@lachiemc64 I’m told we’ve no choice now FRAUDBAND is in our area. So much for lnp’s free market bullshit. Only when it suits their greedy parasitic mates. ADSL, though slow, never drops out although I note Telstra will still charge like the “Light Brigade” to fix the loose copper to my home

Been back and forward with @Telstra support for a few days regarding a modem that has died, whatever morons they hire for support should be fired immediately. Asked me to perform a speed test on a broken router. Absolute Morons.

@AnnieBrownie4 @BrittMezher Telstra are the worst but more often than not their bills are wrong. Cut them off pronto & put a payment plan in place. Get a prepaid dataplan for a while from one of the other companies and hotspot internet. Id be happy to pay for a month access to give you breathing space DM me

@telstra no 2 to fix cable use yet another provider so three fingers in the mess .. again not fixed 2-3 weeks so no Netflix phone internet .. normal data service is slow as a wet rag .. on call to Telstra 3 hours now and nothing achieves how lucky are we

@Optus I was with Telstra and Vodaphone before. I have never got a two bars of signal at home on a 4G SIM. What would be your solution? Or I will vote by my feet!

@Telstra And people WILL die if they cannot get mobile reception to notify emergency services and @Telstra and @Optus will be blamed and there will be a massive investigation & it could cost you both millions of dollars so I suggest you do a little more than offer platitudes on Twitter.
