I observe the sending activity blue bar on top on screen and see this goes to sudden stop for moment then it send, indication of possible congestions, or nbn network (a new system network in australia) complications.

Still much furniture to be arranged/assembled, and we realised the bed was broken in the move so waiting for new parts from Ikea on the weekend, but we have an NBN connection now so it's all looking pretty good.

@JamesPinnell I never plugged mine in, it only ever had telemarketers, and now I’m on NBN, I’d need to buy a compatible handset, just to get called by telemarketers.

@NBN_Australia After years of delays my street was scheduled for March. I've never had Foxtel so mine got moved out to May, and then tonight whilst contractors are doing nightwork it moves out another year. I'm looking for an actual answer please.

@alexbhturnbull The NBN is sad rubbish unless you got it as FTTP but the fast rail is a great idea and I'd love to see it go ahead. Rail travel fast or slow is my first choice. The Southern Aurora was the way I always travelled from Syd/Mel/Syd .Should never have stopped it.

@Ballyurra @RandaltsRandal LTE suggest 4G failover and you’re not connected to the NBN. Login to your modem and peruse the WAN settings. True speed / service indicated in this area. 4G failover Worth having. Wi-fi on later tests exposes flaws in your wi-fi topology. Get a mesh system to improve.

@Aussie_BB outage start at 12:09pm 21-12-2021 ... qld 4055, ferny grove. Listed in my app, no updates from @NBN_Australia showing. Connection is live, but ping loss, and very little upload. NBN outage checker shows it for my street and sorrounding ones ive checked.

@adriancantrill @Aussie_BB A year ago, even if NBN were being their usual self and being glacially slow to action support issues, ABB could be depended on to be constantly providing updates, even if there was no movement, and hassling NBN to get outcomes. What you're experiencing here is concerning.

@Ballyurra We have the same issue. Speed dropped when nbn did work up the pole. The fault is at the pole I say - so far they have replaced modem twice and sent a guy. He had no ladder, checked our end and reterminated at the house. Won’t check the pole, still no good. No surprise

27th @Aussie_BB notify me of an area fault. @NBN_Australia status page says degradation. Neither company has provided any updates since then. I didn't expect much, but this is a new low in service.

@NBN_Australia is there any way you can actually give me any info? you are just using vague cust service responses. My ISP are saying they can't se any update either beyond it being logged. This level of pass the buck and crap service is really bad. Especially when people rely on connections.
