    @slsandpet @RBJRON Yeah... sadly for me, I am still in the karma phase of this crisis. ie. ***** who rubbished our nbn senate submission now struggling to work from home. Yes, I know, I am horrible person and should not be getting so much pleasure from that 😳😉

    @NBN_Australia Hi Natalie. We have spent hours on the phone. The first technician was Telstra. The second technician was from @NBN_Australia he was unable to fix the board.. we were meant to be contacted last Tuesday.. still nothing!!

    The #nbn was so bad @ConNetica had to find an alternative provider for fast, reliable service to operate a data dependent business - this is Sunshine Coast not Bamaga. @leighsales @abc730

    @WendySm83113471 @EmergencyBK They were down. My brother was in another country area and his phone via NBN took til Sunday to come live again, Saturday for power. I hate to think of any elderly stuck in this. I’ve seen a few pics up Dandenongs, damage is massive.

    The NBN is brand spanking new but two to three times a week I get a text advising they're doing emergency repairs in my area.

    @NBN_Australia My power was restored last night but our NBN still isn’t working. We are in Belgrave heights. Can you confirm that we can do nothing about this and have to wait for you to fix it?

    @iiNet You able to explain why we're estimated to have no internet for up to 24 hours in my household, when your site and the NBN site reports no actual errors? What the hell is going on, why are you waiting until tommorow to send a technician out?

    @NBN_Australia This service is an absolute joke. Down again at 11pm, after receiving an SMS from @Optus that service was restored at 5pm. Fix. It. Now.

    Why isn't this part of the service like churning a mobile phone? How can Telstra charge for two services that literally can no longer be in use? Why are they not notified that NBN is installed and then proactively contact the person to cancel their account?

    @VaniaHolt9 @hey_yep_you Ok, sorry I thought you were blaming ausnet. You’re right, the government need to stop privatising everything. We had no cellular network or NBN for 4 days thanks to Telstras horrible infrastructure. People were trapped and couldn’t even make 000 phone calls

    @NBN_Australia Really? not my experience. @Aussie_BB just informed me that you've closed my issue ticket that's been open since March because my connection was stable between Wednesday and Sunday... yeah it was down because I had no power... and now you refuse to reopen it! bunch of criminals
