    @abcnews So my experience using IIG was a dream, just dealing with Telstra in the lead up was a horror and why I am no longer their customer.

    @Telstra Thanks Vicky. I've been looking at the logs on my router for the last 2 days and there seems to be only a max session of around 2 hours before a disconnect. It takes about 10-15 minutes before a new lease is assigned. I've checked the outage page and there is no outage advised.

    @Telstra WHY CANT WE PAY A BILL WITHOUT MY TELSTRA!!! We can’t access MyTelstra and now the service is restricted. But other than go to a shop which we can’t we can’t pay a bloody account!!!!!

    @Telstra Hi, I need help with our internet. We received an email that we went over our monthly usage and our speed has been slowed but we're on an unlimited plan and the service on your app is abysmal.

    @Telstra There seems to be an intermittent issue with the NBN in Ringwood, VIC. Active connections have been dropping every 40-60 minutes. I've confirmed the issue is not isolated directly to my house, but also affecting nearby peoples. Is there any planned / unplanned works?

    So I was just rung on 0411 645 276 to tell me that there was a problem with my Telstra account. When I mentioned that I didn’t have a Telstra account and wasn’t gullible, I was politely told to F off and hung up on. Scammers are so rude these days. What is happening in the world

    @Telstra why is my internet so slow!? I pay for high speed unlimited internet &it’s been terrible this past week. Only one device connected,reset my modem, unplugged and still movies are unwatchable due to buffering.I need to be released from my contract so I can get a better isp

    @JillJackz Telstra gave me three month's notice of their hike and I spent days looking at all the providers I could recall. If you have better luck (the hike is to internet service) would you let me know?
