    @sallymcmanus @DodoAustralia Im with Optus on NBN. Its blindingly fast. No issues except of course when maintenance on intercepts.

    Hi @NBN_Australia I live in Murrumbeena and internet and phone service has been down for 16hrs. Please advise what the issue is and when service will be restored. Your websites provides no real information.

    @FabioPSchuck There was no outage that was declared, however, some FTTC customers encountered issues with their service. We were advised that it was a problem on the NBN network and resetting the connection mostly resolves the issue. -Mel

    Hey @Telstra i need help with my NBN. I went through troubleshooting days ago, was told i need a technician visit, someone would call me back in 2 hours & 5 days later, still no call & now basically unusable internet. Tried the app & Codi. Utterly pointless. HELP. ME.

    @Techman_83 @Aussie_BB @NBN_Australia I'm on that plan with Aussie Broadband. I just wish upload wasn't treated like the premium service it isn't.
