    @NBN_Australia Hi Natalie. We have spent hours on the phone. The first technician was Telstra. The second technician was from @NBN_Australia he was unable to fix the board.. we were meant to be contacted last Tuesday.. still nothing!!

    @Pullenvalebirds I've never had any problems with Telstra I must say. But my modem at 3 years old was simply not keeping up. Telstra told me they'll be replacing the modems abt every 2-3 years for free. I've got the updated version now, the one that overrides NBN and power failures.

    @slsandpet @RBJRON Yeah... sadly for me, I am still in the karma phase of this crisis. ie. ***** who rubbished our nbn senate submission now struggling to work from home. Yes, I know, I am horrible person and should not be getting so much pleasure from that ๐Ÿ˜ณ๐Ÿ˜‰

    The #nbn was so bad @ConNetica had to find an alternative provider for fast, reliable service to operate a data dependent business - this is Sunshine Coast not Bamaga. @leighsales @abc730

    @twasink @LesStonehouse @Optus True. Done that. With my health situation, our house is wi-fiโ€™d to the max. I can speak to unlock the front door to let the ambos in. Visitors and tradies cop it worst. And then we had a week of really poor NBN (Thank you, Mr Turnbull.) I was off the air.

    @NBN_Australia The technician advises that there is cable damage near a traffic island. A Dial Before You Dig (DBYD) permit is needed for civil works.

    @TopherField I cancelled my NBN service after the council changed my address, and updating the NBN details proved too difficult. The address mismatch caused constant disconnections. Iโ€™ve since switched to wireless internet. Won't go back to NBN

    Update. Dodos from NBN came back to tell me itโ€™s my fault and nothing to do with them. Well! Problem solved. It will not be because of them come Thursday, Starlink install day.

    @OMGTheMess Exactly. Not investing in Australia for 11 years now, since the NBN policy disaster basically, has never been so beneficial for my overseas company. The company made profit the moment I gave NBN Co and TPG/AAPT the flick. Never have seen consumers been ripped off collectively with the silent approval of a regulator.

    @TopherField One of our clients had an existing telstra router just wanted an NBN connection. 2 weeks. $110 per month. I got her to contact starlink. 5 days later delivered and installed. $75 per month. Get your act together telstra. Can't be so slow anymore. There are choices.

    @BrentHodgson What's more interest in is the land mines left by a government. The education reforms from RGR, NDIS RGR, NBN RGR just 3 that spring to mind. Abbott should have smashed them all up and we would be in a much better place now with cut down versions. That alone over 10 years must be $500bn.

    @AGLEnergy I am having HUGE problems resolving an Internet support ticket CRQ100000371017. I cannot get through on the phone or chat service. Everything has massive 30 minute plus wait times and then it drops out. My NBN internet service was out of action every day last week. Please help.

    @ChrisEconomist 2/2 The true scale of the off-budget disaster will only be clear when someone aggregates the retained losses across all these investments, as companies do in their financial statements. I've never seen this done, but if the NBN is any guide, the total would be staggering.
