@NBN_Australia But that's not the right perspective. You would have known this was broken from your engineering systems (NOC). Why weren't we told immediately? This is not how to run a service business. Thanks for all placatory words. They don't help me being able to get back to work.

  • r4yanaa rhiana (@r4yanaa) reported

@Optus thanks mitch :) is the problem related to the storms or planned maintenance? and does the mobile network issues have anything to do with the NBN that isn’t working right now?

  • _ograndma mia ☂️🫧 EXAMS AAAAA (@_ograndma) reported

anyone who knows how to fix a broken nbn box send help 🙏 /j (but not really I need help 😭)

  • meganvs Megan S (@meganvs) reported

@NBN_Australia I have done all of this multiple times. Our provider can’t give us an ETR because you guys haven’t given them one. There is currently a broken cable hanging from a pole and no technician in sight. Will they be there this weekend so I can work on Monday?

  • lloydbayley Lloyd Bayley (@lloydbayley) reported

@Aussie_BB My NBN is flapping. Are there issues? Nothing on MyAussie under outages.

  • GrumpyOldeDude Embrace life (@GrumpyOldeDude) reported

@9NewsMelb Isn’t the speed dictated by the NBN network! Unless they’re paying for a plan with a speed that NBN cannot supply to the carrier.

Anyone having trouble with @BelongAU internet at the moment? No @NBN_Australia outages as best I can see but Belong net is down

  • ChampagneAmy79 Amy Hendry (@ChampagneAmy79) reported

@NBN_Australia no internet since early Wednesday morning. Yes, I've been following up with my provider every day. They've just been live chatting with you and advised me the earliest you can fix this is the 16th November?? A whole week with no service? I WFH full-time.

  • whophd Christian Kent (@whophd) reported

@SydneyCityTV As recently as 2016 they (Telstra anyway) were part-sponsoring cable network expansion, although this *was* somewhat related to the sale of HFC to NBN (more asset = more sale) Newington NSW had theirs built in 2016, killed in 2020 though I know one guy who hung on until Oct 2021

  • MayasDragon Alwyne Smith. Mastodon @MayasDragon (@MayasDragon) reported

Latest scam revolves around saying the NBN is updating in our region & for some dumb reason, we need to write down a reference number to give to a technician who will call on Monday. Eh? Two pronged approach to gain credibility, somehow?
