    @NBN_Australia My service provider has done as much as they can. Unless you are going to rip up the copper wiring, & replace with fibre, nothing will change.

    Did i mention we signed up for broadband and it cuts out when it rains. Every time. After a week of rain/nope our provider got an NBN tech organised to come out. Who cancelled the call when they looked and saw our service had been up for hours (BECAUSE IT IS NOT RAINING).

    @poornhonest @glenpen60 @rdhinds Hes moving to Somers, its very close and it ain't the country. 30 minute drive from Frankston, it has terrible reception and lousy NBN, so I doubt he will stop going to the city honestly.

    arrg @NBN_Australia there doesn't seem to be any way to talk to a real operator. I need to cancel a group technology choice application so I can submit an individual one. How do I do this or where do I call?

    @NickRossTech @darylgibson Only a domestic user of NBN however my speeds have been constant since router probs were resolved in April 2018. Router provided suited FTP, not FTN. I cannot state with certainty that the protracted resolution probs contributed to my heart failure a little later... 🤬🤬

    @NBN_Australia It’s back tx but given this is so frequent maybe the board could donate their hefty bonus to rain proofing the network?

    @girlgerms @NBN_Australia Oh. Well, if there is no wall plate then they'll need to install one, otherwise it should be pretty quick. HFC should never have been part of the MTM. But, having said that, they have remediated most of the issues with the network.

    How do you actually get customer service from Telstra. Tried to find out about nbn but not interested now as I now know no customer support. Wanted to talk about a billing issue but impossible to get to talk to someone. Have rung their phone number nobody ever answers the call.
