    @lachiemc64 I’m told we’ve no choice now FRAUDBAND is in our area. So much for lnp’s free market bullshit. Only when it suits their greedy parasitic mates. ADSL, though slow, never drops out although I note Telstra will still charge like the “Light Brigade” to fix the loose copper to my home

    @Telstra Why is dealing with you always worse than having teeth pulled? "No promise now can make you trust us less we can act on it" says your customer service. Having staff who make sense and actually know what they are doing would be a good start!

    @Telstra is there someone I can talk to when "gold support" is refusing to give me a reference number or file a complaint for me wanting money refunded that's currently in credit on my account? They tell to ask for a bpay refund but this is credit that's accumulated over years.

    @Telstra I’ve been on sos only for 2 weeks for no reason. I’ve been in places where it should’ve been full bars of service and still nothing. I have no idea why this has happened, it happened out of nowhere. I’ve tried turning off my phone & taking out the SIM card and still nothing
