    @lachiemc64 I’m told we’ve no choice now FRAUDBAND is in our area. So much for lnp’s free market bullshit. Only when it suits their greedy parasitic mates. ADSL, though slow, never drops out although I note Telstra will still charge like the “Light Brigade” to fix the loose copper to my home

    @bushplato I lived 3hrs away from my colossal Telstra shop. Needed to go to a Telstra shop to get my phone sorted 🙄 Telstra said yes come this arvo no problem. Got there to be turned away with no phone access and not enough cash for a motel. 600km drive. Telstra is useless

    @bushplato I went to a Telstra shop, dongle died no internet, only take appointments, regardless of urgency, come back in 2 days. Went to another Telstra shop 15 mins away, they don't take appointments because of staff shortages, problem solved on the spot. Depends on the store, franchisee.

    @Telstra NO, it is not free, I have to call your overseas support line (+61 439 125 109) using my own UK number, I can log in to my app, but can you get a human to answer the message? the chatbot is just there to piss off customer to be honest

    What a **** morning ! Waited at the Wagga telstra Shop to have this month's a/c explained. Told by a bo smelling unwashed long haired badly dressed ******* grub that I could have an appointment tomorrow afternoon !!! Optus , here I come !!

    @bushplato Never had a problem with vodafail and I used to ring Saudi Arabia & not get ripped off. I complained to the Telecommunication Ombudsman about Telstra and had a $2500 bill wiped as I asked if they covered Saudi & their rep said yes because they thought Saudi & Dubai were the same!

    @bushplato When you sort it out go back to the Telstra shop and ask for his D number, he will **** himself, that identifies him, then report him. He will be sacked.
