    @iiNet no longer has Australian call centres. @iiNet doesn’t have a retention team …doesn’t provide ETA for faults …isn’t actually caring about issues.

    @MediaPost @iiNet Time for the IINet CEO to face the public and explain this atrocious service. Being without emails since Christmas Day and no official word of when it will be resolved is totally unacceptable ! @iiNet

    @Nemspy @iiNet When you’re in iso/ quarantine.. email is one of the few ways you can confirm orders/ contact people. This has now been an issue for DAYS .. this is not ok.

    @iiNet Why is it that telecom companies have the worst comms? @iinet, you need to keep customers updated hourly in an outage, not once in two days. Comms now happens 24/7, and your customers rely on it. That’s why they pay you.

    @iiNet Can you please advise the actual fault, estimated time for restoration, and an explanation for the slow response. My email has been down for 4 days now.

    @iinet we’ve been with you over 19 years, and you can’t even tell us what’s happening? No apologies? No credit offer? I want better service than this.
