Apparently Telstra is now saying it wasn't an attack but an internal issue. Hope that is true. At least the issue has been fixed.

  • martyvis Martin Visser (@martyvis) reported from Yerrinbool, State of New South Wales

@mverbloot @NBN_Australia @iiNet I don't think so. I've been delighted with the 50/20 service via copper. But something hit the aerial lead-in cable at 3:30 Monday morning 3 weeks ago. A neighbour on Telstra was restored within days but for some reason NBN can't supply a tech with a ladder ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

@BroHilderchump @zerogeewhiz My NBN keeps dropping out nearly every day, Telstra keep on doing the same when i contact them, turn the router off and on, Bend over, cough. Fooking annoying, it's a problem at their end, not at mine.

  • ClyveRose Clyve Rose (@ClyveRose) reported

@Telstra Still nothing but revolving techs via your BS app and NO SERVICE. Reminder: I contacted you at 4pm yesterday about this. The tech just popped up asking me if ‘the problem is my NBN’. You.Wish. Read the INC reports. Pretty sure the problem is your service levels @Telstra

  • troy__himself troy himself (@troy__himself) reported

@MelanieTait I pay $34 with Moose Mobile and get 50gb of data and $400 of international calls. Uses Optus network but it works fine for me, I don’t need regional coverage. BYO phone. I left Telstra as their customer service was beyond terrible, no regrets and should have gone sooner.

  • BroHilderchump Phteven with a pee haitch (@BroHilderchump) reported

    @tonyvibo @zerogeewhiz **** off the Telstra routers and get a Netcom or a TP-Link.

  • Scoots081 Scoots (@Scoots081) reported

@Telstra This has been @Telstra usual response everytime ive reported this issue. Surely you cant have a fault in my area for over 12 months... Seriously considering cancellation of my business account

  • nenieb Dr Jeannine Baker (@nenieb) reported

@MelanieTait We switched to Boost - owned by Telstra & uses whole Telstra network, but cheaper than Telstra plans. I pay $30 p/m for 20gb data. And no contract. Vodafone & Optus were terrible where I live (south coast NSW).

  • glover_billie Billie Glover (@glover_billie) reported

@MelanieTait Paid $150 for 120GB with Boost for 12 months, used 50GB Boost runs on Telstra 3G & 4G network which is fine for my iPhone 6 Going to be $150 for 80GB this year $300 for 240GB

  • Leonora_MP Leonora (@Leonora_MP) reported

@MelanieTait $15 with Aldi, unlimited calls/texts and I think 3GB of data that it rolls over each month so I don’t lose it. Uses the Telstra network so coverage is great.

  • Robert6420 Robert Tunn (@Robert6420) reported

@TelstraEnt Can Telstra adapt to provide some tiny morsal of customer service.

  • zen_jen jen brennen (@zen_jen) reported

@MelanieTait I do Telstra prepaid. 150 for 6 months. 25 pm. I never run out coverage good. Love @SpencerHowson household. As always thought of everything. Wish I had a Nikki in my life.
