Regional Connectivity: nbn sky muster+ satellite will only slow down if you are using it for video streaming. @NBN_Australia #RRRRoundtable

  • cressyslider Yort (@cressyslider) reported

@Rebus0906 We're lucky? Enough to have satellite NBN and a decent 4g phone service. Even when the phone tower drops out due to local power outage, we can run a geni for the satellite.

  • AlanBot88 Alan Tian (@AlanBot88) reported

@NBN_Australia @Telstra when will nbn outage in Wheelers Hill/ Glen Waverley be fixed????

  • Tiim_ Timothy Harrison 🤙 (@Tiim_) reported

@NBN_Australia No, it doesn't help. My question is if the trial date for November is based on the premises announced in Oct, 2020 or August 2021? @NBN_Australia

  • KleinRevd Revd Andrew Klein ( Chaplain) (@KleinRevd) reported

@janine_mcmahon NBN and ' retailer ' mix is a farce. Retailer moved to end extant internet service as we were moving to the NBN. Was told that we were provisioned for NBN due to previous cable connection. Contractor turns up, insisted that driveway be pulled up & cost $20K +. No way. /2

Holy shirt @internode!, it looks like the good ol' @NBN_Australia have ballsed up our internet here again. HELP ME! Many dropouts ... much sadness. Ticket #24296658 Thanks!

  • NoelBt Noel (@NoelBt) reported

@iTnews_au what do to? There's nothing to so, if one is paying for it they can use it ALL. so NBN being a far more costly network to use than we ever had under hel$tra, is admitting they run a sub par network. no wonder they dont want FTTH, if their network is falling over already.

@venusquinntrap My sister works for the NBN and she got a complaint from him once because his NBN hadn’t been installed correctly and she said he was super nice and didn’t act like a celebrity at all.

  • midii Ken Moore (@midii) reported

@Telstra I already lodged a complaint a week or so ago but no one called me back about it. Case number is 18086187 Don’t really need anyone to call just want to see an improvement. Bad enough my nbn speed today is so slow it’s become unusable meaning no internet at home cause no signal
