    @slsandpet @RBJRON Yeah... sadly for me, I am still in the karma phase of this crisis. ie. ***** who rubbished our nbn senate submission now struggling to work from home. Yes, I know, I am horrible person and should not be getting so much pleasure from that 😳😉

    The #nbn was so bad @ConNetica had to find an alternative provider for fast, reliable service to operate a data dependent business - this is Sunshine Coast not Bamaga. @leighsales @abc730

    @Pullenvalebirds I've never had any problems with Telstra I must say. But my modem at 3 years old was simply not keeping up. Telstra told me they'll be replacing the modems abt every 2-3 years for free. I've got the updated version now, the one that overrides NBN and power failures.

    @NBN_Australia Hi Natalie. We have spent hours on the phone. The first technician was Telstra. The second technician was from @NBN_Australia he was unable to fix the board.. we were meant to be contacted last Tuesday.. still nothing!!

    @Telstra our NBN isn’t working but everything on our modem says it should be. I’ve tried to reset the modem by unplugging etc but it’s not working still. Any ideas?

    So over it @Telstra @NBN_Australia 😠 Every night this week our phone & internet has gone out! I'm calling tomoz but wanted to vent to you rn as aaargh!!! 😠 It's just so arduous to go thru the whole drama of getting either of you to fix whatever the problem is!! #TelstraOutage

    Internet and NBN in Australia still sucks enough that I actually gave a friend a USB hard disk with Battlefield V on it so we could play together last night, because he was gonna take 10 hours to download it. In contrast it'd take me about 45 minutes. He lives 5km away.

    @Optus What a crap service...now i have to wait 2 weeks for NBN technician to fix my internet...NBN carried out maintenance and stuffed up the internet....will put a complaint in to the Ombudsman.

    @NBN_Australia You obviously didn’t read my tweet. I have contacted them. It’s intermittent. The line test always comes up OK. They’ve tried to talk to you. You won’t accept the service request or talk. This is a well known issue. Thousands of people impacted apparently. Please own the problem.

    @LordofWentworth @JonesHowdareyou Our NBN service is awful! Yesterday it was dropping out all day...! I had to pay for a registered nbn electrician to come and wire up house properly but the slow speeds are on Nbn he said..! It’s crap #nbn
