    @lachiemc64 I’m told we’ve no choice now FRAUDBAND is in our area. So much for lnp’s free market bullshit. Only when it suits their greedy parasitic mates. ADSL, though slow, never drops out although I note Telstra will still charge like the “Light Brigade” to fix the loose copper to my home

    @Telstra Business your service is unbelievably hopeless... Your staff are unable to pull up my account despite giving them a name, account, address, phone number! We were about to order two new phones but will go elsewhere #telstrabusinessfail

    @adamajacoby I still call it BS having to provide your Medicare card, I have NEVER been asked by Telstra to provide my Medicare card, never. If Optus is requesting it, this needs to be looked at.

    @independentaus @paulbudde Nope. The problem with the NBN is that it relies on old, neglected copper infrastructure owned by Telstra which should never have been privatised in the first place. The govt needs to pick up the slack and lay fibre everywhere directly to everyone’s homes.

    @drvyom 1. Someone calls your telco: "Hi Telstra/Amaysim etc, I lost my phone. But I got a new sim, can you transfer my number?" "no problem, let me just get a few details from you .." 2. They then go to your online bank etc: 'Forgot your password? Let us sms you a new one ..." Bingo.

    @ShereeJohns I left Telstra for Optus 😳. Telstra takes some beating as far as crap organisations go. Up with Jetstar imo.

    @MathewCowden @TheShovel Agree ! My 6 year old granddaughter asked about Telstra - I told her a similar story ( they weren’t nice) . She replied Telstra don’t fix phones nanny Franny they make adds ! So true !

    @RichardKGrump @TPG_Telecom None are good, I have been with Vodafone for some time now and I have only had a couple of billing issues over the years that were quickly resolved. I also have a Telstra pre-paid for when I travel away from the east coast.

    @SallyLawry To be fair, the ceo recently changed, and clearly this was an issue that was created and maintained well prior to that change. But what did the new one do 2 address it? I don't know. Telstra has been actively selling their customers data for decades... so they are just as bad.

    @Telstra Morning. Reference number S009686683. I use online banking and bpay to pay my bills , there is $1008 in bills that I paid via bpay numbers 7773 2594 4057 800 and 7773 3259 2157 800 that left my bank account but was never recieved by telstra. My nbn account has been cancelled
