@mverbloot @NBN_Australia @iiNet I don't think so. I've been delighted with the 50/20 service via copper. But something hit the aerial lead-in cable at 3:30 Monday morning 3 weeks ago. A neighbour on Telstra was restored within days but for some reason NBN can't supply a tech with a ladder ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Apparently Telstra is now saying it wasn't an attack but an internal issue. Hope that is true. At least the issue has been fixed.

@FootyonNine Don’t think this is a new thing, 18yr member and never went to Colonial/Telstra/Etihad/Marvel even before our era of success, it’s just an awful place to watch footy...Its just a commercial enterprise that has no character & has been plagued with problems. compare it to Optus...

Hi @telstra, so are y'all going to fix the bigpond issues today? or do all of us who rely on it going into desktop email clients like outlook and are affected by your server being wonky going to struggle again today and be told unhelpful things like change our passwords/address?

@Telstra Any idea when you will have the Outlook connection timeout issue resolved? I have over a dozen clients who cannot use Outlook to conduct their business affairs. Webmail is not practical for users who only have experience in Outlook.

@manaz_d @Telstra Update. Can now send from bigpond email on iPhone as well as receive. Still having to use web console for work bigpond can’t send/receive. Still affecting non-bigpond account but suspect it’s the same issue. Is really restricting ability to do business efficiently.

@Telstra Can access via webmail, but nothing has downloaded to my client on my phone or computer since about 0200 aedt yesterday. Just get server errors. Still haven’t received a reply to my dm, and haven’t had a call back either. Pretty pissed off at this point
