    @slsandpet @RBJRON Yeah... sadly for me, I am still in the karma phase of this crisis. ie. ***** who rubbished our nbn senate submission now struggling to work from home. Yes, I know, I am horrible person and should not be getting so much pleasure from that 😳😉

    @Pullenvalebirds I've never had any problems with Telstra I must say. But my modem at 3 years old was simply not keeping up. Telstra told me they'll be replacing the modems abt every 2-3 years for free. I've got the updated version now, the one that overrides NBN and power failures.

    The #nbn was so bad @ConNetica had to find an alternative provider for fast, reliable service to operate a data dependent business - this is Sunshine Coast not Bamaga. @leighsales @abc730

    @NBN_Australia Hi Natalie. We have spent hours on the phone. The first technician was Telstra. The second technician was from @NBN_Australia he was unable to fix the board.. we were meant to be contacted last Tuesday.. still nothing!!

    Hi @NBN_Australia. I want to connect to the NBN. However you are not taking orders due to lack of HFC components. Given internet is such an integral part of life, are you providing alternatives of equivalent capability? You seem to be preventing alternatives meaning no service

    @NBN_Australia Nope. Your technicians broke my internet and left. I'm on the phone to the amazing @Aussie_BB. The ONLY issues I've ever had in 2 years with the NBN have been NBN techs breaking it at the pit out the front.

    @FOXTEL_Help warning to all potential Foxtel NBN customers. Don't do it, my service was supposed to have been connected Monday 22 March 2021 and 9 days later still no broadband connection for what should have been a basic switch of ISP from Telstra. They even overcharged me.

    @matt_j_parker @NBN_Australia Hey matt i know this is probably a bit late but did you end up getting your issue fixed? Been having a very similar issue the past 2 weeks, NBN tech came out and changed nothing..... Was just curious if you just changed isp or rode it out.

    @GizmodoAU Would be f'ing awesome if I weren't fiber to the node and the 950m of weather affected 40 year old copper in wet pits. NBN continues to be a joke underperforming against dial up in bad weather. Most expensive infrastructure project in aust history? 18min to CBD in the dark ages.

    @NBN_Australia Nah, the quality of the nbn begins with how it is delivered to the street and house. Using copper wire (in some case very old copper wire) instead of fibre optic cable to the premises is a really stupid idea

    yeehaw @NBN_Australia issues again. Getting several drop outs throughout the day but apparently it’s ‘not enough’ for them to give a **** & they keep rejecting the support tickets. I can’t work from home, stream or play multiplayer games with drop outs it’s ******.
