    @Haydztweets @Jacko_GFreak @Telstra @Optus @iiNet Well no, some POIs have a higher capacity then others and it comes down to if they can actually support the speeds. If you're on a POI that is at almost capacity then the chances of getting higher speeds are limited, which is why people hit that 7pm slowdown.

    @iiNet No 1 in customer service... Have waited at home for half a day for a scheduled technician to show up and fix internet that has been down for two weeks!!! Still no technician. No information from you. One hour waiting time on phone. Seriously...

    @jtparker72 @iiNet @TPG_Telecom Not with @iiNet by choice, sticking with their own FttN network in Canberra (Transact) for various reasons. But #NBN and alternate RSP is also a possible and if they don't take it seriously and increase performance, tiers, and customer service I'm looking for an alternative.

    @alexonline888 It's disappointing @iinet are capping bandwidth up and down and moving away from an open bandwidth model. I'm still getting 40 down despite the advertising, smarter ways to ensure network resources are fair and efficient IMO.

    It pains me so to hook up a new aerial copper lead-in for the @NBN_Australia "NBN" - but as they say, know your enemy. The other leadin is part of the iiNet Transact, which is a FttN parallel network. It has taken at least three techs and 2 weeks for this basic task...

    @iiNet we have been having serious issues for near on 3 months. We’ve spent literally hours on the phone, multiple emails, technicians and still we do not have reliable internet. It’s clear it’s a modem issue but we cannot get it replaced. This is my last try at resolving this.

    @iiNet internet has been off most of the morning. Request a call back at 0929. iiNet Calls back at 0958. Staff member hangs up. I request call back again at 0959 and still waiting. No internet. Business not able to function. This has been 2 weeks of poor service.

    @NBN_Australia Was an iiNet issue. Restarted all the things and then when I finally called iiNet OF COURSE it started working.

    @iiNet Thank you for the reply, I've recycled modem a number of times this evening to try to get WiFi back on its now 2am and still not working. It's obviously hardware issue that I need fixed as working from home, thank you.

    @iiNet I asked for a call back but didn't received any call. There was no resolution given. Just told charges are for admin fee. But it was never communicated to me at first place.

    @iiNet It is very disappointing that iiNet deducts $10 fee on disconnecting the service. No one informs when you place a disconnection request and nothing is mentioned in the form as well.#disappointed #unethical #misguided #noterms #cheating
