    @Pullenvalebirds I've never had any problems with Telstra I must say. But my modem at 3 years old was simply not keeping up. Telstra told me they'll be replacing the modems abt every 2-3 years for free. I've got the updated version now, the one that overrides NBN and power failures.

    @slsandpet @RBJRON Yeah... sadly for me, I am still in the karma phase of this crisis. ie. ***** who rubbished our nbn senate submission now struggling to work from home. Yes, I know, I am horrible person and should not be getting so much pleasure from that 😳😉

    @NBN_Australia Hi Natalie. We have spent hours on the phone. The first technician was Telstra. The second technician was from @NBN_Australia he was unable to fix the board.. we were meant to be contacted last Tuesday.. still nothing!!

    The #nbn was so bad @ConNetica had to find an alternative provider for fast, reliable service to operate a data dependent business - this is Sunshine Coast not Bamaga. @leighsales @abc730

    @Optus NBN is down. What is happening? Can someone please communicate with customers with an update atleast. There is obviously an issue with all the messages

    @NBN_Australia That's cool. I get that there are structures in place. We're at the point where we need to look at the pit and the actual fibre link. My house has been recabled twice. From the phone jack to the DPU, everything is brand new. We're in month 3 of this issue. It's frustrating.

    @Telstra That’s great Austin any chance you can fix the service so it actually works without dropping out all the time. I have a suspicion this is happening intentionally so we move to the NBN.

    @_falkorthegreat @P_bogan @TurnbullMalcolm No, not all NBN is the same. The reason you're getting **** speeds on satellite is because Mal shoved a heap of people who were slated to get fixed-wireless & FTTP onto satellite

    @charlietech @NBN_Australia It hasn’t received the credit it deserves for holding up to the WFH rigours of the last 18 months. The biggest problem for mine is cheap, nasty and ineffective hardware supplied by ISPs.

    There’s something wrong with a part of the network called an nbn or something like that.
