    Apparently Telstra is now saying it wasn't an attack but an internal issue. Hope that is true. At least the issue has been fixed.

    @mverbloot @NBN_Australia @iiNet I don't think so. I've been delighted with the 50/20 service via copper. But something hit the aerial lead-in cable at 3:30 Monday morning 3 weeks ago. A neighbour on Telstra was restored within days but for some reason NBN can't supply a tech with a ladder ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

    @Telstra I was told by a higher up tech after this happened another time (2 problems ago) that the outage page doesn't always show all issues, and the frontline tech support we speak to don't have access to see the outage is happening especially if it's weekend/after hours.

    @Telstra Why are you texting me payment reminders for a service on direct debit that has never missed a payment? my.telstra won't let me access this direct debit settings. Is this some very sophisticated phishing scam?

    @Telstra my cable internet isn't working after a power outage in my suburb (4178 wynnum west). I've already restarted everything, this happens pretty much every time the power goes splat, it's always an nbn issue not a me issue but takes you guys hours to realise it.

    @Telstra on a 5g network less then 1k from a tower when sending or reciving data i should not ever see an lte symbol

    Ditched Telstra recently due to poor service, very happy with my new provider. Telstra just sent me a bill for 19 cents, won't be recommending them to my friends.

    @Telstra For the 1st time in over 18 months I went over my data cap with just a few days to go. You throttled my internet & when I spoke to your representative, they offered me free Foxtel if I upgraded my plan $$ (but with no better service). You had a chance to keep a customer.

    One of my favourite things to do in lockdown is to spend days and days going back and forth on the Telstra tech support chat just rapping on my adsl connection. We are all BFFs now.

    @drew_keychange @rick_rampal Belong...el cheapo Telstra...using all Telstra infra, so usually good as gold...so much crap trying to load onto every page you open these days that it can't possibly function properly...the recipe sites etc just hopelessly compromised with ads, impossible to use them these days.
