    Previously @iiNet couldn’t do check because “internet connection wasn’t working and recommended resetting modem”… which is exactly what we have to do every 5-20 minutes. Gets so bad we look at each other & say “your turn to reset router”. @iiNet is useless. Next step @Starlink

    @iiNet how do I contact you when I’m outside of the country? I have a problem with the Internet at my house in Perth and my family can’t get through to your and they need my invoice, which can’t access to due to no sms.
