    @lachiemc64 I’m told we’ve no choice now FRAUDBAND is in our area. So much for lnp’s free market bullshit. Only when it suits their greedy parasitic mates. ADSL, though slow, never drops out although I note Telstra will still charge like the “Light Brigade” to fix the loose copper to my home

    Hey @Telstra , my iPhone 12 Pro has never come up in 5G mode, ever. Only 4G. My shiny new IPad is picking up 5G perfectly so I know it’s in my area. I even got fully vaccinated and 5G still doesn’t work. Can you fix it? Guessing it is a fault in my account / network profile.

    @LJPatton @Telstra Thanks. Reckon you’ve nailed it. I think limiting 5G access is a bit wrong headed personally, but it may be a consequence of Marketing running Network access policy. Sniff.

    Still the address was incorrect and absolutely nothing had been done by Telstra to fix it. Just fake promises. Baseline - i have 672+1344+fake credits stuck with Telstra

    TENS of thousands of people each day getting scam messages to collect a parcel or log into a voice message. Is our legal system so pathetic we cannot compel Telstra to reveal to police who runs these scams and send them to jail. Seems easy solution to me. #auspol

    @Telstra Oh they have stock.Had to only confirm delivery address as I'm already a Telstra customer so it was correct. Email confirmation showing incorrect address. Phoned 7am when they opened.Can't change due to processes in place. Failed delivery. Return to warehouse they lost package.
