    @lachiemc64 I’m told we’ve no choice now FRAUDBAND is in our area. So much for lnp’s free market bullshit. Only when it suits their greedy parasitic mates. ADSL, though slow, never drops out although I note Telstra will still charge like the “Light Brigade” to fix the loose copper to my home

    @Telstra What's up with your mobile network coverage for Melbourne Metropolitan area? Been experiencing above 120 dBm signal incl. neighbours which is below standard. I cannot send text messages, browse the web or stream. This is really poor coverage!

    @NBN_Australia We have Optus 4G because NBN (under Turnbull) decided our town wasn't worth anything more than fixed wireless. So why reward bad behaviour? I'd prefer to give my $ to Optus or Telstra... which says volumes! "Don't build and they won't come"

    @Telstra the 4G network on rottnest island runs perpetually between 0.2 & 1 mbps. Everything times out, it’s practically useless. Is it supposed to be this bad or is something broken? Friend with @vodaphoneau is going great, for once!

    I'm weighing what benefit there is in being a small business Telstra customer. Surely not having access to things like turning on roaming in the Telstra app - need to call to turn that on but personal customers can do it in the app

    @Telstra @paulbrown73au And then you store that info, often unencryped, online, for years, on vulnerable systems. (If you're Optus, you even provide an open API leading to it, but Telstra has nothing to brag about on that score.) Pass that back up the line. FIX YOUR SYSTEMS.

    @wyvernsrose Yeah same for my mum. She went silent. And was still getting unwanted phone calls. Made complaint to Telstra. They stopped!
