Apparently Telstra is now saying it wasn't an attack but an internal issue. Hope that is true. At least the issue has been fixed.

@mverbloot @NBN_Australia @iiNet I don't think so. I've been delighted with the 50/20 service via copper. But something hit the aerial lead-in cable at 3:30 Monday morning 3 weeks ago. A neighbour on Telstra was restored within days but for some reason NBN can't supply a tech with a ladder ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

@Telstra any reason why wifi would be sooooo slow in the Brisbane/Hamilton area. We've gone from fast speeds to barely being able to load pages!

@Telstra looks like Telstra has given contracts to some cheap offshore companies to save money without any trainning or supervision. These companies has right to treat customers as they want. No accelerations. Then why Telstra is charging its customers a fortune?

@Telstra I can't login to your buggy af MyTelstra app despite resetting, deleting, re-downloading multiple times. Every time I try to access other help I get directed to the stupid app I can't log into!!! Just the worst service 🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮

I’ve been asked to be authorised for support to escalate the issue which I should already be. Awaiting for a call from Telstra to authorise again. 1/?

@Telstra why do you ask customers for their phone number, DOB and home address? Where is transparancy? As a customer I never allowed @Telstra to take my information (PII)offshore. "An" never provided her first name. What will i do with the DiD? Only an inexperinced/cheap team can do this.

@Telstra I was told by your customer service when I was enquiring that I didn’t have to be with Telstra - I could just buy it and it would be ready to go - like a stand alone product.
