  Apparently Telstra is now saying it wasn't an attack but an internal issue. Hope that is true. At least the issue has been fixed.

  @mverbloot @NBN_Australia @iiNet I don't think so. I've been delighted with the 50/20 service via copper. But something hit the aerial lead-in cable at 3:30 Monday morning 3 weeks ago. A neighbour on Telstra was restored within days but for some reason NBN can't supply a tech with a ladder ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

  @andy_penn Hey @BridgyL can you help @andy_penn with his staff recruitment. Telstra staff understand Telstra (which no one else can) but have little or no idea about small business. They pretend, and say they do, but it’s only academic. No practical knowledge. #SOS4Telstra

  @DodoAustralia my partner is with you, and this internet has been out all day. You have 0 customer service, you said 5hrs ago the cable was fixed yet it’s still out. You don’t tell anyone when it will be fixed. Your company is horrid. I am so glad I am with @Telstra

  Thanks to the ppl I follow here who went from - rightly - complaining about hopeless Telstra service, to recommending Optus. (I'm a 25 year Telstra customer) I took the tip, got a new modem for the NBN hook up, & connection/service/follow up was 1st class ✅
