@Telstra Yep. Unfortunately I’m so disgusted with the way I’ve been treated as a customer will see me head to @optus Telstra high prices dont reflect the service you receive from staff when there is a problem. It’s disgraceful. By far the worst telco I have dealt with, ever.

@Telstra Yeah, I will. It’s a real shame that this service is the norm. There’s a lot cheaper options out there, and you’d think service would be amazing from Telstra, but nope.

@Telstra Leasing a phone was the worst choice I made to be honest. I expected I’d receive a call or letter at the 12mo mark with an option to renew, replace or buy out but I wasn’t contacted. I would have bought it out then.

@Telstra your live chat is a total shitshow. I wasted 20 minutes there with an issue and got non coherent answers from a team leader. I’m so sick of you and your shitty service, and your inability to send me a paper bill on time, or in this case at all.

@Telstra our home internet in Forest Hill Vic has stopped once again. Were told it will take another 12 hours to fix. This is happening far too frequently, at least one a month. Surely we're due a credit or refund?

@DavosChris @Asher_Wolf @TurnbullMalcolm You may remember they upgraded the network to ADSL2+ but only released services when a competitor installed competing DSLAM hardware. In addition to them fighting access to competitors. So privatised Telstra is part of the problem of where we are now.

@captain_stavros @Telstra Don't expect better from Optus, who cut me off when in an unstable foreign country during the Arab Spring because my bill was a bit high. Never mind that the location was regular, the bill size not unprecedented and always paid on time.

@Telstra fix your app!!!!!! Can’t pay my bills through your app or report payments and can see other people have been complaining so it’s not just me. For a comms company this is pretty sad. Made the switch from Optus to you guys in Jan and not really seen much diff tbh.

@BazzaCC NRMA: worst value for money. They're like Telstra in that they trade on their name, not their ability. We had our house flood a few years back when the fridge plumbing gave way. Youi - who aren't everyone's cup of tea - sorted everything with a minimum of fuss.

Terrible service @Telstra - I tried to port my number in Telstra using a 150$ voucher , the porting failed!! It never happened before, so much for premium service, lost my number ultimately!! The porting froze and no one can help! #donotswitchtotelstra
