-
luke halden (@lettermania) reported from Westfield, State of Western Australia
@Telstra when it has been over a week that elderly customers can't get online or have a home phone #nbn but support tells them to do the same thing and expect different results #insanity
-
Ian Olson (@ianpolson) reported from Westfield, State of Western Australia
@Telstra 4/ when you have dismantled and dismembered any semblance of cohesive customer support in the name of cost. Revenue shrinkage will surely follow thus rendering your cost reduction ambitions a fools errand. I’m a shareholder and as a customer but likely neither for much longer...
-
Peter Davidson 🇦🇺 (@petedavo_au) reported from Westfield, State of Western Australia
@NewtonMark I'd wager that the Telstra Gen 2 smart modem is probably the direct cause of network congestion. Nice touch though to hide NBN disconnections with a fallover to 4G

Tony Ilian (@tonytau101) reported from Westfield, State of Western Australia
@cheryl_kernot @Senator_Patrick Cherry is correct. I was made redundant by @Telstra. Most if not all of the operation is now based either in India or the Philippines. This outsourcing would never have happened under Govt ownership. TI #sayNo
-
Ian Olson (@ianpolson) reported from Westfield, State of Western Australia
@Telstra 2/ Tim, your business has systematically gone about dismantling any intelligent and capable customer support/service capability over the past 10+ years so my beef isn’t with the poor souls in your call centers who scroll through scripts to try and resolve issues...
-
Glen Foreman (@glen_foreman) reported from Westfield, State of Western Australia
@TheSportsFreak @SevenPerth @AFL @Foxtel Have a soul, so VIC thing no issue 😉 Kids + my own sport in an hour, rules out pub. Unfortunately not a @Telstra customer for the same reason I had to ditch @Foxtel (💲💲). And love @abcgrandstand coverage, but nothing beats pictures. Your point is valid tho: 1st world problem

🎃 Mushing Watermelon🍉 (@Birdman196007) reported from Westfield, State of Western Australia
So please call 61177160 rather than our normal 94125700, until Telstra corrects the problem at an unknown time in the future. Please share as we are worried that emergency patients particularly may suffer if owners and vets cannot contact us after hours.

castiblanco_l@yahoo.es (@castiblancolya1) reported from Westfield, State of Western Australia
It’s ridiculous that a company like #Telstra does what it likes with the users and there is no entity that regulate them, Telstra charges its fees in #Australia but operates from overseas with people who don’t care about the service and doesn’t even know what they are talking ab.
-
Father Chris (@FrChrisBedding) reported from Westfield, State of Western Australia
So now @Telstra has cut off the landline, without being asked. So so can’t port the number to iiNet. So I call Telstra. But it’s a business number, and the business team don’t work on weekends. So I ask to speak to someone ANYONE who can help.
-
Patricia Rutherford (@TrishKurralinga) reported from Westfield, State of Western Australia
@JohnnyLydon @davrosz @Biggy1883 Geez that was the issue that frustrsted the hell out of Conroy. Telstra's lousy unmaintained pits & copper! 6. Years. Ago!!!
-
Father Chris (@FrChrisBedding) reported from Westfield, State of Western Australia
The gentleman suggested Complaints. So I asked to be put through. But Complaints is not open on the weekend. I asked if there was anyone in the whole organisation who could help me. He said no. I thanked him for clarifying why we are leaving @Telstra
-
Dale (@TheDaleJT) reported from Westfield, State of Western Australia
@Telstra Well good thing I didn’t hold my breathe. Was told I’d get a call back from complaints officer. Been a week received received an email for feedback on the “outcome of my recently resolved complaint”. Yet another “promise” this joke of a company can’t keep. Asshats.

