    @mverbloot @NBN_Australia @iiNet I don't think so. I've been delighted with the 50/20 service via copper. But something hit the aerial lead-in cable at 3:30 Monday morning 3 weeks ago. A neighbour on Telstra was restored within days but for some reason NBN can't supply a tech with a ladder ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

    Apparently Telstra is now saying it wasn't an attack but an internal issue. Hope that is true. At least the issue has been fixed.

    @NikkiTeeuw @Telstra Frankly, I think @Optus could give it a run for its money. Two of us working from home, needing to attend video meetings, the NBN off more than its on, and a pathetic level of communication and support. Argh!

    @NikkiTeeuw @Telstra @Optus We are thinking of switching NBN providers after this week. If anyone has any suggestions, all we ask for is a reliable service and responsive customer care!

    So, I've had my current mobile service with @Telstra since '99. I think that their compulsory move to "upfront" mobile plans will be the thing that pushes me to leave. Splitting my services and making one a prepaid that must be direct debited on a day set by Telstra and leaving..

    @Monocotyledon @Telstra @Optus There has to be a company that is better than these two. I cannot believe the amount of times I've had to call Telstra about both internet and mobile issues. Either with dropouts or mobile over-billing. Customer care definitely isn't their priority.

    I am fed up with Telstra. Service non-existent, plans outdated. Went to my Telstra portal in my browser and opened a Live Chat to query disconnecting. The response? Download our app. This is the exact reason I'm ditching them. Jump through hoops for simple service. @Telstra

    Best mobile phone plans in Australia with good coverage that are not @telstra ? Sick of being repeatedly overcharged followed by complete inability to get through to customer service. #telstracorruption

    To lodge a formal complaint to “get head office to fix their sh*t”. A quote directly from the Telstra store manager. What on earth is going on. It’s appalling.
