@iiNet It’s about time you put out an official communication about the outage. If you did this 24 hours ago your customers wouldn’t be so irate. However, waiting a day before saying anything only opens you up to a flood of complaints to the TIO.

@MikeCarlton01 @iiNet If it's so easy to fix email , why not get down there and show them how it's done. anyone at @iiNet for a remote access link for Mike so he can fix it.

@iiNet Your total lack of information for over 24 hrs is what is unforgivable and will be losing you many thousands of customers and possibly include legal action from business clients. Your apology with no fix yet and no timeline for rectification is beyond acceptable for any business.

Hey @iiNet, call me old fashioned, but with an outage of a day+, I would have had a team on here answering tweets and being responsive to everyone who can't get on to their email service. It's about to mess me up big time and I'm not very happy about it.

@iiNet Please explain why you are reliant on a single geographic location with seemingly no BCP or other back up? 3 days now. No ETA on service restoration and no communication #iinet #iinetisdown
