@Telstra may I just say how frustrating it is to accomplish simple tasks via your silly chat system in the app, a simple messagebank change should not take 2 months of waiting days for a reply, then when I reply being kicked back to the bot! Fix it or answer calls! #TelstrFail

@Telstra Well, what I like to do is call Telstra to try to get a minor fault resolved, then once the support staff puts me on hold and hangs up on me, I channel all that rage into gaming. Nothing helps you gank 13-year-olds in CoD like white-hot anger
