    @Telstra I spoke with you via the chat link you provided and a resolution was not clear as you simply stated attempted delivery yesterday, over six days after I ordered it, unsuccessful and you failed to provide me with a delivery barcode to collect it from the post office, hence, I hope.

    If ticket prices are an issue, find someone with a Telstra account and get them to log in and go to the THANKS section to order yourselves cheap tickets. $20 + $5 booking fee. You can then log into Ticketmaster , buy the tickets yourself in whatever Ticketmaster account you want.

    @Telstra your faulty website charged me twice for a re-charge - though both times I got an error message saying the charge hadn't gone through as the website was down. It was late at night, overseas and your agent was thoroughly unhelpful. SR 1-1813989970076. Pls resolve ASAP!

    @lmbva @FatherBob @Telstra are hemorrhaging customers. Make an issue out of it with customer service, say you'll walk. *Poof* - a $15 credit to your next bill. I gave it to them about this years ago and despite semi-regularly forgetting to pay on time have never seen a late fee since.

    I assure her that I gave them the information they required. After she checked my account she confirmed there were no notes or notifications provided to @Telstra that @NBN_Australia closed/disconnected my service with them. Then I asked what is happening with my complaint.
