    @mverbloot @NBN_Australia @iiNet I don't think so. I've been delighted with the 50/20 service via copper. But something hit the aerial lead-in cable at 3:30 Monday morning 3 weeks ago. A neighbour on Telstra was restored within days but for some reason NBN can't supply a tech with a ladder ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

    Apparently Telstra is now saying it wasn't an attack but an internal issue. Hope that is true. At least the issue has been fixed.

    NBN went down last night. Stupid Telstra modem shuts down the entire home network with no NBN signal. I couldn’t turn my lights off! XD Glad I got them all on a kill switch. Gotta get a decent modem. Had a Nighthawk with my cable net. Doesn’t work on NBN network.

    My 2nd visit to a SA office this week and both have been good experiences 👍 Now to deal with Telstra to cancel Mum's home phone. Apparently I have a 75min wait to see someone.....

    @Telstra At n no point in the 24 hour ordeal have any if the 12 or so agents said there is a problem or that I should seek an alternate way to buy something from you. Yep I just want to buy something u spend million’s trying to get people to do that.

    Hey there @Telstra your interface is crap. I have been trying to contact you for 2 days. Am currently on hold. I suspect that I will be served better by another service. I pay $200/month. Not for much longer.

    @Telstra Will do that now. Ran a speed test and got 700Mbps / 0.7Mbps so obviously an issue. Checking modem health etc now

    The levels of disrespect and incompetence within @Telstra are truly breathtaking. Staff lie to customers, and nobody gives a ****. When you ask for your case to be escalated, the so-called case manager tells more lies. Bloody disgraceful

    @Westpac No. I spoke to a member of your fraud team today. That is your take on the issue. If Telstra submits an authorisation for a 3rd party, you just accept it because it's Telstra.
