    @ipaddockapps The other thing, we had an issue with telstra the other week where we were ‘ghosts shapped’, took them a while to find, but happened on all devices on the same acc. When you do the speed test you will see speed shoot up, then fall back to 1-2

    @Telstra If I take the hub to work I get over 100Mbps. The tower is either damaged or is in a bad position. Fix it or give us another tower, we pay a full fee for a partial service. we in Belgrave South expect the same coverage as the rest of Melbourne #fixthetowers

    @Telstra About 18 months. But that’s not the problem. The problem is the tower! My Hub, my phone, my sons phone, my friends phone, the guy down the street phone all have the same issue!!! I don’t have any problems when I travel to work only when I’m in my area. #fixthetowers

    @Telstra I signed up with Telstra back in mid December due NBN to replace my perfectly working Telstra cable internet . But my order had gone no where due to a Telstra system issue , and then 8 days ago Telstra cut off my working Cable internet ! No joy getting any support
