    Apparently Telstra is now saying it wasn't an attack but an internal issue. Hope that is true. At least the issue has been fixed.

    @mverbloot @NBN_Australia @iiNet I don't think so. I've been delighted with the 50/20 service via copper. But something hit the aerial lead-in cable at 3:30 Monday morning 3 weeks ago. A neighbour on Telstra was restored within days but for some reason NBN can't supply a tech with a ladder ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

    @MichaelWestBiz You don't have to use Telstra there are better deals around. And get the fastest service possible with local national and Aust mobile calls included on the VOIP phone.

    Honestly @NBN_Australia Since moving from telstra cable (100 Mbps) to Telstra NBN (30 Mbps) and paying the SAME costs, we have had nothing but issues. No explanation. No solution. Please don't patronise me with your 'sorry to hear that' bullshit. Just fix it.

    So after a year of waiting and 4 modems (doorstops) we finally have NBN. And can I just say @Telstra it is ****. Slow as **** and glitchy. I'm so glad NBN was @TurnbullMalcolm pride and joy. Two cans and a piece of string would have been better.
