    @janice_martin5 3 hours just a little less time then it would take to get someone at Telstra to talk to ya. (Not necessarily the person who could help that would be 3 days if ya lucky).

    @CrStuartJames @Telstra @Foxtel @kayosports Ask these guys for a hand @FOXTEL_Help they have sorted out many issues the idiot @Foxtel customer service people OS cannot do or will not do and do not care or even try to understand any more. I no longer use @Telstra or @Optus because of the call centres.

    @ok_lyndsey @NBN_Australia I'm in Telstra's Velocity Fibre area, we're finally getting NBN in November. Telstra kept getting NBN exemptions for years. Then when they were given their last one, they sold off the wholesale network.

    @NeilMcMahon Good luck with that, Neil. As the nominee for my Mum with Telstra, I spent 7 hours on the phone over the course of four days to sort out some network/NBN issues. Absolute rubbish. They can get in the bin. The different departments don't talk to each other.

    @Telstra you don’t have appointments. You don’t accept walk ins and you don’t help over the phone .. what do we do .. let me know so that atleast we can know that the so called best provider Doesn’t want us for customers

    @Telstra It hasn't been great tbh - but since Telstra is clearly aware of a problem (hence all the SMS) I'm assuming that you'll fix it. I just want to stop being distracted by SMS messages. This issue has to be affecting lots of people and I cannot imagine anyone wants all the SMS
