just spent 12min59sec on the phone with a fake NBN scammers. he was very patient with my excruciatingly poor computer skills until we got to the bit where the software would not download as it needed the Administrator password which my wife looks after and she is not at home. ../

@NBN_Australia is there any way to get an updated resolution time for an unplanned outage? I've already lost a whole day of work to not having internet. Your network outage page doesn't have any information that's useful.

@Telstra still as useless as ever. Been trying to connect to the NBN since 2019 in a Sydney CBD office, and they cancel any new NBN order without even bothering to contact us.... O_o

@DoctorKarl There is bugger all mobile signal at my house in South West Sydney. If not for WiFi calling, I would have no way of communicating by telephone. But don't forget that our NBN would have been so much faster if the Libs hadn't gone with their NBN lite plan.
