@Telstra - after being told I would only wait 6 mins, ended up waiting for an hour and someone answered and just hung up on me. Thanks for that. The recurring voice mail advice of going to Telstra/fix is pointless when the issue is my internet connection.

@Telstra Thanks for reaching out Glen. Mobile coverage here varies between 3G and 4G on a good day. Sometimes our mobile reception is poor (eg voice scrambled) which seems strange as there is a Telstra tower only about 1 km way as the crow flies- but there’s a hill in between.

@matt_piggott @Telstra It took me months to get a refund and many hours on the phone on hold. I haven't had a worse customer experience ever. I'm very happy with a lower priced service with better service now. Telstra just doesn't understand or care. Be prepared to be extremely patient!
