    @slsandpet @RBJRON Yeah... sadly for me, I am still in the karma phase of this crisis. ie. ***** who rubbished our nbn senate submission now struggling to work from home. Yes, I know, I am horrible person and should not be getting so much pleasure from that 😳😉

    The #nbn was so bad @ConNetica had to find an alternative provider for fast, reliable service to operate a data dependent business - this is Sunshine Coast not Bamaga. @leighsales @abc730

    @NBN_Australia Hi Natalie. We have spent hours on the phone. The first technician was Telstra. The second technician was from @NBN_Australia he was unable to fix the board.. we were meant to be contacted last Tuesday.. still nothing!!

    @TPG_Telecom @NBN_Australia my internet is currently slow, well the upload is, download speeds are good but I barely have an upload which makes it hard to look at stuff on the internet. Are there any issues in the 5108 area?

    @NBN_Australia @AAPTHQ @TPG_Telecom could be the worst customer service combo in history. Their service is as crap as the rotten cables they run into our houses. Avoid them both if you can (and I know NBN is a monopoly). Retweet if you have had bad service from NBN.

    @AustraliaPs5 For vodafone NBN or any one with a Wifi + phone customer you can order a ps5, from vodafone online. have been told 2 weeks max. It's the same price as big w but you have to pay it off over 36 months - 24 months or 12 months.

    @DanielBleakley Do you know what the scary thing is? ******** up on the vaccine rollout by the LNP, is extremely similar to ******** up of the NBN rollout by ... you guessed it, the LNP. Lather, rinse, repeat and don't learn a thing.

    @profsarahj @NBN_Australia Easiest and Quickest way, it would be to locate a local Tech to go and check the problem, as it could be a local issue, rather than #NBN's network issue.

    @Telstra Still no mobile service since Saturday morning. Telstra don't offer ADSL/NBN to our address. We are a bit out of the way. The satellite plans are awful. I have the same data on my phone, 80g, as the sat net. At 25mbps.
