@lachiemc64 I’m told we’ve no choice now FRAUDBAND is in our area. So much for lnp’s free market bullshit. Only when it suits their greedy parasitic mates. ADSL, though slow, never drops out although I note Telstra will still charge like the “Light Brigade” to fix the loose copper to my home

@dawnstarau Beats Telstra's stupid history of artificially limiting upload to precisely what is required to ACK TCP.. still stuck on Telstra Velocity 100/5 here. No choice to go higher. The network got sold to Uniti but by the time that finalises my new house with NBN FTTP will be built.

@somewherein84 Every month I get a bill and a credit from @Telstra due to an issue in 2015. Apparently it was too hard to fix the original problem so they just automatically issue a bill and credit.

@somewherein84 I had to get out of Telstra - they eventually paid me back $300! Just little things every month. Charges for calls when I wasn’t even in the country? Went to the ombudsman. Nowadays I go straight to a company’s Twitter account & let loose if I have any issues with service
