@mverbloot @NBN_Australia @iiNet I don't think so. I've been delighted with the 50/20 service via copper. But something hit the aerial lead-in cable at 3:30 Monday morning 3 weeks ago. A neighbour on Telstra was restored within days but for some reason NBN can't supply a tech with a ladder ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Apparently Telstra is now saying it wasn't an attack but an internal issue. Hope that is true. At least the issue has been fixed.

@GregoryJaySea @abcnews ”remote” is open to interpretation. One only has to look at Telstra’s record of where it prefers to invest in infrastructure to understand that utilities companies ‘don’t want’ to provide equity of service to remote customers.

@BeachGirlJan No problems so far with home internet but mobile coverage is poor compared to Telstra.

@SallyLawry @Khaliter1 @CommBank Definitely. I don’t think most of it is outsourced for frontline customers but the model they are using is broken. Telstra is way better and faster which is saying something

@chdyctt @macsween_prue @Optus I’m not an Optus customer but Telstra, CBA, & a few other orgs have all contacted me this past week to let me know how they are protecting my data…

Hey @Telstra are you trying to keep your complaints stats down by having it throw a server error when the submit button is clicked or am I just unlucky?

@Telstra Your phone support is an absolute joke. After minutes of fighting with your ****** voice recognition every option chosen ends in my call being disconnected. Get your **** together.

@Telstra @stu6162 We report the problem every year and you never fix it. The timezone is set by the tower you connect to. When there is no daylight savings, for some reason you set the time to NSW time, in the final hours of the day before, you change it to Queensland time.

OMG **** you telstra. We don't have daylight saving in the territory. Why was my phone even on Adelaide time? I sure didn't set it that way

@cpmcgrath @Telstra Thanks Chris. That's a good explanation. It's truly third rate delivery. Why would the biggest tech company in Australia default towers in QLD to NSW? They advertise that they have tech advisors to help small business lift their "tech game". Yet can't get the time right.
