@mverbloot @NBN_Australia @iiNet I don't think so. I've been delighted with the 50/20 service via copper. But something hit the aerial lead-in cable at 3:30 Monday morning 3 weeks ago. A neighbour on Telstra was restored within days but for some reason NBN can't supply a tech with a ladder ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Apparently Telstra is now saying it wasn't an attack but an internal issue. Hope that is true. At least the issue has been fixed.

@Telstra The issue evolved and the techs were slow to realise and where unwilling to move off the cheat sheet. One did a monitor test on a non-existing (dead) connection which wasted 24-hours. I would not recommend the app if the issue could be complex.

@SmurfingBeer @R_Chirgwin @Telstra I am on what seems to be latest Telstra pixel 5 build available, last updated sept 1 and problem started about sep 26. Don't connect to wifi much, but having it on or off doesn't seem to change things.

@Telstra Yeah I've been doing that for two weeks now, feels pointless to keep following up that way since I keep getting told someone will call me then they never do. Any other ways I can escalate this so someone actually looks at it?

@jd_3o3 @R_Chirgwin @Telstra I had a similar issue. I upgraded to the latest IOS. Had something to do with the phone connecting to WiFi apparently.
