    @twistieman @iiNet Finally got one out. Took them two visits over a week or two but it seems now that they have actually fixed the problem.

    @iiNet Getting transferred yet again. What happened to you? Know TPG are the overlords, but paid extra for customer service which is non existent now! You were ready to disconnect another customer from a wrong address; seriously bad! Hey @Telstra long term customer here, wanna help out?

    Well my internet is in a bad state. Large amounts of packet loss and very low throughput. Clearly an upstream issue from debugging but all @iiNet wanted to do is ask for some trace routes because “NBN needs us to prove it is their fault”. 😒

    @iiNet is there an outage in Gregory Hills NSW? My net suddenly stopped working 20 mins ago and still hasn't come back. Got red lights on the modem. I got to work from home and this isn't helping 😭
