@mverbloot @NBN_Australia @iiNet I don't think so. I've been delighted with the 50/20 service via copper. But something hit the aerial lead-in cable at 3:30 Monday morning 3 weeks ago. A neighbour on Telstra was restored within days but for some reason NBN can't supply a tech with a ladder ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Apparently Telstra is now saying it wasn't an attack but an internal issue. Hope that is true. At least the issue has been fixed.

Went to upgrade my iphone today. @telstra want my CC details for automatic deductions each month. (Never been late with monthly payment yet) With all the current cyber security issues I cannot agree with giving approval to a potential target company to make auto deductions

@Telstra No Winona. I went through some prompts and obviously got the WRONG person I want to SPEAK with the RIGHT person ASAP, not wait (last time it was 17) minutes to finally get through your horrible menus

@Bergermeister23 Go with the Big 2 Telstra or Optus/ I have been with Optus since they put up their own cables/ never had a problem.Have heard heaps of stories about poor coverage from the smaller company’s.

@Telstra Why? Nothing will ever be done about it. I'm stuck in the void of @Telstra antiquated billing system. Yet, half my services are already on the supposed "new system" and half on the old. The only benefit is you directly charge people before you can even resolve billing issues.

@Telstra @Andy_Penn If 4G is out also because the exchanges rely on NBN then we have to resolve that there is no single point of failure for the network.

@Telstra I did. It took a long time to navigate your horrible auto menu to get a person, and the person cut me off without helping I AM TRYING TO GIVE YOU MONEY AND YOU ARE MAKING IT IMPOSSIBLE!!! DM me a proper phone number that goes DIRECTLY to a person that can help

@BrittaWeselmann @Telstra My 4G on mobile has been really bad the last two days.. I just switched to 3G only and it seems to work. Annoying but at least I have internet on my holiday again. @Telstra
