    @lachiemc64 I’m told we’ve no choice now FRAUDBAND is in our area. So much for lnp’s free market bullshit. Only when it suits their greedy parasitic mates. ADSL, though slow, never drops out although I note Telstra will still charge like the “Light Brigade” to fix the loose copper to my home

    @Telstra It has been constantly bad. Streaming is impossible. I have to use my sons Optus account to stream. It’s the same every year. Pretty poor really.

    @Telstra I gave up Ryan. The foreign chat consultants clearly have no idea how to help, nor enough time to even try. If an Australian consultant could give me a call and guide me through some troubleshooting that could save a technician visiting...at the end of the month.

    @Picketer Tim - me again, pls call the TIO. There is no other way you will ever get assistance. (Not only was I a customer of 35 years or so, I was a Telstra Corporate Affairs person for 13 yrs and I loved the joint. Now I have no services with them & sold all my shares. @Telstra is 👎🏻)
