    @lachiemc64 I’m told we’ve no choice now FRAUDBAND is in our area. So much for lnp’s free market bullshit. Only when it suits their greedy parasitic mates. ADSL, though slow, never drops out although I note Telstra will still charge like the “Light Brigade” to fix the loose copper to my home

    @telstra my unlimited fixed wireless nbn has been been braked - supposedly for excess usage. I am on an unlimited data plan and my account is paid up. Two emails today saying I’m over limit. Speed now appalling. Poor mobile reception here means I can’t access your app.

    Once again my @Telstra data has spiked over 2 days and service is throttled for next 12 days unless I use my own bonus top-up to rectify. 101GB of use over 2 days is INSANE and INCORRECT #Telstra - It’s time the fat lady started singing.

    @telstra I am in Hawthorn 3122 and have no internet or Foxtel. The outage site says it will be restored by midday Monday 8/3! How about you pull your finger out and fix this ASAP?

    @Telstra It still hasn't. It's for my sister. And we give up. You guys can't even do your own service. And it's been been moved into to a specialised team. Go figure for a prepaid activation. Joke

    @DoveMetal I'm with Belong, they're pretty good. They use the Telstra network so I don't have much trouble finding a signal.

    @DoveMetal Honestly, I’ve had Vodafone and Optus but the connection and customer service was not great. I went to Telstra because...it isn’t awesome, but it’s better than the others.

    I have had 2 interactions with @Telstra in the last 3 months. To say that they were absolutely pathetic is an understatement. A once great company is now a pitiful corporate shell with absolutely no idea of what customer service is about. Too big to care. Should be broken up.

    @Telstra hi, so i received a $200 Credit due to services issues I was experiencing and had lodged a complaint with TIO. However, it’s now saying I owe that $200. Can this please be looked into ASAP. If the matter can’t be resolved I will be looking at closing both my accounts.
