@mverbloot @NBN_Australia @iiNet I don't think so. I've been delighted with the 50/20 service via copper. But something hit the aerial lead-in cable at 3:30 Monday morning 3 weeks ago. A neighbour on Telstra was restored within days but for some reason NBN can't supply a tech with a ladder ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Apparently Telstra is now saying it wasn't an attack but an internal issue. Hope that is true. At least the issue has been fixed.

There is simply no desire by corporations to keep customers these days. @Foxtel have a deal atm, I am with @Telstra for my foxtel service. So I can transfer and save $46 a month. #Telstra don't even ask why I am cancelling or offer to match the deal or put me on a different plan!

Congratulations Commonwealth Bank. Your "customer service" is now worse than Telstra's - the gold standard, in the race to the bottom. Australia's most shameful. You've been trying hard for this. You must be proud.

@Telstra it's on an autopay system yet the operator did ask me about the account detail. seem like there is a broken communication between what the operator is being asked to do & what the info can a customer can find in their My Telstra account.

@Telstra is your call centre phoning customers asking questions about unstable internet and offering package upgrades or is this a scam?
