    Apparently Telstra is now saying it wasn't an attack but an internal issue. Hope that is true. At least the issue has been fixed.

    @mverbloot @NBN_Australia @iiNet I don't think so. I've been delighted with the 50/20 service via copper. But something hit the aerial lead-in cable at 3:30 Monday morning 3 weeks ago. A neighbour on Telstra was restored within days but for some reason NBN can't supply a tech with a ladder ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

    @Murphy_Steve Really well when I worked in Telstra in 1996 we were backed into a corner and our union people pressured us for more money and worse we went to protests and they were pro Pauline Hanson. I will never join a union again. I ended up retrenched and the union asked me for a donation

    Beware @Amazon Prime scam in Australia. For past few days I get a daily recorded voice message saying I'm being charged $99 for blah blah just hang up. I don't know what they ask you to do but don't! it's a scam. I also got a @Telstra call from call centre about my nbn. Scam.

    @Telstra I’ve already lodged a complaint 51718477. Pull the calls. Your staff deliberately tried to mislead me multiple times to shift blame after an error. I want this escalated or i’ll be talking to the telecommunications ombudsman

    I pay @Telstra for 4G if my internet goes out and do you think I am getting 4G? No, no I am not. Never get it. Ever. Been lots of outages.

    @Bumflufftornado @Telstra I would try seeing if switching the coax cable to the router to see if that can help. I had to replace mine last year after we lose connection every few hours even though nothing happened to it (it was in the basement, so nothing could even touch it). Worked, past that, not sure.

    Rewatching The Tourist and signal in the outbacks got a hell of a lot better since I was last there. Telstra must've littered the place with masts

    @telstra is really making a pigs breakfast of customer service lately #yousuck #telstra. Call centre shut by the time most west aussies get home. And why did I have to go to auto pay when I already have a bill I’ve been happily paying (through the nose for) for years?
