@_Costley @iiNet Same here - 1 email has come through and nothing else for the missing time period. How about an update iiNet regards impact and if you’ll ever recover the lost emails from back up servers - if you have any. Surely you’d have a DSR site in case one goes down? ******* pedestrian.

@Navlakas @PhillipAdams_1 @iiNet Iinets customer service standards were binned when tpg came in.... the entire iinet customer service staff we all knew and loved had their heads held over chopping blocks while tpg decided who stayed and who went.... it was so not pretty watching their breakdowns under the stress

@bobthegeo @iiNet Back-to-back 43 and 44 are "not that unusual?" Loads of people are without power due to the strain on the grid and whatever other issues the heat causes. Remember also that people have to WORK in this to fix it. I'm not usually an apologist, but -sheesh- its email. It can wait

@iiNet Any idea when email service will returned? Are you able to advise what the problem is and are you activating your DR plans??

@faypirotta @iiNet Netspace, iiNet - down. Their website page is down as well. They’re blaming extreme weather in WA.

If @iiNet service is going to fail every time the temperature rises above 42 degrees then looks like it is time to find a new provider #iinet

  • ElPrezAU Nathan ***** 💉💉 (@ElPrezAU) reported

@iiNet Is this the reason for the "Login failed - Username or password is incorrect" error message on webmail?

  • _Costley Costley ⚽️❣️MUFC (@_Costley) reported

@iiNet It appears the service is working now, yet no update - but appears I have mail missing during the outage still any clarity on this @iiNet ?

  • nartazartaz natasha alexandra w (@nartazartaz) reported

@iiNet Just to add to that when I had iiNet for internet service it took 6 months and copious amounts of phone calls to cancel my account. It was the worst experience with a provider I have ever experienced in my life and I will never use you again.
