Apparently Telstra is now saying it wasn't an attack but an internal issue. Hope that is true. At least the issue has been fixed.

@mverbloot @NBN_Australia @iiNet I don't think so. I've been delighted with the 50/20 service via copper. But something hit the aerial lead-in cable at 3:30 Monday morning 3 weeks ago. A neighbour on Telstra was restored within days but for some reason NBN can't supply a tech with a ladder ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

@Telstra @GoBeaded There is definitely an issue @Telstra I was at the mall yesterday; no reception - data or voice. My wife works directly opposite the mall and she had the same issue. I was just back at the mall today an hour ago, and same issue.

Alright, Telstra Port Macquarie customers, we have a solution underway! 🤞🙌 According to a Telstra spokesperson, there was a software issue in one of the local stations. Technicians are rectifying the issues (which impacts 4G users) as we speak.

@Telstra you made an error on 18/12 by allowing our @NBN_Australia service to be transferred to another provider. Since then we have spoken to multiple Telstra employees who keep passing the issue from one to another. How do I get this resolved? On app since 10.20am!!

@Telstra is there any setting required to enable IMAP syncing on a Bigpond email to Outlook? Am definitely typing in all the correct config, but the continued error on multiple apps is thinking either account issue, or required setting not active.
