    @CrStuartJames @Telstra @Foxtel @kayosports Ask these guys for a hand @FOXTEL_Help they have sorted out many issues the idiot @Foxtel customer service people OS cannot do or will not do and do not care or even try to understand any more. I no longer use @Telstra or @Optus because of the call centres.

    @janice_martin5 3 hours just a little less time then it would take to get someone at Telstra to talk to ya. (Not necessarily the person who could help that would be 3 days if ya lucky).

    I've moved house 6 times in the past 5 years. Every time I move Telstra tries to choke our nbn and not give us speeds we are paying for. **** you scummy *****.

    Hey @Telstra your company is the worst internet company in Australia! I spoke to one of your people yesterday who proceeded to turn off my nbn for no reason at all then rang back to get it fixed and sorted and I get told I can’t get help until maybe Monday!! Hopeless!! I’m done!!

    @Telstra you are a disgrace. Called to reschedule an NBN appointment and you disconnected me. Dealt with two agents who were quite possible the worst I ever dealt with. The call back was was 50 mins late and then as we were testing he hung up.... case ID 12645473 I expect a call

    @Telstra @TelcoOmbudsman So someone called back 2 hours LATE. When I got the message I was told “our call centre is currently closed … blah … blah … messaging…. Telstra app”. So now the customer is supposed to spend hours dealing with incompetent people via texting.

    We changed to iiNet last yr & all the problems we had with Telstra went away. He was like yeah it’s because infrastructure changed what? We haven’t been living here long. He was like you mustn’t have been having much problems. Um? We were in contact about the problems constantly.

    @Glaven1994 @NellieGia @Dollaryd00s Stranger or not, I find Telstra very unsurprising. Tends to take me hours to accomplish my business there. Moreover, I've noticed customers (not me) getting frustrated and yelling (though never singing).

    @Telstra can someone send me the number for Telstra nbn support please, my in laws are having issues with download and upload speed of 0.2Mbps and they need to call and talk to support to have it looked at.

    @DamianTheAussie Sure it’s really likely this fleeting behaviour never seen before anywhere in the world, is a thing. One of the remaining 4 is linked to a case now found to be false and the last was in a Telstra shop When was the last time you described a visit to a Telstra as ‘fleeting’
