@NBN_Australia Yes but your reply does not make sense. The unexpected challenges that you are facing is because of your poor management. I wish I had selected 5G Service that Telstra provides. #TPG already charged me 300 dollars as an installation fee and now I cannot get that refunded

@NBN_Australia could you please advise how a customer can make a complaint about a technician not showing up for an appointment without notifying? Neither Telstra nor #nbnco customer service can provide any assurance that said technicians face any repercussions

All over #Victoria today vulnerable elderly people can’t phone for help, or be contacted by phone to see if they need help because the power is out and the nbn is down. 🙄 #priceless

@flickybean @NBN_Australia Because like the oz nbn it is slow and outdated. 3rd world country when it comes to internet. Actually take that back. Even 3rd world countries have better. Is there a 4th world classification?

@Optus Another 3 hours of chat with @Optus “experts” LMFAO - i can’t have my nbn plan upgraded like most customers (because of a technical problem on Optus’s side) and I can’t be released from my contract. WTF!
