@lachiemc64 I’m told we’ve no choice now FRAUDBAND is in our area. So much for lnp’s free market bullshit. Only when it suits their greedy parasitic mates. ADSL, though slow, never drops out although I note Telstra will still charge like the “Light Brigade” to fix the loose copper to my home

@camybobany @TelstraEnt that thing still broken? a couple of years ago when telstra updated the 24/7 app with an entirely new app of the same name i could not upgrade to it because they made the old version unremovable and because of that there was not enough space to install the new one.

@Telstra No Telstra just pass complaint on and I got 1 call saying there was no issue in this area, I dispute that we have ab issue, I called back last week and the guy had closed complaint as resolved! Seems I need go back to The Ombudsman again.

@Matthewbell205 @Telstra Feel like service has gotten much worse through the Wongan Hills/Northam area since about Xmas similar to what you describe Belly, can have full bar 3g and it wont even send a text just south of Wongan!
