    @lachiemc64 I’m told we’ve no choice now FRAUDBAND is in our area. So much for lnp’s free market bullshit. Only when it suits their greedy parasitic mates. ADSL, though slow, never drops out although I note Telstra will still charge like the “Light Brigade” to fix the loose copper to my home

    @RoadknightThe I once managed a group with a large Telstra account and for an extra fee was guaranteed a phone number that was 'within Australia' if I needed the service dept. Spent 33 minutes on hold to their complaints dept to complain about being on hold for 27 mins to their service dept.

    @RoadknightThe And I really do believe, going back 25 years, it was better before they started privatising Telstra in 1997. It's a mindset change from a service provider priority to a shareholder protection racket.

    @RoadknightThe Put your address in on a couple of providers sites and see if any other nbn technology is available in your area. Strangely enough my neighbour has hfc optus and its bad but i have hfc telstra and its great.

    @AlboMP Know you're a mite busy, but what are you guys going to do about @Telstra's incompetence and lack of service. That they are the only service available in the country is almost criminal.

    @RoadknightThe Mate , log on to Telstra website , there is a complaint portal , fill that out , complain , say you have a sick person there & trust me they will get back to you really quickly , you may even speak to an Australian ! Are you on the NBN ? need to know
