@Telstra Business your service is unbelievably hopeless... Your staff are unable to pull up my account despite giving them a name, account, address, phone number! We were about to order two new phones but will go elsewhere #telstrabusinessfail

@lachiemc64 I’m told we’ve no choice now FRAUDBAND is in our area. So much for lnp’s free market bullshit. Only when it suits their greedy parasitic mates. ADSL, though slow, never drops out although I note Telstra will still charge like the “Light Brigade” to fix the loose copper to my home

@Telstra I placed an order to move the connection and very next day cancelled the request and advised you all to retain the services as is and I got messages and calls advising this has been done, however my current service is also cancelled?

@GBocquee @Telstra It was pretty insane. Rude, smug, threatening and then didn't do what he said he did.

for rural aussies, Starlink sounds like a pretty decent deal. A$139/mo for service and A$450 for hardware. it beats waiting for Telstra or Optus to bring in a line by 2049.

Andrew Ferguson (@AndrewRLP) reported
The NRL Telstra Premiership will play a game at Optus Stadium and will also contain a team sponsored by Vodafone. Yet Laurie Daley is a problem. ******* spare me.

@deemadigan @Telstra Yep that's rubbish. Give Aussie Broadband a call. Best service I've ever had from an ISP.

akaul (@akau1902) reported
@Telstra Moved from another service provider to Telstra eSim plan yesterday. Now left with no network in my phone. Store staff unable to help. Can’t do any of my business work. Great work Telstra 👍

Pete 🌈 (@ohheypete) reported
@Telstra She became clearly annoyed with me, as the tone of her voice turned staccato, as she repeated that without ID she would not be able to help.

AussieTrev (@AussieTrev) reported
@NBN_Australia absolutely pathetic. Workers been out installed pits and underground, yeah we have copper hung on poles. Ran fibre. But do we know what’s happen, NO, because @NBN_Australia fails to communicate. Service currently ****. @Telstra you’re next, mobile unusable.

@Telstra over one month after we started having issues with our internet, promises of technicians coming to sort it out, days off work to wait, and never ending loops of "tech help" via that app that never progress anywhere, what do you want us as reasonable customers to do?
