    @mverbloot @NBN_Australia @iiNet I don't think so. I've been delighted with the 50/20 service via copper. But something hit the aerial lead-in cable at 3:30 Monday morning 3 weeks ago. A neighbour on Telstra was restored within days but for some reason NBN can't supply a tech with a ladder ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

    Apparently Telstra is now saying it wasn't an attack but an internal issue. Hope that is true. At least the issue has been fixed.

    @Telstra I live in rural Victoria so Telstra network failure is perennial enough to be defined as an ongoing issue... At this moment in time I’m able to send this text. In ten minutes if I leave the house and it’s non Telstra wifi conx I probably won’t be able to send or receive.

    @Telstra To my knowledge I think someone in my family has and I’m pretty sure we are getting a new modem installed soon but is there are way to fix this so we at least have some decent internet to use until are new modem gets installed?

    @AFL was redy 4 2021 AFL via AFL live App ($90 per yr) 2 b told don’t have Telstra acc have 2 pay $25 p mth 2 get Kayo. U can get a deal $5 p mth but u need 2 sign 2Telstra. Slow clap 4 @AFL good to c fans looked be after especially as we can’t watch live due 2 COVID!

    @Telstra What the heck is with the bad reception in Toowoomba lately? It never used to be this bad. My phone's network keeps dropping in and out. My friends and family who are with Telstra are also having the same issues.

    @Telstra any Telstra customers have any suggestions for me when Telstra just ignore you for months? Including the complaints team. I’ve spent more than 220 hours trying to resolve a simple issue

    @Telstra It’s pointless even trying to call as your robo call system puts me into a text loop. Your text support don’t have access to the systems they need to fix any issues unless it’s a reboot your phone problem...

    @AussiemacJ @Georgie_Burg_45 I don’t know about Telstra because I use none of its services, but I see it with other businesses, especially those who are keeping jobkeeper for their executive bonuses. Funny isn’t it, how exploiters never run out of ideas for exploiting others.
