Apparently Telstra is now saying it wasn't an attack but an internal issue. Hope that is true. At least the issue has been fixed.

@mverbloot @NBN_Australia @iiNet I don't think so. I've been delighted with the 50/20 service via copper. But something hit the aerial lead-in cable at 3:30 Monday morning 3 weeks ago. A neighbour on Telstra was restored within days but for some reason NBN can't supply a tech with a ladder ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

@Xbox The Telstra employees when I tell people to not give them money just for an Xbox when they're not even a customer of Telstra's and to just wait a year or 2 until xCloud officially launches so they save a whole lot of money.

I told him ok give me ur name and ur work ID please then I hang up and called Telstra gave them the name and ID they said don’t

@Jenny_Metri @JoeMZ26 By the way Jenny there is a scums going around now they saying they are from Telstra and they give us names and Telstra ID saying you internet dropping down to fix it we can help. Don’t trust them they hunkers in new way

Not sure if other people are having issues with Telstra but I suspect many are. I have been with them for more than 25 years but since they have outsourced their customer support, it is nearly impossible to resolve issues. You can’t get through and when you do, they rarely help🤬

@albericie @Optus Optus, Telstra, NBN all companies to big to give a hoot about individual cases. Years ago I had a similar issue and was sent from pillar to post and back again.