Gav (@yGrael) reported from Westfield, State of Western Australia
@deemadigan @TaodeHaas @Telstra @Telstra are the single worse company this country has produced. As far as I'm in they woud need to pay me,4 the rest of my days, to have an account with them again. For pain & suffering and time spent on fruitless calls to fix fk ups. 🖕#FuckYouTelstra🖕
-
Patricia Rutherford (@TrishKurralinga) reported from Westfield, State of Western Australia
@MurraySmythe They will investigate if >4 nuisance calls from the same number. Problem the fraudsters use lots of different numbers, even no number coming up as 'call overseas" or 'private' blocking identity. #Telstra & #Govt should have laws about unsolicited calls. Proving is problem for us
-
Patricia Rutherford (@TrishKurralinga) reported from Westfield, State of Western Australia
@mormorlady @rubin_angela I had one claim to be from Telstra. I asked for a reference number, which I wrote down (has lots of r for rats in it) then I asked for her supervisors telephone number, & she hung up. Deducted she was a fraud. Normally I just don't bother with time wasters.Tell them FO & hang up.
-
Ian Olson (@ianpolson) reported from Westfield, State of Western Australia
@Telstra Hi Tim. 1/ The team advised (after 4 days of bouncing between different departments) that the problem would be solved in another 24-48 hours but they didn’t want to “set unreasonably high expectations” and would “be in touch”...
-
Jason Keegan (@JasonKeegan1973) reported from Westfield, State of Western Australia
Gotta love Telstra using a song off the mighty Megadeth's 1st album for one of their ads! About time there was some decent music on tv compared to the utter shit that is usually brought out these days. #metalkicksass
-
Matty H, Aussie By Birth, Kansas City by Brainwash (@RavenGypsyMask) reported from Westfield, State of Western Australia
Telstra TV, or get your ass to a venue near you, if I can you can. Like me show your support for all netball organisations and the sport in general, let's get the support for this game that it deserves, let's get the funding for this game that it deserves. IN FACT LET'S GET
-
Ian Olson (@ianpolson) reported from Westfield, State of Western Australia
@Telstra 3/ Tim, these actions by @Telstra management in trying to reduce costs have rendered your business incapable of efficiently dealing with even basic customer service or technical queries. Your attempts to innovate using “automation” are of little consequence.
-
Ben White (@1800weevil) reported from Westfield, State of Western Australia
@buerckner_robyn @DrJewmelon @KondininGroup No just on the Telstra network - but the antenna test results we gathered should be identical. Will check with Powertec as to an ETA on the Optus GO unit.

Judith James (@judithajames11) reported
@Telstra Same problem -slow speed and blue light on the back of modem- not green. Speed was back for less than 24hours. Fibre to the node means in my opinion too many connected to the node so speed slows. This has been happening for months now.
-
Digital Dame (@thelotuspond08) reported
@Telstra Because the borders are shut and there are no international tourists calling home any more. You are losing billions! Poor Telstra.....
-
Case Lee (@casekamin) reported
@Telstra Ash we’re so beyond just needing help now. I want a response to each lie we’ve been told and compensation for the time, missed work, missed deliveries and aggravation and inconvenience. We need a senior complaint manager to pick this up and do a full investigation and response.
-
Dave Wood (@75b0ce8567df4cd) reported
@Telstra Funny how I am still waiting for help from your so-called help **** app!!! 6 months now and not one damn thing fixed or resolved!

@AusHCFJ So, we're going from bad to worse? 🙄 Telstra has the worst operational and customer service in Australia.
-
Anthea Taylor (@AntheaTaylor) reported
@Telstra And in one response from the Telstra app person yesterday one bar is acceptable (refer to photo below. One bar is definitely not acceptable. It’s barely a pulse! Given that it is both phone & wifi modem it’s a network issue.
-
Keegan Nye (@keegannye) reported
@Telstra Hey ash it's when you Goto the store and log in to view it is when it just gets stuck on the load screen... The evil loading circle. I've tried chrome desktop, brave desktop Firefox desktop and chrome android none seem to work. No errors just loading screen of doom

Adelaide (@Adelaide9876) reported
@andy_penn Telstra will outsource all service roles from PH to these countries
-
Richard Collins (@colliric) reported
@pwafork .... Problem is that Car companies have simply not followed through quick enough with Electric Cars. When they do you won't be able to get Petrol cars anymore. Just as you currently find it hard to locate a Telstra Payphone, can't get a new typewriter or CRT.
-
Mikey B (@Its_MB) reported
@Telstra Thank you for the recommendation. That "solution" would then mean I wouldn't get the actual important emergency calls or messages.
