@iiNet No.. I just talked to 3 different departments and talked to RUDE guy in collections who i will be reporting for his Bad Attitude ans rude behavior. Ive been with u 16 years. You can go to hell im leaving your company and going to Telsta. Had enough of bloody overseas RUDE PEOPLE

@iiNet Hi, Any issues in Castle Hill NSW 2154 with NBN Phone? Our internet is working great/fast but the landline has stopped working. We've tested the line with 3 different handsets but there is no dial tone. Restarted both the NBN modem and router/phone box multiple times.

@iiNet I had to literally turn on to my phone plan to post this message. I have upward of 15 iinet/nbn people come our to ‘attempt’ to fix our connection which falls out 10 hours per day min. So we have no internet. Still paying @iinet monthly. Can someone help this disaster. Please.

Worst Service & Support EVER. 16 years with them. Im in Australia, **** sake keep ur bloody call centers in Australia. Sick of dealing with bad English speaking people who pass u round from 1 dept to another. DONT USE iiNET Uless you like get frustrated every time u call. @iiNet

Hi @Telstra I just received a robo call telling me my internet will be disconnected today to fix a problem ( I don’t have a problem). I’m an @iiNet customer with @NBN_Australia in Belconnen area Canberra. Could you pls advise ?
