Mark D (@MarkDCali) reported@Kirsty8 @Telstra If you're not on a long-term plan the easiest way to fix a broken Telstra account is to use a hammer. That is, port out to another provider and *maybe* port back later. Absurd I know, but it might just be the quickest and most reliable fix!
