@NBN_Australia Hi Natalie. We have spent hours on the phone. The first technician was Telstra. The second technician was from @NBN_Australia he was unable to fix the board.. we were meant to be contacted last Tuesday.. still nothing!!

@slsandpet @RBJRON Yeah... sadly for me, I am still in the karma phase of this crisis. ie. ***** who rubbished our nbn senate submission now struggling to work from home. Yes, I know, I am horrible person and should not be getting so much pleasure from that 😳😉

@NBN_Australia Every month the internet goes off, it’s terrible service have continuously lost internet every month… there is a connection outside that keeps getting affected,this is a regular occurrence please fix actual issue and not just send a tech to restart/ plug in and out etc.

@TonyHWindsor Still waiting in the Hunter. Since phone switched to NBN Fixed Broadband I have been lucky to get past 15 minutes unbroken, eg on a phone call last week. 20 minutes in ie half way, the line dropped out. End of poll. Plus, actual NBN is as slow as paint drying.
