    @iiNet I CANNOT MAKE CALLS, SEND EMAILS OR USE THE INTERNET BECAUSE YOU CUT ME OFF A DAY EARLY. I NEED THE INTERNET TO BE ABLE TO ARRANGE FOOD TO KEEP EATING!!!! I ONLY HAVE A COUPLE OF HUMDRED DOLLARS FOR TBE NEXT QEEK THOUGH BUT NEED TO BE ABLE TO ARRANGE FOOD! PLS FIX

    @iiNet I called back again and the same thing has happened !!!! This is basic customer service 101 !!!! I am thinking it is time to start shopping around for new service

    Hi @iiNet, we just lost DSL connection at our St Kilda (3182) home about 10m ago, and your support line queue has blown out to an hour. Is there an outage we should be aware of?
