@mverbloot @NBN_Australia @iiNet I don't think so. I've been delighted with the 50/20 service via copper. But something hit the aerial lead-in cable at 3:30 Monday morning 3 weeks ago. A neighbour on Telstra was restored within days but for some reason NBN can't supply a tech with a ladder ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Apparently Telstra is now saying it wasn't an attack but an internal issue. Hope that is true. At least the issue has been fixed.

@Telstra The Mobile reception for my new Telstra 4g mobile phone is so bad, that I can’t even send you pictures & even the IPad is now have problems because of the temp fix your tech guys did 3yrs ago after a lighting strike & now have a 40deg+ heatwave even the wireless modem has the 💩

@Telstra Yes, Telstra is our non-provider of no nbn. This fiasco has been going on since the 7th of November and now we’re being told there is a networking issue in the field that won’t be fixed unti the 22nd. In the meantime we have to pay through the nose for pre-paid 4g.

@skylxrksays There's a couple of MVNOs using Telstra wholesale network now (which is still reasonably mediocre in regional areas) and Boost which supposedly runs on the full Telstra network. Would recommend giving Boost a go..

@Telstra I’m not making my address public on Twitter . Telstra put us onto NBN and I had huge arguments with them. Telstra would tell us to use mobile. Also along Albany Hwy for 150k near Williams there is no mobile signal even with new phone and aerial. Thousands of cars every day.
