@bread_vt ...gaming and streaming, with the higher end ones being better. Of course, all this assumes your building has NBN I'd also look in to a Cat6 network cable so that the cable doesn't become a bottleneck.

@gigabasedd They are horrible to deal with proffesionally. Poor dodgy service and do half assed jobs. In an office environment they treat you like crap if they are above you. The NBN employes them and they always do a bad and lazy job

  • P6249827669891 Buzzard (@P6249827669891) reported

@SpambotX They dont have the same values as us. nbn employs a lot of them. We got our internet upgraded and they did a poor and lazy job, cut corners to finish fast. Stank up my house. Very unprofesional. Had to get them to come back 3 times to finally fix it properly. Joke of a people

  • kylechine Kyle Chine (@kylechine) reported from Wollongong, State of New South Wales

Great. My NBN connection has broken completely.

  • BrianHulkLe Brian Le (@BrianHulkLe) reported

@Telstra I switched from Optus to Telstra because of their archaic backend systems and garbage processes. Luckily I have never bought into moving my NBN over either. Can’t trust you either with taking care of long time customers.

  • decapp Cactus Dan (@decapp) reported

Finally nbn are upgrading the upload speeds. I know 80 up doesn’t sound like much but it’s better than my 800 down 40 up bs. They auto upgrade me to the 800/80 and so they ******* should. Australia are a backward country when it comes to internet infrastructure.

  • jacojac Jack Jacobs (@jacojac) reported

@CARN0N The only real issue I have with Starlink is CGNAT. Tried to get the NBN Fibre Upgrade, but the installer was an arsehole, insisted on putting it in the master bedroom because he just wanted to drill through the wall.

  • DodgyHamstrings Brendon Matthews (@DodgyHamstrings) reported

@Telstra NBN outage reported in Essendon since 8.30am today. In that time absolutely no communication from you as my service provider. Any update as to when service will resume

  • Girzon Grimm Booyens (@Girzon) reported

@EmreUludoa82436 @TPG_Telecom Yup, i ended up calling them. They reset settings on my line (I have copper/coax nbn not fibre yet) I appears to have fixed it But still very tempted to switch ISP. As there are few good options now. On positive side tpg support is better use to have long wait times :)

@logue_phil @mattjcan Yeah & I think the biggest issue is short term thinking & hurried roll-outs that don't include community co-design done well. Schemes like the NBN & others show big ideas fail without meticulous planning, economic incentives, & community buy-in. Fast tracking = poor planning
