    @iiNet …Aust’s best provider? Not likely. I switched from @iiNet over a year ago and EVERY mth been issued with an invoice - actually a credit note, that I can’t get paid to me. I tried numerous time to at least stop the invoice issuing. Rubbish service. And you ask me why left?

    Wow @iinet unable to get anywhere with phone support this happened. Customer: "Can you pass my enquiry to your admin area and so they can sort this out and get back to me". IINET Tech: I can but soneone may or may not contact you. I asked him to repeat it. Yep that's what he said

    @monicabridget21 Always dig deeper. It's the same as when you talk to a call centre, as I'm doing now, @iiNet, never admit any mistake or allow any deviation from process.

    Unf****ing believable! Have used @iiNet for years. Was me who set it up in joint names with spouse, me who's always done admin, trouble shooting, ph calls to iiNet and recommended them to others. Today phoned them and told not authorised. We are BOTH furious. #misogyny policy ?

    @iiNet No one takes responsibility, no one cares enough to really fix things. Departments don’t talk to each other. I’m about to seek internet elsewhere because this is pathetic.

    Update: @iiNet failed to give us a modem on time & lied about it being installed & when we will get it. I am not waiting till next week to have internet so now I have to fork out $$$ due to this incompetency. Either way, I'll make damn sure I'll be back online tonight.

    @iinet @NBN_Australia It seems everyone’s NBN is down in Broome, WA but no status update on your websites. Any ETA for a fix?
