@Telstra Business your service is unbelievably hopeless... Your staff are unable to pull up my account despite giving them a name, account, address, phone number! We were about to order two new phones but will go elsewhere #telstrabusinessfail

@lachiemc64 I’m told we’ve no choice now FRAUDBAND is in our area. So much for lnp’s free market bullshit. Only when it suits their greedy parasitic mates. ADSL, though slow, never drops out although I note Telstra will still charge like the “Light Brigade” to fix the loose copper to my home

@Pestily Damn dude, that should be available anywhere. The sad thing is today I got better speeds on my Vodafone 4G (faster than my 5G Telstra right next to it too) on a moving train than I can get at my house!

@AlboMP DECEPTION: Fibre was NOT REPLACED by Copper. The Telstra copper cable was used instead of laying more fibre. Labor connected ONLY 200 000 premises as it mismanaged the rollout. Labor could not fix it then!

@shaunmicallef (And the libs "fixing" it required selling the nation's copper network to Telstra and then buying it back at a dumb mark up. But bEtTeR EcOnOmIc ManAGers)

@blakandblack @Telstra I’m pretty sure the scammers use a robot to generate numbers and fake calls from that number. You can lodge a formal complaint via their website. I’m sorry this is happening to you. Frustrating.

@iansambo @AlboMP Agree. But it was inevitable. Telstra owned all the access/ducts. It was the only way forward apart from a complete build. That was never happening for $50Bn let alone $15Bn. Telstra said “have access, but take it all.” Govt had no choice. Suddenly they owned it. Had to use it.
