    @mverbloot @NBN_Australia @iiNet I don't think so. I've been delighted with the 50/20 service via copper. But something hit the aerial lead-in cable at 3:30 Monday morning 3 weeks ago. A neighbour on Telstra was restored within days but for some reason NBN can't supply a tech with a ladder ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

    Apparently Telstra is now saying it wasn't an attack but an internal issue. Hope that is true. At least the issue has been fixed.

    @IsJamesAlive @Telstra Number 5 should be an option to connect with an employee that actually understands what I’m saying and doesn’t speak in horribly broken English that is barley understandable. If there’s one thing a support rep should be it’s fluent in the language of the customer (or legible)

    @Optus is there an outage in Sydney? SOS only on Optus sims across multiple phones and NBN down. Currently on a Telstra sim.

    In addition, @Telstra appear to have charged a SECOND connection fee this morning ... for a service that's not connected! (Apparently "should be working" now). We spend hundreds on Telstra between us a month. Might be time to start looking elsewhere though.

    @Telstra I think we're just going to pay what we were quoted, not what's on the bill. Telstra is a mess. The problems are on your end.

    @Telstra I tried that page just now, and it says that there are outages due to the floods. But the problems existed before this.

    @lasquetimeryl @Optus We are with Telstra and don’t have any issues. We have NBN fibre to the home. With Vodafone for a few months and they were terrible so we switched back to Telstra.

    @bruzo2 @Telstra_news I suggest you ring Aussie broadband, get connected, ring disconnection at Telstra and your problem will be solved! Best thing I ever did after endless troubles with Telstra. Haven’t had a complaint since swapping to @AussieBroadband
