    @lachiemc64 I’m told we’ve no choice now FRAUDBAND is in our area. So much for lnp’s free market bullshit. Only when it suits their greedy parasitic mates. ADSL, though slow, never drops out although I note Telstra will still charge like the “Light Brigade” to fix the loose copper to my home

    @privateur I sincerely hope that people will leave Telstra in droves. As a customer i will not be strong armed into direct debit arrangements by Telstra. I as many others want control of our money. I will not hand it over to a Telco. There is zero benefit for the consumer.

    Is it true that Telstra employed and promised 200 Melbourne locals a 6 month contract position in 2020, when COVID struck, put out a media release to advertise "bringing customer service back on shore" and then sacked them 3 months later? 1/3

    Remind me when the new iphone comes out later in the year to NOT get it and stay with this one till next year so I can **** telstra off when my contract/plan ends and move because I’ve been having the same battle with them for 3 days now

    (Heads up : I know the answer is yes as my son was one of the 200). I currently sit on hold for 45 minutes to 1 hour waiting to talk to a real person. Telstra continue to charge us for a service they no longer supply, as of Dec 2020. 2/3

    @Telstra I am trying to help my daughter with her broken phone. She has Stay Connected Advance attached to her plan. The busy Telstra shop in Forster she visited could not help her and failed to direct her to the right place for help. We are in regional NSW. Can you help please?

    @Telstra hi Telstra. I’ve spent more than 3 hours on the phone to your support lines and visited 3 Telstra stores. I’m on a business plan and bought an Apple Watch cellular. No one can help me set up a Telstra Onenumber so I can use the watch. Please help.
