@lachiemc64 I’m told we’ve no choice now FRAUDBAND is in our area. So much for lnp’s free market bullshit. Only when it suits their greedy parasitic mates. ADSL, though slow, never drops out although I note Telstra will still charge like the “Light Brigade” to fix the loose copper to my home

Just received a phone call from a @telstra employee and the lady said “some fraudulent activity has allegedly taken place on my internet connection”. Except, I’m not a @Telstra customer. I’m with @Optus So I hung up after they wanted me to speak to a manager.

@SpotlightForYou @Telstra The only thing that works is using the smartphone app. That way you aren't waiting on hold. Once you get a human - their chatbot is garbage - things can go faster. Still pretty crap but better than listening to on hold music!

@Telstra I've cancelled a mobile service & the Telstra shop at Toombul in Brisbane refused to tell me how much I owe even though I made it clear the phone number was going to a different provider. They were very rude to me when I came back to the shop to find out the amount owing.

@SpotlightForYou @Telstra The other interesting thing is that they monitor social media for any negative comments, as they have done here, and “helpfully “ offer feedback, yet as you’ve encountered, as a primary customer, trying to contact them, you’re treated like 💩....dump them

@Telstra Sure you will I paid my bill on Wednesday it was fine then and this is the speed now? Last time it happened it took 2 to 3 months just to fix and over 10+ customer calls not to mention the company had no issue charging money for the internet bill while it was happening.
