    @mverbloot @NBN_Australia @iiNet I don't think so. I've been delighted with the 50/20 service via copper. But something hit the aerial lead-in cable at 3:30 Monday morning 3 weeks ago. A neighbour on Telstra was restored within days but for some reason NBN can't supply a tech with a ladder ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

    Apparently Telstra is now saying it wasn't an attack but an internal issue. Hope that is true. At least the issue has been fixed.

    @Telstra so disappointed I have been trying to set up the cable broadband after moving house. Over two weeks now and you haven’t turned up for both appointments made. When I pay for your service and you knowingly don’t provide said service is that fraud?

    @ormaybejustrex @Telstra Best advice is to always hang up no matter they say they are when you get an automated message. Best to just call Telstra directly if you have any concerns and ask why they might have called you. At least then you will know you have called a legit number.

    @Telstra How do I sort out a billing issue? You don’t have assistance on the phone anymore? Chat only? I have been been “chatting” for 8 hrs and no closer. Your team definitely not in Australia and I can’t decipher most of what they are messaging me. Is it even @Telstra

    @Telstra AND BTW CHECK YOUR BILLS PEOPLE YOU WILL SEE YOU SIGN UP FOR $90 A MONTH FOR 12 MONTH AND THEN NOT EVEN HALFWAY IN THE CROOKS KEEP JACKING IT UP $91 THEN $94 AND JUST KEEPS GOING I MEAN WTF IS HAPPENING YES ITS ONLY FEW DOLLARS BUT THE CONTRACT WAS A SET PRICE WTF

    PEOPLE BEFORE YOU GO WITH @Telstra DO RESEARCH LOOK AT @Optus CHECK POLICIES MAKE SURE YOU READ REVIEWS ASK AROUND AND FIND OUT WHAT THE COMPANY YOUR SIGNING WITH IS LIKE IF THEY HAVE GOOD SERVICES CAN THEY HANDLE PROBLEMS CAN THEY BE REACHED SO ON OTHERWISE BE READY 2 WASTE TIME

    @Telstra Telstra outages say no issues in 4217 but nbn has dropped out more than 5 times today. Usually it’s only once per day. Is the rain affecting the nbn?
