    Apparently Telstra is now saying it wasn't an attack but an internal issue. Hope that is true. At least the issue has been fixed.

    @mverbloot @NBN_Australia @iiNet I don't think so. I've been delighted with the 50/20 service via copper. But something hit the aerial lead-in cable at 3:30 Monday morning 3 weeks ago. A neighbour on Telstra was restored within days but for some reason NBN can't supply a tech with a ladder ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

    just logged back into my @telstra account to respond to any request from the store staff who looked at my account. All looks good. We rely on Telstra as our primary business phone solution which is why we pay them a decent amount each month.

    @AstroKirsten when i was with telstra, i got full reception even when those around me didn't get any at all i can't guarantee telstra will work in that specific kmart, definitely not 5g, but out of all of them, it is the most likely carrier to attain at least a little bit of signal

    @jfwfreo @ChrisMinnsMP Imagine the billions of dollars in tax payer investment that would have been needed ti keep Telstra and Qantas in 21st C technology. Imagine the billions in tax payer support needed to keep public companies operating.

    @telstra you say your the best service in Australia. So why can't I watch kayo on the road with full bars. Very disappointed customer.

    @PeterKlages @Telstra The private sector does it better, their better at providing ****** service for big financial returns. Governments seem to have trouble finding any returns to improve the service. Just try to increasing funding, sometimes using taxes to raise funds. Too much responsibility 4 gvts

    @PeterKlages @Telstra Disastrous long term history with Telstea. Planned to ditch them when we moved down here 7 years ago but thwarted as the internet connection was through Foxtel cable so it was Telstra or go back to ADSL. Celebrated when NBN came as I could ditch #Telstra for all time.

    @PeterKlages @Telstra I've had bad experiences before. But my latest issue was that the nbn went down. I requested a call back. They called immediately. Spent about 30 minutes on the phone trying to fix it. That didn't work. Booked a technician who came and fixed it 2 days later. I was surprised.
