Apparently Telstra is now saying it wasn't an attack but an internal issue. Hope that is true. At least the issue has been fixed.

@mverbloot @NBN_Australia @iiNet I don't think so. I've been delighted with the 50/20 service via copper. But something hit the aerial lead-in cable at 3:30 Monday morning 3 weeks ago. A neighbour on Telstra was restored within days but for some reason NBN can't supply a tech with a ladder ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

@Telstra @Telstra couldn’t even deliver the modem to the correct address. We had to chase up with StarTrack aftr a week & they infrmd us that Telstra didn’t put the Unit numbr on the package. We had to reach back and inform @Telstra abt the error at thr end. Customr servc at its worst

@72Hallam Post on FB and Twitter. I got better (some) response than 16 hours (really) on the phone to them. Did you know you can't call them now? Great job of zero customer service @Telstra Its the ombudsman for me next, along with about 50 other families in my area.

hi @Telstra i am trying to switch my mobile service over to you and so far: 1. i cant sign in to my telstra account to actually buy a plan 2. i cant call because your phone lines are busy 3. your other support options rely on me logging onto my account
