  • jerrybr15619298 Craig Acret (@jerrybr15619298) reported from Brisbane, State of Queensland

@Telstra terrible customer service. Waiting on NBN...people in my street are now connected with other providers..messages 6 hours via app and no reply...

  • 25MMCC ema (@25MMCC) reported from Brisbane, State of Queensland

@MadFckingWitch We’re the country who believe the GFC never happened, that the ALP stimulus package was worthy of an austerity plan for the last decade and that the ALP NBN was a huge waste of money! Yep- saving lives and eliminating the CV is definitely a leftist ananda.

  • dgr_dgr Daniel Rose (@dgr_dgr) reported from Brisbane, State of Queensland

@AussieBecka @stufromoz I finally got through! Turns out it's an NBN issue. Technician booked for tomorrow morning!

  • damienpbuckley Damien Buckley (@damienpbuckley) reported from Brisbane, State of Queensland

@jdaalder I’ve been seeing this weirdness too. Slow or no loading on wifi - so Telstra over NBN HFC. Turn off wifi - kick to Telstra 4G, all good…

  • damienpbuckley Damien Illegal Dinner Party Buckley (@damienpbuckley) reported from Brisbane, State of Queensland

@YaThinkN Also wondering how much of Scummo’s obsession with having kids at school is abject terror of the population at large learning just how bad the NBN is going to be under load

  • heykitarei 🌈 🎀 𝕜𝕚𝕥𝕒𝕣𝕖𝕚 (@heykitarei) reported from Brisbane, State of Queensland

My NBN is down and Vodafone won't pick up 😭. It's ******* Friday, this is not how I wanted to start my weekend.

  • JohnAFlood John Flood (@JohnAFlood) reported from Brisbane, State of Queensland

A friend of mine who teaches at Griffith has been told her NBN is down for 2 days. Teaching and research up the spout. Of all the idiotic decisions @TurnbullMalcom took, screwing up the deployment of Australia’s internet was one of the biggest. Truly awful

  • jerrybr15619298 Craig Acret (@jerrybr15619298) reported from Brisbane, State of Queensland

@NBN_Australia Think it’s more a Telstra issue as it’s been 15 days with the nbn devices on hold in their warehouse. Thanks for your reply though.

  • damienpbuckley Damien Buckley (@damienpbuckley) reported from Brisbane, State of Queensland

@JimRHoughton *******. It’s like the 70’s all over again. The only reason they’re putting nuclear forward as an option is because it will buy the coal industry another 10-15 years while they build a reactor. Then they’ll have to go renewables anyway. It’s the friggin NBN redux

  • damienpbuckley Damien Buckley 🇦🇺🇬🇧 (@damienpbuckley) reported from Brisbane, State of Queensland

Almost as shocked at this as how **** the NBN turned out to be #notshocked

  • Guesty22 Matt Guest (@Guesty22) reported from Brisbane, State of Queensland

Been working from home for weeks and today is the first connectivity issues I’ve had. WiFi has gone completely. Fair play to @Telstra @NBN_Australia they’re on the case!

  • dgr_dgr Daniel Rose (@dgr_dgr) reported from Brisbane, State of Queensland

1 hour 45 minutes in the queue (so far) to get through to @VodafoneAU NBN support. *sigh*

  • adibvun Tokyo (@adibvun) reported from Brisbane, State of Queensland

@NBN_Australia damn man, thought u were suppose to be stable and fast. Cost more but poor connection 😕

  • ValleyBrian We’re NOT “all in this together” (@ValleyBrian) reported from Brisbane, State of Queensland

@VodafoneAU I just wanted to cancel my Vodafone NBN service 😰😰. So far I’ve spent 1 hour 40 mins chatting to Vodafone staff (it’s impossible to call them during the pandemic). It was all agreed today. Tonight I get a bill indicating the service is not cancelled. WTF!!

  • damienpbuckley Damien Buckley (@damienpbuckley) reported from Brisbane, State of Queensland

@jdaalder No for weeks on and off. Twitter especially but certain websites. Tv streaming is fine which suggests this may be an NBN traffic priority issue

  • damienpbuckley Damien Illegal Dinner Party Buckley (@damienpbuckley) reported from Brisbane, State of Queensland

From $55 down to $19.99 on release, Turnbull’s memoir is depreciating faster than the NBN

  • JestaCat Paul M (@JestaCat) reported from Brisbane, State of Queensland

@Netflixhelps @92_saif @NetflixANZ And ... Definitely NOT using a VPN or proxy, and have not changed any settings anywhere between NBN and couch since last night. Help!

  • NBN_Australia nbn™ Australia (@NBN_Australia) reported

@AarontheEcolog telephone network and emergency services. While all NBN FTTC equipment has high-rated surge protection built in and has been tested to comply with all relevant electrical and safety standards, 3/4

  • blindidiotgod Dude McCool, still at home (@blindidiotgod) reported

"what kind of internet do you get here?" "oh, NBN, definitely NBN" moterufker that is not good enough. Your NBN might be wireless for all I god-damn know. Be better.

  • NBN_Australia nbn™ Australia (@NBN_Australia) reported

@Feralogic Hi Jeff, generally speaking nbn will never cold call. The best thing you can do is hang up and ignore them, 1/2

  • madigoldsmith Madi G 💕ANTIFA Body Repair Mgr (@madigoldsmith) reported

I need opinions. My nbn service has always been good & fast, anywhere I’ve lived. I’ve been lucky & happy. Lately, it’s been getting finicky. TPG emailed late on Christmas Eve (timing!) that service level would be *potentially* dropping, and I have three options to proceed. 1/3

  • randomradishes 🌏 #FederalICACNow Australia (@randomradishes) reported

@MichaelWestBiz At our place, the lead in cable (owned by the network) was damaged (not by us). We weren't allowed to repair it, but we had to pay them for repairing it. We were told, Or else... NBN isn't the only evil out there. And you don't have a choice. Welcome to a whole new world.

  • jaquix173 💧Jackie (@jaquix173) reported

@MichaelWestBiz I recently went to iiNet for NBN. (had used them and happy with their service - techie did TVs, PC etc ) Kept "landline" as had 3 new cordless handsets. Glad I did, far better, clearer calls. NBN seems OK, definitely faster. Drops out sometimes, just have to re-connect.

  • Brisbane4000 -... .-. .. ... -... .- -. . (@Brisbane4000) reported

@MichaelWestBiz Get it connected now because NBN pays. Doing it later means property owner pays. Call any ISP/RSP. Do not set up service with a contract. Do not want NBN, cancel after a month.

  • glenmore5 Noel Guillaume (@glenmore5) reported

TELSTRA -organised an NBN for Mon 4/1,then ring to cancel and change to Fri 8/1 - now have a msg advising that the appt is Jan 18th - WTF is going on TELSTRA !!!!!

  • sherridan59 Sherridan Barker (@sherridan59) reported

@NBN_Australia OMG you guys no wonder you have a bad name. The installer says one thing and your phone line something else. Possibly the WORST business in AUSTRALIA #badservice #useless #clueless

  • Feralogic Jeff Haddrick (@Feralogic) reported

@PerrettReport The funniest ones are the genuine NBN ones, they call introduce themselves and I say oh good, then they must get my location up on the screen and then they just hang up on me
