    @MikeySlezak @Telstra Experience says go straight to Complaint. Was/is a group in SA - know their shit. Once spent 7 hours continuous on line with Telstra - not Complaints Group. Hope still there to help.

    @mverbloot @NBN_Australia @iiNet I don't think so. I've been delighted with the 50/20 service via copper. But something hit the aerial lead-in cable at 3:30 Monday morning 3 weeks ago. A neighbour on Telstra was restored within days but for some reason NBN can't supply a tech with a ladder ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

    General alert. If receive a robocall advising that your landline service will be cut off unless ........ is a *scam*. Have dealt with three cases last fortnight all aimed at the older. In each case Telstra knows nothing about cutting off service. Robocalls have continued.

    @telstra how long should your customers persist with your “chat” help “service” without resolution? 1 hour? 6 hours? 24 hours? I am nearing 72 hours and no closer to resolution nor is my request of escalation being listened to. I will now be contacting the Ombudsman.

    @maximum_sincere @AlboMP They're also absolutely a part of the old telstra phone network, but FTTN and HFC piggyback off them. Which is why the MTM was a **** idea.

    Thanks @telstra for your ****** service throughout the years but it’s time to say goodbye. After four 40min phone calls trying to solve the worst NBN speed (and let’s just add you weren’t even able to figure out what account we were talking about) 1/2

    @andy_penn Can somebody from the higher ups at Telstra get in contact with me so I can actually explain my issue with somebody that will actually listen rather just pass me around to 10 different people in different departments who don’t help at all.

    Was a query/help with activation of Telstra One Number, and has become a debacle where my new phone # can’t be located by your people, my order # doesn’t exist and now five days later I’m no closer to having a resolution and going around in circles. 20 year customer means nil
