@Tamarajawad Whenever you experience any service affecting issues, your provider will try to resolve it by troubleshooting first, then if they cant resolve it they'll raise a fault ticket to nbn support for assistance. 2/3

@NBN_Australia @a_mittyy I love these nonsense replies. My JOKE provider is Telstra. The box that is broken is NBN. Your lying Network Outage page says nothing is wrong, yet half of Hazelbrook is saying their NBN boxes are clicking and flashing red.

@thetopjob LTE is what I currently use at up to 50megabit When 5G activates in a few months it will be up to 1.5gigabits through my phone. #NBN has been a debacle I’ll never use it.

@Optus @NBN_Australia I've been having issues with my NBN connection since the 20th of November. I've had two technician visits and nothing has been fixed. The technician has outlined a fault on the NBN side. (PNRI) Ref: INC00014493942. Nobody can give me a timeframe for a fix.

@Asynca @yngESCO @FangettaPlays I apparently have better latency than you. I got a sweet fttp NBN installation and package via Telstra. And, compared to the rest of the world man - its terrible. Like, phones in the US are faster in both latency and down/up speed.

@AnOldWombat @DoctorKarl Our nbn often turns off in bad weather too. As does our power.

Really sucks when you’re trying to stream and your internet drops out. @Aussie_BB @NBN_Australia has happened many times on the last few weeks. Have started tracking them but still too many in less than a week. Fri 11pm Sun 10:30pm Tue 10:50pm
