@Pullenvalebirds I've never had any problems with Telstra I must say. But my modem at 3 years old was simply not keeping up. Telstra told me they'll be replacing the modems abt every 2-3 years for free. I've got the updated version now, the one that overrides NBN and power failures.

@NBN_Australia Hi Natalie. We have spent hours on the phone. The first technician was Telstra. The second technician was from @NBN_Australia he was unable to fix the board.. we were meant to be contacted last Tuesday.. still nothing!!

The #nbn was so bad @ConNetica had to find an alternative provider for fast, reliable service to operate a data dependent business - this is Sunshine Coast not Bamaga. @leighsales @abc730

@slsandpet @RBJRON Yeah... sadly for me, I am still in the karma phase of this crisis. ie. ***** who rubbished our nbn senate submission now struggling to work from home. Yes, I know, I am horrible person and should not be getting so much pleasure from that 😳😉

@NBN_Australia I have spoken to my provider and they said they have to wait to hear back from you with some report before the technician appointment can be confirmed. Thankfully no one in my house requires this service for medical reasons- I however require it to work

Two years ago nbn tech was already out of date for internet. Now we recollected garbage for the interest of who? Definitely not us, the users

@NBN_Australia But the point is they didn’t. Telstra techs put us onto their nbn techs but they spent sometimes 2 hours on the phone with us trying to diagnose/ fix the problem but never did. Why would won’t send out a technician after 3 months? It’s just not good enough.

Nbn is out and we are running on small amounts of mobile data that is mega slow, this is why the nbn should have been all FTTP and no fixed wireless and no FTTN bullshit

@bicyclingpirate Hey there. During storm activity, to reduce chance in-premises equipment being damaged , customers can unplug all connections to their nbn network connection device (NCD) including power, telephone cable and Ethernet cable to the home / Wi-Fi gateway for the duration of the 1/3

Sounds like another #LNPfail FRACAS to me [think NBN, only this time - withpeople's lives]. Good one @ScottMorrisonMP NOT! Caring more about $ than people is a VERY BAD LOOK for a leader.
