@monicabridget21 Always dig deeper. It's the same as when you talk to a call centre, as I'm doing now, @iiNet, never admit any mistake or allow any deviation from process.

@iiNet Could not be more disappointed with your service. Regularly cuts out or struggles to keep up with demand. And we're not streaming 4k videos or playing hi-def games online. We can't even stream a bloody episode of Bluey without it pausing to buffer. They're 7 mins long!!

My @iiNet internet has been shaky/slow/useless for 8 weeks. 2MB upload this morning. Supervisor suggestion “you pay for a private technician to check it out”. Serious suggestion. You guys are an embarrassment #telstraindisguise

@iiNet. No surprise after having found my way round the call centres and found a manager in Oz to look at the service issues I've suffered, promised a call and nothing. Yes I know there was a lockdown in SA on Tuesday, but not surprised that @iiNet can't manage that either!

@iiNet the poor lady I'm on the phone with now has to get her supervisor to come to her desk to talk to me, because your rules don't allow her to transfer the call to the supervisors phone. I'm now on hold whilst her handset is sanitised! What a shambles you people are!

@iiNet …Aust’s best provider? Not likely. I switched from @iiNet over a year ago and EVERY mth been issued with an invoice - actually a credit note, that I can’t get paid to me. I tried numerous time to at least stop the invoice issuing. Rubbish service. And you ask me why left?

@iiNet Well @iiNet, whilst I've spent over an hour on the phone with you idiots, trying to persuade you your people can talk directly to my tenant to resolve this issue, he has been promised a call back by your faults department! What sort of Mickey Mouse operation are you running?
