    @mverbloot @NBN_Australia @iiNet I don't think so. I've been delighted with the 50/20 service via copper. But something hit the aerial lead-in cable at 3:30 Monday morning 3 weeks ago. A neighbour on Telstra was restored within days but for some reason NBN can't supply a tech with a ladder ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

    Apparently Telstra is now saying it wasn't an attack but an internal issue. Hope that is true. At least the issue has been fixed.

    @Telstra NBN and mobile broadband also shockingly slow on the south coast. Your app isn’t working and your phone centre auto menu isn’t even working. What’s going on?

    @Telstra No it was caused by telstra disconnecting the adsl twice. I have been told it would be working in 24 hours two days ago, awful service, and still no internet

    You nasty @Telstra let me down On Xmas Day, here old & all alone! Can't get NBN & landline pain stuffed because of heavy rain. I can't email, phone a friend which you pretend not your fault - so you say but still each bill, I must pay!

    I never usually complain publicly but I cannot find anyone at Telstra to listen to the complaint. @Telstra the 24/7 chat help is totally useless. I have been on it for 12 hours now with absolutely no progress. It use to be fantastic. What change did I miss?

    @Stevivor Have to get it on the internet. Have a Telstra Gen 2 in bridge mode and not connecting to the 5Ghz. The Netcomm modem I enabled 2.4ghz, but that drops out the PS4 controllers. Tech life issues.

    @Telstra We've done all that.. the problem is in the in-ground boxes after rain or in the shitty copper connecting our house! Thanks though, for trying to help me on Xmas Day ... we just need a savvy tech out here to fix it for us. Merry Xmas to you :)
