    If you have a small business internet with static ip plan with any other Australian service provider other than @iinet or their associated companies then we would welcome your recommendations - of course they must be capable of responding to support requests in a timely manner.

    @iiNet your website says there is no issue with service for our postcode 3216, yet when we call your helpline there's an automated message saying there is a problem, it's been offline for over 24 hours now, any update?

    @iiNet To help, as above, @iiNet can reconnect our landline so new provider @Activ8Me can take it over. Listen to yr own recordings! You should have waited & transferred the line seamlessly. Your incompetance & unethical action causing huge distress

    @mcewenrobbie @Telstra @iinet have the best customer service. Whenever there is an issue it’s fixed quickly without hassle. Cant fault them after 7-8 years now.

    @iiNet my internet just keeps dropping out every 10min, rebooted the modem and NBN says everything is fine and so does your website but it’s not fine, can you help?

    @andy_mossman19 @iiNet @HumeJayk What is going on?? In 2022 when so many people are WFH, this is unacceptable and then for any compensation you want us to talk to someone! This should be auto adjusted for anyone in the area affected.. communicating would help!

    @iiNet I'm in Geelong. I know there's a fault. Things happen. I just don't understand how you've had an assessment completed and know what's needed to fix it but still no ETR. Is this 3-5 hours or 3-5 days?

    @yeppoon @iiNet @Telstra 2 minutes later, "maria" answered the phone and was able to inform me that the department i need to fix the issue, closed an hour ago... 1 hour after they put me on hold(been waiting 2+)... she was very helpful, giving me a direct number to ring in the morning, when they open.
