@NBN_Australia My internet has been up and down all day. Always seems to happen when it’s wet and windy in #Melbourne, which happens a lot. Any chance you could weatherproof it please?

@Barge1Burges @Telstra I put up with Telstra 4G internet for years paying top dollar for a service that promised the world but couldn’t & wouldn’t deliver. Switched to Activ8me satellite NBN 12 months ago. Took 6 weeks to install but have never looked back. Aussie company too - 5 stars.

@pauld08 Oh no! That would annoy me too, Paul. When the service is affected, has this been reported to your provider? Your provider will run through some troubleshooting and if they are unable to resolve it they will log it to nbn support. 1/2
