    @lachiemc64 I’m told we’ve no choice now FRAUDBAND is in our area. So much for lnp’s free market bullshit. Only when it suits their greedy parasitic mates. ADSL, though slow, never drops out although I note Telstra will still charge like the “Light Brigade” to fix the loose copper to my home

    @Telstra No response to ‘get help’ msg sent via app after it had run the automated testing w- result ‘you will need a consultant to help, msg us here’ an hour ago. Have just sent another msg.

    @Telstra why is there no one answering your phones in the call centres, just keep getting pushed to messaging with people who may answer eventually but can't deal with the issue at hand.

    @garydlum It'll be impossible and will cause me a major problem, but it's telstra, I'm sure it'll take all week to sort out as you can't pick up the modem they have to send it to you.

    @LJPatton @Telstra I mentioned your situation to the agent who contacted me. He was kind, but I didn’t feel I was able to effectively convey that this is a systemic problem affecting many Telstra-users and that the issues emerged after their most recent update. Let me know if you have better luck.

    @Telstra You guys got any speed/NBN issues in Clayfield, 4011? I'm only hitting around 15 MBPS & has felt a bit sluggish over the pat 24 hours or so.

    @Telstra Hey there. I switched our cable router & modem over to the NBN one today & it's dropped out several times for brief moments but now won't come back on at all. It's also slightly slower than the cable was anyway. Can I just switch it all back? This is awful.
