to covid. And this isn’t the first time I’ve had to do so in trying to deal with Optus incompetence in the last 4 weeks or so. It’s absolutely pathetic. If Optus is going to offer nbn service it should also offer technicians on Sundays to fix issues. Not good enough.

@Optus Complaint here: no nbn/Optus wifi coverage at mine for over 5 hours, have spoken to tech support who can’t guarantee anyone to look at issue for up to 24 hours, yet I have to work from home tomorrow? I pay a LOT for constantly crap coverage and poor service 1/

@NBN_Australia Our property should never have been wireless, because it's right on the lower borderline of signal strength. So our service struggles when there's high demand, and should probably have been satellite all along. But we can't afford the changeover. (2/3)

My dear mother, having turned 73, managed to lock herself out of both her iPad Minis (long story). I'm downloading a file to trash one of them and reset to firmware, and it is 1.43Gb. The software says "This will just be a few minutes". Clearly never written with #NBN in mind...

@NBN_Australia Thanks, social media person for nbn! That's a classy response to my facetious rant. Look, we know what the problem is, because the technician explained it when he was last out here. (1/3)

@Telstra All I want to do is update my NBN plan but apparently that’s really complicated even after telling the 24/7 Telstra app messaging service exactly what I want and being told 3 days in a row that it will be done 24 hours and still hasn’t. Help?
