    @iiNet Thanks again... though the dropouts are back again. Have turned off connection box and modem for at least 60s... checked to see if it is a signal issue by staying close to the modem. No luck.

    @iiNet I received an sms on Friday saying that the issue would be resolved by the 06/04 and nothing after that.

    @iiNet it seems like there might be an undetected outage in the Caringbah area. Just got through a power cycle of our router and reset it. Still no internet connection despite a perfectly fine wifi signal.

    @iiNet having issues with my @NBN_Australia modem upstream lights flickering, and no internet. Brunswick West. Got hung up on when I called, and your online chat is useless.
