So @iiNet, no NBN at Bardon Qld. Is that something you can help with? Your name is on the modem.

  • Liz_wilson1 Elizabeth Wilson (@Liz_wilson1) reported

Hats off to @Optus. NBN outage and they were quick to respond & provided free extra data so I could hotspot all day for work til it got fixed. Great service, thanks Optus!

  • FatalKebab FatalKebab_ (@FatalKebab) reported

@NBN_Australia @blueywz Hahahah wtf can you fix my NBN ?!?!?

  • TomRagen Tom Ragen (@TomRagen) reported

@NBN_Australia I have sent you a DM. @VodafoneAU have called and said you have fixed the problem but I highly doubt you have been able to send (and I haven’t seen) a technician out to my address to replace the part since I sent my last tweet to you 24 hours ago. #Frustrated

  • KaiHarderer Kai (@KaiHarderer) reported

I’ve said it 20x and I’ll say it again, **** @NBN_Australia and **** @MyRepublicAU Awful services even when they are working.

  • tonymawz Tony Mawdsley (@tonymawz) reported

@7NewsBrisbane @alexlewisjourno Not a quick fix, but sign up to Starlink, and eventually give the finger 🖕to the NBN

  • mikestruct Mike Gouline (@mikestruct) reported

What is it like in countries with reliable internet, instead of the pile of crap @NBN_Australia with 24h outages every 2 months that we wasted our taxes on? Genuinely curious

  • pagandancer Sandra Chung (@pagandancer) reported

Just got a scam phone call. The "This is your NBN service provider. We're getting messages that there is a problem from your computer's IP address" Really, what's my IP address. Scammer rattles off a bunch of numbers. "Not even close, dude." *click* #scammers

  • MagzGTV Magz (@MagzGTV) reported

@Indulona_Jones @elonmusk @Tesmanian_com Very much so, the only reason I don't already have a dish on order is cost. Going to cost be about 2k, 1k for the dish and plan and another 1k to pay out my existing NBN **** plan.

  • JSNoble James Noble (@JSNoble) reported

@franksting Good grief - that is some straight up awful maintenance windows. How can something *need* to be done in business hours more than 7 days out?? I’m no NBN engineer… but I don’t get it.
