    @mverbloot @NBN_Australia @iiNet I don't think so. I've been delighted with the 50/20 service via copper. But something hit the aerial lead-in cable at 3:30 Monday morning 3 weeks ago. A neighbour on Telstra was restored within days but for some reason NBN can't supply a tech with a ladder ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

    Apparently Telstra is now saying it wasn't an attack but an internal issue. Hope that is true. At least the issue has been fixed.

    @FlatEarthGang @Telstra @Telstra are as bad as Centerlink. No human service. Only designed to take money. Any other call automatically deflected to bad AI or off-shore call center. Corporation handed a virtual monopoly designed to keep people away and collect profits only. Needs to be Re-nationalised.

    @COMEONSYDNEY @SFCU @Telstra Telstra are back taking customer service calls again? Last time we had **** ups with the NBN we were told 'use the online chat feature' followed by being hung up on. They reportedly closed down all their call centres due to the rona.

    @Telstra I have and their solution was to change my number I have had for 10yrs. That is not a solution.
