Moving my nbn to the new address is becoming a huge headache 😓 good news is, Vodafone flagged my account when I tried to change it in store but forgot my ID. Bad news is the owners of our old place set up their nbn before we had a chance to deal with ours, causing MORE problems.

@Optus i have been trying to get nbn and Home Phone reactivate for 4 hours. I've been on the phone to technicians going around in circles with no help at all. Done every step, every troubleshoot, everything, yet I always get the same reply. What's going on?

@RobMax4 @ABCaustralia What's your key advise Tones? We left the country in massive debt, crippled the NBN, undermined the NDIA, tore Medicare down, failed pathetically to manage the pandemic, and the fire and flood management was catastrophic! Budgie smugglers. What? That's it? Or raw onions.

@NBN_Australia This guide is useless, I am directly connected via ethernet and my wife is using the wifi, the WHOLE HOUSE loses net at the same time, how does boosting my wifi signal gonna help that ?

disconnected from the server…..on high speed nbn broadband 90mbs with no other device connected. good job @Mediatonic. never seen a disconnect from the server before. nice of your developers to add in more stuff like this! #fallguys really is just the best

Honestly @AGLEnergy is the worst company I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. Haven’t had operating nbn for about 3 months now, have complained daily and haven’t received a single response to assist. Call centre is only open when im at work. Seriously stay away!
