    @lachiemc64 I’m told we’ve no choice now FRAUDBAND is in our area. So much for lnp’s free market bullshit. Only when it suits their greedy parasitic mates. ADSL, though slow, never drops out although I note Telstra will still charge like the “Light Brigade” to fix the loose copper to my home

    @daveoflynn Was recently back in Australia for 3 months, staying at various Airbnb homes around NSW, and one constant was fairly poor internet speeds, even in places with NBN. In some cases, our Telstra 3G/4G hotspot got better speeds, assuming we got cellular coverage which isn’t a given.

    @redruby17 Did u try turning it off and on again?(sorry)Ever since I've had theNBN(FTTN)the outages have been regular and usually sporadic(multiple short during the day).After a recent 4 day outage I got the Telstra Smart modem.3 wks later another24hr outage and the4Gbackup gets<6mbs (slow)

    @Telstra For anyone playing along at home, @Telstra wasn't able to help because they want more access to my information after creating a #dataprivacy issue. Their #DigitalTransformation is so potent they also can't use phones anymore.

    @Telstra So you are telling me that there is no way to reach Telstra by telephone to make a complaint? Can you clarify why your website says you have a 24/7 telephone response? Or why your online form doesn’t exist?

    Shoutout to Telstra for not allowing me to set up internet at my house through a Modem because you need a ******* Driver's License (I walk everywhere) or a goddamn Passport (like hell I'm ever leaving Australia). I have to go to a damn Telstra Shop to use my Proof of Age card.

    I really hope the @Telstra @TelstraEnt store at Airport West shopping center is independently owned. The staff they had on today would have to be the rudest bunch of young men my wife has ever encountered, led by probably the worst manager to roam the earth.

    .@Telstra I find it amazing that I still can’t get reception with my Telstra 4G plan in some areas of Melbourne. We were at Pastuso tonight (great restaurant), and it only let me do SOS. My wife is with TPG and had no issues, and she only pays a third of what I pay. 😡

    Hey @Optus I live in Anna bay and you are currently upgrading out network ! Big hugs to you for doing that **** ! But the only reason I can tweet you is because my home internet is through Telstra ! My business runs on Optus and you are killing me and my service!
