@iiNet How about now? Calling people has not helped. After 11 days since it was supposed to work I keep getting told service is not activated

  • MMareeslatter Maree Slatter (@MMareeslatter) reported

@belindasmilne @pauldutton1968 @iiNet They recently tried to take our 'spare' non electronic phone when servicing our line, I had to tell them that I need it for when the power goes out. It's sooooooooo bad.

  • Rockamummy Rocka (@Rockamummy) reported

@shaggy_steve @iiNet @Krusey_mate Yeah we did, having so many issues with everything running slow. Switched to Launtel a few months ago and I couldn't recommend them enough!

  • irreverentlaw Theirreverentlawyer (@irreverentlaw) reported

@iiNet I am online. My fetch activation key doesn't work. My internet is working. When I call your call centres I get told I am not online. Which is frustrating as that is now not the problem

  • MMareeslatter Maree Slatter (@MMareeslatter) reported

@iiNet We have tried everything. We are bereft. One week with no landline, no gig left and no mobile cover. It really is torture. Oh, and iinet calling us, asking what can we do? Give us more data, we beg. Sorry we can't help you you say. It's dangerous to be home alone here. 😭😭

@belindasmilne @iiNet I’m sick of receiving the same response when clearly something is wrong otherwise why would we need to continually ring for assistance. Professional service should be able to work out a hands on response would need to occur.

  • belindasmilne Belindasmilne (@belindasmilne) reported

@MMareeslatter @pauldutton1968 @iiNet If the power goes out and NBN router goes down, your old phone won’t work either unless you have a battery back up. Best to have a mobile phone on standby for emergencies

  • MMareeslatter Maree Slatter (@MMareeslatter) reported

@belindasmilne @pauldutton1968 @iiNet In our case, with the power out, the dish doesn't work and we have no mobile cover, but our old phone still does work. We don't have NBN in our area. We're on the road to nowhere.

I swapped from being a loyal @iiNet customer due to shitty "congestion" issues Thanks to @Krusey_mate I swapped to something that's a little more expensive. But it supports Australians and haven't had an issue since Have you ditched a **** ISP recently!?

Check out my Speedtest results! 0.7 Mbps down and 1.1 Mbps up. Another quality result from @iiNet
