    @mikeamor7 @Telstra Lucky you not forced to go wireless two years before tower ready. Best speeds less 7 just enough to stream Netflix sometimes. Been told I could go back to adsl Only available through Telstra who I never want to use!

    @sallymcmanus Sending jobs overseas might create larger profits short term but surely sends share prices down as superannuation investment declines! Imagine CC jobs @anz @Telstra @optus all banks in Oz. $millions more to be invested! Oz growth restricted. Not to mention taxes lost!

    @CrStuartJames @Telstra @Optus I moved because I thought Australia needed a choice & competition. @Optus suited me at the time. First mob analogue phone into digital market. But after they moved jobs OS & had terrible customer service I moved. Now have all phones @ Southern Phones. Aussie call centre.

    @valorin @Telstra They are completely incompetent. I have had so many issues with Telstra service department in the past. I gave them one last chance, but I certainly won't be going back after this contract is up.

    Sigh, phone call from @Telstra complaints team. I explained my complaint and what I needed help with. They then proceeded to do EXACTLY the same thing the Live Chat support reps were doing that caused me to make the complaint. So much for listening to me...

    3G area much full strength preferred-used after services when 4G & 5G telcos are not in adequate signal strenght, optus vodaphone telstra must have reconsideration of not compremising undermine 3G we know its not fast but delivering a quality voice and data service @CliveFPalmer

    @MichaelWestBiz @Telstra I had the same problems with Telstra 16 years ago and ditched them and also Vodafone for Optus Other than about 3 outages for an hour or so max I couldn't be happier with Optus Telstra have always been an embarrassment God help us if Telstra purchase the NBN
