@Telstra - after being told I would only wait 6 mins, ended up waiting for an hour and someone answered and just hung up on me. Thanks for that. The recurring voice mail advice of going to Telstra/fix is pointless when the issue is my internet connection.

Great work @Telstra being down on a w’end with your NBN services. People trying to relax via internet use & unable to do so. Thought it was jus cos I lived in ‘Hicksbillyville’ (2795) #epicfail

@andy_penn You should be horrified by the torturous process you put your 'customers' through. I nd myself once again having to run the gauntlet of trying to get a refund for months of charges for a @Telstra service I never received and was promised a refund for.

Hi @Telstra, hoping you can help. I have a Punkt MP02, which is essentially Android (AOSP), but I can’t get VoLTE working on Telstra. Sometimes incoming calls will come in via VoLTE, but not consistently. Any advice?

@Telstra Hi, is there a mass Telstra outage in Burwood NSW today? I’ve had disconnections all month sporadically throughout the day, but have been disconnected since 2pm today. My Telstra NBN isn’t working, back-up mobile network doesn’t work and even Telstra mobile is only 3G..

@Telstra They did and then because the coverage is so bad it dropped out and now I haven’t heard back. It’s someone from India , is there actually no Telstra resolution office in Australia

@Telstra your 4G back up service is useless… does not even activate when there is a service outage. Then you put business cust on residential platform and tag them as business and wonder why the show doesn’t work. Such a rip off.
