@Telstra The issue is within Telstra. When Telstra staff call us thinking we're NBN Co, and start off by asking what we've done to troubleshoot. I'd say Telstra has issues. Address the issue. #Telstra

@HappyNacho73 @AshleyLeahy I would be happy to put them on my ADSL2 that I had before NBN. 18 months of hell with very old lines and the worst customer service. NBN is like winning the lottery for me and they will only take it away over my cold dead ***.

@VaniaHolt9 From memory, Wicks was chair of NBN Committee before stepping down for various reasons and the CentralCoast has been having lots of problems with NBN stability… there are only two Telstra/NBN specialist technicians here, others have to do day trips from Sydney … it’s a mess

So lightning struck my house. It flipped a couple breakers, no problems there, but what it also did was fry our aerial & fry our connection to the NBN curbside box. & the NBN technicians cannot work in the rain because they have to go into the manhole, which is currently flooded.

@UbaidMehmood11 1/2 Hi Ubaid, we understand that the order for the NBN NCD box has been requested today. Please understand that your location was tagged under the service class 34, which means that NBN Co already installed the NBN NCD box. -Basil

@HappyNacho73 @AshleyLeahy I treat mine like gold. My provider and I had humungous fights for 18 months before I was lucky enough to move to NBN. Compared to what I had before, I literally have gold!

Had this issue a year ago, back then it turned out some sort of fault with the NBN lines or something, so weird though that it only affects streaming to Twitch, all else, including watching & using Twitch is fine cause my speed is unaffected, really hope it gets fixed soon!
