@iiNet Wonder if she could investigate why your customer services are so inept and you put in place processes and policies explicitly designed to annoy and frustrate your customers!

  • johnban81940041 John Banks (@johnban81940041) reported

@iiNet @HawthornFC I'm guessing his pitch time is probably the same as the amount of time I've spent on the phone to you trying to sort out broadband issues!

  • captainflux Tunic (@captainflux) reported

@iiNet The query was not about credit for downtime, it was about compensation for loss of income while I sat here like a ******** all morning, waiting for someone who was never coming.

@natasha_yann @NBN_Australia I commiserate. I haven’t had this same thing happen, but my nbn experience had my head about to explode. Eventually you’re likely to get redress via the ombudsman but that doesn’t help your pocket or mind right now. I hope @iiNet fix this promptly.

  • wupdater Ropeable (@wupdater) reported

Speedtest results... 30.0 Mbps down and 0.2 Mbps up. Any other @iiNet customers in #SEQ with same issue? #internetdown #InternetOutage

  • viraljetani Veeral Jetani 👨🏻‍💻📸🎥 (@viraljetani) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

@iiNet internet dropped and not connecting anymore. Any issues with NBN network at Harris Park NSW?

  • johnban81940041 John Banks (@johnban81940041) reported

@iiNet. No surprise after having found my way round the call centres and found a manager in Oz to look at the service issues I've suffered, promised a call and nothing. Yes I know there was a lockdown in SA on Tuesday, but not surprised that @iiNet can't manage that either!

  • Chewiesbr0 Chewiesbro (@Chewiesbr0) reported

@iiNet just got the text saying there’s an outage in Wembley, WA. Did the check on NBN site, “unplanned outage & investigating, for more information contact your service provider”

  • johnban81940041 John Banks (@johnban81940041) reported

@iiNet Feels like I've been on the phone with you Muppets for that long trying to sort out a simple issue. I'm not over it either!

  • natasha_yann Natasha yann 🏜🚐 (@natasha_yann) reported

@Chopsie_Murphy @NBN_Australia @iiNet It’s incredible that someone inside NBN has the ability to shut someone’s internet down without confirming whether it’s the right one. In this day and age of dual authentication NBN do nothing and then avoid scrutiny via inbuilt opaqueness. ZERO ISO9001 quality processes.
