    @lachiemc64 I’m told we’ve no choice now FRAUDBAND is in our area. So much for lnp’s free market bullshit. Only when it suits their greedy parasitic mates. ADSL, though slow, never drops out although I note Telstra will still charge like the “Light Brigade” to fix the loose copper to my home

    @Telstra I just get frustrated and disappointed when promotions like this happen after the ‘loyal’ customer has made their purchase. Without early adoption there is no future products.

    @Telstra All same period, same landline, paper bills, possibly split. I'm worried in trying to resolve I'll get late fees for each. I can't get support any avenue. Tried to queue for support + they force you to hang up. This is my business!

    Service Level < 0% After consistent disappointment with @Telstra ability to solve problems and provide service since Aug 2020, my 99 yo Mother had her phone cut off after 1 bill payment issue! Look at the account 100% full payment since 1956 and my contact details also listed.

    Two days in a row I’ve called about incorrect billing and your automated system just keeps telling me that you’re too busy to talk to me and to go to the website. This level of service is completely unacceptable @Telstra

    So @Telstra has sent me 3 concurrent bills for the same ph line, which they've also arbitrarily disconnected + ofc getting thru to customer support is imposs, they hang up on you while waiting! How is their communication so bad? Why are they even so expensive? 🤔🙄
