    @mverbloot @NBN_Australia @iiNet I don't think so. I've been delighted with the 50/20 service via copper. But something hit the aerial lead-in cable at 3:30 Monday morning 3 weeks ago. A neighbour on Telstra was restored within days but for some reason NBN can't supply a tech with a ladder ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

    Apparently Telstra is now saying it wasn't an attack but an internal issue. Hope that is true. At least the issue has been fixed.

    Dear @Telstra. I've been on hold for over 30 minutes to change a customer's email password. The automated method, sending a link to the account WE DONT HAVE access to is ridiculous, so is the wait time.

    I don't need a personal mobile phone whilst travelling, but I desperately need to keep my number for log in verifications and Govt Services etc. @Telstra advised me I needed to pay $30 per month just to keep my number active. This seems ludicrous if I'm not using the service.

    @MPX_Trader @Telstra @MPX_Trader -> 3 letters TIO (Telecommunications Industry Ombudsman) tell them to fix it or you will start making complaints there. Generally in this will push the issue into the important queue because these complaints are free for you but cost Telstra money.

    @SchweppsRocka @Telstra I had same issue. Lodged a complaint & threatened ombudsman before anyone took action. Happily not their customer anymore. Good luck!

    @Telstra Ridiculous. Friends mobile gets stolen, can't 'chat', can't log it as stolen, can't call them to suspend while new sim gets posted so I call (after 60 minutes I have to hang up), chat (MY number gets suspended), message (app only works for my number after I log in)

    @Mr_Wolf_15G Would it be better for you to not buy games and keep GamePass or cancel GamePass and just buy the games you want to play? For me I am paying off my Series X through Telstra so I get GPU regardless. While I am studying I don't have an income so I budgeted to get all my (1/2)

    @Aussie_BB Is there yet another outage in Wonthaggi? Again, no coverage. Again, nothing on your website or twitter. I know your tech staff use Telstra mobiles because their coverage is better, but I'd like to stick with Aussie Broadband rather than be bullied back to Telstra.

    Hey @Telstra … that issue includes TelstraTV working on my mobile devices connected to the network that your TV box suddenly can’t find (and no, the modem location or devices have not changed locations)

    @Telstra Looking to talk to someone with some authority that can actually listen to my issue and provide real help as opposed to telling me to turn my mobile off an on, leave my mobile data off or upgrade my plan to a bigger plan.
