Apparently Telstra is now saying it wasn't an attack but an internal issue. Hope that is true. At least the issue has been fixed.

@mverbloot @NBN_Australia @iiNet I don't think so. I've been delighted with the 50/20 service via copper. But something hit the aerial lead-in cable at 3:30 Monday morning 3 weeks ago. A neighbour on Telstra was restored within days but for some reason NBN can't supply a tech with a ladder ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

@LianalovesNiall @Telstra Very good point. The dual sign in to ticketmaster and telstra app is a joke. My gf was logged in - Telstra App kicked her out, now can't log in. She's come up in the @Ticketmaster_AU queue 4 times, then gets booted. So pathetic.

@Telstra you should do what other companies do when advertising/buying tickets, give users a presale code instead of having to log in becuase thanks to having to log in, your site and app are down and have kicked me out of account on the app. Thanks.

@Telstra so angry and your pre-sale rubbish for Pink tickets - I was signed in and ready and as soon as I hit my venue everything froze and died - now I can’t even sign in!!!
