  @wolfcat @NBN_Australia Well, we're currently at 37 DAYS without NBN and we're 7km from the centre of Brisbane. Apparently a tech is visiting tomorrow. We've been told that before so we shall see what happens. The real villain I believe is @Optus for mismanaging the problem.

  How bad is customer service these days contacted my Telco about my interent buffering when watching a movie and they send me an email with 4 lots of instructions to check and reset the NBN and modem. I can't do all as I need a cable to go from laptop to modem which is WiFi
