    @mverbloot @NBN_Australia @iiNet I don't think so. I've been delighted with the 50/20 service via copper. But something hit the aerial lead-in cable at 3:30 Monday morning 3 weeks ago. A neighbour on Telstra was restored within days but for some reason NBN can't supply a tech with a ladder ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

    Apparently Telstra is now saying it wasn't an attack but an internal issue. Hope that is true. At least the issue has been fixed.

    Made it to somewhere with working Telstra towers, just in time for battery to die. Sighs. @Telstra, get your **** together! Same as last year, no phone and internet service in South East SA, bringing the whole town to a standstill!

    @chrispydog @lukeweston They prevented Telstra building a tower that would have given me decent signal at my place. Organised the whole thing via FB messenger start to finish.

    My wife has been on hold - waiting on the @Telstra message support to fix our wi fi for nearly six hours ! We live in remote community where they are the only service. Not impressed !

    Techies: .. after 6hrs I am out of ideas as to why my Google Pixel won't deliver SMS to *some* numbers. Sim in another phone works. Another Sim in my phone doesn't. It's a phone issue, not @Telstra (No thanks I don't ever want an iPhone). It's not an iMessage issue either. 😣

    @craigreucassel Definitely not worth the $78mill bonuses @NBN_Australia paid themselves at this rate. Couple this with having @Telstra as your 'service provider' using the MY Telstra app message system and it is frustrating as hell. It is a lottery. It should be a certainty by now.
