    @NBN_Australia honestly how long is your unplanned outage gonna last. Its been three days now. Fix up asap

  • zenvom1 eddie vom (@zenvom1) reported

    @TPG_Telecom @NBN_Australia once again problems with NBN connection. 3rd time within a month. Not surprised my neighbours (x3) had same problems and the technician repairs theirs yesterday and leaves ours not functioning. Cmon do better.

  • Lepida7 Dust TATARI (@Lepida7) reported

    @mintieblehh Women ?!/)>{ bad Nbn !!!

  • SEMsolar_WA Semsolar (@SEMsolar_WA) reported

    @Southozbadboy @ozyrobbie19 @SpaceX This hardware is for sites that have no phone/internet line. The cost for their plan is cheap compared to NBN trenching a rural road to so.eones house. If you have network cabling... youre asking for something not built for you

  • FPV112 Ray Fares (@FPV112) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

    @Optus Hi Optus I have sent you a DM about my NBN not working. Could someone please look at this tomorrow and advise Thanks

  • misullivan Michelle Sullivan @mis@aus.social (@misullivan) reported

    @aimyaimless @BazzaCC I do.. and 2FA is a good thing if done right. There is no opt out, and only works with SMS for @iiNet which is a problem for me.. last month I had a SIM card issue.. couldn’t pay my bill or report the internet outage on the NBN for 3 days because of it. My bank is not the same,

  • charles_asprey Charles Asprey (@charles_asprey) reported

    @NBN_Australia thanks NBN Australia, currently without internet for the next 4 days. A little warning would have been nice, then again the speeds we get are laughable anyway. Maybe this outage will fix the daily drops in service.

  • wrhollingsworth William (@wrhollingsworth) reported

    @Optus You have already "run tests" and NBN techs have literally replaced everything and you still drop out several times a day. The problem exists at your end, your staff have even acknowledged that before you chose to stonewall doing anything about it.

  • The8thFit The Snark (@The8thFit) reported

    @NBN_Australia Yep. That's 46+ hours with no cabled internet access. The whole building is impacted and goodness knows how many other homes in the area. Your web site just says "an unplanned outage is affecting the network". This lack of information is pretty poor.

  • Valianttheywere Sean Meaney (@Valianttheywere) reported

    @phantom1969 @SpaceX I'm not standing in the middle of the outback so yes, Its fine. I dont use NBN. I use mobile. The only time it goes glitchy is when Airforce One flies into Darwin. The damn thing leaks a fuckton of unburned Avgas.
