    @ourmetalpeople Hi El, that sounds very frustrating. Sorry to hear that you're experiencing these issues. You'll need to raise this with your provider, as they manage your services. They have an internal nbn support team they can request assistance from on your behalf, 1/2

    @edmund59 @RavenZech2 It’s a lot better than it used to be. I remember how bad it was in the old days before nbn when there was no save function and if you couldn’t get enough speed to upload yiu just started again

    @NBN_Australia I am still a little meh but I can work again now that I have a negative 'rona test. I have been in contact with Belong but as it's an intermittent issue, they're having trouble diagnosing the problem.

    @TJAmes48752156 @OptusSport With regards to slow connection, can you confirm if you have an NBN or 4G or 5G Home broadband connection with us? Are you able watch Optus Sport on other devices or the issue replicates? Kartik
