    @mverbloot @NBN_Australia @iiNet I don't think so. I've been delighted with the 50/20 service via copper. But something hit the aerial lead-in cable at 3:30 Monday morning 3 weeks ago. A neighbour on Telstra was restored within days but for some reason NBN can't supply a tech with a ladder ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

    Apparently Telstra is now saying it wasn't an attack but an internal issue. Hope that is true. At least the issue has been fixed.

    @Telstra Thanks @Telstra no I haven't as it is going to be too hard to sms this info to my 72 yo mum. And I can't call her to talk her through this, due to her line being down. But thanks anyway. Also the outage page is not working for me either hence coming to twitter for answers.

    After 10 yrs living in W. Europe we returned to Australia late last year and my partner has had no end of trouble firstly attempting to arrange a Telstra pre-paid mobile phone service and then for a broadband connection for our new residence. Same old at Telstra then.

    @Telstra now passed to the 7th agent in 24 hours. Also promising to resolve my problem because they understand how frustrating this must be. Trust me, they have no idea.

    After 2 yrs without service was pleased to have it return. O/seas for business & @Telstra agent suggests just using WiFi which is not easy when travelling for work across country. Very frustrating!! Pls fix or return my money. Will never be using again!

    @Telstra New phone arrived with eSim, can’t activate because it sends a 2FA SMS which the phone can’t receive, and only other option is bigpond email which has been broken for months? Why can’t it send to the same account email used for billing etc? New phone is a brick.

    Dear @Telstra, thanks to your exquisitely timed outage yesterday I received no birthday calls and messages after lunchtime. Somehow the slew of 3.20am time stamped messages I woke up to this morning of the calls I missed didn't make me feel any better 😔 🤬👎
