    @mverbloot @NBN_Australia @iiNet I don't think so. I've been delighted with the 50/20 service via copper. But something hit the aerial lead-in cable at 3:30 Monday morning 3 weeks ago. A neighbour on Telstra was restored within days but for some reason NBN can't supply a tech with a ladder ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

    Apparently Telstra is now saying it wasn't an attack but an internal issue. Hope that is true. At least the issue has been fixed.

    @Telstra They have no idea. One said 4 hours now one says 24hours. Your website states 4hours.. its been 12 hours. I need an active service as now my old phone with the esim isn't working so I'm without an active mobile

    @Telstra Hi. I have run through the troubleshooting. Results say no issue. However the test simply checks if the phone can connect or not. It does not test for quality. Since yesterday I am only getting one bar on 4G. @Optus told customers of tower maint this week. Telstra affected too?

    @Telstra What's going on @Telstra. Little to no coverage on my phone. I LIVE IN NSW METRO NOT IN RURAL. **** service and can't get through on their phone lines and continuously getting disconnected. Call me to sort this crap out or we'll engage the TIO to sort you out.

    @Telstra I was promosed a new phone by telstra when my homeline was cut and had no service or net. One phone arrived a month later, after i was told every day one was sent that day. Next day they masking taped the cable and demanded the phone back relentlessly. I was told i could keep it

    @Telstra hey Telstra. We cancelled our service with you as we have relocated we've been trying to cancel our direct debit but you refer us to a *new message service which doesn't work and then you hang up. If you don't fix this immediately we'll be contacting the ombudsman!!

    So. Decided to bite the bullet this morning, and call @Telstra billing. #theregoestheday It's a little too easy to out of the blue increase charges by 40% with no notice, no difference in service, and not requested by me.
