@Telstra Leasing a phone was the worst choice I made to be honest. I expected I’d receive a call or letter at the 12mo mark with an option to renew, replace or buy out but I wasn’t contacted. I would have bought it out then.

@Telstra Yeah, I will. It’s a real shame that this service is the norm. There’s a lot cheaper options out there, and you’d think service would be amazing from Telstra, but nope.

@Telstra your live chat is a total shitshow. I wasted 20 minutes there with an issue and got non coherent answers from a team leader. I’m so sick of you and your shitty service, and your inability to send me a paper bill on time, or in this case at all.

@Telstra I have been having constant internet drops for a week now. Was expecting a technician to come today from 1 - 5 and din’t show up at around 4:20 I called Telstra and had to wait till 5 to speak to someone horrible service honestly.

@hirschirsch @Telstra @ShaneLove_Moore Not sure if a generator will fix the phone issue. We have mains power here straight to the Telstra tower and no mobile service. It’s a mystery but that’s the facts, from what I hear it’s same at other towers. Can anyone confirm what’s happening?

Then the lady tells me tomorrow by 4:30 you internet should be fix if you don’t get a message or hear from us, call us back SORRY WHAT you @Telstra need to message and tell me what’s going on with my service not me trying to call back. Horrible service honestly disappointed.

Finally got a hold of Telstra, they are blaming nbn, nbn are allegedly going to try fix it remotely within 24hrs. If that doesn't work, up to two weeks until they fix it. @NBN_Australia
