    @Owwned1234 Hi! To be 100% transparent, the advised issue widespread issue above is on us. Many many areas within these zones may also have individual NBN issues or NBN outage pockets as well as our own, if after our outage is resolved you have any problem please call our support :) -Meg

    @Aussie_BB Hi, is there an outage in Melbourne CBD? I've lost my internet a few minutes ago. Restarted the NBN box and router already.

    @NBN_Australia @dancmac Nbn australia also dont give to hoots always blaming the retailer know the service is **** that is why you cannot call anyone there be abuse they know the abuse they will get.

    @Aussie_BB Is there any way to know whether this issue is ABB or NBN? I have been having issues since before 3pm which aussie said was an nbn issue and that nbn could not attend before Monday

    @Aussie_BB I’ve power cycled NBN Modem and now the two middle lights are flashing. Will I get a email/sms when my service is restored?

    @NBN_Australia @dancmac Thanks for the heaps up Chris. We have a business so I'd actually prefer as many people come visit as possible. Too bad we wont be able to take Eftpos as the NBN is down... Will i receive compensation for loss of business? @Aussie_BB
