    Paying for 28mb download speed from @iiNet home service and getting 3mb and the service call people are polite enough but talk gibberish that a technician might understand but I do not. Anyone got simple ideas? I've rebooted the modem - all I know how to do, no help.

    got an emqil frm @iiNet a month ago saying 'notice how good ur service has been lately? pay a bit more to keep it that way' and i'm like yeah sure bend over and i'll give you a taste of your service

    @iiNet ticket 365275611. I accepted a retention offer to switch back to you from another ISP - still waiting for my speed upgrade. How much longer? Also, i note that in my ticket there are emails i never received.
