@lachiemc64 I’m told we’ve no choice now FRAUDBAND is in our area. So much for lnp’s free market bullshit. Only when it suits their greedy parasitic mates. ADSL, though slow, never drops out although I note Telstra will still charge like the “Light Brigade” to fix the loose copper to my home

@Telstra So funny. Ring 132000 to speak to cust service. IVR tells me if I use the app, I'll get answered "up to 4 times faster". I agree and receive text. Click on text, log in, tap "Phone me now". Nothing happens. Open chat, explain to agent, get told to ring 132000. So stupid.

So the blowtorch is still on Optus for stuffing up so many lives by loose data security, in no small part attributable to the incompetence of the idiot ******* whilst he was Minister- no comment on what Telstra is doing to assure us same won’t happen to them & their customers ?

@Mismash5 @Telstra Yep. This is one of the thoughts I had. Like sure, having linked accounts might be a good thing but sometimes it's really really bad. This just happened - all of a sudden the app had all these accounts pop up. I haven't talked to these people in years.

@Petitioner007 @Telstra 🎯 Had an NBN outage recently, had 20 minutes of fruitless & mind-numbing chat on line (using 4G on phone) with someone from a Telstra call centre, eventually gave up and found the solution on YouTube.

@hughriminton I left them years ago bc of bad comms. Same with Telstra. That was in normal times. Your new service provider will do the migration process for you and pro rata bills or credits will be issued. I recommend either EXETEL or AUSSIE BROADBAND, both have heaps better customer service

@Telstra Thanks Ryan. That’s new info. I didn’t know Telstra wasn’t using offshore Call Centres now. I’ll read article later. Unfortunately damage is done. Endless mess & traumatising customers can’t be undone. Had fwit just recently accusing me of utter BS on back of Phillipina’s mess.

@shinyspell Belong is $35 a month for 40gb and until tomorrow they're doing double data for a yr! That's 80gb a month + it rolls over and uses telstra network !
