@Telstra your live chat is a total shitshow. I wasted 20 minutes there with an issue and got non coherent answers from a team leader. I’m so sick of you and your shitty service, and your inability to send me a paper bill on time, or in this case at all.

@Telstra Leasing a phone was the worst choice I made to be honest. I expected I’d receive a call or letter at the 12mo mark with an option to renew, replace or buy out but I wasn’t contacted. I would have bought it out then.

@Telstra After all of those mistakes, we’re told we could get $20 off our Telstra bill for 6 months for all the hassle we were put through, only then for them to call back and say sorry that offer had already expired. Mind you we didn’t ask for this but how do you mess up that bad lol

@Telstra Waited over 3 weeks for internet connection to our home, to only find out that the Telstra agents that we had dealt with did not notify us of our failed credit check due to the account name having a pre-existing connection (that we had already notified telstra to cancel) 1/?

had a massive outage today and @Telstra says there was no outage. out where i live its hard to even get 1 bar of 3G. the quality of telstra coverage is garbage. I really hope we switch to another provider.

@Telstra I visited Miranda shopping centre on Sunday. Couldn't believe data was so poor that the ServiceNSW app wouldn't work save for 1 store by entry. Notified today as casual contact from that 1 store. This feels negligent to not have fixed this so far into Covid @ServiceNSW

@Telstra Feels like the only way I can get real support is through social media...? The people on the phone are extremely rude and unhelpful, my internet has been dropping 19-30% packets since Tuesday night, making certain sites unusable. Nothing wrong on my end.

@Telstra I was planning to buy a new phone and used your chat service for advice. The person didn't understand most of what I was saying and tried to sell me a new plan. Neither could they guarantee a return if there's no 5G coverage. I've changed my mind about the purchase.
