    @Telstra I'm absolutely at my wits end. I have contacted Telstra back in December to cancel my home phone as we have moved and STILL I'm being billed for it. No way 2 cancel!! It's disgraceful & a scam! I want this sorted out! I will not sit on another 1.5 hour call to sort it.

    @Telstra What do you recommend for my internet that's not working? I'm in 2259 (Tuggerah) and connects but nothing is loading? I've restarted the modem a few times and no luck. Using up the data on my phone very quick.

    @Telstra I have an incident number INC13781033. The issue requires a visit from one of your technicians apparently. Your colleagues on the message service said they’d booked one today (16th March). I asked them to confirm twice. They did. Took half a day off work. No technician.

    @Telstra No customer service. Near impossible to contact. I have tried now on multiple occasions to cancel our home line as we moved. I've eventually spoke to someone who assured me it was finally sorted. Only 2 get ANOTHER bill for the home line. Pathetic!

    Well @Telstra through direct messaging are not going to help my brother, it seems I need to talk to him about being authorised on his account. I pointed out I don’t live close to him and again reinforced that his phone is cut off I cannot speak to him @MRowlandMP

    @Simonvw Just visited different Telstra store. Excellent customer service. Chalk and cheese. I learnt that one is a franchise the other is a company owned store. Explains everything.

    @Telstra I’ve tried sorting another issue today with Telstra TV. Spend most of it explaining that Apple TV plus is a streaming service like netflix. All I need is for someone to look up an error code but I’m told I have to go to a Telstra shop if I want help. Not that great.

    Why are there never any notes on your system? No follow up, all on the customer to waste hours to sort out. @telstra messaging app loads like once a day, I have uploaded photos, details etc and still they have no idea

    @Telstra Hi - I’ve checked this out and has an outage listed from last week and no end time. Original end time was 8pm but now there’s nothing listed in the app and the phone still isn’t working :(

    Any thoughts here, I'm flumoxed. Evaluating @Telstra 5G mobile hotspot (Android), due to poor NBN. Phone tested to 156Mbps (up to 300Mbps, 10 x NBN) Yet Ookla speedtest says 35Mbps, Steam downloads maxed at 35Mbps, same as my NBN. Correct network, 5Ghz set etc. Ideas?

    @Telstra Issue is at your end....reset phone multiple times! Your system won't recognise I left the country. Reset at your end & escalated twice....new high up team haven't been in touch

    @Telstra your new international roaming service for pre-paid is absolutely terrible! Landed in LA, finally got MyTelstra app to work, paid funds, no connection. 2 hrs trying to sort out through app & calls! 2 escalations & no resolution or further contact...very unimpressed!!
