The nbn and internet situation in Australia is bad enough, but this whole situation has seriously stopped me ever, ever signing up with @Telstra again, and will adamantly be advising friends and family of the same. Never have I experienced such a lack of basic caring from staff.

@Telstra This was the first thing I checked. No mention hours ago of an outage, no mention now. We’ve rebooted our modem/router 3 times to no avail. I’m now using my limited mobile data to do anything.

@AO3_Status I was having issues most of the afternoon. Everything else loads except AO3. I'm with Amaysim, using the Optus network. I'm home now and using Telstra wifi with no issues.

@Kynes3 Pascal, I said 3 mths back I sorted my HFC problems by bypassed the crap house 30 yo. Cu wiring. Got 95 Mbps. Now it's all turned to shit. Saw a Telstra technician looking into the pit across the road yesterday. Might as well have been looking up a bull's hole.

@ItsImogenGreene My issues with Telstra never resolve, I was upsold and upsold some more, messed around and ripped off incredibly and even now they send me mail addressed to the wrong name. I'm with boost now, I believe they run on telstra towers so the rural coverage is still ok. Cheap n easy
