@lachiemc64 I’m told we’ve no choice now FRAUDBAND is in our area. So much for lnp’s free market bullshit. Only when it suits their greedy parasitic mates. ADSL, though slow, never drops out although I note Telstra will still charge like the “Light Brigade” to fix the loose copper to my home

@Telstra In the end, solution was as simple as a new Sim, am unable to understand why it took 9 days of harrassment to whole family. Any business ethics, Telstra must compensate enough without us having to escalate further. Have all the evidence of what we were made to go through.

@Telstra Hi Greg. You are right. Telstra resells calls to my carrier so LEGALLY you don't have to do anything. What I'm doing is using Twitter to try to convince Telstra to fix your tower so people can make calls. What do you think my chances are?

@Telstra Yes. Had to take time off to visit a store as manager would not use the blank new sim we had. Took 9 days to tell us that solution was that simple. How irresponsible!! Please call or email as Telstra has to compensate for too much harrassment & losses caused.

@katenoon @riffwithbiff Same here. Wife can log into my account on her Optus phone no issues. I have not been able to to log into Spotify on my Telstra iPhone 13. But I connected to maccas free wifi when I stopped on a trip and Spotify logged in. So it’s definitely related to Telstra cellular. @Telstra

@Telstra We had to do all the hard work & wasting time. Very reluctant, unregretful was your Case Manager. Solution wise, we were compelled to go to Store & pick up a new SIM. We held a new blank Sim but your Case Manager would not use that. May be colour wasn't they liked.

@djcairney @Telstra @alaska_crossing Which must mean it’s an issue relating to Telstra cellular with Spotify for whatever reason. Clearly both parties need to get this resolved asap. It’s really bloody annoying…..
