    @lachiemc64 I’m told we’ve no choice now FRAUDBAND is in our area. So much for lnp’s free market bullshit. Only when it suits their greedy parasitic mates. ADSL, though slow, never drops out although I note Telstra will still charge like the “Light Brigade” to fix the loose copper to my home

    @SorifL2 I had this problem a while ago, it was bc the cable from the line to my house had water damage. Some dude came over from Telstra and replaced it and I've had no issues ever since.

    @BradsXmasLights Well, I’m still waiting for #NBN to do something about mine. Was forced to leave #Telstra cable which was literally faultless for 2.5 years only to be ‘upgraded’ to the government’s solution, which is bollocks. Can’t wait until I can get a 5G home connection.

    @Telstra the new format replacing My Account sucks, now have to navigate three times instead of logging straight in. Does anybody test these things? Send IT back to kindergarten.

    @Telstra They said adding stabiliser might slow it down & it has. I guess slow internet is better than cutting out all the time.. but still not what we're paying for. They're sending us the smart modem 2 (currently gateway max).. but if it stays this slow might have to switch providers 😔

    @Telstra I haven’t been everywhere yet Matthew. It’s usually pretty **** like this, even though I can see the tower from where I’m sat. I bar 4g now - is that an order of magnitude better?

    only thing worse than the weather in #tassie to day is our internet service, both been crap but telstra need the net more then it beens ****

    Literally cant stream cos of this packet loss ****, goes up to 5-10% while streaming as well as the stream dropping fps. still get around 3% when not streaming, i called Telstra this morning and appearently "Theres nothing wrong with my internet" , so frustrating :/
