    @mverbloot @NBN_Australia @iiNet I don't think so. I've been delighted with the 50/20 service via copper. But something hit the aerial lead-in cable at 3:30 Monday morning 3 weeks ago. A neighbour on Telstra was restored within days but for some reason NBN can't supply a tech with a ladder ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

    Apparently Telstra is now saying it wasn't an attack but an internal issue. Hope that is true. At least the issue has been fixed.

    @Telstra My credit csr outweighs what’s owed and 6-7 operators have now promised AGAIN and again it’ll be fixed and taken care of and last time I was barred I was told “NEVER AGAIN we promise”

    @a30aew @carolduncan 300m from the node at home and had 2 years of bull💩 battles with Telstra and NBN Co over whose fault the crap internet was. They'd blame me then one day one of them checked the pit and found dodgy wiring. I was 1 of 30 houses affected

    @Telstra my father in law has arrived in UK with his payasyougo phone. He has 3network SIM card which won't work as Telestra needs to unlock it. How can we get this done please?! Or is it because payasyougo doesn't work outside Australia?

    @Telstra No I’m owed a massive credit and it’s still not fixed as issue isn’t fixed (7mths now) ref number for last note is 42156622

    @carolduncan By some miracle I got a FTTP connection in the year before I left Newie. I had looked into the pit out the front many times as the Telstra tech came out to fix my recurring copper landline issues. Many times re-terminated copper lines in a 'basin' of trapped water don't help.
