@Telstra Business your service is unbelievably hopeless... Your staff are unable to pull up my account despite giving them a name, account, address, phone number! We were about to order two new phones but will go elsewhere #telstrabusinessfail

@lachiemc64 I’m told we’ve no choice now FRAUDBAND is in our area. So much for lnp’s free market bullshit. Only when it suits their greedy parasitic mates. ADSL, though slow, never drops out although I note Telstra will still charge like the “Light Brigade” to fix the loose copper to my home

i would simply switch providers to one that charged me less for better service but alas telstra is the only one that covers the truly rural round here

@Telstra I’d prefer not to DM. Just let me know what department to contact because I have been messed around for months now. If it’s easier I can just cancel all of my Telstra services and move on. Let me know your preference.

So @Telstra continues its fine tradition of woeful customer service. It was meant to call this morning to sort out our landline... we have had no fixed line service for weeks... this is a safety issue as mobile coverage is patchy at best.

@Vaughan13Greg Have found foam cups and string just as good as the Telstra area in a lot of places on the farm. Can’t wait for @elonmusk to invest in our country phone service

badmouthing telstra in the hopes they'll come back and fix their mess, or - failing that - knock a bit off my phone bill. one or the other

@Telstra We are with Telstra. It's 2022. We live in Sydney metro and our download speed is 0.9mbps - 2.0mbps. FAIL.

@ProfPCDoherty When the power is down (which is often), our town, pop 240, has a complete comms loss caused by a back up battery that needs changing at the base station. Telstra has been advised many times and simply could not be bothered, so we do without. Rural health is another issue.

@Telstra @hyde_marc Do you still share Telstra customer information with contractors which cold call customers? Because that kind of thing undermines these anti-spam efforts.

@Telstra @missmegawatts I don't need help because If you can read English I clearly stated that previously I went into the store to get help, because the twitter support doesn't actually help. The in person store team helped fix my problem quickly.
