    @lachiemc64 I’m told we’ve no choice now FRAUDBAND is in our area. So much for lnp’s free market bullshit. Only when it suits their greedy parasitic mates. ADSL, though slow, never drops out although I note Telstra will still charge like the “Light Brigade” to fix the loose copper to my home

    @NBN_Australia It would help if you focused on network reliability. I have had significant outages and slow internet over the past few weeks. Reported to Telstra, but they are useless. The whole reporting system for consumer faults is poorly handled.

    @BoeJidenActual @Telstra @imfallfromgrace even with us still having to access the underwater cables to connect to the rest of the world, performance is superior to anything i got on the NBN by every metric. stability, speed, ping. it's just better

    @Telstra No progress on the internet, ‘Technical Support’ is yet to call me back. Ombudsman has been in contact, you have until late January to rectify my issues, but not holding my breath. Instead of wasting time with false pleasantries, perhaps you could actually do something…

Retail investors won't be paying more than $273 by February next year. It'll be a bargain by then. I don't see what the problem is unless the $30k ceiling $CSL #investing #XJO #equities

    @Telstra @Telstra this was done through your app. It strike me that any issue that relates to new accounts will be dealt with quickly. Anything that requires a customer service element is complete shambles.

    @telstra that is going on with your customer service? 3th time on the phone to you today - this last call now over an hour and still going. Put on hold every 2mins for a long period. Chatting to the telstra reps who are seemingly clueless. Now saying the system has crashed!
