@janice_martin5 3 hours just a little less time then it would take to get someone at Telstra to talk to ya. (Not necessarily the person who could help that would be 3 days if ya lucky).

@CrStuartJames @Telstra @Foxtel @kayosports Ask these guys for a hand @FOXTEL_Help they have sorted out many issues the idiot @Foxtel customer service people OS cannot do or will not do and do not care or even try to understand any more. I no longer use @Telstra or @Optus because of the call centres.

The very fact that Optus & Telstra now were hacked so easily proves that DIGITAL ID & DIGITAL CURRENCY is a BAD IDEA.

@MichaelTiyce What happens when commercial interests override urban design. Time to cancel Telstra’s remit too.

@Telstra @DeMeng14 I’ve tried this on two numbers and three phones - the My Telstra app fails with a “Something Went Wrong” error on any physical SIM to eSIM conversion - Android and iPhone. Can you confirm that this is a known issue and is being worked on?

@MRowlandMP Would be nice if this was expanded to cover people stuck on the decades-old unfit-for-purpose ex-Telstra HFC network as well...

@Mbridget21 So the Optus and Telstra "hacks" seem like just a pretext to get public opinion to support digital ID?

@Niktorious1 @PlayOverwatch Yeah I’m assuming I won’t even be able to get on since I have a Telstra pre paid service. It’s heaps cheaper than a post-paid for me. Bliz continue to outperform themselves lmao

@cottonfarmgirl @gabriellechan Because I travel alone in the country I changed to Telstra mobile thinking it would be much better re: coverage. I’ve found it’s barely any better than Vodafone. I’ve now bought Garmin Inreach satellite unit so I can contact someone if my car breaks down out of mobile reach.

@gabriellechan True. Still on ADSL here. No mobile phone access. Every flood/fire event (which is a lot the past few years), we lose power, which means no phone and no internet to call for help if needed. Telstra used to support backup where old style phone could be used, but no longer avail.

@gabriellechan @DrRimmer Decades of voting for the Nationals who whinge about urban latte drinkers while neglecting the needs in rural and regional areas. Allowed Telecom/Telstra to be sold and now we all pay extra for poor service and to have our identities sold or left out to be stolen
