    @Telstra Yes but I'm not getting anywhere. We have gone through numerous troubleshooting with no success. I have requested a Technician and was offered a few Timeslots, I chose one earlier today but it now looks as though it has not been reserved for me. I just want the issue fixed.

    @Telstra your customer service is an absolute debacle. I have been trying to resolve my Internet issues since Monday and now when I ring the 1800 number as advised I receive a msg that takes me to a link for the My Telstra app that I have already attempted with no success!!!

    I moved into #Telstra 7 days ago and I promise you their nbn is the worst. Speeds of 7 mbps is just unheard of. Piece of advice to anyone planning to join Telstra DON’T

    @Qldaah @Telstra David, if have nbn connection then Telstra only service provider. nbn co own & maintain network. Telstra technical support can investigate but if underlying issue is network, nbn co responsible. If nbn co state 'no fault found', then service provider no power coerce nbn action

    Telstra bigpond mail keeps timing out. Very frustrating and poor service. No response from Telstra just messaging and no reply or help. Telstra is the only service we can use in rural parts of Australia. Why has the Government not acted or fixed this problem.

    @telstra It stinks doesnt it. When I have been a customer for over 30 to 40 years regularly paying my Bills Before the date due and the time I am 2 days late I get a $15.00 fine. Thats loyality for you. Thankyou Telstra.

    Further to my Telstra problem. 1.5 hours trying every means possible to contact an actual person. Gave up and rang a store. Explained my problem was told by that Telstra can be contacted and all it needed was a little perseverance. So it's me! Now I can stop worrying. Harrah!
