@Telstra - after being told I would only wait 6 mins, ended up waiting for an hour and someone answered and just hung up on me. Thanks for that. The recurring voice mail advice of going to Telstra/fix is pointless when the issue is my internet connection.

The Telstra service in Northam is appalling. For a town with so many businesses and residents, I don’t know how they operate like this 🙄

I worked for Telstra for 40 years and I really really tried hard and worked my arse off to help my customers (laugh if you must)... but f#ck me they love to piss their customers off! I SWEAR the people who design these systems & processes never actually use them. Maddening! 😡

Since the Telstra app has updated over iPhone on October 5 it has loading issues where it takes a long time to update across the app and open it properly for the app to be used.

@Sandra_Sully The onus is squarely on Telstra. Ms Sully having to do it publicly after 7 months to rectify the issue, highlights the NBN issues a lot of Aussies face. Sadly.

I was going to post a picture here of the CHEQUE @Telstra sent me for an overpayment of $25.16 🙄 , you know, for people who’ve never seen one before, but realised to blank out all the info was too much work.

Telstra are only coming out to stand up for Optus because they know their infrastructure is as equally rickety and vulnerable. They don’t criticism of **** security practices to be normalised.
