    Apparently Telstra is now saying it wasn't an attack but an internal issue. Hope that is true. At least the issue has been fixed.

    @mverbloot @NBN_Australia @iiNet I don't think so. I've been delighted with the 50/20 service via copper. But something hit the aerial lead-in cable at 3:30 Monday morning 3 weeks ago. A neighbour on Telstra was restored within days but for some reason NBN can't supply a tech with a ladder ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

    @chrismurphys @Telstra When I reply to your posts I get responses from Telstra with " how can we help you today? " so all their responses are simply automated and impersonal. I am not a customer. Everything with @Optus. But soon to put NBN with Aussie

    @Telstra Hi Renee, It has never been up to the speed expected since going to NBN back in October. No, haven 't had a chance to discuss with you as the APP is a joke for support & it still frustrates me that 9months into COVID, you still have NO Call centre solution.

    Would like to let @Telstra know how completely rude their staff is. Call up for help only to be placed on hold over 25 times and be on the phone for over an hour and a half. Only to be scoffed at when trying to explain when the staff hasn’t listened to you at all. Disgusting.

    I’m sitting in a coffee shop waiting for the Telstra store to open. Bit of my croissant went down the wrong way bringing on a bit of a coughing fit. Old bloke next to me moves to another table, glaring at me when he walks past. Have we really come to this level of paranoia?

    @Telstra Well that is horribly inconvenient. Will it cost the same to get the same service if I change? What happens to my existing credit? (Hundreds of dollars)
