    @mverbloot @NBN_Australia @iiNet I don't think so. I've been delighted with the 50/20 service via copper. But something hit the aerial lead-in cable at 3:30 Monday morning 3 weeks ago. A neighbour on Telstra was restored within days but for some reason NBN can't supply a tech with a ladder ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

    @MikeySlezak @Telstra Experience says go straight to Complaint. Was/is a group in SA - know their shit. Once spent 7 hours continuous on line with Telstra - not Complaints Group. Hope still there to help.

    Apparently Telstra is now saying it wasn't an attack but an internal issue. Hope that is true. At least the issue has been fixed.

    General alert. If receive a robocall advising that your landline service will be cut off unless ........ is a *scam*. Have dealt with three cases last fortnight all aimed at the older. In each case Telstra knows nothing about cutting off service. Robocalls have continued.

    @ShiannonC Squillions. Telstra, NBN and AFP have been aware for at least 4 months. No idea what they done to resolve this scam issue.

    @Telstra Note: we do not have any phone service so ringing Telstra means driving 6 km for very dodgy mobile reception, leaving my husband alone here with no phone. 'Please give them a call' only works if you have phone service.

    @Tam_A_Le I'll put it in the mix!#Telstra Had yet another call last night-drove down to mobile access.Telstra promised a technician & a satellite phone by 9 am. Neither arrived. Now the App says we have no faults reported. Maybe Telstra is a Black Hole in disguiuse where data vanishes?

    @Telstra Well, honestly i'm sure the wifi will fix itself. There's been some work in the area lately and i'm betting that's what the issue is. However, the plans. Let's talk about the plans. Can you tell me if Telstra have anything in motion to INCREASE the available UpL/DnL speeds?

    @RoadknightThe Been there, had all these battles with Telstra. They gave me a 'customer manager' to look after me. He told me one thing, the people in their call centres and stores just laughed at his instructions. Dumped them, moved to Vodafone, half the cost & no problems

    New @Telstra bundle plans look like great value but I can't upgrade my 5 legacy post-paid services because my account hasn't migrated from Siebel to #Salesforce and there's no ETA, and the only solution is to port out to another network first? @andy_penn
