    @lachiemc64 I’m told we’ve no choice now FRAUDBAND is in our area. So much for lnp’s free market bullshit. Only when it suits their greedy parasitic mates. ADSL, though slow, never drops out although I note Telstra will still charge like the “Light Brigade” to fix the loose copper to my home

    Thought I’d call in to a @Telstra shop today to try to resolve this ongoing issue. Despite several aimless staff milling around, was told there’s a 2 hour wait. You’re joking right?

    @Kirsty8 @Telstra If you're not on a long-term plan the easiest way to fix a broken Telstra account is to use a hammer. That is, port out to another provider and *maybe* port back later. Absurd I know, but it might just be the quickest and most reliable fix!

    @fuzzi_mcapples @bookingcom So someone got your card details & they booked something? Shouldn't your bank be sorting this for you? This happened to my sister & the bank got her $1500 back. Idiot used her card to pay off their Telstra bill, not vey smart.

    @Telstra my internet & wifi service is not working -it is a continual problem & very frustrating. I am not receiving the service that I am paying for. Please fix it and not just as a temporary measure.

    @kyleigh_wylie yes as evidenced by HUGE @Telstra account accrued since I sold my house Sept2021. No web facility to cancel ONLY transfer to new home but there is no new home. Phone @Telstra & get "we are closed" can you hear me scream?
