    @NBN_Australia Hi Natalie. We have spent hours on the phone. The first technician was Telstra. The second technician was from @NBN_Australia he was unable to fix the board.. we were meant to be contacted last Tuesday.. still nothing!!

    @Pullenvalebirds I've never had any problems with Telstra I must say. But my modem at 3 years old was simply not keeping up. Telstra told me they'll be replacing the modems abt every 2-3 years for free. I've got the updated version now, the one that overrides NBN and power failures.

    @NBN_Australia The technician advises that there is cable damage near a traffic island. A Dial Before You Dig (DBYD) permit is needed for civil works.

    The #nbn was so bad @ConNetica had to find an alternative provider for fast, reliable service to operate a data dependent business - this is Sunshine Coast not Bamaga. @leighsales @abc730

    @twasink @LesStonehouse @Optus True. Done that. With my health situation, our house is wi-fi’d to the max. I can speak to unlock the front door to let the ambos in. Visitors and tradies cop it worst. And then we had a week of really poor NBN (Thank you, Mr Turnbull.) I was off the air.

    … manage economy and support NDIS AA: Labor did the PBS. Hawke/Keating govt; Rudd and Gillard governments. NDIS, NBN. This govt has held us back. Treading water. Not implementing any social etc reforms. Q7? budget repair/deficit SM: biggest turnaround in over 70 yrs. COVID

    @PaulFletcherMP I want to talk with you about my extremely poor internet connection ,a phone that keeps dropping calls. Have raised this with @Optus but to no avail. @NBN_Australia leaves a lot to be desired. My upload/download speeds are a joke. You get back to me and explain why this is so.

    @PaulFletcherMP Hopefully they can rein in some of your out of control spending and the debt emergency you have caused through rotting and looking after your rich mates, they may make NBN fibre to the home. FYI Your helpers don't actually look that enthused!!

    Just tried to play games for the 1st time in weeks Played 3 games of splitgate My internet is just too bad to play and enjoy 3 games Thanks @NBN_Australia for the low quality standard my ISP cant seem to raise a ticket for it to be fixed.. Gaming and streaming is truely over!!

    Hey @telstra you called yesterday to tell me my very late NBN connection would be made today. Still waiting. Then you told me my backup sim in my modem would be data loaded within 2 hours. Still waiting 7 hours later. A real dearth of service. Should have gone elsewhere #poor

    @NBN_Australia Just checked NBN network status. It states: "We are investigating network degradation in your area. Your service may experience a partial or total loss of connectivity. Restoration is underway - the issue is estimated to be resolved by Tue 8 Feb 4:30pm"

    NBN keep on advising my provider that they are working on it and will give an update within 48 hrs. All updates say the same thing and nobody from NBN has been to my property to “work on it” NBN also knew 18 mths ago there was an issue at my address 2/2

    @NBN_Australia @Rubbly That isn’t a network status page; that tells a consumer if the NBN has an outage at a specific address, which they already know as they likely have an outage. How about status of nodes and regions? Coolangatta has gone dark again but why? Yeah the status page says FA.
