@Telstra Yeah, I will. It’s a real shame that this service is the norm. There’s a lot cheaper options out there, and you’d think service would be amazing from Telstra, but nope.

@Telstra your live chat is a total shitshow. I wasted 20 minutes there with an issue and got non coherent answers from a team leader. I’m so sick of you and your shitty service, and your inability to send me a paper bill on time, or in this case at all.

@Telstra It's back up, but quite slow at times and drops out randomly. It's the same for several in our street. I guess there are some issues still with the network.

@JamieNicolaou @phil_honey @Telstra I have to have 3 options for internet - Telstra, Optus and Vodaphone. I just tried the Telstra speed test and Telstra dropped out - ie no service whatsoever. Been 5 mins, hold on I need to come back. gotta reset phone and see if it picks up Telstra again.

1/2 @Telstra are you getting lots of complaints about accessing mobile data in Maryborough (4650)? It’s been a problem since flooding a month or so ago. My mother is driving me mad with her frustration. When I visit I can get online if I power off or switch to 🛩 mode & back on

@JamieNicolaou @Telstra There is a need to install equipment that has extra capacity, not service rationing
