Apparently Telstra is now saying it wasn't an attack but an internal issue. Hope that is true. At least the issue has been fixed.

@mverbloot @NBN_Australia @iiNet I don't think so. I've been delighted with the 50/20 service via copper. But something hit the aerial lead-in cable at 3:30 Monday morning 3 weeks ago. A neighbour on Telstra was restored within days but for some reason NBN can't supply a tech with a ladder ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

@kimnottim @PRGuy17 That’s what I did. Twitter is breaking. Gah. Did you see the thread I posted to Telstra where it posted a mangled version of the third tweet as the first (in addition to posting the third as written, and @ the wrong account in the first)… it was such a **** show I just left it

@TraceySpicer @Telstra @TraceySpicer Aw, now you were a good sport and I want to help! This is the worst. (Was it a phone that supported Telstra eSim?)

@Telstra No, having an automatic ai respond doesn't fix situations where fraud is happening. Still get charged every month for a service that cannot be used is fraud in Australia. When the account holder comes out he can get imbursed alot.

@Telstra No because you will maliciously shut down my internet, put me on a bad credit list and make me get new modem like you did last time I complained about telstra

@Telstra I hate to tweet about this but I've been trying to get a hold of someone about an open complaint for over 3 months. No response to my emails or messages and only a call back during middle of business day which I missed. Complaint reference 46651850 & 43918911. Pls help!

@Telstra I already talked to telstra directly. They refuse to take the bar off the internet and they refuse to do any unless the account holder contacts them... he cannot. He is in jail and has to phone, no outside contact. This is fraud. Charging for a service that cannot be used.

Hi @Telstra I'm trying to switch the sim from my old mobile to the new one. Your call centre said no one would be available until Monday. I downloaded your app and tried to message, but the app isn't accepting the login or password. What should I do?

@Telstra isn't it funny a business can be 3000$ behind and their service still works but a person can be 76$ behind and you cut off the internet but still charge every month as if the internet works. How's that for fraud.
