@lachiemc64 I’m told we’ve no choice now FRAUDBAND is in our area. So much for lnp’s free market bullshit. Only when it suits their greedy parasitic mates. ADSL, though slow, never drops out although I note Telstra will still charge like the “Light Brigade” to fix the loose copper to my home

Who stops Twitterers images from down loading? I have bandwidth but ABC Twitter and a few sites just don’t download, Telstra. The ISP, Who, it’s becoming a real nuisance!

@Telstra Yes & no I haven't transferred anything I verified address, email, but can't verify my mobile number, because I need Telstra to send me a verification code, that never comes, I don't know if they can do it through an email?

So not only have we not had home internet for 2 weeks, we've been constantly stuffed around by Telstra. NBN techs claimed we needed a new modem and there was a delay on that. On top of this the portable wifi modem we were given is now broken and we had to pay for that as well!

@Telstra Not far, I've been through the same series of trouble shooting techniques with every person I've been in contact with, same thing every time 2 hours plus waiting to sort this out every couple of days, it's beyond ridiculous

@Telstra I've done all that, but I can't authenticate my mobile number because I need a verification code, do you see my problem, I have authenticated my address & email, but I can't do it for my mobile! 🤦🤷
