    @lachiemc64 I’m told we’ve no choice now FRAUDBAND is in our area. So much for lnp’s free market bullshit. Only when it suits their greedy parasitic mates. ADSL, though slow, never drops out although I note Telstra will still charge like the “Light Brigade” to fix the loose copper to my home

    @telstra please update on why the service is down on Elcho Island NT. 2 wks ago it was down for 4days with no explanation. Now it’s flashing on for 2mins every 30mins for 2days. Pple can’t by food with eftpos, go to the clinic or call 000 in emergencies #telstra @abcnews

    @prior_robin So very sorry. We’ve had intermittent poor quality internet over the years and some outages - have got by using our phones as hot-spots, but far from ideal. We’re Telstra + NBN and can’t say I’d recommend…. Hope yours is fixed soon.

    Hey @Telstra I've been a customer of you guys since 'about' the 13th or April 2011... I can't think of one time I've had to make less than about ten calls/emails/messages to sort out my plan upgrade every time it's happened. (again, today..) I don't get it. 🫣👨‍🌾

    @richontech Need help with wifi calling you spoke of. Live in Australia traveling to US, using airalo or t-mobile esim. Do I have to enable both Telstra SIM and the esim? Do I have to be on a wifi network, or does Airalo data work as wifi?

    @Telstra How can they raise an issue they don't understand? They literally don't know what a ddos attack is and refuse to do anything other than their scripted procedure. Case in point, it's taken a week and over 5 hours on the phone/app to get it raised to level 2.

    @daleInMelbourne @Telstra Customer Service should be top tier, especially since COVID. However those who flourished in COVID ie Uber do not give a ****. It should be illegal Uber cannot be contacted via phone. Customer Service is a forgotten art.
