I get a bill indicating the service is not cancelled. WTF!!

@JimRHoughton *******. It’s like the 70’s all over again. The only reason they’re putting nuclear forward as an option is because it will buy the coal industry another 10-15 years while they build a reactor. Then they’ll have to go renewables anyway. It’s the friggin NBN redux

@GrogsGamut @iiNet Yeah we switched from iiNet when our internet went down for a day and they told us it was because ADSL had been switched off by Telstra and we had to get NBN. It hadn't, and we didn't. (We ended up changing to NBN, but with AussieBB instead - they've been good.)

The only time an #NBN customer actually gets the speed they pay for is when the NBN customers are businesses. In which case there@is a service level agreement guaranteeing the rated speed. Otherwise tough ****.

Noticed since I had my NBN unplanned incident fixed last week my speed of my internet is slow as it takes a long time for the Windows updates to check for any new updates. It has been checking it now for nearly half hrs and it finally done it

@Telstra NBN down again. Really hard to have 2 kids learning from home & me WFH with this frustration. 4G backup isn’t enough bandwidth anymore. No, no outages listed. It just fails here a lot. Did with ADSL as well :( Most likely local shops have no voice/data either.
