CombatCat (@CryptoICTkat) reported@gReb3l @iiNet Mate, just get Starlink. I had issues with iiNet VDSL due to infrastructure issues outside my control, was only getting 2 - 5 Mbps when promised 70 Mbps. They refused to fix the issue and didn't want to reduce/refund bills even though weren't honouring their promise.

Graham Lauren (@cloudcitizen) reported@DodoAustralia’s desperate texts and emails nag it’s time to activate your SIM, when it hasn’t ******* sent them. It has now missed the boat. Ó Dubhaigan (@ek_loki) reported@iiNet Worst company I have ever dealt with. I’ve tried to update my phone number for 3 weeks before the bill came out. Log in requires a phone number and 2FA. I’ve never seen such incompetence from a department entitled “Technical Support”. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Julia Lawrinson (@julialawrinson) reported@iiNet I have done that. In short, I've been waiting five hours for a call back. Five. Hours. Where are your support people?

Bye Bi & GLTQIA Smoko (@annieljensen) reportedDo you know what grinds my gears? When you spend all day doing the work required to get to the bottom of a problem that should not be yours but the company decides it will be, & the 4th rep you’ve spoken to today says “I’m glad we’ve been able to resolve the issue”. .@iiNet 😡
