    @PetraAu @Boendy1 @iiNet They've had power issues, beyond their control. There is going to be an enquiry as to why so many power users have been off the grid for days.

    @MikeCarlton01 Well "Australia's best..." should have real time monitoring, emergency diesel backup generators, large portable aircons units, state of the art crisis mgmt plans etc etc. Not to mention some basic customer communications. Where's the CEO and exec team? In Hawaii? :-) @iiNet

    @iiNet Issues happen all the time, and cant be helped, but notification would be nice to know what is going on.

    @iiNet You're site says the Westnet/iinet email issue resolved, but I still can't log into the webmail for my main email account and have had no emails via my email client since Saturday!

    @Nemspy @iiNet When you’re in iso/ quarantine.. email is one of the few ways you can confirm orders/ contact people. This has now been an issue for DAYS .. this is not ok.
