  @bushplato Never had a problem with vodafail and I used to ring Saudi Arabia & not get ripped off. I complained to the Telecommunication Ombudsman about Telstra and had a $2500 bill wiped as I asked if they covered Saudi & their rep said yes because they thought Saudi & Dubai were the same!

  @muchnerve We had the same thing back in Australia. Everyone else was on 2100MHz for 3G and Telstra goes and deploys an 850MHz network to basically cover a million square miles and simultaneously blowing every other carrier in the country out of the water on coverage.

  @bushplato I lived 3hrs away from my colossal Telstra shop. Needed to go to a Telstra shop to get my phone sorted 🙄 Telstra said yes come this arvo no problem. Got there to be turned away with no phone access and not enough cash for a motel. 600km drive. Telstra is useless
