@mverbloot @NBN_Australia @iiNet I don't think so. I've been delighted with the 50/20 service via copper. But something hit the aerial lead-in cable at 3:30 Monday morning 3 weeks ago. A neighbour on Telstra was restored within days but for some reason NBN can't supply a tech with a ladder ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Apparently Telstra is now saying it wasn't an attack but an internal issue. Hope that is true. At least the issue has been fixed.

I just copped one, a call from Perth, pretended it was about Telstra NBN. I kept delaying, obfuscating, acting dim until she called me an idiot and hung up in frustration. This was unsatisfying. I want to really give them some grief.

Telstra needs to run a 2 min clock on shareholders speaking at physical AGM in Sydney just like the way online questions are limited to 500 characters. Speakers 2 & 3 have launched lengthy customer complaints with elements of personal grief and poor health. Chair not interrupting

.@Telstra Hi there someone!! I am done playing nice and being patient. My modem just doesn’t work. Your people have tried rebooting it remotely, and blaming the NBN. It just doesn’t work. I need the internet to work as do my family. Someone pls help!
