@ShiannonC Squillions. Telstra, NBN and AFP have been aware for at least 4 months. No idea what they done to resolve this scam issue.

Apparently Telstra is now saying it wasn't an attack but an internal issue. Hope that is true. At least the issue has been fixed.

@mverbloot @NBN_Australia @iiNet I don't think so. I've been delighted with the 50/20 service via copper. But something hit the aerial lead-in cable at 3:30 Monday morning 3 weeks ago. A neighbour on Telstra was restored within days but for some reason NBN can't supply a tech with a ladder ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

@MikeySlezak @Telstra Experience says go straight to Complaint. Was/is a group in SA - know their shit. Once spent 7 hours continuous on line with Telstra - not Complaints Group. Hope still there to help.

General alert. If receive a robocall advising that your landline service will be cut off unless ........ is a *scam*. Have dealt with three cases last fortnight all aimed at the older. In each case Telstra knows nothing about cutting off service. Robocalls have continued.

@Telstra An hour on your online chat to get the mobile number for online account updated. Provided ID, account number, address, recent bill amount, ... At the end they say they can’t help and “you don’t have a Telstra account”. And yet I have a bill right in front of me. 🙄

Imagine: visit a Telstra shop bc both your landline & mobile aren't working Told you can phone to discuss the prob (how?!), so wait 1h5m to see a person. After 1h30m chat, the mobile prob fixed but no action on the landline. Then they e-mail you to ask for customer feedback!🙄

@Telstra @ozlurker Telstra won't help, I'm in blue haven and been given the runaround all day, from them saying there is no problem, it's my modem and there is a problem but won't be fix until 6pm tomorrow or 6pm Tuesday, depending on who u chat with. Telstra sucks

@Telstra Telstra can't even update there customers on social media. At 8am it's been 24 hours and not one post, tweet or anything by Telstra letting people know about the problem. In this day and age that is plainly bad customer service.
