@mverbloot @NBN_Australia @iiNet I don't think so. I've been delighted with the 50/20 service via copper. But something hit the aerial lead-in cable at 3:30 Monday morning 3 weeks ago. A neighbour on Telstra was restored within days but for some reason NBN can't supply a tech with a ladder ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Apparently Telstra is now saying it wasn't an attack but an internal issue. Hope that is true. At least the issue has been fixed.

Hi @Telstra Smart Modem Gen 2 is still indicating 4G failover since yesterday in 3850 but 4G speeds seem to be much faster than the usual 6/1Mbps. Is this a known outage? It’s not on the outages page. Thanks

@Telstra @NBN_Australia I’m not sure we are finding resolution. Long and short of it is, this morning we had internet and for the rest of the time, after the NBN boys worked their magic, we have none.

@Foxtel I was paying as much as a $100 per month, then Telstra cut the service without notice for weeks, they they restore, then they cut it again. Foxtel needs to find other ways to avoid dealing with Telstra.

It's pathetic that I can't phone #telstra to sort a problem out. Half an hour dealing with a bot. Infuriating
