    @Haydztweets @Jacko_GFreak @Telstra @Optus @iiNet Well no, some POIs have a higher capacity then others and it comes down to if they can actually support the speeds. If you're on a POI that is at almost capacity then the chances of getting higher speeds are limited, which is why people hit that 7pm slowdown.

    @iiNet I’m a second year subscriber , I hear and I am mortified that you advertise on Sky news after dark ( I never watch Murdoch media if possible ) . A channel that supports child abusers ! Can you please reconsider your advertising $

    .@iiNet asking someone to confirm their identity by sending a photo of their licence via email is tone deaf in the days following the @Optus hack. No lessons learned regarding protecting customer data

    @iiNet One more quick question. Does iinet support mobile internet devices such as the ipad? I couldn’t find any mention of it on the website. Thanks

  • lovinglife0066 lovin' life (@lovinglife0066) reported

    @iiNet hi iinet. Our internet has been down for over 12 hours. No issues with the modem or nbn box. Just no internet access. Postcode 2088. When will it be fixed?

  • twistieman Tristan Davey (@twistieman) reported

    @iiNet So what you’re saying is you provide no way for me to be proactively informed about a planned outage, on an essential service you provide? I understand @NBN_Australia not having a notification system, but c’mon, @iiNet, you’re a retail services provider.

  • eirlys_enfys Eirlys (@eirlys_enfys) reported

    @iiNet I only ask because I have received an email from someone reporting to be netspeed saying it's going to be shut down in the ACT then telling me to switch to the NBN through Aussie web or something like that designed to freak people out just thought you should know

  • steedencentral Parra Bandwagon (@steedencentral) reported

    @iiNet hi - I’ve got an old Fetch TV box that I have never used. Is there a way to return it?

  • MCTrittym Tristan (@MCTrittym) reported

    @blakeandthepork @iiNet Look into Launtel. I’m pretty sure they are in Canberra. The best customer service I have ever had. And you can even pause your service by day, if you are going somewhere and you won’t be home.

  • aussie_eevee AussieEevee (@aussie_eevee) reported

    Does @iiNet have any plans to support esims? Looking to switch providers after the Optus data breach.

  • olihughes24 oli (@olihughes24) reported

    @iiNet @Scottles28 Down in 3122

  • anthonyspiteri anthonyspiteri.net (@anthonyspiteri) reported

    Very interesting that one of the biggest Internet Service Providers here in Australia @iiNet is putting UP broadband prices for their plans. Blaming @NBN_Australia ... generally speaking in the price vs value vs speed battle it's usually speed and value that go up.
