Apparently Telstra is now saying it wasn't an attack but an internal issue. Hope that is true. At least the issue has been fixed.

@mverbloot @NBN_Australia @iiNet I don't think so. I've been delighted with the 50/20 service via copper. But something hit the aerial lead-in cable at 3:30 Monday morning 3 weeks ago. A neighbour on Telstra was restored within days but for some reason NBN can't supply a tech with a ladder ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

. @Telstra I am 🤏 this close to calling @acccgovau - I dont know how many times I need to talk to your support team to fix my NBN issues but it's been SIX MONTHS! How am I supposed to run a business when the service drops out every time there's a gust of wind?! Absolute joke.

@Telstra can you please explain way my HFC NBN connection drops out every 15 minutes for about 5 minutes everyday for the last week. And yes I have checked all my cables. Also way does the sim card in the modem never take over?

@Telstra You'll need a better deal to get me to buy online. I'm a Gold member with over 10 years with Telstra and I'm yet to see you guys deliver a better service or deal. Least Bunnings beats it by 10%.

@Telstra @SaysGypsy Ever since I dropped Telstra as my ISP and use Aldi for my phone - my bills and stress levels from the awful service, low standards have really reduced. So no need to ask if I need help as I no longer use Trlstra at all. Aldi are exactly the same network 1/5th the cost
