@RissMeister @NBN_Australia if this is how you treat your customers and never fix any issues, that's despicable. Riss has lost so much of her income due to your incompetence. How about actually fixing the issue instead of saying, "Eh, nothing wrong here, just ignore it."

  • RissMeister rissyjay (@RissMeister) reported

@Butters_X The speeds are actually really good, it’s like someone is turning the box off and then on again a second later. Nbn doesn’t see an issue when they come to the house because it doesn’t drop when they’re here so they just leave lol

  • benjdunn benjdunn (@benjdunn) reported

@Telstra I’m currently waiting for someone to message me back on the Telstra chat. Can you help organise an NBN engineer visit please ?

  • willie1foot Stewart (@willie1foot) reported

@dbell2100 @MeckeringBoy I had FTTC & was getting 90+ down, 30+ up. I've recently changed to 5G and get similar speeds. It's FTTN NBN that's largely the problem PLUS if you go for a cheaper ISP, they may be scrimping on the backhaul capacity and contention on the backhaul will affect speed/quality.

  • Robkhouri Rob Khouri (@Robkhouri) reported

@AlboMP LOL. 5G & then 6G is coming ALBO, that'll make Labor's stupid brain fart redundant. "NBN Co says about two percent of all premises - up to 238,000 - are still incapable of minimum 25Mbps peak download speeds, though it claims “the vast majority” of those see speeds over 20Mbps."

  • SeydanurSlv Şeyda Nur Selvi (@SeydanurSlv) reported

We bought @VodafoneAU nbn in August and it took them ages to connect the nbn to the house. Not only we had to wait till 29.10.20 to get the connection recently my internet cut out without any notifications.

  • MeckeringBoy 💧Michael Dowling-Demand renewable covid recovery! (@MeckeringBoy) reported from Westfield, State of Western Australia

Dentist is 2km away from my home & the line is 💩. Shocking that our telecommunications have been so badly compromised by this LNP IPA Fail. How is it that treasonous sabotage by LNP goes unremarked by most in media? They destroyed our world class fibre network! #auspol #nbn

  • Irqqs Irqqs (@Irqqs) reported

@Optus Hey for some reason my NBN service randomly died & now I cant connect to the internet? Any issues in the Hillbank/Elizabeth Vale area?

  • GrantTraynor Grant Traynor (@GrantTraynor) reported

@AlboMP Maybe. IMO, the NBN is a white elephant anyhow In Oz, and the Telecos knew it, which is why the invested in mobile infra. I can't help but think that aggregated wireless (5G/4G), will make the whole thing redundant anyhow. Future wireless networks doubly so. Cheaper wireless!

  • andrewthething andrewthething (@andrewthething) reported

@NBN_Australia Honestly the internet connection is so terrible in my area that I need to tether to my mobile phone alot of the time. I get 1 MBS at best and the net drops out all the time
