    @Telstra - after being told I would only wait 6 mins, ended up waiting for an hour and someone answered and just hung up on me. Thanks for that. The recurring voice mail advice of going to Telstra/fix is pointless when the issue is my internet connection.

    @Telstra Apparently no issue was identified as on their end everything looked fine, we’re being sent another modem but I hardly think that’s good enough nor do I even think that has anything to do with the issue, begs the question as to why we’re paying for this service

    @Telstra Yeah right so I have to wait a week for a new modem to come in the mail while still putting up with this stupidly high latency just for it not to fix the issue because I already have a second modem to test, and what do you it isn’t the issue

    Took up a new sim with telstra tried to set up an auto recharge that took over two months to sort out their system problems all good they said Took my money from cc then shut down my account as they said recharge had not been paid Tried talking to them No way go online they say

    Hey @Telstra, your nbn person has 1 min left to arrive and come fix nbn. Took afternoon off and nobody here! Without internet for over a week now! To say I am very unhappy is an understatement

    In over 100 calls I allegedly made from Telstra service I had from 2017-18 there is no IMEI number for the calls on log.
