    Apparently Telstra is now saying it wasn't an attack but an internal issue. Hope that is true. At least the issue has been fixed.

    @mverbloot @NBN_Australia @iiNet I don't think so. I've been delighted with the 50/20 service via copper. But something hit the aerial lead-in cable at 3:30 Monday morning 3 weeks ago. A neighbour on Telstra was restored within days but for some reason NBN can't supply a tech with a ladder ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

    heart and say "I am proud of the support channels we offer". In 2022, Telstra remains stuck in the dark ages when it comes to service. My internet has been unstable since the floods (~4 wks) in the Nthn Rivers of NSW and your org'n only hampers the region's recovery.

    @cathywilcox1 Mine said they were from Telstra & were calling to fix a fault. I told them I wasn't with Telstra. They said it was OK coz Telstra managed the whole network. I told them that's not true & even if it were Telstra would never proactively call to fix a fault. They hung up

    @Telstra @HoyleFarming The recent upgrades on the YP has made it significantly worse. The @Telstra signal has been so hit and miss that it can be hard to make phone calls in the middle of Kadina at times.

    @cathywilcox1 When you go off their script it really throws them for a loop. When they say my computer is sending errors to telstra servers I tell them it's not an error, I'm attacking the servers on purpose and they can't stop me. They usually go completely silent. Then I evil cackle laugh!

    Never, ever get an @ALDIAustralia mobile plan. The absolute worst data chewing plan I've ever had. Only got it for Telstra coverage but absolute garbage.

    @Telstra So I’ve invested 8hrs on trying to buy an internet connection from #Telstra. My only requirement is that I be guaranteed service provision that will enable me to reliably watch Netflix. I can get no such guarantee. I live in metro Melbourne.

    @Telstra I haven't been able to recieve texts apart from telstra from the past week. Can't login to things that use 2FA through SMS. Whats happening?
