Apparently Telstra is now saying it wasn't an attack but an internal issue. Hope that is true. At least the issue has been fixed.

@mverbloot @NBN_Australia @iiNet I don't think so. I've been delighted with the 50/20 service via copper. But something hit the aerial lead-in cable at 3:30 Monday morning 3 weeks ago. A neighbour on Telstra was restored within days but for some reason NBN can't supply a tech with a ladder ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

@Telstra It's still a big issue. Ive been going to a cafe in Eastwood would also said they're having issues with EFTPOS payments. Going outside signal is slightly better but I can't go on mobile internet for large periods since Thursday. Please assist asap

@RoryRonaldo @BromptonJnMelb @CyclingSolutio1 Melbourne to Sydney (what this post is about) has just about complete 4G coverage with telstra along the route, according to the telstra coverage map. Some signal boosters on trains and there would be no issues. Satellite uplink is needless cost and hassle

@ducky3612 @OMGTheMess The Telstra thing, labor rejected Telstra Tender Submission, that is when Telstra said *** we will build a 5G network and compete, not one of the NBN management team had ever built a network of any description, and they do not understand fibre requirements.
