@slsandpet @RBJRON Yeah... sadly for me, I am still in the karma phase of this crisis. ie. ***** who rubbished our nbn senate submission now struggling to work from home. Yes, I know, I am horrible person and should not be getting so much pleasure from that 😳😉

@NBN_Australia Hi Natalie. We have spent hours on the phone. The first technician was Telstra. The second technician was from @NBN_Australia he was unable to fix the board.. we were meant to be contacted last Tuesday.. still nothing!!

The #nbn was so bad @ConNetica had to find an alternative provider for fast, reliable service to operate a data dependent business - this is Sunshine Coast not Bamaga. @leighsales @abc730

@Pullenvalebirds I've never had any problems with Telstra I must say. But my modem at 3 years old was simply not keeping up. Telstra told me they'll be replacing the modems abt every 2-3 years for free. I've got the updated version now, the one that overrides NBN and power failures.

We have has also deployed a satellite FlyAway Kit to the Alstonvile Leisure and Ent, which provides free Wi-Fi connectivity via the nbn™ Sky Muster™ satellite service. We are working closely with local authorities to deploy emergency assets to other locations as required.

@NBN_Australia Can you advise whats happening with the power outage at Oxley 4075? The status has not changed since Monday 28th Feb with ‘Unexpected power outage’. Like me, many people rely on internet to be able to work from home. An ETA would help as we don’t have internet from 1 week.

@Optus is there an end in site for the on and off again nbn service in St Clair NSW? Can't watch more than 5 minutes at a time then nothing, frustrating when you also pay for Netflix, Stan etc and can't use any of them, it's been happening for the past week

nbn is supporting two evacuation centres in Ballina Southern Cross School and Ballina Sport and Recreation Centre with a Sky Muster™ Truck and a satellite FlyAway Kit, which provides free Wi-Fi. A team will today move from Mullumbimby to Murwillumbah today to provide support.
