    The #nbn was so bad @ConNetica had to find an alternative provider for fast, reliable service to operate a data dependent business - this is Sunshine Coast not Bamaga. @leighsales @abc730

    @NBN_Australia Hi Natalie. We have spent hours on the phone. The first technician was Telstra. The second technician was from @NBN_Australia he was unable to fix the board.. we were meant to be contacted last Tuesday.. still nothing!!

    @Internode We originally opted for the 5g wireless service and this seemed OK, but after a relatively short period, it became clear that an NBN service better suits our needs 2/n

    @portusprince @TonyHWindsor @alyxei1 To give us a third rate NBN Get ride of the Gillard ETS (not a carbon tax) which would be handy now Good policy is good policy but Abbott proved they were willing burn the house down to win & the LNP haven't changed at all It's win at all costs

    Aussie, you have known about this fault since Monday. Why is it Wednesday & only now am I asked for an appt. I am aware this is an NBN issue, what I am angry about now, is the customer service issue.

    I have been an @Internode customer since dial up modem days, but trying to swap from 5g wireless to NBN FTTN at new house has been the most frustrating experience 1/n

    @mya_saum NBN Co has reported that a technician is already on-site to investigate the cause of the outage. An SMS notification will be sent to you once everything is fixed. -Mel
