    @iiNet your online chat is diabolical. Ive emailed several times to cancel my email annual service as thats all i have left and keep getting relentles calls to pay it. I DONT WANT IT.

  • TheDrunkenGnome Voidrei (@TheDrunkenGnome) reported

    I think my router is dying. I'm getting disconnected constantly, but the @iiNet status page indicates no issues. It's been happening for a while, but it's getting worse, I've been disconnected 4 times in the last hour now

    @iiNet @Gervo1865 Wouldn't bank on it mate. After a litany of **** ups, lies, etc, I was assured a senior manager (albeit in customer relations), Shane, would call by 5pm today. Suffice to say nothing!

    @iiNet Godot. The only thing we dont have to wait for is the automatic billing for the service we dont recieve. Genuis business mode. Guessing this will be placed on the pile of complaints you recieve – hope you have a ladder.” Sorry, but of a long one that.

    @NBN_Australia Congratulations. Your status says, your conducting planned maintenance until 6am, but no interruptions will be experienced. FAIL. Our broadband is out completely and I’ve work to do. Good on ya. Oh and thanks for the prior warning. @iiNet Another LNP govt fail.

  • Zommbierabbit Steve Hegarty (@Zommbierabbit) reported

    @redruby17 @iiNet I only use them if I'm away from home. Out in the bush etc. and then I just buy a recharge from Coles to last a month. $20. When I was having the same problem your having now it was a great help. No good for watching netflix etc but great for just searching the net emails etc.

    @rogery @iiNet @Telstra You poor man!

  • johnban81940041 John Banks (@johnban81940041) reported

    @iiNet Jolly good, so the solution is to sit and wait until someone at @iinet can be bothered to pick up the phone. In the meantime who knows if they are doing anything. Experience suggests they aren't. Damn, why didn't I think of that?

    So I was told by Leslie from @iinet last year that my shitty broadband speeds will be improved by the 'ongoing project rollout of refreshed VDSL equipment' which I have since discovered is absolute BS. I can find no evidence of a network upgrade. What is @iiNet's response?
