  @Telstra your customer service is actually appalling. I’ve had @NBN_Australia techs tell me the wiring for our internet and @Foxtel has been done incorrectly and now Telstra is telling me it’s NBNs fault. All of you are making things so difficult, and wasting my money. 1/

  @Telstra outage affecting Burringbar Pottsville etc since yesterday and eta fix thurs 2nd June! Website says planned but community had no notification and there are rumours a tower was burned down. What is going on? This is essential for work and study

  @DocB__ @NBN_Australia We avoided the NBN till August last year. 4G telstra signal kept dropping out. Aussie broadband wireless put on. Really great for us in the Tassie bush. Years ago we had satellite internet and it was useless.

  Further more @Telstra please explain to me how resetting our password for out internet fixes our drop out issues and further more again you need real people that know what ******** there doing and that understands what your saying to be able to help with these issues
