    Apparently Telstra is now saying it wasn't an attack but an internal issue. Hope that is true. At least the issue has been fixed.

    @mverbloot @NBN_Australia @iiNet I don't think so. I've been delighted with the 50/20 service via copper. But something hit the aerial lead-in cable at 3:30 Monday morning 3 weeks ago. A neighbour on Telstra was restored within days but for some reason NBN can't supply a tech with a ladder ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

    Really?? The issue is Telstra service coverage, your technical people came here and identifed the proble as shadowing from towers, they fixed it for about 6 months now its worse than ever, Ive opened cases with service complaints, they just close the complaint saying No Issue

    @Telstra You had it to be resolved at 6pm yesterday. When you keep moving the goal posts why should we believe a word you say? There has been an outage affecting the town since Feb 2020. I have evidence of the outage from your own site. You guys charge full price and fix nothing

    @Telstra The case has been raised every year since 2014, we’ve had telstra promises of a fix in 6 months, they made every excuse possible, blame my phone, I’ve bought new phones, plans etc. made commitments to Ombudsman. Last case 08131663

    @Matthewbell205 @Telstra It’s just as bad in the great southern - I’ve been driving regionally for 15 years and it’s the worst I’ve ever known it for black spots and lots of data etc. I’ve also got a cel-fi and it’s bad even with it let alone without it... time to lift your game Telstra.

    @Telstra My internet speed has dropped considerably (to the point of almost not working). Does this get reset each month, etc or is something else at play?

    @Telstra Laura, there has been an outage since Feb 2020. You can’t defend that, in fact you can’t even justify charging everyone in Gilgandra full price during that time yet you have. Time for a class action

    @nbn @Telstra Fixed wireless @GrassValley Tower has been terrible for the past 3 plus weeks. It appears to be getting worse with constant drop outs and buffering. Could someone please get it checked out. Hasn’t been this bad in quite a while.

    @Matthewbell205 @Telstra Feel like service has gotten much worse through the Wongan Hills/Northam area since about Xmas similar to what you describe Belly, can have full bar 3g and it wont even send a text just south of Wongan!

    @Optus More then a week gone and issue still not resolved. Not receiving sms and calls from Telstra network or my any of my banks. This is getting so frustrating..
