@iiNet Thanks Liz. Nadine called and confirmed the many drop outs, especially yesterday. I was informed that Someone from NBN will have to come out next week if iiNet can’t find an issue.

JFC, @iinet. My wifi is down AGAIN! You’re no advertisement for the digital age... 😠 4G is on and off too. I’ve had NO roaming data the last few times I’ve been out. And rarely here at home.

@dayswasteorg @iiNet FTTCurb uses only a very short run of copper to the premises from the fibre which runs down the street. It's a fancy VDSL in that short copper run. The reverse power is 60VDC @ 350mA. Power supplied by the NCD in the residence. If only one NCD, it supplies all 350mA.

@iiNet FFS, Waheed. You’re always telling me to step through this link. I know the contents of this link back to front. I know how to check it myself. I have studied computer science at university. This is why I didn’t want to have a conversation with you. JUST FIX IT.

Thanks @iinet for the Christmas present of saying my mailbox is full and I have to reduce it from 4gb to 1gb with no warning. Spoke to support and they said the directive came from mgmt. no callback as requested. Gmail and Hotmail give 15gb for free. Just lost a 20+ yr customer

@sass1ca @iiNet Only thing I can suggest you could always use your phone as a HOTSPOT, be careful how much data you use as your ISP will bill you for it obviously. We still pay when the system is down. Welcome to Marketing!!.
