Apparently Telstra is now saying it wasn't an attack but an internal issue. Hope that is true. At least the issue has been fixed.

@mverbloot @NBN_Australia @iiNet I don't think so. I've been delighted with the 50/20 service via copper. But something hit the aerial lead-in cable at 3:30 Monday morning 3 weeks ago. A neighbour on Telstra was restored within days but for some reason NBN can't supply a tech with a ladder ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Got my phone fixed, cheers Telstra. Day 2 of 8 straight done. Tired as all hell. So damn homesick. Sunburn still hurts like a m'f'er. Time for bed and a fresh day.. today's been long.

@DaveMilbo We are down the road from you and have had an average upload speed of .01 every day over Christmas. We couldn’t work properly today. Phone tethering is OK. Telstra say we should be lucky not to have to do that all the time. 2021. 3rd world.

Why is it that businesses and companies that make a boast of being Australian give the worst customer service- Qantas, Jetstar, Australia Post, NBN, Telstra the four big banks; also our government services - Centrelink, ATO, Medicare, NDIS.

@DaveMilbo I just lost my Telstra HFC cable in December. Telstra did a horrible job of the transfer. Then lied and said I couldn't get the 100 FTTC plan after stuffing me around for two weeks. Dumped them and went AussieBB, get 100 down 40 up.

@Telstra your customer care is pathetic for the premium you charge for the services you provide. Now, that is no news many would reckon!

It's horrible when your internet suddenly goes down. No outages reported by the NBN or Telstra but I know there has to be one. Went around checking my WiFi extenders, then checked on the Telstra modem, it's led was green, it was saying it was online but no internet.

@Azentro Thank goodness for the IBM soft layer in the Telstra Cloud. This enabled the TAXI Call Centre to operate virtually, right through the Townsville Flood. This essential service could not have been provided without Telstra, Mitel, IBM and Azentro. How can we help you ??

@Telstra worth mentioning that I’ve been trying to close my internet and home phone for two months. TIO got in touch with you dingbats & you’ve waived last months fees but you haven’t rung to fix the issue so now I’m going to have to go back to the TIO.

I never have a problem with my service, just the people who provide it. @telstra forces their angry customers onto faulty online systems and fails to understand why they lose market share, continually. Go figure
