    Apparently Telstra is now saying it wasn't an attack but an internal issue. Hope that is true. At least the issue has been fixed.

    @mverbloot @NBN_Australia @iiNet I don't think so. I've been delighted with the 50/20 service via copper. But something hit the aerial lead-in cable at 3:30 Monday morning 3 weeks ago. A neighbour on Telstra was restored within days but for some reason NBN can't supply a tech with a ladder ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

    Thank you @Telstra for not bothering to contact me in the four months since my direct debit stopped working to let me know that, in the middle of lockdown, you would disconnect my phone without warning or even a phone call. This is how you support Aussie business? Outrageous.

    @Telstra Hi Lisa, Thanks for replying. I have had a few outages lasting a few minutes at a time since this morning. Just to clarify, the appointment was not cancelled. There was no visit but a message stating that our service has been restored was sent via the app.

    @Telstra & @BelongAU Seems to be a mobile outage in Kallangur QLD area 3 sims all have bars 3 different phones unable to make or receive phone calls, started last night intermittently now doesn't work at all. so far 3+ hours in Telstra's web chat support and repeating myself

    @sheep_witchy I'm sorry this has happened to you Hung up on telstra, 30 mins on hold, 10 mins into conversation -said happened to her (don't care) -asked me to check phone settings🙄 -I've made no outgoing calls, asked me if I sat on my phone & pocket dialled- **** off! Hope yours fixes soon

    @Telstra Even the quality of the hold music for your support service is poor. I don't expect good music, just clear audio quality so I'll immediately notice when the call resumes.

    @Telstra Thanks Tori. Still an unhappy customer. Might have to shop around. Loyally pay my bills, didn’t even question last month’s $1.14 overcharge (who’s got the time?). But considered a milch cow.

    @Telstra Hi Brandon. We did not get our tech visit today. We did get a message from Telstra that our services was restored and promptly experienced and outage at approximately 12:45.
