@Telstra so I’m curious why your doing nbn maintenance in the middle of a weekday? Constant Internet drops while working and taking meetings doesn’t seem like a viable way to keep a customer.

@Telstra Hi Tom, just thoroughly frustrated that it took 6 days to close a service, one helpful messenger wanted to charge $100 for the privilege. I finally got a human last night, hopeful the 5 minute task is now complete. Telstra needs more humans.
