    @mverbloot @NBN_Australia @iiNet I don't think so. I've been delighted with the 50/20 service via copper. But something hit the aerial lead-in cable at 3:30 Monday morning 3 weeks ago. A neighbour on Telstra was restored within days but for some reason NBN can't supply a tech with a ladder ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

    Apparently Telstra is now saying it wasn't an attack but an internal issue. Hope that is true. At least the issue has been fixed.

    @Telstra It’s slow than Lax Luthers chump Oatis!! My phone line it constantly garbling and I pay top 💰💰💰 for the rest and fastest service,.. But it’s been crap for well over 18 months and you never EVER fix it!! It’s borderline criminal, and you don’t want ME thinking your criminals

    Wow I haven't had a @Telstra product in 20 years because of their poor customer service. Glad to see it hasn't changed!!! Complete disdain for their customers. I've been sent 3 Sims over 5 weeks and still don't have a working service.

    @Telstra Follow up, thats hilarious considering its the SAME problem i had months ago and thats the expanding battery on my mobile modem. Im contacting the TO today i have been lied to for the last time for 3 months ive been promised a replacement and now i cant even use it

    @Telstra After a long 12 hour session, and then a 2 hour session ending at 12:30am. Do you treat big business the same way, or just small business?
