    @lachiemc64 I’m told we’ve no choice now FRAUDBAND is in our area. So much for lnp’s free market bullshit. Only when it suits their greedy parasitic mates. ADSL, though slow, never drops out although I note Telstra will still charge like the “Light Brigade” to fix the loose copper to my home

    @Telstra I submitted my phone for repairs to Telstra three months ago. You have assessed it twice, and I have authorised the repairs twice - still don't have it back. The issue here is your utterly atrocious customer service and disdain for your customers.

    @hexsteph How long did it take to get fixed? Took us about 8 months, 5 technician call outs and then the Ombudsman having Telstra reimbursed us for nearly 1 year of internet. We then switched to Aussie Broadband and have had faster, more stable, better service and cheaper internet.

    So after visiting a telstra shop I’m told that i need to give 10 out of 10 on their survey, print screenshot and return to store for a free wireless speaker. Surveys don’t mean anything if you bribe the customer . @Telstra . #fakesurvey

    @timeegray @Telstra This was like my thread yesterday. Started at 1030, finished at 1530. Five different people. Five times repeating my issue. Told it was sorted. Doesn’t look like it is fixed.
