  @Starlink Update: customer care sent me the kit via express post and gave $25 credit. Installation went ahead smoothly as per schedule and very happy so far. No more crap NBN that Telstra put up their prices to $115 per month for 50mbps but my Starlink gives me 100mbps for $75 per month

  @Telstra @Mention When did it become normal to be unable to simply visit the Telstra website or app to download a bill or view your calls and data usage? All you can do is download a few random receipts. Telstra Support claims, and I quote, “oh this is normal now…” I’m sorry to say Telstra but you’ve been infiltrated.
