    @lachiemc64 I’m told we’ve no choice now FRAUDBAND is in our area. So much for lnp’s free market bullshit. Only when it suits their greedy parasitic mates. ADSL, though slow, never drops out although I note Telstra will still charge like the “Light Brigade” to fix the loose copper to my home

    @NSWHealth @Wollongong_City whilst at #TinaArena #enchante it became apparent that the Telstra 4G network was under pressure and creating connectivity issues preventing COVID check in whilst in the venue. Perhaps there’s other ways to prevent issues?

    Nope - another change of tune by @telstra and @boostaus - its not a DOB issue its now a phone status issue. Someone turned it off even though the TIO agreement says they have to keep it open.

    .@Telstra we had a Bill mix up that resulted in services being restricted. Fixed bill 24 hours ago and told reinstatement w/in 2 hrs. Still no service. Trying to run a small business in lockdown. What gives? Do better.

    @ElsaJade3 @theage @henriettacook It is unconscionable for Optus to make a sale to an elderly gent seeking help with a Telstra service. Staff should be trained to identify signs of vulnerability (like his confusion on arrival). This is a social expectation in industries where customers become bound to contracts.
