@slsandpet @RBJRON Yeah... sadly for me, I am still in the karma phase of this crisis. ie. ***** who rubbished our nbn senate submission now struggling to work from home. Yes, I know, I am horrible person and should not be getting so much pleasure from that 😳😉

  • Truturns Les Ross (@Truturns) reported from Sunshine Coast, State of Queensland

@tanya_plibersek @stemplemanmp I’ve got a similar story! The TIO is on my case - hope to get Telstra 5G service so I can dump the NBN!

  • pete_goodlet Pete Goodlet (@pete_goodlet) reported from Sunshine Coast, State of Queensland

@NBN_Australia Hi Natalie. We have spent hours on the phone. The first technician was Telstra. The second technician was from @NBN_Australia he was unable to fix the board.. we were meant to be contacted last Tuesday.. still nothing!!

  • johno0910 John Mendoza (@johno0910) reported from Sunshine Coast, State of Queensland

The #nbn was so bad @ConNetica had to find an alternative provider for fast, reliable service to operate a data dependent business - this is Sunshine Coast not Bamaga. @leighsales @abc730

  • QueenslandInve1 Queensland Investigations (@QueenslandInve1) reported from Sunshine Coast, State of Queensland

@Pullenvalebirds I've never had any problems with Telstra I must say. But my modem at 3 years old was simply not keeping up. Telstra told me they'll be replacing the modems abt every 2-3 years for free. I've got the updated version now, the one that overrides NBN and power failures.

  • YaThinkN Noely ⚡️🏐 (@YaThinkN) reported from Sunshine Coast, State of Queensland

@davispg Been a bad week. Don't think I am getting computer back tomorrow either. Working on piece of shit and old b nbn one that spits the dummy if open too much 🤬🤬🤬

  • aussieblair Blair💘🇦🇺🦘 (@aussieblair) reported

NBN is so trash compared to FTTB! So slow, can’t use ~all~ my devices at once, and more expensive

  • Abdullah_Raouf AR 🇭🇲🇮🇶 (@Abdullah_Raouf) reported

@Optus, it has been a week since i have raised a complaint about my NBN service. I am paying over $500 a month for internet service, 5 mobile lines and fetch TV. Simply for a service that is not working. I tried the chat and call with no luck in answering at all. Case 1001482606

  • BlizzyAstro Astro (@BlizzyAstro) reported

Any other aussies getting **** connection in SF6? Or just me? Played at a friends house with NBN too and it was crap

  • thomasrice_au Thomas Rice (@thomasrice_au) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

Very few errors, and they were mainly names or technical terms. For example, "The R proof for off net MBN services" should be "The ARPU for off-net NBN services" "Mark Marie Derrmann" should be "Mart-Marie Derman" Seems plausible to easily transcribe everything with this.

  • WaHogan Neil Hogan (@WaHogan) reported

@NBN_Australia @acccgovau Its been an issue for ages. It's not new. Just hang up on them. They also try a Telsra scam. Guaranteed if you miss the call and have redial it will be a number not in use.

  • DigbyMiss Miss Digby/Dinotabot (@DigbyMiss) reported

@strangerous10 Sadly he’s my mp & we’ve never seen him AND we’re only 6 k out of a major metro town & no NBN but over the road has it. He’s useless

  • LiamPomfret Liam Pomfret, PhD (@LiamPomfret) reported

Getting a rapid response to the issue from the NBN after making a single tweet: Encouraging Said response amounting to "it's being looked into" and not actually doing anything to progress solving the problem: Frustrating

  • alexislarochel7 alexis.larochelle (@alexislarochel7) reported

@joshgnosis Why, oh why, everything tech is so difficult in Australia? There are so many examples of botched IT programs, a quick list from recent years: census fail, nbn, robodebt, now this. And on a smaller scale, I see everyday how poorly implemented are IT systems in private companies.

  • danw2point0 Danielle Williams (@danw2point0) reported

@TPG_Telecom is internet down in Camperdown? I can’t find anything on your page. @NBN_Australia says I’m not connected.

  • LiamPomfret Liam Pomfret, PhD (@LiamPomfret) reported

    So apparently the problem holding the setup of our NBN back is that @NBN_Australia still have our new home listed as Service Class 1 (fibre, no PCD or NTD in place), despite that the PCD and NTD are in fact in place and functional (which should make us Service Class 3). >.<;;
