    @janice_martin5 3 hours just a little less time then it would take to get someone at Telstra to talk to ya. (Not necessarily the person who could help that would be 3 days if ya lucky).

    @CrStuartJames @Telstra @Foxtel @kayosports Ask these guys for a hand @FOXTEL_Help they have sorted out many issues the idiot @Foxtel customer service people OS cannot do or will not do and do not care or even try to understand any more. I no longer use @Telstra or @Optus because of the call centres.

    @Telstra @arpasquill Shame Telstra never actually answers the customer service lines so customers can't even find out if something is a scam or not.

    @PerrettReport Yep. Heaps of times. Windows too (I’m a Mac user) I usually tell them “I’m not with Telstra and neither are you” If it’s Windows I tell them “the only Windows around here have curtains in them” These days I let the answering machine get them (they always hang up)

    @Telstra Just spent two hours of time I need to be studying discovering that Telstra support don’t have power to address their own scripting/programming fault. Great work, Telstra. Good job.

    @egadheg @clothedvillainy Boooo. Yes that's the other downside - phone must support it, and your plan must support it (Telstra support on all postpaid and prepaid plans, Optus is postpaid only as is Vodafone)

    Hey @Telstra could you fix this messaging problem? It’s a little hard to rely on your service when messages are coming through in batches long after they were sent.

    @Telstra yet again my phone line is unusable. This is becoming a monthly issue and considering I've had an ombudsman case open since April, I think it's time the issue is either properly fixed, or I will need to take it further. Paying for a useless service.
