nbn tech coming over tomorrow lmao. “does 1pm-5pm work for you?” yeah mate i’m not turning down a next day appointment, i’d leave a festival halfway through an acid trip to avoid jeopardising that timeslot.

  • mudclearly mudclearly 🌸 (@mudclearly) reported

Trying to get an order to move internet (NBN with @Optus) to a new address on a "specific" date. I have dealt with 6 or 7 people in the @Optus app, I've spoken to two people this morning on customer service.

  • PhysDownUnder Erik Streed (@PhysDownUnder) reported

@Mikenicholls88 You've made a multi-channel attempt to contact. If they were having tech problems and doing likewise you'd either know or they're doomed beyond immediate recovery anyway (NBN and mobile outage, etc.). I'd concur, at 10 minutes that's a no show.

@MikeCarlton01 @fairgo_yu but the FIX THE NBN NA **** THAT TO HARD

  • ElvesCelves Christopher Elves (@ElvesCelves) reported

@NBN_Australia …and yet your laughable “check my address” service tells us all that there’s no problem. Maximum ***-covering.

  • PKaotic Pabz (@PKaotic) reported

Has anyone been having #StanSport issues where it buffers heaps before losing stream? And then having to re-enter? I'm on a wired NBN, so this happening is right pissing me off.

  • TPG_Telecom TPG (@TPG_Telecom) reported

@rarghdinoshaw Our service delivery team is pushing to get a new appointment from NBN Co so we can get this done the soonest possible time. In the meantime, an interim service is being arranged to be sent to you. Your case manager will keep you informed as updates become available. -Charm

@ElvesCelves Hi Christopher, sorry to hear that your nbn is down. Please note that our Network Status webpage only shows the status of the network in your area and if there are any nbn outages affecting your address. 1/2

@NBN_Australia Well the applications in your hands now. And there are no alternatives. Wireless doesn't work here.

  • RADeVisser Renski, not smiling (@RADeVisser) reported

@LesStonehouse Morrison, but they were all failures. Abbott's treatment of Gillard was reprehensible, a mean spiteful little man. Morrison is utterly useless, a hyprocrite and a bully. I was hopeful for Turnbull but he was a massive disappointment, and I'll never forgive him for the NBN.
