@janice_martin5 3 hours just a little less time then it would take to get someone at Telstra to talk to ya. (Not necessarily the person who could help that would be 3 days if ya lucky).

@CrStuartJames @Telstra @Foxtel @kayosports Ask these guys for a hand @FOXTEL_Help they have sorted out many issues the idiot @Foxtel customer service people OS cannot do or will not do and do not care or even try to understand any more. I no longer use @Telstra or @Optus because of the call centres.

@ScottRhodie What about buy iPhone outright from Apple pre-order and get a SIM only plan? From Telstra or a reseller like Boost 🤔 I gave them up years back. ******* ball ache to get anything resolved from ppl's phones to NBN, the website sucks. Couldn't even cancel a landline properly 🙄

@Telstra I moved into a new place just over a week ago and your service to set up the NBN is insisting that there are two units on the property when there never have been. This is making it impossible to put in my correct address and the only advise I was given in store (1/2)
