  @lachiemc64 I’m told we’ve no choice now FRAUDBAND is in our area. So much for lnp’s free market bullshit. Only when it suits their greedy parasitic mates. ADSL, though slow, never drops out although I note Telstra will still charge like the “Light Brigade” to fix the loose copper to my home

  @keating01 Isn’t OPTUS & Telstra’s outage breakdown a strong reason NOT TO go digital on everything under one system of Government control? How many different services went out - not just 000? Can’t bank, buy petrol, grocery, use your card! EVEN WORSE is if we have a power supply outage!

So Telstra are a $54 BILLION company who rely on crowdfunding to protect Australians access to emergency services So people’s lives are at risk and they are urgently calling 000 while Telstra executives are checking DownDetector.   @NikkiGemmell The government is stupid and didn't force the carriers to push the carrier bundles to older iPhones, so the ********* at Vodafail, Floptus and Telstra only pushed it to iOS 26.4 and later! Android devices got it fine though

  @Telstra Yes I have reset both phones multiple times over the past days trying to fix data failures, calls not going through, poor signal, messages not notifying. Why am I having to reset so often to get basic function?

  @strangerous10 Telstra had a risk assessment signed off by the PM which said mitigations in place to isolate any faults, which were unlikely, & consequences was rated low. This meant the expenditure could be deferred. It was not a technical or a people problem. It was a pass the buck problem.
