@bhargava_ms They have an internal nbn support team they can request assistance from on your behalf, if required. We care a lot about the quality of your experience and work closely with retailers to rectify any issues.2/3

  • rajeev_c Rajeev (@rajeev_c) reported

@Optus NBN internet is down in south morang. Can you confirm the outage? ETA?

  • jessmcguire Jess McGuire (@jessmcguire) reported

Our home NBN is so bad, often if I’d like to watch a 30sec video clip on Instagram I have to turn wifi off so it will actually stream without needing to buffer every few secs. We’ve been over it with TPG before, the weird solution seemed to be “don’t have safari open on anything”

  • GabrielOrban6 Gabriel Orban (@GabrielOrban6) reported

@joon_ethem @TPG_Telecom It's not tpg fault it's nbn fault they got no staff because they pay ****

  • TankGirlGalena Galena, Worshipper of LEMI (@TankGirlGalena) reported

Any Aussie have Vodafone NBN and how good is it? I've had pretty consistent dropouts with Southern Phone and it's disrupting my ability to day-job (which means bad streaming ahoy...)

  • penciltotemple1 Emily (@penciltotemple1) reported

@NBN_Australia my ADSL has been disconnected and I can’t connect to the nbn due to hfc shortages per your website. I have a law exam tomorrow morning and my provider has not offered any response. I really need some help.

  • simonhackett Simon Hackett (@simonhackett) reported

@dingcb @Telstra NBN HFC install hiatus due no HFC hardware. @Telstra confirmed they could install "Telstra" HFC and took my order. That was in late March. Still sitting here today in 'escalation hell' waiting for them to enable the service. Hardware has been installed for 3 weeks.

  • MsPraxis MsButThatNeverHappensPraxis (@MsPraxis) reported

@NBN_Australia shows a major outage in my area still (> 5 hrs now) but @iiNet shows no major outages in area. Is this a @Telstra issue at heart? Whatever is going on, it’s unacceptable. I have lost a day’s work.

  • NBN_Australia nbn™ Australia (@NBN_Australia) reported

@Ogregator Hi Cranky, we apologise to new customers that may have been affected by this global supply chain issue and the delays. While this issue only affects a small number of customers we appreciate that for those customers yet to connect to the nbn HFC network, this is frustrating. 1/3

  • Ingot54 Ivan Ballin Many whinge. Few pray. Be the change. (@Ingot54) reported

@Scamwatch_gov The NBN Scam is still going strong. They used to ring (using a different mobile phone number every time) about every 3 days - even on weekends - but now they hide the number. The calls are listed simply "Private Number." Some are recorded and some are live. Just hang up.
