    @Pullenvalebirds I've never had any problems with Telstra I must say. But my modem at 3 years old was simply not keeping up. Telstra told me they'll be replacing the modems abt every 2-3 years for free. I've got the updated version now, the one that overrides NBN and power failures.

    The #nbn was so bad @ConNetica had to find an alternative provider for fast, reliable service to operate a data dependent business - this is Sunshine Coast not Bamaga. @leighsales @abc730

    @NBN_Australia Hi Natalie. We have spent hours on the phone. The first technician was Telstra. The second technician was from @NBN_Australia he was unable to fix the board.. we were meant to be contacted last Tuesday.. still nothing!!

    @slsandpet @RBJRON Yeah... sadly for me, I am still in the karma phase of this crisis. ie. ***** who rubbished our nbn senate submission now struggling to work from home. Yes, I know, I am horrible person and should not be getting so much pleasure from that 😳😉

    Just had a scam call on my mobile. So many things told me it was a scam ... 1 - Was from "NBN Cyber Security Department". 2 - was a listed mobile number. 3 - Indian guy said my Optus account was compromised. 1 - NBN never call customers direct. 2 - They wouldn't call from a ..

    I remember when the net first came out on phones & it cost $10 per 100mb. lol Ah, how times have changed. Never thought I'd see the day we'd have a $40 for unlimited net mobile plan. That's even better than the prices for NBN.

    @MattMcKee2533 @tomcollins76 @joshgnosis Nbn on the other hand who I also worked for, do the right thing and purge most if not all the personal data they collect from you to install a service. Because once you are connected you are handed over to a Service provider.

    @hughriminton I cancelled my nbn and mobile account on the w/e. I used the app. I let them know I was very angry with the company, not the individual assisting me. No questions to verify me other than the account numbers I wanted to cancel. I was asked why I was cancelling, so I told them.

    @slamup My mum got ****** over by Optus ages ago due to dumb **** around whether the NBN rollout had or hadn't happened in her area. They left her without internet for months while trying to charge her, until I convinced her to switch provider. Dodo sorted her in 3 days.

    @yisraeldreams NBN sucks, I decided to just totally bypass them. It's better to work with the Jewish Agency directly, especially if you are already in Israel.
