    @Halit95429397 @Foxtel I was a customer for over 15 years. After 15 years due to my travel forgot to pay my account I was 1 day late. No empathy no care and would not drop the late fee. So I cancelled. That was full Platinum IQ4, with 4 boxes and nbn. Their reply.... we dont care,

    @TurnbullMalcolm @rhysam I have to assume you are speaking out of ignorance of technology. PSTN is cat 3 copper with a theoretical maximum of 10 Mbps. And voice calls over my NBN connection are such poor quality we mostly cannot understand the majority.

    @roastthekipfler @AusIndiMedia My NBN service over the last 3 or 4 days has been very poor. I did try G4 a while back but that wasn't very consistent either. I am waiting for the arrival of G5 in my area in the hope that may actually work as advertised.

    @HansOrph @deccles26 @NBN_Australia @Foxtel NBN outages is one of the reasons I selected @VodafoneAU for my NBN provider. 4G backup kicks in automatically if the network falls over. Worth considering changing to them if you need/want seamless internet

    @georgiecrozier Strange that IF quarantine Facilities had been set up In the Beginning of COVID PANDEMIC - ALL the Hosps & Health Systems would NOT be as stressed NOW. Forward planning is Not in dna of lnp. Economy would`ve been BETTER Too. PREVENTION`s Best Policy. IT - NBN - Bad Choices LNP.

    @Optus Optus customer for 20 years - we switch residential addresses & our NBN is deactivated. After raising a case 72 hours ago, we’re told there’s an activation issue - to be resolved in 24 hours. Call again today- it will take 24 hours. ? 2 mobiles, fetch and home wi-fi ? @JenMelb

    It's 9.30am, and my @VodafoneAU NBN connection is running at 1/5th of the speed it's supposed to be down, and less than 1/10th of the speed up. It's like this every day. Your service is such a ******* joke that it's practically fraud.

    @trentyarwood So @NBN_Australia is claiming it's adversely affected by competition from a satellite service that has low 100k customers. I thought they'd be keen to offload traffic from their two big expensive satellites. Maybe they should reflect on their own garbage service model?

    @alexkidman @NBN_Australia Now after 2 years and countless service interruptions including disconnecting them (90’s with medical conditions) NBN said max was 15mbs Then you finally fixed the line and 25 mbs and working well.

    @NBN_Australia The issue with NBN is your customer the ISP has no ability to have a customer focus, I have signed up for. A Very fast 1,000 mbs service but was told over 500 was OK. My regular experience is varied 100,400, 800, 400 you agree to attend you but don’t bother
