Technically now that news access is done over the Internet, Telstra gets benefit from the news too by people paying for phone service. So why shouldn’t Telstra pay also? It’s a shakedown of foreign companies.

    @Sensis @Whitepages_au @Telstra FINALLY got hold of someone at WhitePages re: bills for non-existent number. It turns out that instead of suppression of details, these clowns have been listing a number (not sure which - used to have 2 lines) since 2016. WTF

    @MrDTJames @Telstra The only to get anything done with them is to lodge a written complaint through their website. They will allocate you a case manager and get **** done. It shouldn't take that to accomplish things but it works.

    @Telstra Branch in Bankstown Central 16/2/21 Claimed to be the Manager of branch. A noxious,Rude,Arrogant individual did all he could to deny technical advice!! Vodafone and Optus were a few shops away..GOT MY ANSWER WITHIN 20 SECONDS OF ASKING !!!!! If Telstra employ scum bye bye Account

    @Telstra I'm in hotel quarantine in Sydney, my Telstra sim is not working, I spent 90 mins on a call with your tech support before the call dropped out, the support was awful. Please have someone call me via the hotel landline (0280749167) to assist, it's urgent. Thank you. Jason
