    @lachiemc64 I’m told we’ve no choice now FRAUDBAND is in our area. So much for lnp’s free market bullshit. Only when it suits their greedy parasitic mates. ADSL, though slow, never drops out although I note Telstra will still charge like the “Light Brigade” to fix the loose copper to my home

    @Telstra 5G internet has been down most of the day in Lennox Head (2478) - when will it be back up and why does it always go down when we get heavy rain!!???

    @purdij I was with Virgin mobile (now defunct) that piggy-backed on Optus. Coverage was definitely not as broad here as Telstra. Fine in the larger towns, but no signal out bush.

    @purdij Five years ago I was with Internode, which uses the Optus network, but didn't have reception in my South Hobart house, so I switched to Boost (apparently the only one with access to the full Telstra network).

    @cashmeuptoo @Telstra Unfortunately some people in regional areas have to use Telstra which is why they can get away with the **** they do. Cuz discrimination and taking advantage of vulnerable people is apparently the trend 👍🏻

    After 8+ hours getting ping-ponged around @Telstra support teams, across phone and chat systems (most weren’t even bothered to help and would disconnect), chat superstar “Josh” was able to resolve my problem and was friendly and sympathetic to boot. Faith in humanity restored.

    @Telstra The problem is the underlying system is broken. There needs to be better control and authentication like with email. How do I solve the problem for me? Get a new phone number?

    @Telstra we decided to transfer our son’s mobile from Boost to Telstra, you took our cash up front, couldn’t provide the service and 7 weeks later we are still waiting for a refund after calling 3 times! #legaltheft
