    @iiNet I had someone come over to fix my constant dropouts on VDSL. The guy that came over change the connection type on my router from Dynamic IP to some PPPOE connection but never told anyone the details. So when it dropped out again, we weren't able to rectify the issue again.

    @iiNet Lol. Not playing this game again. How about you upgrade the VDSL node that you lied about doing 3 years ago? I can see the box down the street, its never been touched.

    @iiNet Constant dropouts and looking at other tweets looks im not the only one! To top it of more then a 1 hour wait for support. This is a joke! Support used to be so much better. Definitely considering switching providers.
