    @Optus and @NBN_Australia your network is shocking. I don’t think there’s been a day since Christmas that we’ve had a full day without network outage and connection dropping to the level where the internet just can’t be used. Seriously, just unacceptable for the price we pay. 😡

    @Telstra your customer service team is highly incapable, get rid of them. My new NBN order has been revised 4 times already without my input. And now the technician’s visit date has been changed without any notice. Are you guys interested in signing up new customers at all?

    Thoughts on switching to Aussie Broadband? Am with Telstra (on NBN) and the dropouts are ridiculous. Conscious it'll reuse a lot of the same infrastructure but even the customer service has to be better??!

    Both home and work internet collapsed this morning at 2am for some reason, weird NBN outage. But because I’m with @Aussie_BB I could easily diagnose connection states, NTD statuses, and perform a port reset on both 1600km away to get them working again without getting out of bed.

    @Optus Thanks. I have had several conversations and chats with customer service. I stopped reporting the issues, as it’s mainly nbn issues and it’s really frustrating. Paying $70 a month for the service you can hardly use is just outrageous. Text messages coming through advising outages

    @sunrisesister @hazelblackberry Oh yeah. You can probably drop down to a fairly cheap plan. I’m on unlimited, top speed NBN — but I use it. We Stream nearly everything in my house. Sometimes other half will be streaming Netflix in 4K in the media room while I’m streaming on my iPad.

    @paulbudde Paul, why does the Government's NBN even sell services that it knows better than the ISP it can't deliver? NBN will happily take and order and activate for 100/40 and charge full payment on the worst of FTTN. Who's at fault here, the network provider or the reseller?#auspol

    @Optus it’s been over a week since I moved from Telstra to Optus for my nbn and mobile and since day one haven’t had NBN after being told I nbn is active. This is not good enough I never had issues with my Telstra nbn. No one from Optus is responding to my case. Not happy
