@Telstra - after being told I would only wait 6 mins, ended up waiting for an hour and someone answered and just hung up on me. Thanks for that. The recurring voice mail advice of going to Telstra/fix is pointless when the issue is my internet connection.

The triage person in the Mt Barker Telstra shop most unhelpful .. … rather than say , ITS NOT MY JOB … Some may have said .. I’ll have someone else help you … but perhaps firstly I should have apologised for interrupting his little tete a tete with another employee

Ken just rang from Technical Department of Telstra (08) 6400 5803 to advise me there was an issue with my internet connection, there was a dog barking in the background & a rooster singing ****-a-doodle-doo, when I brought it to his attention he said he’d call back.Your thought?

@SamanthaMalin I was working at the Telco Ombo at the time. I remember speaking to Telstra on the Thursday or Friday, saying this particular customer was in a bushfire prone location and really needed a working phone. I'll leave to your imagination how far I got...

@Telstra @problogger Gotta share, that was one of the least productive support chats I've had in a long time - talk about having to drag the info out. Turns out it can't be done - my plan doesn't allow sharing, but one for the same $ with a slightly different name does.. Go figure. 😑
