    @mverbloot @NBN_Australia @iiNet I don't think so. I've been delighted with the 50/20 service via copper. But something hit the aerial lead-in cable at 3:30 Monday morning 3 weeks ago. A neighbour on Telstra was restored within days but for some reason NBN can't supply a tech with a ladder ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

    Apparently Telstra is now saying it wasn't an attack but an internal issue. Hope that is true. At least the issue has been fixed.

    For the crappy @Telstra 5G coverage in Garema place (city centre shopping district) I was told "that is a 5G black spot, you need to use 4G" there are no current plans to fix this.

    @s3_gunzel @wp_alltrending I have but due to the wait it'll be 2-3 weeks. Telstra have decided to not help until the ombudsman twists their arm to do something. I've also written and got a acknowledgement of the issue from my local MP that it's being passed onto the Minister for Communications.

    @Telstra_news @abcnews .. Thanks to optus (you can walk into their shop with no appointment! Remember customer service Telstra??) we got wifi internet for now. But are Telstra still billing for NO SERVICE!! You bet they are!

    WTF is going on with Telstra/NBN connections for Internet in Werrington 2747 postcode area. For over a week now there have been drop-outs & service failures & a web site just saying its being fixed. When? Do I get any consideration for time and money lost? @Telstra

    @Telstra absolutely terrible service. Wifi/phone line stopped 2 days ago. Been calling and get cut off. Now on hold since 1 hr. How will you compensate me for the working hours I lost? No I don’t want “we apologise”

    @Telstra_news But Telstra give NO HELP to flood victims? Any $ handed out is probably just going to come back in to pay Telstra bill for NO SERVICE!!!
