    @Telstra - after being told I would only wait 6 mins, ended up waiting for an hour and someone answered and just hung up on me. Thanks for that. The recurring voice mail advice of going to Telstra/fix is pointless when the issue is my internet connection.

    @JulianBurnside @MrPhillipJHall1 So, so frustrating. Live in Kyneton, Victoria. Service is abysmal. Spent time hanging on phone to register my complaint re no service and repeated drop outs … solution: concession for one year on 2 mobile phones @ $10 each per month. Telstra still ahead!!

    @Telstra Wanting to enable Visual Voicemail by activating your MessageBank Plus service, I visited the Hornsby Telstra Store yesterday only to be told by a baffled employee that there’s no such thing as MessageBank Plus and that I need to get Apple to do it.
