@Telstra Yeah, I will. It’s a real shame that this service is the norm. There’s a lot cheaper options out there, and you’d think service would be amazing from Telstra, but nope.

@Gunsinaustralia @StevePriceMedia @AusTodayListnr What LNP did after labor was the only option, fibre to the premise was simply not possible under a $trillion and 20 year build, also labor locked Telstra out, a stupid move by Conroy & Rudd. Not one of the huge management team had ever built a network, let alone one this size.

@Telstra You advertise that Telstra has the best network however with problems occurring with signal strength, messagebank and telstra air to name a few, I would say it is less than Optus and more on a par with Vodafone

@telstra your escalation process sux and your front line staff is hampered by their inability to action anything nor be able to have any senior / escalation support. Prepaid customers are worth your time as well

@DenyseWhelan1 I don't think she'd be able to explain the issues. I think my bro is attached to one of her accounts as he set it up when he previously worked with Telstra (and he's working there again). I'd suggest ditching the mobile prepaid for her iPad and getting @Aussie_BB
