The #nbn was so bad @ConNetica had to find an alternative provider for fast, reliable service to operate a data dependent business - this is Sunshine Coast not Bamaga. @leighsales @abc730

@Pullenvalebirds I've never had any problems with Telstra I must say. But my modem at 3 years old was simply not keeping up. Telstra told me they'll be replacing the modems abt every 2-3 years for free. I've got the updated version now, the one that overrides NBN and power failures.

@slsandpet @RBJRON Yeah... sadly for me, I am still in the karma phase of this crisis. ie. ***** who rubbished our nbn senate submission now struggling to work from home. Yes, I know, I am horrible person and should not be getting so much pleasure from that 😳😉

@NBN_Australia Hi Natalie. We have spent hours on the phone. The first technician was Telstra. The second technician was from @NBN_Australia he was unable to fix the board.. we were meant to be contacted last Tuesday.. still nothing!!

@NancyGeorges @Ausgrid @Ausgrid has given us less than a week's notice of an 8hr planned outage from 8am to 4pm. That's on the first day back at school for the term. Health orders mean we must work & school from home, which for us relies on electricity & nbn. Some heating would be nice too.

So the NBN guy finally turned up, popped a new dish on our roof (we are wireless). Will it give us Covid or act like a vaccine & help the Govt track our movements ( much like my Apple Watch)? Can someone clarify? Also, is there a direct correlation between IQ and alien contact?

@zerogeewhiz Had a Netgear Nighthawk for a long time, never missed a beat (ended up being gifted to daughter when she moved out). Now use TP Link VR1600 which came with NBN install, goes well, works fine with the deco mesh devices but don't know about durability.

@NBN_Australia Given the lockdown 4 members of family works from home and they schedule network update 12/7 9am to 2:30pm. Sure we are not the only ones impacted but why not after hours?

My NBN has been down over two weeks!3 NBN Technicians have come and gone! All have said the Copper Wiring in the Street is the Fault and in the LNP Optic Cable to Copper Wire mix ! Some copper wiring has been in operation for too many years! I am using my Smart Phone as a Modem!
