    @mverbloot @NBN_Australia @iiNet I don't think so. I've been delighted with the 50/20 service via copper. But something hit the aerial lead-in cable at 3:30 Monday morning 3 weeks ago. A neighbour on Telstra was restored within days but for some reason NBN can't supply a tech with a ladder ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

    Apparently Telstra is now saying it wasn't an attack but an internal issue. Hope that is true. At least the issue has been fixed.

    @PaulFletcherMP 18 minutes? That’s nothing, more common is 45 - and that’s under both parties. It’s done deliberately, to emphasise to the unemployed that they are at the bottom of the heap. Nearly as bad as Telstra and some of the medical centres.

    @newscomauHQ Corporate greed is the main reason for inflation. Yesterday, Belong a subsidary of Telstra advised that my monthly bill would rise by $4.00/ month, basically almost a 25% increase for exactly the same service.

    @PeterLuxmore @ComicalEngr Because Sol Trujillo wasn't the head of their incumbent Telco and they were willing to structurally separate the network from the retail. They wanted to participate in the build with gov assistance. Unfortunately Telstra didn't and here we are.

    @Telstra Surely at some point @Telstra realises this has gone on too long with incorrect information being imparted, run arounds, not being listened to, having to take a day off work waiting for a technician, that never showed. At what point does somebody at Telstra say enough, help her?

    @bymyers @missrobinson @Telstra That’s great. Just pointing out that all the MVNOs do have less coverage though so it doesn’t always work out to just swap to one because it’s not exactly the same network..
