@mverbloot @NBN_Australia @iiNet I don't think so. I've been delighted with the 50/20 service via copper. But something hit the aerial lead-in cable at 3:30 Monday morning 3 weeks ago. A neighbour on Telstra was restored within days but for some reason NBN can't supply a tech with a ladder ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Apparently Telstra is now saying it wasn't an attack but an internal issue. Hope that is true. At least the issue has been fixed.

@Telstra Then you send it to the wrong address. Then it is MY problem to fix. That was a month ago. Guess what, I was right. There was an outage and my equipment was fine. Complaint lodged with Telstra, who have done nothing.

@Telstra I have, these tests keep saying everything is apparently fine then you cancel my appointment because of it 🙃

@Telstra Access initially for a limit if 12 months then the last email had no limit stated. Telstra still hasn’t given me 5g access. I have complained about @Telstra cocking up my transition to NBN, but they aren’t interested. But @Telstra masters “we’re here to help Dm us” then…

There is only one thing that @telstra get perfect all of the time…. Their auto-payment of bills. Pray to whomever you believe in that you don’t have any issues with them, because they certainly don’t want to help. #CustomerServiceIsAnOxymoron

@Telstra I no longer have hope that Telstra will actually help despite the offers 🥺

@Telstra How do you list a complaint as ‘resolved’ when it isn’t. Looks like the next email will be to the Telecommunications Ombudsman.

@Telstra Here's an idea. How about you monitor your own systems for faults and problems rather than wasting customers time?
