    @lachiemc64 I’m told we’ve no choice now FRAUDBAND is in our area. So much for lnp’s free market bullshit. Only when it suits their greedy parasitic mates. ADSL, though slow, never drops out although I note Telstra will still charge like the “Light Brigade” to fix the loose copper to my home

    @JB_AU @Telstra It's also weird because in so many other parts of the world as phone tech has improved the costs have gone *down*. My *annual* plan with unlimited data in Thailand was A$126 total. In India A$5.40/month for 2gb of data per day. Australia gauges consumers.

    Another scam going around. Somebody calls claiming to be from Telstra to alert you that your IP address has been changed from private to public. They try to get you to download an app to 'fix' it. Don't fall for it, any doubts call your ISP.

    @Telstra One of the average 5 per month it seems. I get more texts from Telstra, informing me of outages, than I do from family & friends these days. A premium price for a lemon service. Time now, like many others, to pull the plug on this rubbish

    @Telstra Several weeks. On wifi to home NBN with Telstra router phone speed is up to 50, but over the air data it is ridiculously slow.
