Anyone know of a good modem for the NBN? I think we have FTTN currently, but it was announced that this area will have FTTP at some point. Not sure how long it will take. The ISP is adamant the modem isn't the problem and won't replace it so I'm gonna get one of my own to be sure

@theprojecttv It’s a wonder the NBN Network isn’t broken at the moment, while attempting to send this Tweet!

@jfstepney @NBN_Australia Fair to say the clowns don't want to have to do anymore than they have to, that's why they put it on providers. You as a customer have to chase them up, and your provider has to chase NBN clown corporation up. Works out great right? #nbnfail

@AlboMP Better NBN coverage would help. Seen they forgot about WA.

@VodafoneAU I did. Was told will be all up and running this afternoon. NBN website shows no issues with my address. Your online chat person told me everyone all over Melbourne is having this issue - except they aren’t! I’d just like to know when I can expect to have internet again please.

@Unholeh I’ve been using a few routers after they asked me to change multiple times. I’ve even replaced the black nbn box. Done every troubleshooting steps known to man but nothing helps. I think it’s just an nbn wiring issue but they refuse to help.

@Aussie_BB Complaint: #95182252 Been there done that but made zero difference to you actually admitting the issue was your side instead you lied about the issues and tried to blame my gear and NBN.
