@lachiemc64 I’m told we’ve no choice now FRAUDBAND is in our area. So much for lnp’s free market bullshit. Only when it suits their greedy parasitic mates. ADSL, though slow, never drops out although I note Telstra will still charge like the “Light Brigade” to fix the loose copper to my home

@Telstra Business your service is unbelievably hopeless... Your staff are unable to pull up my account despite giving them a name, account, address, phone number! We were about to order two new phones but will go elsewhere #telstrabusinessfail

@ernmalleyscat @cathywilcox1 @Qantas Typical engineering-driven organisation (see also Telstra). Personally I will forgive customer service glitches if the product is top notch, because if not it's a disaster all round

Hey @Telstra why is our internet out when your online tools say there’s no outage in Elwood? It’s been down for five hours now.

@Rangers_9293 @VinceRugari I was going to bring my 12yo Aussie grandson with me from Perth and didnt buy the tickets (on telstra) today as I saw there was minimal segregation and even more common ground which is potential massive catalyst for trouble.

Is there no better way to start a morning than calling @Telstra to talk to someone with limited English and a sniffling cold. Only to be told the action I require would take 7 business days. As service provider they are utterly hopeless. #hopeless #CustomerService

@georgiecrozier Remember this was a service provided by first, PMG then Telecom. Ambulance was to take over but due to costs changed their mind.Telstra continued until sold off, then States took control. Should have remained as a Fed.obligation.Providing service & maintaining.

@droverdriver61 I seem to need Telstra given the woeful service in this area. If anyone has a cheaper but viable suggestion, I would love advice.

It’s now 2 hours since Telstra rang to restore internet service, which was suspended because they hadn’t actioned application to migrate to NBN. Their stuff up: no internet for 48 hours, no warning. 3 calls, 1st dropped out after 20 minutes, 2nd after 55. Current call 51 minutes.

The @NBN tech came. The carrier signal strength is - 15dB. Max is - 10dB. So it's too weak to work. But it's raining, and their test equipment isn't waterproof. So they couldn't check the connection box at the side of the house. So, day off work for zip. @Telstra

@maryakate @georgiecrozier Triple Zero is a seperate entity to target emergency services. PMG/Telstra haven’t run call taking. They direct the call to the agnecy requested.
