    @Telstra your live chat is a total shitshow. I wasted 20 minutes there with an issue and got non coherent answers from a team leader. I’m so sick of you and your shitty service, and your inability to send me a paper bill on time, or in this case at all.

    @Telstra Yep. Unfortunately I’m so disgusted with the way I’ve been treated as a customer will see me head to @optus Telstra high prices dont reflect the service you receive from staff when there is a problem. It’s disgraceful. By far the worst telco I have dealt with, ever.

    @Telstra Leasing a phone was the worst choice I made to be honest. I expected I’d receive a call or letter at the 12mo mark with an option to renew, replace or buy out but I wasn’t contacted. I would have bought it out then.

    @Telstra Yeah, I will. It’s a real shame that this service is the norm. There’s a lot cheaper options out there, and you’d think service would be amazing from Telstra, but nope.

    @Telstra No way will I be staying with Telstra when my plan is done. Sorry to say but you’ll lose me as a customer no matter what.

    Telstra and NBN is nothing but a joke. 5 weeks in and still no connection to the network. The problems here are due to years of infrastructure neglect from privatisation and a half baked NBN roll-out from LNP. Time to try 5g from one of the others.

    —> UPDATE <— my internet connection is suddenly working again. No technician had to come by to fix anything on my hardware or home connection. My neighbours didn’t experience any issues with the internet. I am waiting to hear back how Telstra fixed my internet connection.

    @StuartMediaNews @Telstra Forget Telstra and forget bills. Get prepay ( not with Telstra) and never pay a wrongly charged bills. Telstra charge way too much for their prepay, way more than for their contracts.

    @KiwiFunknuckle @CharmaineTT I have a $15 plan with Aldi with 3g data. It fully rolls over and never gets wiped out. I've now got about 17g to play with. I used to pay about $60 with Telstra. Love it.

    @ok_lyndsey Ok @Telstra has officially replied and said that you can only call 132200 (their closed call Center) and 000 on a restricted service. Not even the SES!

    @Telstra I'm talking about when you call the Call centre for support. Every call centre staff should send a verification code to the Customer so they can only ask name and DOB. Nothing else. Not phone number, address etc when Call staff were from India they asked for 5 pieces of ID.

    @telstra for 3 bloody days I have been trying to pay a bill. 3 days of error messages. Tried the ‘help’ link in the app cant get past the bot. Tried calling 132200, on hold for over an hour before giving up. Every damn month it’s the same issue. 1/2
