    @mverbloot @NBN_Australia @iiNet I don't think so. I've been delighted with the 50/20 service via copper. But something hit the aerial lead-in cable at 3:30 Monday morning 3 weeks ago. A neighbour on Telstra was restored within days but for some reason NBN can't supply a tech with a ladder ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

    Apparently Telstra is now saying it wasn't an attack but an internal issue. Hope that is true. At least the issue has been fixed.

    Hi @Telstra, two months ago, a council tree fell onto the @NBN_Australia cable connected to my house, snapping it. Can I please get in touch someone local to contact me? Really, really struggling to get your O/S Telstra support and local NBN support on the same page. Please help!

    @farms_sanderson @Telstra Don't expect ne changes mate. Having ongoing issues with a congested tower in jerdy slow data speed & calls dropping. Followed complaints process & through local member. Both times admitted tower is congested & no planned upgrades & should buy celfi 2 get 4g tower further away

    @Telstra I can now see “an unplanned outage” in Leichhardt. Maybe it was the IWC footpath replacement workers.

    @Telstra It was the NBN page, not Telstra page which had the update. Apparently the outage is across most of Leichhardt. Maybe the footpath replacement guys have cut through something.

    @Telstra Staggering that a corporation such as yourself has the Gall to constantly breach service contracts by delivering NO service for over 2 weeks of the month mulitple times this year so far. To then hit an account waiting for adjustment with Late fees, Says it all really.

    @Telstra APP - So another telstra muppet I literally stated we have no mobile service, so why would I have a mobile phone????? Can you guys honestly be that thick?

    @Telstra When are your magic pixies predictiong the moons will align and my phone line will magically work for a few days. I have calls to make and of course you can't offer mobile service here either. Even the stupid 2-3g temp emergency backup phone doesn't get service. Yet you charge me
