@mverbloot @NBN_Australia @iiNet I don't think so. I've been delighted with the 50/20 service via copper. But something hit the aerial lead-in cable at 3:30 Monday morning 3 weeks ago. A neighbour on Telstra was restored within days but for some reason NBN can't supply a tech with a ladder ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Apparently Telstra is now saying it wasn't an attack but an internal issue. Hope that is true. At least the issue has been fixed.

@Telstra It is for 32.57, I asked when cancelling my account for the amount to pay, I PAID THAT AMOUNT BY BPAY, now I get this crap!!!! No wonder I switched providers. This is atrocious behaviour. Remove all this crap that I already finalised, cancelled and paid out the amount in full!!!!

@Telstra Raising complaints was the last step I did but before to that, multiple other tickets/incidents were raised but issue was still going on.

@Telstra @andy_penn @whirlpoolnetau AVOID DOING BUSINESS WITH #Telstra if you, as a business customer, value your time and your sanity. There are simply plenty of better ways to spend your time.

@Telstra Thanks for checking but no improvement. On the phone with Telstra support today and still no resolution. I’ll wait till tomorrow b4 I decide to change carriers. That’s the beauty of not being on a plan.

@glendturner Last time I had one of those was a Telstra rack in our building. Got a *VERY* quick response after I pointed out that an acid leak may count as a safety issue once it left their rack. Had a tech on site *within an hour*.

@Telstra Thank you Sean for response. This issue has been going on for 2 weeks and i am without the outgoing service for 1 week now. Is there an ETC for issues being raised with Telstra on mobile services? I am not getting any estimated time frame on when is my issues going to get fixed.

@dailypostdan Telstra’s hand re upgrades may be forced by AUKUS. The US considers any Chinese telecoms hardware to be a security threat. I expect Aus Govt will push for a region-wide “rip & replace” on any Huawei or ZTE equipment in Digicel’s network.
