@iinet. First of all these employee evaluations masked as "feedback" surveys adopted by your company are unethical and immorral and are based on bad science which will only output unreliable data because most customers are complete *** holes...

  • Cipher_Menial Country Minusory (@Cipher_Menial) reported

@iiNet Hi, your spam filtering is not correctly obeyin SPF checks. We had an issue with a 3rd party we had in our SPF record and emails to iiNet addresses were being blocked. Our SPF record is marked with soft fail and your servers are hard failing it.

  • suzannelolsenau Suzanne Olsen (@suzannelolsenau) reported

@iiNet internet seems to be slow here in ballarat. Also experiencing geolocation issues which causes everything to be out of whack.

  • weezmgk Comrade Weez (@weezmgk) reported

@iiNet Faulty NBN service blows up every time there's a thunderstorm & the fragile equipment is MY problem? If every other piece of electronics in my house failed with every thunderstorm, that would be reasonable. It's not reasonable.

  • AnthonyRees Anthony Rees (@AnthonyRees) reported from Melbourne, State of Victoria

@Telstra sent me an NBN connection device. It has all the wrong connections. So I called their customer support. The automated service sent me a txt message and hung up. Time to call @iiNet

  • Casablanca Phil Whitehouse (@Casablanca) reported

@iiNet Seems to be a bit better now…117mbps down, 31mbps up. Guessing you’re cutting over to the new service already. Will monitor and let you know if things don’t improve.

  • weezmgk Comrade Weez (@weezmgk) reported

Damn right it's 'consequential' to a disabled pensioner. $50 out of pocket for limpalong 11mbps replacement service is about a week's grocery spend. Not happy @NBN_Australia @iiNet

  • maystation4 Steve May (@maystation4) reported

@iiNet Why? What’s the point. I’m still awaiting a call back that I was tons would be in a half hour. This is unacceptable. I have been a customer for over a decade.
