Apparently Telstra is now saying it wasn't an attack but an internal issue. Hope that is true. At least the issue has been fixed.

@mverbloot @NBN_Australia @iiNet I don't think so. I've been delighted with the 50/20 service via copper. But something hit the aerial lead-in cable at 3:30 Monday morning 3 weeks ago. A neighbour on Telstra was restored within days but for some reason NBN can't supply a tech with a ladder ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

@Telstra, Am trying to resolve a fault with my internet after a storm 2 days ago. Been told a technician will come out on 11/10. Asked the online help if online checks had been done, chat cancelled. I live in a large regional centre so why the delay? And why the poor service?

Your phone support is torturous. @Telstra I have an important voicemail from a Private number which your text service cut off half way through. Support tells me to call 101 to listen to it. "Call cannot be connected". I need this voicemail asap.

@rovingrob @Aussie_BB Yes. I joined Aldi mobile 4 mths ago, it's the Telstra network. Was with Amaysim previously, who use Optus network. I've found a far superior data connection/access with Aldi/Telstra.
