@Qldaah @Telstra David, if have nbn connection then Telstra only service provider. nbn co own & maintain network. Telstra technical support can investigate but if underlying issue is network, nbn co responsible. If nbn co state 'no fault found', then service provider no power coerce nbn action

@DuhigLisa @NBN_Australia @Telstra I actually love having the business run from hone. Been doing it for years and have a dedicated office. Constant issues with the NBN though really hurt and you are powerless to do anything. Into day 2 of no work, about to head to Telstra.

@Telstra I spent quite some time on a Telstra chat line a few days ago, discovering this. While it did not even have the function of saving the chat (basic! a service) I did actually copy the whole convo into a document. I’m on the road today but only too happy to explore this with you.

@telstra WHY can we not speak to an actual person in billing anymore? Forced to use the messaging system for 'efficiency' and having to follow up over and over for more billing overcharge credits I was advised would be applied - Customer Service - NOT! Your system is broken.

@Telstra Well, you don’t give the service I pay for, using the pandemic as an excuse. What more do you truly expect? If you won’t fix it, I’ll give you something to fix. Then the inherent problem will inevitably be solved, as you have to make repairs to fix it. Simple. Fix it or I will!
