@Telstra Business your service is unbelievably hopeless... Your staff are unable to pull up my account despite giving them a name, account, address, phone number! We were about to order two new phones but will go elsewhere #telstrabusinessfail

@lachiemc64 I’m told we’ve no choice now FRAUDBAND is in our area. So much for lnp’s free market bullshit. Only when it suits their greedy parasitic mates. ADSL, though slow, never drops out although I note Telstra will still charge like the “Light Brigade” to fix the loose copper to my home

@HankMeyerNAPP @Telstra They are losing business every day, more people are valuing customer service over price and Telstra loses big time on both.

@CallieBuddy I've just seen this, my notifications don't seem to be working. We are having Telstra mobile network issues and internet issues, I'd trade them in if there was a better option.

@Telstra I've spent 3 full days trying to resolve an issue with business mobile being disconnected. I'm unable to get through to any operators and keep being redirected to my Telstra app which is useless. How do I speak to a human?

@Kynes99 We're struggling to get more than 2.5Mbps on Telstra ADSL! And we are supposed to switch to a 'new' technology that can't keep up? Can't even provide or support the soon to be superseded tech.

@Info_Aus The problem with those examples is that both sides were completely independent. Your example much better reflects the situation. Remember when Telstra price gouged smaller ISPs for sharing the lines Telstra owned? Because yeah when there's sharing & connection, someone pays.
