    Apparently Telstra is now saying it wasn't an attack but an internal issue. Hope that is true. At least the issue has been fixed.

    @mverbloot @NBN_Australia @iiNet I don't think so. I've been delighted with the 50/20 service via copper. But something hit the aerial lead-in cable at 3:30 Monday morning 3 weeks ago. A neighbour on Telstra was restored within days but for some reason NBN can't supply a tech with a ladder ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

    @Telstra We can't get a hold of you on the phone. The Chat 247 is nowhere to be found. You should be respecting your paying customers, but NO you don't. I'm trying to find out why my kids prepaids are not on my account. I'm also having issues with the Telstra app not showing me any info

    Does anyone at either @Telstra or @kayosports know what a 400 error is when trying to sign up for the discounted kayo service? Even Telstra shop guy couldn’t see why it was happening

    Anyone had any luck getting #nbn product or service from @Telstra ? Been waiting more than five weeks for nbn connection, had technician scheduled between 8-12 today, waited... nothing. Can’t call because a machine answers and hangs up #help #noservice

    @Telstra I recall reading somewhere that the reason for the **** positioning is due to the location of existing conduits - the new pits are bigger than the old design, so when installed centrally on the conduit they impinge on the footpath. But surely there is a better solution?

    @Telstra I'm not receiving an SMS when someone leaves me a voicemail. Been told on app I need to call up. When I call up the automates system doesn't recognise my request. Wastes an hour of my life on what should be pretty easy to fix?
