@NBN_Australia Hi Natalie. We have spent hours on the phone. The first technician was Telstra. The second technician was from @NBN_Australia he was unable to fix the board.. we were meant to be contacted last Tuesday.. still nothing!!

The #nbn was so bad @ConNetica had to find an alternative provider for fast, reliable service to operate a data dependent business - this is Sunshine Coast not Bamaga. @leighsales @abc730

@twasink @LesStonehouse @Optus True. Done that. With my health situation, our house is wi-fi’d to the max. I can speak to unlock the front door to let the ambos in. Visitors and tradies cop it worst. And then we had a week of really poor NBN (Thank you, Mr Turnbull.) I was off the air.

@slsandpet @RBJRON Yeah... sadly for me, I am still in the karma phase of this crisis. ie. ***** who rubbished our nbn senate submission now struggling to work from home. Yes, I know, I am horrible person and should not be getting so much pleasure from that 😳😉

@Pullenvalebirds I've never had any problems with Telstra I must say. But my modem at 3 years old was simply not keeping up. Telstra told me they'll be replacing the modems abt every 2-3 years for free. I've got the updated version now, the one that overrides NBN and power failures.

@KD_Sinclair @PRGuy17 Operational costs - Ironic name since we never got them lol. The $835m compensation payments count as debt. So do sports rorts, the ~$80m Barnaby Joyce spent on water we never got. Millions wasted to fix the Libs ****** NBN plan. The list is far longer.

@margaretthrosby @MagdaSzubanski At least you can use your app Margaret. Mine hasn't worked since NBN was installed and I've wasted too many hours trying to fix it. How many panels do you have to be able to run so many appliances at once and still be exporting power?

@Telstra Yes, I believe the problem is the ntd. They keep trying to send nbn technicians out but they always cancel. This has been going on for weeks now

You know you're in trouble when the provider tech and NBN tech can't figure out WTF is going on. Apparently the original NBN tech who installed it had installed it incorrectly in the street pitt FFS. It's ridiculous just how much the internet runs your life too.

@Telstra useless one day, PATHETIC the next. NBN out more than on so zero home phone or wi fi SINCE FRIDAY. But zero local issues!!! Perhaps the lack of communication impacts this??

@NBN_Australia We did with Optus, swapped to 2 weeks ago to Telstra same issue nothing ever resolved. Clearly a problem at your end that no one cares about. Probably lodge complaint with ombudsman.
