    @Telstra - after being told I would only wait 6 mins, ended up waiting for an hour and someone answered and just hung up on me. Thanks for that. The recurring voice mail advice of going to Telstra/fix is pointless when the issue is my internet connection.

    @woopdedoo652 @Telstra can you get someone who isn’t a robot to help the Unicorn out. Unicorn had a hailstorm destroy her fixed wireless. I don’t think doing a modem reboot is going to fix it ey.

    @Telstra Telstra has to be one of the most useless companies. Business customer support is appalling. All support staff are offshore and have no idea what they are doing. Customer service by these foreign owned companies is non existent. I wonder if Black Rock and Vanguard own shares..🤔

    @Telstra I'm not going to have the same conversation I have had with your techs every second day, for years. Your wifi service is crap and so is the NBN - end of story. You've got no intention of fixing it. The system's held together with sticky tape. Let's not play games, #Telstra .

    In 30 years of privatisation in Australia, there has not been a single case where the public would not have been at least as well off if the asset had remained in public ownership. Some like, CSL, Telstra and Commonwealth bank were spectacularly bad decisions.

    @Telstra Good customer service would involve your seeking a solution. I don’t see it as a tech support issue. But even if it was, they would answer you more quickly.
