    The #nbn was so bad @ConNetica had to find an alternative provider for fast, reliable service to operate a data dependent business - this is Sunshine Coast not Bamaga. @leighsales @abc730

    @slsandpet @RBJRON Yeah... sadly for me, I am still in the karma phase of this crisis. ie. ***** who rubbished our nbn senate submission now struggling to work from home. Yes, I know, I am horrible person and should not be getting so much pleasure from that 😳😉

    @NBN_Australia Hi Natalie. We have spent hours on the phone. The first technician was Telstra. The second technician was from @NBN_Australia he was unable to fix the board.. we were meant to be contacted last Tuesday.. still nothing!!

    @Pullenvalebirds I've never had any problems with Telstra I must say. But my modem at 3 years old was simply not keeping up. Telstra told me they'll be replacing the modems abt every 2-3 years for free. I've got the updated version now, the one that overrides NBN and power failures.

    @carnelley26 That sounds frustrating, Caroline. If you are having service issues it's best to speak to your provider. They will be able to test the line to check for faults. If the fault is with nbn they will let us know and we will work hard to fix it. Let us know how you go. Thanks, Amy

    @albericie Incredibly poor internet. And when there’s an outage it can take 13 days for #NBN to reconnect your home, as we experienced this month. An impossible situation in lockdown

    @NBN_Australia NBN service in Alexandria has been down for over 24 hours, website states: “We are currently performing planned network maintenance until 7:00pm, however no service interruptions are expected to take place.” Please update accurate interruption statement correctly.

    @BrittA2211 Also not confident on what I'm saying, I haven't installed a wifi network since the NBN rollout. I'd be able to make suggestions about boosting your old devices performance though.

    @albericie Not just the speeds that’s the issue. Running on 50 yo copper. Whoever thought that was a good idea? Been trying to get NBN to replace my lead in for 3 months. Dodging all responsibility. Thanks #LNP
