3 days of being *********** by Telstra. Being honest with the customer doesn’t require any technology. Stop saying sorry ... you are clearly not.

@Qldaah @Telstra David, if have nbn connection then Telstra only service provider. nbn co own & maintain network. Telstra technical support can investigate but if underlying issue is network, nbn co responsible. If nbn co state 'no fault found', then service provider no power coerce nbn action

@Telstra Years ago but I’ll do it again. Meanwhile, my 83yo father has no mobile phone contact and no landline as his home was destroyed. This is a rather urgent issue.

@DuhigLisa @NBN_Australia @Telstra I actually love having the business run from hone. Been doing it for years and have a dedicated office. Constant issues with the NBN though really hurt and you are powerless to do anything. Into day 2 of no work, about to head to Telstra.

@duellsy @Telstra Randomly was on the Telstra website today and realised how poor value their plans have become. For a couple of years they were quite competitive but now that they know their 5G coverage is so much better than the rest they are absolutely squeeezing it out of people.

@AusIndiMedia @rossleighAIMN These unsolicited messages from idiots fall into the malicious calls category. Much the same as the Dreaded NBN calls saying we are going to disconnect your internet in 24 hrs . Let Telstra ( or other service providers) know that we consider these calls/txts malicious.
