@CrStuartJames @Telstra @Foxtel @kayosports Ask these guys for a hand @FOXTEL_Help they have sorted out many issues the idiot @Foxtel customer service people OS cannot do or will not do and do not care or even try to understand any more. I no longer use @Telstra or @Optus because of the call centres.

@janice_martin5 3 hours just a little less time then it would take to get someone at Telstra to talk to ya. (Not necessarily the person who could help that would be 3 days if ya lucky).

@Telstra We've tried turning things like that off and it didn't help. I'm sitting next to it with my phone right now and it's not loading or picking up the wifi. Last week when I called the person said it was because NBN updates hadn't been updated, so they updated that 1/2

Walked into an Apple Store, bought watch, out in five minutes. It had hundreds of people inside it. Walked into @Optus that was nearly empty to get sim, was told the wait for service was 30 mins. Held my gag reflex and walked straight into a Telstra store and got served. #WTF

@the6p4c thinking about the telstra tower you can visit and the parking lot is so close to the tower that remote central locking on most cars doesn't work

Lockdown update hour 69. Davo has been removed from the plant room. Telstra rebuilding switchboard. Attempted to hypnotise Davo, someone’s phone rang towards the end. Davo’s been hypnotised before! He’s currently on top of C Block crowing like a rooster! Trying to lure him down

@JGrams23 @hinterland33 @LeagueUnlimited Why do Optus offer EPL free on their network... its a value add & wins customers But Telstra didnt end the deal the NRL did Telstra were trying to sell out of Foxtel before this happened Which forced them to pivot fully into Kayo, where they now heavily discount subscribers

@Telstra We have now been on the phone for 65 minutes trying to get help with NBN. Same old problem every time... "we understand" "we will book a technician" "they will fix the copper wires" yeah right! What country are they in? Can we please speak to someone in Australia????
