@lachiemc64 I’m told we’ve no choice now FRAUDBAND is in our area. So much for lnp’s free market bullshit. Only when it suits their greedy parasitic mates. ADSL, though slow, never drops out although I note Telstra will still charge like the “Light Brigade” to fix the loose copper to my home

Also shoutout to the @Telstra connections management team member who thought I was an idiot, was rude as hell while I was cleary distressed and crying, then decided to lie to me about the capability of my Telstra equipment I've been using for over 5 years

@kangaloonatic The stupid thing is that business complain about lack of staff, they are not offering enough money. Take Telstra/Comm Bank for an example, $23.67 they are offering for a Call Centre role. Do the figures on trying to live on that and if you get Covid, you are stuffed.

@FlatEarthGang @Telstra Telco customer service seems to be generally awful but Telstra appears to be quite determined to earn the mantle of the worst of them all. Mind you, the folk in the shops are usually pretty good if you can get in to see one.
